| said: Lets start off with the worst feature of the hotel.Sun bed reservations started at 0530 hours and by 0730 there were hardly any beds left, some sunbeds were left unused but with towels on all day. The staff did nothing to prevent this. There is also a lack of umbrellas at this hotel, there only seemed to be about 20 for the whole of the very large pool area, it is cheap enough to buy one down the road for about 6 euros rather than get up at 0530 to reserve 1.
The entertainment is aimed at children and families and did not impress us at all, allthough the reps etc did try and worked very hard.
We booked half board at the hotel but upgraded on arrival to all inclusive,which cost 240 euros for the 2 of us for 1 week. This was very good value and included lunch in the main dining room or snacks in the bars and all drinks from 1000 to 2400 hours( local brands only of course)and bottled water .
The food in the restaurant was of a very reasonable standard, allthough it could have been hotter at times. There was always something even for the pickiest of eaters.At breakfast it was better to go for the fresh omelettes and at lunch and dinner the show cooked food then it was guaranteed to be hot and of course there were chips available at every meal.
Most of the staff were very good and the majority spoke very good english.
The hotel is right on the beach and is about a 15/20 minute walk from the village, Ibiza town is only a short taxi ride away if you fancy more nightlife.
Rooms are kept very clean, sheets changed every 3 days, towels every day. Air con good and quiet,bathroom good but hot water could get scarce on occasions.
The hotel uses sea water via a desalination plant for the bathrooms and can be very salty, so use bottled water for cleaning your teeth and a good shampoo for your hair ,its almost impossible to get any lather from the soap.

| said: 5th time we have stayed here.
We took the all incl food/drinks option which comes to approx £16 per day per person.Low rise hotel, only 3 floors.
Air con, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food is buffet style, with lunch available on all incl. Lunch either in dining room, or pool and beach bar if you prefer toasties/hot dogs etc.Good food at all meals with something for everyone. Fresh fish and meat carvery excellent.
At end of the beach at the quiter end away from the busier parts and approx 15-20 min walk to town along the road or down the beach.Staff in all areas excellent and speak good English.
Fiesta entertainment people led by Tom are great and all Thomson staff helpful.

| said: The food was incredible lots of choice and a special every night.
The rooms were very clean and quite spacious even thought there was a double bed and sofa bed. We had a pool view that was amazing as you could see everybody in the pool.
The staff were very helpful and when we lost a jacket they found it for us the next day. The entertainment was alright not much for my teenage daughter though but alot of activities for 3-12 year olds.

| said: This was the first year we decided to take the children abroad (7,5,4 & 3). We decided on this hotel as it had everything you could want in a holiday.
The hotel food was excellent,there was a lot of choice, and also kids buffet that they could go and help themselves to. They thought it was great to be able to do it themselves.
The staff were very friendly, and always talked to the children.
The Thomsons kids reps were great Red, Dan and Louise were always there to play with the kids and run about with them in the evening.
The Fiesta team had really good activities if you or the kids wanted to join in. Jumbo Jenny had all the kids following her round the pool, she loved the kids and was always there to play. she made our holiday special,and never seemed to get fed up with the kids when they pestered her.
The hotel was 10minutes from the airport under the flight path, but was not really noisy and didn't bother us. The kids loved watching the planes fly right over their heads. we loved everything about this holiday and would definitely book again.

| said: The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a very helpful reception team.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The food was exceptional with plenty of choice. The best thing was that the breakfast was served until 10.30am which was a bonus in it's own right.
The entertainment was brilliant for adults and children.
The entertainment team worked very hard and you could either join in or not with no pressure.
A superb holiday was had by all, with no complaints.

| said: Everything was as expected although, despite the warning, the room was small with two additonal children (1 occupied a cot).
The food was excellent and of a consistently high standard.
Entertainment was not to our taste althought the 3 year old loved the kids disco - Kids club during the day was "boring".
Location was excellent with the aircraft noise minimal. This is as close as you will get to an aircraft without travelling on it but it doesn't detract from the holiday.
Transfer time from the airport was 15 minutes which was great with kids.
Overall a super family centered holiday.

| said: We originally went half board but upgraded to all inclusive drinks option which was great value for money.
The hotel was spotless apart from a few ants but the cleaners soon took care of it.
The location was great, right next door to the beach despite the walk you had to get into town.
The staff were amazing. The hotel staff and all the reps were ace. You got to know everyone of them on personal terms and a couple of times we went out for drinks with them.
The entertainment was good with something for kids and for adults.

| said: The hotel was ok but I wish someone had warned me
about the thieving happening poolside. Many people
lost things including me now minus a video camera.
Even our inflatable off the balcony would you believe!
Be warned by me as Thomson’s won’t tell you the thieves are very clever operators as are Thomson’s insurers as it now appears to be my entire fault and will not cover my claim.

| said: Hotel had its plus points,right on the beach and not too far from resort and other local amenities,very good at catering for everyone at meal times and a good selection of different meals at breakfast,dinner and evening meal.Definitely worth upgrading to all inclusive,drinks are rather expensive at the hotel and our kids never stopped asking for drinks.The staff were excellent and really worked hard to keep you happy although some of the evening entertainment could have been better,but i suppose they have to cater for everyone.We were not so keen on playadenbossa itself seemed to be full of same type bars and shops and looking very dated.Watch out for touts trying to get you buy tickets for the clubs,they are all the way into town,bit of a nuisance.

| said: We stayed a palm beach on half board but upgraded to the all inclusive drinks option a few days after we arrived which i would highly recommend. The hotel staff were all lovely as were the Thomson and fiesta team. This was one of our best holidays ever. we will definately go back some time.

| said: This is the second time i visited the hotel, and yet again we had a brilliant time.
There wasn't anything i could complain about, yes the hotel rooms on one side are a bit shabby but they have refurbished the other blocks so i think they will be doing the others at the end of this season.
The only disappointment was that Tom wasn't doing the entertainment this year, we did see him though and quite a few of the other staff that were there in 2002.
The hotel was still kept very clean and i would definatly recommend this hotel to other families.

| said: We travelled to this hotel in May 2004 and we are hoping to go on holiday again next week, i wish i could go back there.
We had a brilliant time, my 4yr old daughter loved the kids club, the location for the beach is fantastic, lovely, sandy beach, and we found it great watching the planes coming over, it doesnt disturb your holiday at all.
There is a kids mini disco every night foloowed by bingo then a show/karaoke etc for the adults.
We opted for the all inclusive option and it was worth every penny.
Its about a 20mins walk into the centre of Playad d en Bossa, nice walk though.
A 1st class holiday through and through.

| said: We stayed here in May (kids half term), at first I was a bit dubious about the location being so close to the airport and being a SUPERFAMILY. But it was a totally FANTASTIC holiday. We booked the hotel direct via the internet (and saved a fortune compared to Thomson). We decided to opt for the all inclusive which was great for the children, certainly value for money. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Entertainment was fantastic, catered for all ages. Food was really good, even the fussiest of children will find something they like.
I was so impressed I am hoping to return next Summer, and we always got a sunbed even at 10am, which is a first!!!! Total Class Holiday

| said: Although the hotel was under the flight path for the Airport, this didn't stop us from having a FAB time! The beach was 30m away ,or so, and the quality of sand was excellent. The hotel staff were great and made sure that all the guests has a good time. We will be re-visiting in a few years time for the 2nd time.

| said: The hotel its self was pretty poor the rooms were shabby. On one side the room blocks have no air conditioning so we had to pay extra to be moved rooms to have a room with a fan. The food was ok not much choice but lots of salads.
The entertaintment has to be the best part oof this holiday. all day thing going on whether the kids were playin water polo, mini golf tbale tennis or pool, it was fab! and the fiesta team were brilliant and really encouraged u to join in.

| said: We first visted Palm Beach in 2002, this July we are going back for the third year! You couldnt really ask more from a holiday! The entertainment for children and adults alike was fantastic! You really got to know the reps and there was always something to do! My family loved the food, most of us in the restuarant 3 times a day or enjoyin snacks by the pool or at the beach bar! The rooms were basic, but always kept clean and to be honest all you have to do is sleep in them! Although the hotel feels quite a treck from the town, being right on the beach makes up for it all! Cant wait to go back!
