rated the Ritz Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Resort as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: Over in Orlando on business for a few days. Best deal was to book this as a package holidays with Virgin. Hotel only about one year old at time of my stay - so very smart and clean. Some damage from the hurricanes still visible and under repair. The location was fine for me as I had a car. About 10 minutes to I. Drive. 5 minutes to nearest shops and a few restaurants. Located on John Young Parkway - not usual for a tourist hotel. Residential areas around both sides. Food good - albeit not cheap, but this a 5* hotel. Great facilities - spa, golf, pools.
