Cleaners in nearly everyday and staff all very nice.
Location is in good quite location but near shops and bars. Supermarket up hill around the corner from plazamar and sells lovely hot baguette and rolls in the morning.
Entertainment quite good 12 year old son loved it and they played bingo every night except saturdays with sometimes some good money prizes.
Would definately recommend the Jutlandia.

Staff excellent from cleaners to reception.
Well laid out and safe feel.
We arrived at 4.30am and fridge contained both fresh milk/water - nice touch.
Definitely return but may do so independently as they are online for 2007/2008 season.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, particularly in reception.
The pool is gorgeous with 2 main areas and a baby/tod pool.
The restaurant serves good food although it is pricy compared to going out of the apartments and eating in resort.
We thought it was great and just on the edge of the main resort so not too busy or noisy at night. Loads of entertainment for kids and very family friendly, however be careful of little ones in the highchairs as the straps are so old and dirty they are disintergrating!! Pretty dangerous, I did point this out to the staff.
Over all a faultless holiday and we would definitely go again !!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lifeguard who walks around the pool all day ensuring everyone is safe.
The entertainer is wonderful with the children. During the day there are activities such as water polo, football, pizza making, balloon races and in the evening there is a mini disco.
We had a lovely holiday and would definately visit these apartments again.

The apartments were on a slight hill approx 200m from the beach , bars and resteraunts . The staff in the apartment complex were polite and helpful.
The entertainment during the day seemed to be well supported even though we did our own thing.
I would certainly visit the Jutlandia apartments again.

Some of the entertainment was very good, Rod Stewart was excellent. Chris, hotels entertainment organiser was a god send organising loads of games for both kids and adults.
Location was spot on, a nice walk to beach.(approx 10 m
ins) Lots of nice bars and eating places.
Only down side was 1st week selfish people putting towels on beds, then not using them till after lunch. This was stopped by the very approachable manageress who removed them
Ben the lifeguard was good kept the kids safe but also good fun. His first aid skills (should you be unlucky and need them) are excellent.

The hotel was always spotless pool cleaned every day with plenty sun beds. Price of magners was a rob as was the price of ice lollies.
The hotel seemed to be miles from everything but infact was only a 5 minute walk from beach ,bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and the manager was always there to listen.
Entertainment for kids was 11~1.00 every morning and 2~4 for kids and adults. Kids disco and games 7~9 with family entertainment till 11.30 most of which was good. Entertainment was done by Chris and what a guy. Hotel is lucky to have him.
Hope to go back next year.

The hotel was slightly out of the hustle and bustle but thats what we wanted but only a 2 min walk from the taxi rank and bus station.
We never saw the rep so I can;t comment on her.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, without exception.
The entertainment went from great to terrible. The magician was so bad he was almost good, Rod Stewart was fantastic.
The weather was rainy the first couple of days but really good the rest of the time.
My only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.
Would I go back YES, we are looking at next year already!

| said: We stayed in Jutlandia Apartments for the 2nd time. Previously Aug 2002.
The reception and pool area are kept clean every day and hygiene is very good. The food on offer is basic but acceptable.
Reception, bar and catering staff are friendly and accommodating. Life guard did his job and was friendly.
The only complaints we had (which is why we won't be going back there) is the maid service was very poor compared to our last visit. We were very luckly with the maid last time who was very thorough.
The other guests were very noisy particularly at night when we were trying to sleep. A lot of banging and over drinking. I like a drink but not at the expense of others. There was not much control on teenage drinking either. The night time singing from guests often went onto 6.00am.
We also found the beds very uncomfortable to sleep on. I preferred the couch.
We felt standards had dropped since our last visit.

We have travelled with first choice to Mallorca several times and this is the only time we have had to complain. My advice is do not stay in room 229. Fridge was being defrosted when we arrived, no hangers or space for clothes. 3ft cracks in floor tiles so bad you must where something on your feet. Toilet seat, cistern broken with pubichair, rooms not suitable for family, can't swing a spanish cat!
Can't comment on the entertainment we didn't hang around.

There are steps up onto your apartment which makes a fair wee challange when you arrive at 3 in the morning and have to carry the suitcases up!
Entertainment was rubbish, the only good thing was Rod Stewart! The muscle man was about 80 years of age!

| said: When we first arrived, the hotel didnt look attractive from the outside and the area seemed very isolated. But looks can be decieving.
The reception area was lovely and the receptionists were very helpful if you wanted information on anything. There is a restaurant and bar, both with good service, although the prices were extremely high.
The pool area was fantastic, with lots of space and sunbeds were endless. There was a lifeguard on duty all day, who made sure there was no trouble and was always walking around keeping an eye on everything.
The entertainment was amazing for the kids, with shows nearly every night and games during the day.
When we entered our apartment, we were surprised at the size as it was rather small for a 2 bedroomed apartment. It was reasonably clean although the bathroom wasnt particularly nice to use. The kitchen area was rather small and cramped with not much room 2 work in. Bedrooms also small but big enough to cope with.
However, the rest of the hotel made up for the apartments.

The apartments were cleaned thoroughly every day and cleaning staff very friendly. Located up a slight hill it is in a perfect location for young families, loads to do of a day yet away from all the hussle and bussle of a night. . . althought on a couple of nights there was loud teenagers shouting until the early hours!
Santa ponsa itself is a lovely resort, loads of things for both young and old to see and do.
Reps were none existent at the apartments and bar there was very highly priced, played on you staying there for the kids entertainer who we thought was rubbish ( our kids are 3 and 6 ).
Life guard around the pool was a star ! ..You'll see what I mean when you get there!
all in all a great time !
We will be going again this year!

The apt was spotless, the staff were really friendly and the entertainer, Ana was loved by all the children, she did an excellent job. Several times we ate at the snack bar the food here was excellent and at a good price. Five minute walk from the hotel is the main strip with some of the best restaurants we've ever tried. Children are already asking when can we go back.

| said: Pros: Nice clean and friendly apartment complex with great entertainment for kids my daughter loved the mini disco( every evening at 8.30pm apart from saturday).Decent bar food although very basic, staff very helpful and friendly. Nice pool area very good for kids. Air conditioned apartment a godsend. special mention for Anna the child entertainer works really hard and is very good at her job.
Cons: Apartment was too small hardly any room for clothes and beds very uncomfortable. No food preparation area in kitchen therefore had to prepare food using the kitchen table only two ringed cooker.
complex can be noisy at night and into early hours.Allowed to drink from glasses around the pool area which should be stopped due to the amount of small children running around this could cause a serious accident.

The food is quite good but we never had dinner here. The hotel staff are great escpecially Angie who our family got on really well with! and Anna the entertainer is great!

| said: The Jutlandia Apartments are fantastically clean, friendly and nicely landscaped, with 3 pools (2 pools for the kids/adults and 1 baby pool for the little ones). There are plenty of sunbeds round the pool and you can hire a sun shade should you require one. The pool is attended by a life guard from 10am - 7pm. You can use any inflatables you wish, however there are usually a lot left behind round the pool by previous holiday makers so you can usually make use of these rather than buy your own.
The apartments are basic but kept very clean. There is a maid service 5 times a week and you are provided with clean towels and bed linen 3 times a week. The staff are very friendly and the receptionists all speak english (one, in fact actually comes from England).
In your room you have 2 rings for cooking, a fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. You can hire an oven, a hairdryer, a cot or a TV & video (plus many more items) from reception for a set weekly price. The bedrooms contain twin beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and digital safe which you can hire via reception.
The apartments are set out in a 'C' shape round the pools, so that every apartment has a pool view. There are 3 levels so you dont have to climb too many steps, although if you have trouble walking i would recommend asking your travel company when you book that you would like a ground floor apartment. We requested this, and it was all arranged for us hassle-free.
Each apartment has air-conditioning which is provided free of charge and is definitely worth using. It only works if you close your doors and windows, but once it is switched on, it really is effective. You also get a balcony or terrace (depending on whether you are on the ground floor or floors 1 or 2) and the ground floor terraces each have a bush in front to give the occupants some privacy.
The apartments also have a bar and restaurant and the food is very nice, although the choice is fairly limited. The complex is within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Santa ponsa, it is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the town & beach front.
There is a local supermarket opposite the apartments, a little way up the hill, however this is fairly expensive and i only recommend using this if you cannot get to the other supermarkets, one of which is the local 'Syp' supermarket, or there are several others by the beachfront.
For the kids, entertainment is provided every day apart from Saturday by Anna, the complex's own entertainer. She arranges daily water polo, football (the complex actually has a concrete football pitch) and mini disco events for the little ones. There is also rifle-shooting and football events for the elder kids/adults however these arent daily events.
The complex also has 2 pool tables, an arcade room and access to the internet. It also has BBQ facilities and the complex holds a BBQ evening every thursday, if you wish to attend you need to book via reception in advance.
There is entertainment provided every evening except Saturdays, at the bar/restaurant area. The shows are good although they all seem to be in English, which is great if you can speak english but not so great for others.
The waitressing staff are very friendly and though not all of them speak a lot of english, you can usually get by and the food menu is in english, spanish and german so you can point to what you would like and they will understand.
The bar also has a mini-shop where you can purchase large bottles of water (you cant drink the tapwater in majorca) and milk and other essentials.

The swimming pool is amazing with many different depths and a great pool for children, the entertainment was top notch and as the brochures say the hotel is idealy situated its close enough to the bars and beach to walk to in about 5 mins but far enough away to be quiet at night.
The only thing i can find to say thats not a full 5 marks is the size of the rooms but as they say compact(more like tiny)i cant really complain as i new before we arrived that they wouldnt be spacious.
All in all a great hotel and santa ponsa is a lovely resort. Highly Recommend. *****

Apartment very clean and well stocked, even tea/coffee etc. provided, so you can have a drink. Very quiet and relaxing at night. All apartments surround pool, so very safe. Food available wasn't wonderful, and a bit pricey, but entertainment very good - always something on. Pool deceivingly cold (what do you expect in October!)but very clean and refreshing. We wouldnt hesitate to take our kids with us next time, as they'd have plenty to do. If we ever visit again we will stay here.

Staff were very friendly, and you felt very secure for the children to go off and play.

Lovely appartments in a quieter area of Santa Ponsa, though very well situated and easy, short access to beach and shops and bars nearby. Appartments very clean and practical. Poor area lovely and clean with lifeguard to watch over children as you relax basking in the sunshine. Julio the entertainer is marvellous and great with children and adults alike! Thank goodness he will be back next year as it wouldnt be a holiday now without him. Other staff pleasant in Jutlandia and keep it well run. Numerous people I spoke to this year were returning for their second or more times as it is such a reputable resort and appartments. Lovely beach and good nightlife and resort is neither too quiet nor too busy, perfect for families. Hope to see you all next year.

The staff were very helpful, the amenities were of a good standard and there was childrens club for the kids, during the day and discos at night. The standard in general of these apartments was great. Although, at the time, construction work was going on outside our apartment, it didnt dull the experience. I would definately go back.

staff are very friendly & always recognise you if you are a previous visitor returning to the apartments.
where we received a bottle of champagne.
Kids loved the space in the apartments, the pool was great and child friendly [ usually a lifeguard situated at poolside ] the entertainer was usually something else as this has changed over the years for us they have been amusing and funny.
Have made many friends who like us have returned again and again to the apartments for all the same reasons .
giving it a miss for a few years but will return soon
ps. Santa Ponsa as a resort is friendly, plenty to do, very clean.
