| said: We stayed on a all inclusive basis in the hotel, the rooms are spacious and are very clean and the maids come round every day, the only down side was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which for a hotel claiming to be 4 star needs to be addressed. The staff overall are friendly but there are one or two that you have to be a little more assertive with when ordering drinks at the bars particulary if they are talking to females, i interupted once having waited patiently for about five minutes and it did not happen again. Now to the food well it was well pesented in the buffet restaurant and to be fair to the hotel they do have to cater for all nationalities,Dont expect a full english breakfast, they have cereal, boiled eggs, beans, and what can be only described as a mixture of fried ham and hot dog sausages. but you can get fried eggs and omlettes out at the snack bar. The main meals were a bit repetitive at times and used Chicken and Turkey (but dont be put off by this i just dont like chicken or turkey alot) but they do a very good salad bar and give you a choice to eat at the outdoor snack bar.if you want to go out for something to eat try the Elvis bar across the road we found the food very good. The hotel alcoholic drinks are available up to 11-00pm then you get a green card from reception and you put money on it to purchase drinks a the night bar, never seen any entertainment so can not make any comments on it.also make use of the free hotel mini bus which can take you to either Marmaris or icmeller beaches were you dont have to pay for sun loungers and they pick you up and costs nothing, hope all that helps you, would i stay there again yes i would,

| said: Well what can i say...It was our first visit to Turkey, and listening to mixed view's,we were a bit nervous, but as soon as we arrived at the Grand Hotel Cettia we were put at ease.
The Hotel staff were very welcoming with the porter waiting to take us to our very bright, spacious and very clean rooms.I just want to say a big Thank you to all the cleaners for all there hard work as every day we arrived back, there was a swan, fan and even hearts laid out on the bed, made out of the towels.(WELL DONE).
I was worried about the food ,as i'm quite pickie myself, but i have't to say it was good. There was a great variety. The presentation was excellent, but everyone has different tastes.
The location wasn't to bad as you could get the bus just outside the hotel which were running about every 10 mins.
What can i say about the Bar and waiting staff...
I just want to big thank you to all the staff, they were fantastic.(THANK YOU)they made us feel very welcome.
I want to say a special Thank you to Irfan,Ronaldo,Smurf and the rest of you,you were brilliant. You made our holiday.
Not forgetting the Bar manager and the Restaurant manager you were brilliant.
I wasn't to impressed with the entertainment, but the kids enjoyed it,so who are we to moan.
I would differently like to go back it was FANTASTIC.
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH YOU WERE BRILLIANT.

| said: We have never been to Turkey before but were very exited on the way. On the way back we were too exited to arrive home! The weather was (as expected) sunny every day! The hotel was a good place, the rooms were fine but by the end of the holiday we found it uncomfortable as the air conditioning was rubbish and we found it uneasy to sleep in such hot contitions. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite however bar staff were rude to some people and too close to others (mainly females); aswell as serving cheap drinks in half filled cups and glasses. By the end of the holiday we were ill as there was nothing to eat! Also because we found out that water from local dispensers was filled from a tap! Entertainment was basically the same and was very boring. Trips were a rip-off as there were places they took us to (which we didn't know were included in the trip) basically trying to sell you something. The bartering is ridiculous, not to mention awkward and uncomfortable! We will never go again!

| said: We have recently returned from a wonderful two week holiday at Cettia Apartments. As it was our first visit to Turkey we were unsure of what to expect but it would be difficult to find a single criticism.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist and our luggage was taken to our spacious, well decorated room by a porter. Housekeeping kept rooms immaculate and the location of the apartments was only a ten minute walk from the beach.
Sunbeds were reasonably easy to acquire without having to sacrifice a lie in. At the pool area various activities are provided day and night by the entertainment staff. Perhaps it would be fair to say it is the bar and entertainment staff who make the holiday most enjoyable by working tirelessly to make sure every guest feels welcome. Especially Tom who is fantastic at his job, takes time to get to know guests and gets everyone involved in activities throughout the day. Also Hudo, the bar man who ensured we were well looked after all day.
All in all, I would have no reservations about recommending these apartments to anyone planning to visit Turkey. Thank you all for giving us a memorable holiday.

The staff were very nice (Emin) the one who kept my beer glass full. The best of all. The food and arangement in the hotel were less than impresive like a school dinner que. The hoilday makers (All inclusive) were rude & thaught they were royalty. Tom the "entertainer" sold me a dvd that didnt work when i got home so ill see you soon... Met some nice people and look forward to meeting up again back home the kids loved it & as long as you take enough money as its not cheep! Then club Cettia apartments are a very friendly place to go..

| said: Dont really know were to start only that it was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. I was a little worried about going to turkey cause id heard a few stories about the food being a bit dodgy and the people being rather pushy, but were we stayed at the Club Cettia Apartmets and what id been told couldnt be further from the truth, the food was gorgous and the staff were fantastic from the cleaners to the entertainment staff you couldnt fault a thing. We spent the majority of our two week stay around the apartments during the day and night as it was so enjoyable. The entertainment in the day consisted of water polo, horse racing, killer pool and not to forget the daily quiz which was great fun. The evening entertainment was just as good there was a different act on every night, money bingo which we won a few times... we also went to the turkish night in the first week and enjoyed it so much that we we went again on the second week, the evening was superb.
The bar staff and entertainment staff were really helpful and friendly so much so that we feel we have made some good friends, especially in Emin, Hudo, Ash, Hamid, TinTin, Eddie, Tom, Rose, Chicken Killer, Jamie and all the rest including the lovely young man who cleaned the pool area i went down every morning to put my towels out and he would come from nowhere to pull my beds out for me
what amazing people they work such long hours in extreme heat and always have a smile for you. They make you feel really welcome, so much so that we cant wait to return next year. We would like to say thank you to all of you and see you soon, Mandy, Martin, Sam, Dan, Jamie and Sean from Wigan xxxxxxxxxxx

All the staff at the appartments were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was excellent. The pool area was very clean and tidy and again the staff very friendly and helpfull. I would reccommend these appartments to anyone wishing to visit Turkey, we were that pleased we have already booked for next year. Right next door to the appartments is The Castle restaraunt which is owned by Harry excellent food not to be missed, Right across from the appartments is Starbucks restaraunt again excellent food the best home made chips ever! Down there was very relaxed and the staff were excellent, they would always make the effort when we went down there to make sure we had seats and a tables. The best thing i have to say is tom and rose. Those two work so hard in order to make everyone happy. OMG all i can say is this place is amazing and can't wait to go back. Thank you to everyone at cettia

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you, their was a good choice of drinks, and the food was excellant, plenty of choice, their was a snack bar that did turkish pizza and other snacks and the choice of food at the buffet was outstanding. I would definetly recommend the Turkish baths at the beginning of the holiday, you will get a better tan. The entertainment could be improved but that was the only downside and the entertainment staff were very friendly. I would definetly recommend this hotel and from talking to customers in the hotel who had their children with them they would go back to the hotel too

| said: We stayed in the hotel and were all inclusive. On reading the reviews we were a bit worried about what we were going to expect but we had no need to worry it was the best holiday we have ever had and would defintly return though i would recommend staying in the apartments self catering and not the hotel as i will tell you why.
We spent the first couple of days around the hotel pool,it wasnt very pleasant it reminded us of a cattle market,it was very crowded, and very noisy with the kids running around i would not of felt comftable letting my 2 young children (31/2 and 20 months) going in the pool on there own or anywhere else. The staff were rude and often moaned if you ordered more than 1 drink and the drinks were very watered down especially the beer. The entertaiment wasnt very good either in the day or the evening. though i must say the food was very good there was always a variety so you could always find something that you liked,so that i would reccomend.
After a couple of days we decided to go down to the apartment pool and wow what a difference, it was very relaxed, everyone was very friendly, and made the effort to talk to each other. The staff were wonderfull, always making you laugh nd joining in and always had a smile on there faces considering the hours they had to work!! and the entertainers TOM and ROSE well what can i say
'OH MY GOD' they were excellent, there is not a bad thing that i could say about them they were brilliant. the day were brilliant as always doing water polo and games and the hotel dance.the staff couldnt do enough for the kids and they loved them all.we liked it there so much we only ever went up to the hotel to eat and to go to the room and then were back down there in the evening, though the only downside was we ended up spending alot of money considering we did go all inclusive beacaus we were down in the self catering all of the time!! as the bar stay open untill last person left where as the hotel bar closed at 11pm!!! i would recommed the self catering apartments and hopefully will be returning next year as had such a wicked time. well done all in cettia apartments thankyou for such a great holiday.

| said: We stayed in the apartments - self catering. Very impressed with the apartments, they were more like 5* than 4*. We had a huge one bedroomed apartment which was lovely and clean, very spacious and well set out. Maids came in everyday to clean and did an excellent job. The location is very good, we have been to Marmaris 8 times (1st time at Cettia) so we knew where to go etc. The food was OK but quite expensive compared to other restaurants. We noticed the prices had shot up since last year. The staff in the hotel were very friendly but we were not impressed with the bar staff at all. The entertainments Team Rose & Tom were very good but not great with small kids. They would much rather play adult water polo and killer pool. The bar staff were mardy, never smiled and moaned no matter what you asked for. After the 2nd day we decided to stay at our sister in laws hotel during the day and during the evening as it was much better. When the rep asked what was wrong we explained the attitude of the staff - she said it was because they worked long hours!!! - eveyone in Turkey work long hours!!!! The rep was not interested in our views. After 8 years of going to Marmaris this is the worst hotel in terms of bar staff. I would never go back.

| said: We stayed in the Grand Cettia Hotel on an all inclusive basis.
The hotel was clean, with a maid coming into our room everyday with clean towels and bed linen.
We spent the first couple of days by the hotel pool, which was to crowded and over run by children and you had to be up around 6am to get a sunbed.
We was very surprisd the food was good and there were plenty of options,as having read the reviews before going,we were not looking forward to eating there.
The beer tasted as though it was watered down and the bar staff were very rude and arogant, when you asked for a drink. They also moaned when you asked for more than 1 drink.
The entertainment here was also poor!!!!
I would deffinatly recomend any one to visit the spa for a massage as it was fantastic.
After the first couple of days we decided to go to the Club Cettia appartments pool area.We found this pool more relaxing, more fun(due to the great entertainment by Tom and Rose)and we had no need to get up early to get a sun bed.
Aswell as using the Club Cettia appartments pool and bar during the day,we also used the bar at night.
The staff here were very friendly and great fun!!
Again the entertainment by Tom and Rose at night was also good!!
This bar also did not close till the last customer left, unlike the Grand Cettia notel which was all closed at 11pm,how ridiculous!!!!
Due to this we used the Club Cettia appartment facilities for the rest of our holiday, but it was a shame this area was not included in our all inclusive.
The hotel is in a good location with a 20minuite walk to the centre of marmaris and beach front, but you can also catch a bus from outside the hotel which came reguly.
Due to the Grand Cettia being so poor,we ended up drawing more money out and spent a lot more than we anticipated.
We would not return to the Grand Cettia Hotel, but will definatly return to the Club Cettia Apartments, and hopefully next year!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was good and there was a bus every 5-10 to take us into town, which was only 5 mins away. Star Bux across the road is a must for food.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and the boys at the Ege bar were great. Tom and Kiki were fabulous at their job, good laugh and music to suit all ages.

| said: We stayed in the apartments and found them great no problems what so ever the cleaners did a great job by cleaning every day. We started off self catering and ate a lot in the ege bar downstairs the food was very cheap and was always lovely and cooked well. WELL DONE CHEF. Anyway we decided to try all inclusive for a few days so we had more money for the trips out, bad mistake the food was terrible every one we met was not happy the ale was flat and there were no ice creams included.
We ended up just waiting for the snack bar for cheese pizza all five of us. I've had my little moan and I would go back to the apartments as all the staff in ege bar are great tom is crazy, every day he would shout to us Scourers, Ash, Alex, kiki and everyone else made us welcome, they made everyone welcome.
The Turkish night was a laugh we had a ball well done tom. Top entertainer.
We may come back if we win, ha ha ha

| said: Where do i begin...
As a frequent holiday goer to various locations around the mediteranian i was hugely disapointed with both Marmaris and the hotel in question. Firstly the standards of the hotel were extremely poor, staff were unhelpful and sometimes rude, the location is a 20 minute walk from any decent resteraunt, bar and the beach. These reasons could be forgotten about if it was not for the reason i write this review, the pool side staff. As a father of 2 girls i was apauled at the male employees actions towards them, making suggestive remarks to my 15 year old daughter when i was away from them and asking if they would like to go out with them in the evening. Due to this we had to avoid the pool and go to the beach, which was dirty and full of locals harrassing. The one bonus of the holiday was meeting saj mahmood (england cricketer) who was also in the hotel. I must admit the clenliness of the hotel was very good although.
Maybe as a family destination this was the wrong choice but i wuld advice staying well away from this area, other areas in the med offer much better quality and value for money.

| said: We stayed at the Grand Cettia for two weeks at the end of Aug. We met people there from england who did nothing but moan about everything.
I had a brill time the staff were friendly, do anything for you. The food is on a weekly basics so if you had it on a Monday the next week would be the same, but every night would be different one night is chinese night Mexican, Turkish, Greek.
Food wise for the kids its not good if you have fussy kids, but if you ask for something they like they'll do it for you.
I ate things I thought i'd never eat but if you try things you may find you like it.
I did't expect to go to turkey and eat English food if that's what you want from you holiday stay at home. Food is served breakfast 7.30-10, dinner 12.30-2, snacks(pizza, burgers etc)2-4,cake and coffee 4-6,tea 7.30-9.Ice creams you have to pay for but water is free.
The hotel is on a bit of a hill nothing massive and once your down its mostly flat.
The entertainment is on 9-9.30 for kids they get on stage and do dances.
Then different things after that, one night they do mr Cettia, getting you up to do daft things.
After 11 then the bar closes you can buy an extras card from reception to put Monet on, the sherlock bar in side the hotel stays open till about 3.

| said: We have just returned home from a supposedly all-inclusive holiday in a 4* hotel. The grand cettia hotel is deffinitely not up to 4* standard. The food was very bland and the time it was served was limited, most of the time leaving us hungry therefore we chose to dine out spending an extra £1500 on top of the original price of £3000. We took a friend with us on his first visit to turkey and we were embarassed. Drinks were feeble and limited to 250ml servings. Ice cream was not available unless paid for at extortionate prices. All of our party suffered a variety of illness whilst staying in the hotel. Entertainment was repetitive and of a poor standard. If you are a bingo-loving breakdancer and go to bed at 11pm when the bar closes you will love it. On the other hand some of the staff were very friendly and I feel quite sorry for them as they were working 15hour shifts everyday and their sleeping quarters were diabolical with 6 crammed into a small room. They get paid equivelant to £120 a month for working in these conditions including them being forbidden to eat whilst at work.
I have previously been on 7 excelent all inclusive holidays and in comparison I would deffinitely rate this hotal as 4* Rubbish!!!

The food form the bar is ok we only ate the once but its fine for a snack but we went next door to castle for are dinner and had drinks there at night. The staff are great there thwy have a laf with you and you push them in the pool and they dont mind but beware they will get you back, we pushed ozy (the photographier) in everday. The beach is about 15 mins walk away but we used the bus which is only 1ytl equiverlant to 40p this is an experiance in its self, the beach is'nt the best but good enuf and we used the captains bar beach area its good here as you get free sunbeds and you can just shout joe over if you want anything even lilo's or ball w.e you need they will get it you. The best restaurant we found there was uno momento its on the beach front and is resonably priced and the food there is amazing. We went to dalyan on the last day as we had a night flight and i think that the actuall trip is good but the accomadtion you stay at in dalyan is very very basic and the food there is disgusting so if you go to dalyan i would advise you not to go on your last day and just go for the day.

The appartments were clean and bright and the entrance was that of a 4/5* hotel. On arrival at our appartment it was spacious and clean. We went straight back down to reception to ask where we could get water/coke etc and the night man opened the shop for us to get what we required. The pool area was clean as well as the bar area, where we ate on several occaisions. The linen and towels were changed 4 times and we were only there for a week. We had a heatwave while we were there and on a couple of days the temp reached 50/55 get a fan from reception for the bedroom as if you keep the door closed you don't benefit from the air conditioning the cost 25ytl a week (£10). English breakfast will cost 5ytl (£2) these are good. The hotel cater for all young children through to the elderly. I would recomend this accomodation to ll who intend to go.

I went to Club Cettia apts in July and came right home and book for October the same year. Tahin, Hudo, Ash and Andy were the best staff there.
I am only 14 and I love them they were ace. And Tahsin let me help him wash the dishes everyday if I wanted! And because I like them so much I got there email addresses and when they are no busy we email each other on msn which is really nice.
The food was really nice and the Turkish night is ace fun and a good laugh. The cleaners came in everyday! And the hotel was really friendly and clean also not far from the town you could get a bus for 40p or have a nice 10 minute walk.
I honestly don't believe some people because they have wrote some nasty things about Cettia maybe in there dreams but not in real life.
I can't wait till I go back in July again I really miss you guys.

There was never any queuing at the bar at night which we have found frustrating in the past at other hotels. There were outside entertainers also which were very good and the breakdancers were excellent. There was a paperazzi team taking pictures day and night. (We had a photoshoot done by them and the quality was great and very reasonably priced).Overall this was one if not the best holidays we have had and wouldn't hesitate to return!!!

What made it was mainly the staff. (especially TOM) they are th most friendly people ive ever come across in turkey and other half of them all talk English.
The entertainment was very good even when Tom's Turkish Rules were played but thats beside the point. All the customers seemed to enjoy it and everynight had differentn entertainment.
I am looking to book up for next year because that is how good Cettia was and hoe much i really enjoyed it.
I am looking forward to seeing Tom and Andy agian mainly but all staff are very nice.

The apartments were very clean and catered for our needs well. Clean towels every day was heaven.
The food in the Ege bar was great (well done Vicki), we loved the baguettes and salads. The bar staff (esp Alex) cannot do enough for you and are more than happy to share their local knowledge.
Mark(F&B manager) was a super help to us for information and really made us settle in well. Ozy's paparrazi shots were fun and you should buy them all! Tom cant play water polo, but was great fun around the pool! Buy his Turkish CD's!
We are going back in September.

| said: Best holiday i've ever had! Club Cettia is a fantastic resort with plenty to do for everyone! The Apartments are separate from the main hotel and has it's very own swimming pool and slide (which is fantastic) The apartments are a bit out from the main bar strip which is perfect - it's only a short dolmus ride into the main resort costing about 30pence.
The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and the maids done a fantastic job each day, towels changed every day and they even done the dishes - bless (not expected at all)!
The highlight for me at Club Cettia was the staff - Tom kept us entertained all day with great tunes around the pool and with his cheeky smile could brighten up anybodies day :-) Ozy with his fantastic camera skills give us a chance to pose every night in our going out outfits!! And as for all the waiters, you never saw them without a smile and could never do enough to keep you well fed and watered :-) A great big massive Tesekkurler to you all.
The one down point i had was having to come home - so we've already booked to return in September.
See you all soon xo

| said: This was an all inclusive holiday and was realistic value for money. Had I known that a "Summer Camp" would be arriving half way through the week I may have chosen differently however we made allowances and got on with it.
The hotel was very clean and well presented, rooms cleaned daily and pool area cleaned nightly and when needed during the day. Waiters were at hand through out the day.
The food was very basic and best descibed as adequate, 2/3 star rather than 4. I thought it was fine, but I'll eat anything! My partner is more fussy and not too impressed. Not much selection, especially at breakfast, not much fruit, although this seemed to get better as the week progressed. The food theme nights were ok, but again limited varity.
The location of the hotel is good, not in the hustle and bustle of Mamaris itself but only a short taxi ride away. Plenty of bars and restuarants within walking distance, Star Bux is a must for breakfast and a friendly drink.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull without being over the top. The animation team was really nice and friendly, they socialised with people. The activities during the day were great however night time was poor unless outside entertainer were performing, these were quite good.
I would definately go back again to the same hotel and take my children but would go self catering. This is a good hotel and should be one for people to consider.

The food was varied and catered for everyone, even the fussiest eater could find something they liked due to the variation offered.
The hotel is perfectly located about 10 minutes away from the centre of Marmaris. The hotel staff are brilliant, always willing to help and so friendly.
Entertainment is catered for night and day, everything from water polo in the swimming pool to children and adult shows in the evening.
We are already planning our return visit. The Turkish bath and massage in the hotel complex is a must.

The apartments were beautiful, spacious and cleaned every day.
There were 10 of us and we all came away having had a fantastic holiday......the atmosphere and entertainment was great and the bar, waiting-on and entertainment teams were not only hard working and friendly but also loads of fun and very charming. special mentions to go tom, bob, ash and andy for looking after us all.
How they manage to work such long days and keep smiling, laughing and joking...then take you into town for clubbing is beyond me! we werent complaining ;)
We definitely plan on coming back to such a welcoming place. Two of our party are unable to spend any time in the sun so were around the shaded bar area during the day times and were looked after especially well, thanks for that.
Oh and Toms cash bingo is the best.....were hoping we win the snowball aswell as every other game next time lol
Thanks to all the staff.......from Adele, Corrina, Maria, Jane, Angela, Ange, Kaz, Sheila, Anne and Tracy :)

Apartment was spacious, clean & more like a Hotel Room. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, the location was perfect with plenty of places to eat. The food at the Cettia Ege bar was very good, great entertainment every night.
The childrens Club was very good which enabled me to have some pampering in the Hotel Spa which I would highly recommend-two & a half hours of pampering for only 90 lira (approx £32.00!!!).
If like me your not up to bartering in the shops for your gifts go to Benji's shop in the Cettia apartments, he's lovely.
Will def be staying there again.

Food was great and reasonably priced. waiters were there to keep you in your seat. Great choice of food. and very friendly bar manager called mark just a shame hes from norwich!
The entertainment was brilliant something for everyone, every night, and the entertainers tom and kiki are just great. they will try everything to make you laugh.
plenty to do around the pool through the day wich i liked with water polo and killer pool and cash bingo everyday without fail.
The location of the hotel isnt right in the middle of everything. its about a 10 minute walk to the beach and only a handfull of shops around you but very easy to jump on bus for 40p into the centre.
Definately be going back next year. Great holiday and very reasonably priced.

| said: The Cettia apartments are lovely, situated higher up, but still only 10 mins walk from sea, but dolmus is just outside for those who don't like to walk.
The rooms were clean and spacious, and staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, also we were very pleased with the way the rooms were kept and also flowers were sometimes left on the bed, definitely the best place I have stayed in in Marmaris, and I have been coming for many years.
We loved the pool and the slide, the food was yummy too, there are many activities around the pool i.e. water polo, oh and I have to say "Tom" I'm much better at water polo than you haha..
The staff made sure you were having a good time, always smiling and helpful, I don't know where they get their energy, they work such long hours.
There is a pool table and othere things for kids, and also bingo and evening entertainment, which is also great, and if you're there for two weeks, you get to see the entertainment again which we thoroughly enjoyed. Mert (tom) happy chappy, he is the entertainment manager and the best, even if you want to go out he organises a bus and takes you to outside entertainment for those that want to party till morning, so if you are going and staying at Cettia, Tom is the man who can...ege bar is lovely in the evenings, it is very cool as its set high up, and the views are amasing, I had a magical time and I'm going back in September..

| said: I travelled with friends, J young and K reed, the apartments were clean and maid service was good too. Reception staff were helpful and the food was nice.
The location was 10 Min's or so to beach, or you get bus outside, the staff were great, friendly around the bar, Tom entertainment manager, very funny and sweet, keeps you smiling and night entertainment good too.
If we were to go out, the staff would book us mini bus, so it was safe for us, and they would tell us which were good places to go, if we wanted to party all night, though it would have been more fun if they came, but they were working, the night life in Marmaris is buzzing...yes I would go to Marmaris again

The rooms were fantastic and always clean, the hotel was about a ten minute walk from the resort centre but you could catch a Dolmus to to the centre for 1 yen. The buses stopped where you wanted to get off ,and stopped when you wanted to get on it was quite funny.
The hotel was opposite a quant little cafe where the couple who owned it she was English and he was Turkish and they were very nice people.

The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard everyday, the rooms were also very spacious.
The hotel is set in a very quiet location, and not too far away from shops and is excellent for families.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in everyway possible, they also have a good sense of houmor and are very good at communicating with the guests - very good with children.
The entertainment caters for all ages and is different everynight.
This the second year we have stayed at the Cettia and are already looking at booking a holiday here again next year.

| said: This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and this time was just as great as the first 2..the hotel sits up on a slope and stands proud and why not..you walk into reception and are met with the splendour of a majestic hotel, from here on in the stay is fantastic...staff have always been polite, friendly and have time to talk to you..when not manicly busy.
The hotel rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday.
Entertainment very good..yes this was end of season when I went so tourists numbers were dwindling daily yet the entertainment team did their best to entertain those left..obviously couldn't put on same size of show as in high season but then where does ??
This place is just a great hotel, staff are great, hotel is fantastic, food very good and a good choice (unless you expect a full English menu) remember you are in Turkey not Blackpool so you will get English and TURKISH dishes not just ENGLISH meals also it is an INTERNATIONAL HOTEL not just an English hotel, if thats what you want then look elsewhere as this hotel gets plenty of different nationalalities.
Overall I would rate hotel 9/10.... only reason not gets a 10 is no mini bar in room .....but hey who needs that...so 10/10 thats my rating.
This hotel is near enough to the town for nights out clubbing if thats what you want and yet far enough away to not be disturb by the bars and clubs of ''Bar-street''.
This hotel has a fantastic health club..massage's are out of this world.
The Management team will offer help in anyway they can if not happy...OYA the assistant manager speaks good English better than my Turkish..and understands our English problems... BAHAR was new yet very helpful...ENGIN is ''service'' manager as they call it..basiclly food and beverage he is very pleasant and helpful.
AYDIN is in charge of reception and will help at all times if something wrong with room etc...all in all this hotel is a great taste of Turkey and if you don't have a good stay here then you must expect a Blackpool B&B in Turkey.

Some of the bar staff were a bit miserable and rude. Room was cleaned daily which wasnt expected, but obviously appreiciated! Pool was good size, but couldnt actually get in it as we had rain for the whole 7 days!!
Entertainment was nil unless you wanted to join in and do kareoke every night and that didnt start until 10pm and there was nothing on up to the lead up of this!! Nothing for kids, our poor boy was bored senseless! However this could have been due to it being there out of season. In the town shops and bars were literally closing by the hour.
Great cafe/bistro over the road called Star Bux run by Adam and his staff. They helped make our holiday always helping with what to do and where to go when the weather was so poor! They even put x factor on for us on sky so we didnt miss the weekly eviction!!
Visit Benjis shop based on the complex, he is a lovely sweet guy and will sell you lots of bargains.

No communication between entertainment staff & managment.
After a 2 page complaint to Thomas Cook with regards to lack of entertainment due to no facilities as the main stage is outside and when it rains its all cancelled. Bar staff make you feel very uncomfortable when asking for drinks and stop serving all inclusive guests at about 2245 so no one can gather drinks.
The food was very bland and taste less but we started to eat out a lot.
There is a dolmus route direct outside the hotel but a steap hill to climb up and many steps. Lifts in the hotel don`t always work many got stuck while we were there. Room are clea |
