| said: First the good news. This is a lovely hotel on Boulevard Anspach about 200m from the Bourse, and about 400m from Grand Place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room (on the 6th floor - top of the house) was bright, clean and tastefully decorated.
However, we did have a problem. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which meant that there was no restaurant, bar or leisure facilities - the website mentions a sauna/jacuzzi/swimming pool. Although the work didn't interfere with our sleep, we were disappointed not to have these facilities.
As the restaurant was closed, we got vouchers for a breakfast next door. The first day we were very dissatisfied with the welcome and breakfast - we felt like we were intruders. However, the second morning a different person served us and presented us with a beautiful breakfast.
I would go back, but first I'd make sure the facilities were available.

| said: We stayed here at the end of January. Was a bit disappointed at first, the hotel reception was undergoing some refurbishment and didn't look very welcoming, however, once in your room you don't notice.
The rooms are lovely, spacious and really nicely decorated.
The location of the hotel is great, you are right in the centre and it's really easy to find your way around.
As the restaurant was closed I can't really comment on the food although the croissants from the place next door were very nice!
Once all the refurbishment is over it looks like it's going to be a great hotel - definitely worth a visit.
