We had been delayed at Glasgow airport and did not arrive till about 4.30 a.m. the person responsible for overseeing the hotel at night could not have been nicer, he chatted away and gave us lots of much needed coffee and sympathy.
For a 3* hotel the room was clean and comfortable, the view over the bay was inspiring. Only down side was being charged for a dilapidated fridge (mini-bar) in the room, this did not work very well and in Cyprus it really has to.

I have written this review to counter one already published which played down the true 'value for money' of this hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised at what I received in a 3 star rated establishment.
Firstly the location is just far enough from Ayia Napa to be quiet yet active.
The new manager has worked hard to turn around this hotel and is still proactive in this area.
I found the cleanliness as clean as I would expect though a little slow off the mark in daily service.
We only stayed Bed and Breakfast and the presentation was standard buffet style. Tea and coffee provision needed a re-think as it was a rather small and cramped area for a DIY operation.
I got along well with the staff and found them pleasant at all times.
Both members of our party can now boast to being proud possessors of a 'free bus pass' at home so my reference to the entertainment not being to our liking may be taken in context.
Yes I will visit this hotel again. It has a comfortable ambiance and situated to allow easy walks along the coast towards Cape Greco or equally easy walks into town - though in most cases we took the car.

Hotel was quite nice staff were very friendly. Food was diabolical and always cold as were the plates. It is such a shame as the location and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We did fill in the report at the hotel and stated this. I am afraid we will not visit the bella napa in ayia napa again.
