Michelle from Swindon travelled to Las Palomas Apartments with Booked Online on a couples holiday. There were 2 adults and 0 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 09 2006
rated the Las Palomas Apartments as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: I was very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived to find that the reception was no more than a broom cupboard and the staff appeared rude and unfriendly. The room was not cleaned before our arrival apart from the beds and towels - there was sand all over the floor, ketchup was squirted all over the balcony, there was water all over the kitchen floor and unwanted items from prvious guests was discarded in the wardrobe. We saw the maid once in our entire stay which would have been good apart from the fact that she only left one towel to share between two people! There was little entertainment and you had to pay for the sun beds at the pool and the air conditioning. Click here for more information on this hotel, resort and region
