The hotel stunning, when we arrived we were dealt with very professionally and a gentleman came with a little buggycar and put our cases on and drove us to the room pointing out all the facilites.
When we got to our room we had a bowl of fresh fruit and champagne!
The maids came everyday and the room was lovely and spacious.
The food was 5*, breakfast, lunch and dinner, lots of choice and everything was lovely and freshly cooked. They had some 'themed nights' like a barbeque one night and a steel band playing.
The entertainment was good, not amamzing but only whats to be expected in the carribean! It was still fun.
I would go back.

| said: Could not fault this hotel and would return again and recommend to others.
Our two children (both under 10) had a great time. Lots of other families also staying at the hotel and with Virgin at the same time, so the kids made lots of friends. The kids club was great, but other times the children just went off with all the other kids to play. The complex was very secure and they could not wander outside.
Food very good. One of our kids is fussy about what she eats - the restaurant staff were more than happy to cook her chicken nuggets each night! Themed menus each day helped expand variety. Italian night, Chinese night etc.
Great cocktails - "real" brand drinks. No restrictions or mean measures.
Staff very friendly and always smiling. Hotel Manager (an English chap) always walking around talking to the guests and helpful.
Extra bonus on the last day was Virgin's great - "Check-Out, Chill-Out" airport check in. We just took our suitcases down to the lobby late morning, these were taken from us and to the airport (we didn't see them again until landing at Gatwick) - given boarding cards for the flight (all seated together and even with an upgrade to Premium Economy!!) - Then back to the pool for some more sun.
The hotel also let us keep our room on until the coach transfer mid-afternoon. Hassle free travel - excellent service from Virgin!
