rated the Cumbria Park Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: This is an excellent Best Western hotel on the edge of the city, so nice & quiet, but close to everything. The rooms are large, and very comfy, and the staff (all of them!)are among the friendliest I have come across in the UK. Breakfast (full English)is included in the rate, and the hotel has a very nice bar. All in all, a good base for the Borders, The lakes and Hadrian's Wall.
