| said: We arrived at the hotel on an evening to be greeted by rain.
The hotel was nice and they laid on a cold buffet which I have never had before when arriving late.
There are two pool areas and it was ok to get a sunbed (but the weather was not good at all when we were there) but I think it would be quite difficult in the main months.
The drinks in the hotel were expensive but we upgraded to ai for drinks only which cost about £400 for 2 adults and one child for 2 weeks. It was well worth it because as we had a little one she wanted to watch the entertainment and we spent quite a bit of time in the hotel. I would not pay the price of the drinks if I was not ai because you got a thimble of wine and the soft drinks were in small cups and glasses. In the restaurant you got bottles of wine which were ok and you could get bottles of coke, fanta, and sprite and water which was good.
To be honest the resort in my opinion is a load of rubbish. I would rather stay in San Antonio rather than the bay. We went HB but we normally eat out half the time but we didn't because there was no where to eat unless you want egg and chips and the normal english stuff... No restaurants to speak of although we did go to one of the Chinese restaurants which was ok.
All in all I would not return to the resort or to Ibiza but the hotel was nice but if you like Ibiza then I would recommend the hotel as it was nice. Some of the staff were lovely and "jesus" (im not kidding, that was his name) was lovely along with a couple of the younger girls but there were a couple of older grumpy bar staff.
Also to note we did not get the ai until the day after we arrived and they charged us for the full time there. I questioned it at the time but they said that was right. it was not until my mam arrived the week after and she got charged the correct amount that I went back to reception to query again. After an argument I got my money back 37 euro for a day so its not to be sniffed at. Also when I was there they were trying to charge a group of 4 for 20 days when they were only there for 13 days.
Safety deposit box is 4 euro a day which works out £40 ish for a fortnight which was a ripoff and the fridge you can hire is 8 euro a day. Obviously I didn't bother with that.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. We couldnt fault the hotel, the food was great too. Clean towels every day,the pools were rather cold for our 4 year old.
The entertainment was a bit dire so we gave that a miss after the 1st night. I would stay at this hotel again though.

| said: Arrived back from Fiesta Milord Hotel today, the room was absolutely great - best sea views ever! The food choice was very good, something for everyone, breakfast, I don't think there was anything that you could of wished for that wasn't there!!!!! And clean wasn't the word - you could of eaten your food from the public area floors, shining and spotless.
Two things not so great were "Satelite TV" in brochure, but in reality only 2 news channels in English and with taking our grandson a little "childrens TV" wouldn't of gone a miss!!!
The other thing was the drop down bed, the feet stuck right out and a few accidents (banging of legs) agh.. occurred. Apart from these 2 things everthing else was great.
Good pool areas (2) and a small park at the rear of the hotel, which you wouldn't know was there if you didn't explore. Also the ferry leaves for San Antonio right outside the hotel, which is very handy.
Oh, and on our last day, we actually found a washing line in the bathroom which is quite well concealed - and a draw beneath the case stand which we hadn't noticed before....we always do it! But great hotel and would recommend it.

| said: Just come back from a weeks holiday at this hotel and we can highly recommend it. We were half board and the food was excellent, buffet style and plenty of choice for everyone, the breakfast was especially fab and certainly set you up for the day.
Both buildings of the hotel were of impeccable cleanliness, we were in Milord 2 which is where the restaurant is situated and is the quieter of the two, the bedrooms were lovely, newly refurbished with brilliant views of the pools and the sea as well as across the bay which is lovely when lit up at night.
The hotel staff are very helpful and check in when we arrived was quick and efficient - English speaking too.
When we pulled up on the coach, porters came out to help with suitcases which can be a godsend when you are struggling with four.
We can not say a bad word about this hotel in general and would recommend to others especially families with small children - Lalo and the fiesta team run activities throughout the day as well as the kiddies disco early evening to keep the children occupied.
A week is really not enough so book for longer if you're thinking of going !!!!!

| said: The hotel is divided into two buildings 1 & 2. The 2 part is possibly the newer, and in excellent condition.
This is where the restaurant is situated.
On the whole this hotel is very good, with a few minor niggles. There are quite a few steps from the reception area to the 2 complex with no ramps for suitcases.
The 2 Complex does not have a coffee lounge or bar for refreshments, but has plenty of room to accommodate one.
There is no covered walkway from the main building to the 2 complex, and diners would get wet crossing in adverse weather.
The whole complex is well situated right on a beach.
The adjoining main town shopping area is very scruffy, broken pavements, kerbs and holes in the road. This is very off putting to visitors.
It is only a very small shopping area with very little variety and looks well run down. It is surprising that the hotel owners have not brought pressure to make the main street more attractive.
On the very good side is the restaurant, this restaurant would definitely get a good rating in the Michelin Guide. It is five star on quality, variety, and supervision by the spotlessly clean chefs and staff.
The variety of food each day is second to none. This is the best restaurant i have seen in twenty years of travel including Europe and America.

| said: What a saving grace this hotel was for our holiday. For the first two days of our holiday we stayed in Aparthotel Las Perlas which was disgusting and upgraded to the Hotel Fiesta Millord II.
What a hotel Fiesta Millord is indeed, even just on first look at our room I was incredibly impressed. Where to begin, the reception staff and canteen staff were very approachable and very friendly, always making the efforts to learn and call us by first names (really silly but nice personal touch made the difference), the rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily, linen changed regularly, maids always very friendly even though the main maid spoke no english she always made a huge effort to converse with us which we thought was excellent.
The food was superb and there were always plenty of different dishes to suit both adults and children every day. The location of the hotel too was superb. The water taxi and the beach were down the back steps from the hotel and the entertainment within the resort was a 2 minute walk from the hotel front door!
All in all I would reccommend this hotel to anyone and if we ever visit Ibiza again this will be the only hotel we will consider.

The maid was in the rooms every day and made our beds and tidied up. There was a good variety of food to choose from and all tastes were catered for.
The hotel was right on the beach. Not the best beach around but was ample for our weeks stay.
The staff were very friendly and the entertainers made the best of what they had.
Activities throughout the day and certificates awarded to the winner in the evening.
I would have no doubt about recommending this hotel.

| said: After reading past reviews about this hotel i was looking forward to going.
Yes the hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly, entertainment good.
But if you don't mind having to get up by 8.oclock for a sunbed then be penned in all day because there`s no room by the pool for all the beds, like to queue for your food till it's to cold to eat in a restaurant that resembles a school canteen with all the noise.
Then when you are ready for bed and go to your room the man in the room next keeps you up all night with his snoring, (i was also on first name terms with the woman in the next room and I haven`t met her), that's how thin the walls are.
You can upgrade to All Inclusive for drinks but they do not tell you this(but only for a min.of seven days).
If you dont mind that type of holiday then this is the hotel for you, but if you like a quiet relaxig hotel then don't bother.
We did have a good holiday, we made the most of a bad thing but sorry to say would not go back there again.

My room was a bit small but was modern and airy with a great view. It was clean and very well decorated. Thought tht reception area could have been brighter and better decorated. The location was spot, on right on the beach.
The food was lovely with great variety. The cheeses were brilliant and so was the variety of meat. Drinks were always ice cold and very refreshing.
We were never around for the nght time entertainment in the hotel and the bar was always shut when we rolled back into the hotel at 2am. The bars around the hotel were great the ones that stood out at us were the old tavern and Playa Bella which had bingo and other entertainment on everyday and night.
We are going back in june and will update you on any changes.

| said: We stayed at Hotel Milord from 17 June to 28 June. I had read very good reviews on this Hotel before we went and they were all very accurate. The hotel is very spacious and cool in all the public areas and the bedrooms are also very spacious, newly refurbished and comfortable. We were in Milord 1 on the 8th floor and had the most spectacular view of the whole of San Antonio Bay. (We very rarely had a problem with the lift) It was a little noisy at times due to the thin walls of the rooms and doors which were very difficult to close quietly. However, when the balcony door was closed you could not hear any noise from outside.
The food was excellent, especially with regard to the choice. I am sure the most fussy eaters could find something to suit them. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner. Breakfast included fruit juice, tea and coffee (Nescafe), cold meats and cheese, various kinds of bread including a toaster, fresh fruit and tinned fruit, streaky bacon, fried eggs, beans, sausage, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms, etc. Also, small cakes and doughnuts. Dinner was excellent, there was so much choice I could never decide what to have and then ate far too much because I had a little of virtually everything. There was always 2 soups with bread rolls, various salads and starters always beautifully presented. There was always a carvery as well as 2 or 3 choices of meat dishes, fish dishes, potatoes, chips, lots of vegetables and it was always piping hot as the plates were heated. The waitresses were constantly clearing the tables almost to the point of taking your meal away before you ate it. The deserts were excellent as well, including cakes of various kinds, fresh fruit, delicious ice cream, cheese and biscuits. I could not fault the food at all and put on half a stone in weight in 10 days!
I found the staff to be courteous and friendly.
The sun loungers were locked up until around 9.30 am when they were set out and washed every morning. We tended to sit on the terrace, facing the beach, at the side of the pool nearest to Milord 1.
We never stayed in for the entertainment in the evening as we preferred to go out and about but we did get a glimpse of the children's entertainment after dinner which looked very good.
I would certainly book this hotel again in the future and could certainly recommend it to friends.

The only down side was the pool near the Milord II which we thought was too deep and a bit too shady. Also a tip if you're travelling there soon, the sun beds are not unlocked until 9.30 and only the hotel staff can move them, the best spot is by the railings looking out to sea by the Milord II or the lower balcony by the Hotel shop.
You can walk into San Antonio, it takes 40 mins to 1 hour.
I would stay there again as it is very central for all the bars on the 'main strip'.

| said: Just got back on saturday after 2 fab weeks at milord 2, rooms were fantastic with great view over the bay in to san an town, lovely clean white towels left everyday also room cleaned to excellent standard.
Food was a little dissapointed the first 2 nights but then picked up everything from soup and bread to prawns, mussels, crabsticks also wide variety of meat although not cooked to how we would like it (well done).
The staff in hotel are very polite and helpful and are always cleaning and keeping everything up to standards throughout the day.
The entertainment team were great especially stacey, big thankyou to stacey who is the kiddies rep, my little boy josh had a big crush on her and didnt want to leave her, they did everything from arts and carft to performing Grease in the evening he had lots of fun.
The hotel has 2 swimmiming pools the best being the one at milord 2 overlooking the bay right on the beach next to the railings, the only problem we found with the pools is that they are very deep and if you like your feet on the ground then its not for you, even my little boy who is a good swimmer wasnt to keen on the pool, also the sunbeds are locked up and you cannot get to them until they have been unlocked by the hotel staff at approx 9.30, so there is lots of people ready to dive for a sunbed by 9.30.
The beach which is on the doorstep was ok if your wearing flipflops, no bearfeet, very rocky and bits of broken glass was spotted, also lots of jelly fish on the beach. Never seen any mossies and only seen 1 cockroach at night.
Outside hotel was plenty to do lots of family fun pubs Old tavern, johnnys bar, Paddys a great irish pub about 200 metres down the main strip spent many evenings in there and the Playa Bella next one along to milord about 200 metres up on the beach(the one none knew the name for) very friendly playing bingo, open the box, groups playing. The milord is in good location if you want to walk into the town its a good 40 mins, taxi 7 euros or water taxi 2 euros per person each way they are every 30 mins pickup on the beach.
Well all in all a very good and enjoyable holiday, would we go back? course we would, but for now looking forward to our 2 weeks at the Tanit in August, any questions just let me know.

| said: Well what can I say we had a fab week.
The hotel was very clean, our rooms were maid up every day. We were on the top floor (5th) and the view was amazing, we looked over the pools and the bay, it could get a little noisy at night from the other bars around the bay but after having my head on the pillow for a few minutes I didn't notice it and next thing I knew it was morning.
The rooms were a nice size consisting of three single beds a double wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, TV, large drawer (fit all of our sons clothes in) and a dressing table, a full length mirror and a mirror on the dresser and 2 chairs. I think we had two of everything when we got there as they didn't realise we had our son with us, so when we got there they had to find us another bed which took minutes to do.
On the balcony there were a small patio set of two chairs and a table. The bathroom was superbly decorated and totally clean, we had a toilet (obviously) sink, bidet shower (mixer) and bath and a hairdryer. There was a safe in the wardrobe which you had to pay 16€ for a week or 3€ a day but hubby had a couple of guesses and realised the code was our room number, if you pay you can change the code we believe. The entrance to the room is all done by card, so is the electric, lights etc when you left the room it would all turn off, so we just put another card in so we could leave the air con on so the room was cool when we got back.
The hotel is in two parts Milord one and two, we were in part two where unfortunately while we were leaving I went down the lift with son and pushchair and sent the lift up to hubby with the luggage and it broke down so he had to carry the luggage down 5 flights of stairs. We could have got some help but we were worried it could take awhile and didn't want to wait about.
The food was great we had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast started at 8 and finished at 10 there was a choice of cereal, toast (toasters there so it was hot) choice of cheeses, fresh fruit, English breakfast (no mushrooms though) and rolls croissants bagels biscuits etc, and all was fresh and English breaky was hot. You have to carry a yellow card with you when you go to dinner and breakfast so don't forget that. There was also a choice of drinks tea coffee hot chocolate orange juice, milk, pineapple juice and a very strong multi vitamin drink. At dinner (7 till 9.30 but is changing to 6.30 - 9)there was always fresh salad and chips but the rest always changed, soup of the day different fishes and meats there was always something to eat and the puddings were great. Ice cream in little tubs fresh melon water melon pineapple, apples, nectarines and grapes, jelly mousse, some sort of foreign pudding, cake and more which all changed.
At dinner you had to pay for your drinks unless you went all inclusive which I believe you get offered once you get to the resort but we never did, a bottle of water was 1.50€ but it was a good size. There was Pepsi and wine but we always stuck to water. All of this was buffet style so you could go up as many times as you wanted. There was also a few highchairs scattered about, we always got to use one, but in high season not sure if they have more.
The pools are clean and big there were two large pools and two baby pools which were empty when we were there so hubby was always in there. There are also loads of sunbeds, in high season I think there might be a fight but we always got three. There is also an outside bar, we had a margarita pizza from there one day at 5€ which I though was a great price and it was lovely. I don't like the service though, it's done where you pick a table and they bring it to you when if you reached out you could get your food anyway. It's so you tip them, it gets a bit annoying when you have to tip on every round of drinks but I didn't not want to but felt we did if you get what I mean.
The entertainment was great, all the entertainment was done in one room in the evening at it started at 8.30 with a mini disco with set dances and games then they would hand out certificate from the early games. Sometimes a quiz, which I won one which was good, I won a bottle of champagne, a teeshirt, hat and keyring. Sometimes they would do the entertainment other times dancers or singers would come in. There was four entertainers and they all tried hard and they did a fantastic job in trying to get all the children to join in, they made our holiday. They also did games during the day like darts, ice cube spitting (sounds grouse but is great) killer pool, rifle shooting, French bowls and others but I just sunbathed round the pools.

Safes are in rooms, and the bathrooms and rooms are brilliant now, nearly every room has a sea view and just minutes away from bars and shops.
Brilliant hotel.

Hotel was literally right on the beach and had 2 swimming pools which were never too packed. Had a quiet relaxing day round the pool and night times we got the water taxi (dead cheap and really nice!) over to the busy town for the pubs and clubs!! Had quieter, family restaurants and pubs just round the corner from the hotel but only spent one night here.
Food was gorgeous but wasn't too keen on the european bacon and sausage! Waiters were dead polite and reception staff were really friendly! Only thing was there weren't many English guests mostly Spanish and German.
Rooms were cleaned everyday, furniture was a bit dated but rooms and bathroom both very clean. No ants or flies or cockroaches at all - didn't see a single bug all whole week!
No air conditioning and safes were in reception which was manned 24 hours
