| said: Arrived very tired at 1am with husband and 2 kids aged 4 and 6 years. Got room 1009 just 2 doors from reception. Was not impressed as requested a pool view on mid level floor with balcony. Mortified to find we were allocated a disabled room on ground level with a view of a brick wall! Very dark and very dingy. Stormed right back to reception to complain. Demanded if we didn't get a better room asap just to book us on the next flight back to Aberdeen. After a battle was told to return in the morning 9am and they would maybe accomodate us better. Didn't sleep all night worrying and kept awake by everyone ringing our door bell. Ha ha. Also by a loud mouthed irish girl how annoying was you! At 9am spoke to a woman that offered me keys to a different room . Still no pool view but a least on the 1st floor with a view of the adults pool and daylight!! Ran back and excepted straight away. Will be complaining to Thomas Cook!!
The location of the apartments suited as down to the ground as we love to walk everywhere and explore. They are situated up a hill but we were glad of the location as it was extremely quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle of the town. There is a bus that runs every hour (no 8) which we did used most evenings so cheap as were the taxis.
We ate at the Duke of Wellington pub in the town every night as the meals were huge and tasted fantastic. Food at the apartments were ok. The entertainment was very basic but ok. The kids club was well supervised and my kids enjoyed it. Happy hour at the bar was from 9-10pm which suited us just fine.
The pool was excellent and there was an abundance of sun beds eventhough they were reserved by 9am management weren't scared to remove the towels. Quite right. There was a lifeguard but what was the point as he was more interested in his mobile phone!
There is a shop within the apartments which is well stocked and reasonably priced that sells fresh baguettes every morning for 55 cents! They sell irn bru and curly wurly's my fave!!
We only booked a week which was a shame as we could've done with two. We highly recommend and will definitely return!! The only downside was the maids. She only appeared once with clean towels and sheets. No proper cleaning regime.
Terralta apartments are excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| said: My husband & I have just returned (Last few days)from Benidorm, Teralta Apts. Yes its a little way out of town, & yes in the heat it can be hard work walking up that hill. The place was spotless but for 4**** apartments, the towels & sheets should be changed more often. The only draw back was the neighbours roosters. Morning noon & all night. I made it a mission to eat as much chicken in the hope that I might get the little pest, but no it was still making a noise when we left. I would have no hesitation or reservations about returning. It was well worth the money we paid.
The old town is charming & at this time of year the Levante part is busy but not overpowering.Plenty to see & do as always in Benidorm.
We ate at the Pato Laquerda chinese & though the meal was good avoid it on Saturday evenings as it a bit like a school canteen, dishes flying everywhere & the noise level wow!. We tried it again mid week & it was calmer & the food even better. The 10.95 buffet for two fabulous & the banana fritters (extra charge) .are to die for. We also found a small Scandinavian restaurant "El Quijote" quite near to the tapas bars, the seafood they serve there, garlic shrimps calamari & mussels were top class.
All in all a great week

the maid only came twice in the 2 weeks that we were there, had to get clean bedding of a trolley in the corridor and made our own beds (great),had to clean our own rooms.
entertainment not good, never ate there, went into town, hill ok not a proplem to us,
in door pool warm outside pool freezing
all in all would not stay there again.

| said: We stayed at the Terrralta for 2 weeks and in that time the maid came twice, but they do supply a mop and bucket so u can clean it up yourself lol.
There is only one restaurant on site and the food wasnt up to much.
In the brochure it says hotel on a slight incline which is a bit of an understatement its more like Mount Everest especially when you have young children with you.
Hotel staff where pleasant I suppose didn't have much contact with them.
Like Benidorm but would never stay at this hotel again.
Entertainment was as exciting as watching paint dry actually no watching paint dry was better.
Kids club is nothing compared to other clubs we have been to although the staff at the club where brill they can only work with what they are given.

| said: We travelled in early Sept 2007, the weather was still lovely and hot. The apartments are self catering, but have a well stocked mini-supermarket on site, if you require much more than basic fresh water and home comforts then the nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk down the hill. The on-site bar does have a cafe style eating area and provides basic food dishes like Pizzas, Burgers, Lasagne, fish & chips, English breakfast, these are all well prepared and very tasty.
The cleanliness of the whole complex is to be very highly commended and the apartments were also lovely and clean, spacious and well equiped. We used the launderette on our last day and were very impressed with the facilities available.
The location of Terralta is quite a distance from the main resort, however the number 8 bus stops outside every hour and it only cost 1 Euro in to the centre of town.
The hotel staff were brilliant, very polite and helpful, all the waiters / bar staff have a great sense of humour and are very friendly to everyone including kids.
The complex has a great games / arcade area in the basement including pool, air hockey, basketball etc.. to keep the young ones entertained.
Terralta also has a very nice heated indoor pool for Adults only to relax in, the main pool was fantastic for all ages and very clean and well maintained.
The entertainment was organised (sort of) each day by two very hard working young ladies who tried there best to make everyone happy, they also performed in the evenings to keep everyone in the holiday spirit.
Our family rating for this holiday overall is that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable week and we highly recommend the Terralta Apartments, we will return again very soon thank you.

| said: We booked this holiday last minute. The hotel is situated at the top of the hill but it wasn't too far to walk into the main street. We wanted the nightlife of Benidorm which was only 8 euros in a taxi.
The hotel staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We got on great with Juan who had a great sense of humour!
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the pool side was lovely with plenty of sunbead available. The jacuzzi was nice too as we were there at a hot time!
We tried a couple of meals at the bar and they were very nice indeed. Frehly cooked, and very cheap! you couldn't ask for more really.
We only watched a small amount of the entertainment before we hit the town but from what we saw it was ok.
Would definately visit this hotel, it was nice for us to stay out of the hustle and bustle of benidorm town but easy to get there of an evening.
Would definately travel here again.

We never went down the hill as I wasnt that brave. The apartments were cleaned regularly. The supermarket stocked the basics, but in my opinion thats all you need. We had a few meals in the cafe and they were nice, the breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff very friendly, hubby used to joke around with one of them. The pool was cold but I was grateful for that cos it was really hot when we were there. There is also a jacuzi in the pool, this was nice too. Plenty of sunbeds for all. The entertainment wasnt anything to get excited about, it could have been better considering the location of the apartments, but the 2 girls running it tried their best. I would come here again.

Not too bad walking down into the town but we did get a taxi back up which was only about 7 euros. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them and always happy and smiling. Food was cafe style but still very nice and waiters very lovely. The pool area is lovely, no inflatables, balls etc allowed, we were a bit dubious about this as there were four kids in our party, but it was great, lifeguard ensured there was no mad people jumping in and spoiling the fun for everyone else. Entertainment is pretty basic on a night but to be fair the two girls did their best and worked their socks off trying to involve people. If you are looking something different from high rise accomadation then try these apartments.

It is up a hill away from the nightlife of Benidorm which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you want. We are both good walkers and found the walk down into town enjoyable.
Although my wife and I were self catering we used the hotel occasionally the food was cafe type nothing wrong with it for what you paid.
The entertainment chap tried very hard but it was limited but there is plenty to do in the old or new town. We found it a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday and we will probably return again.

The apartments were always clean and tidy and the staff were always willing to help and spoke fantastic English, which made me feel ignorant as usual that I couldn't return the language (this year definitely taking spanish lessons!)
It was not busy so the indoor pool was always free to use alone and my partner used the gym which again was quiet.
I can't comment on the food as I never ate there but seems as I am 6 months pregnant and a bit dodgy with food at the moment I cooked in the room if we didn't go out.
All round the holiday was nice, a little cold but really nice to relax but I don't think I'll go away for xmas again I missed the family!!

We cannot comment on the hotel food as we always ate out.
The location was okay but as previous reviews have said it was on an incline, fine going down the hill, but seemed to go on forever coming up!
The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the reception staff and of course the reps at the kids club were great in amusing the kids.
The entertainment was ok, mostly directed at children though.
I would recommend the Terralta to anyone, you certainly won't be disappointed!!

Room was fantastic with air con and heating - you choose. Had a few snacks at the bar, just the usual you would get anywhere - no complaints.
The only downside was the location, brochure said on a small incline, more of a hill, though there was a bus that stopped right outside the apt so didn't tend to tackle the hill.
Overall a lovely place and would certainly go back.

The pool is great - big enough for everyone and lifeguard which was a bonus. Food in the bar/restaurant was good. Their cheese & bacon toasties (2 euros) were fab****
Hotel entertainment - quizes/bingo/karaoke/and theme nights ie spanish dancers/parrot show - mainly for the kids, which was fine for us. If you want pubs/clubs etc then go into old town at night (15-20 min walk).
Kids club - mine were 12 and 9 and they joined in with the activities they wanted to ie playing in the pool competion or the air hocket comps, I think the ladies work very hard and did a good job but it is mainly for kids.

| said: We booked this holiday 7 days before we went, We had stayed at the Teralta in 2004 so knew that we were getting a spacious clean room with excellent facilities, yet again we were not dissapointed.
It is away from the main resort but having kids i prefer them not to be kept awake all night with discos. The walk up and down the hill is not as bad as people make out, if your fit and healthy it is no problem and works off the extra pounds you put on during your holiday.
The staff are great and our beds and towels were changed every 2nd day. The entertainment wasn't up to much but it is still only april and was much better last time in July. The Terralta is excellent and although i like to try different places if I could pick up the terralta and take it with me to all the other resorts I went to I would.
We will definetely be back, great as a last minute holiday you know it is going to be clean and you can relax and enjoy the sun.

| said: The Terralta apartments are very clean and tidy. We stayed here for two weeks and the maids were in 4 times to change bed sheets and mop and dust, and twice just to mop and clear round.
The food in the restaurant area was very nice, not too little but not too much.
Most people complain about the location of these apartments but like me and my partner if your a quite fit and healthy there is no problem, it takes approximately 10mins or less to get to the beach front then it took us approx 15 mins to get to the Don Pancho hotel. It took longer on the bus (no.8). The number 8 bus stops right outside the apartments and takes you right to the other end of Benidorm (the last stop is opposite the road leading up to the Las Dalmatos.
The staff are very friendly and speak great English. If you have any problems they will do there very best to sort them for you.
We only stayed in for the entertainment on two occasions but did not think much of it, they have different things different nights i.e bingo, belly dancers, parrot show. The only thing that caught our attention really was 'killer pool'. there was always alot of people enjoying the entertainment but it just wasn't for me.
The apartments have a mini market situated behind the reception, it is handy incase you run out of water etc so then you don't have to walk down the hill to the nearest supermarket. it is open 9.00 - 5.30 but shuts up for half an hour at dinner time.
I will definitely be returning here, I am hopefully booking for this September/October time. If you stay here I wish you a happy holiday.

| said: The hotel was very clean but was in an out of the way location. The hill down to the resort was steep and although we did not find this an issue being relatively young I would imagine that this would be an issue for the elderly.
A taxi to the resort from the hotel costs about 5 euros, but each day this mounts up, so a two week stay could easily cost more than 140 euros, about £100.
I had two young children aged 3 and 4, and the hotel did not really offer much excitment for them and the snack bar with its awkward evening opening time for meals meant going into the resort each late afternoon for our main meal which is if you do not want to eat junk over 50 euros a time, we were in the hotel for 6 days and meals alone in the resort cost us over 300 euros, about £250.
The supermarket on site is pretty well stocked but again does not stock anything for a well balanced meal. Although Brummie Jane the shop assistant is a hoot.
We ate at a different restaurant each night but would recommend the 'Taste of India' on Calle Esperanto as this was by far the best that we visited for food and service and price, the owner treated our children to lollipops and drawing pads and pencils to keep them amused while they waited for the food, that alone was fantastic. If you like indian food and even if you do not have children I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We enjoyed our stay to a certain extent but overall I would not return to Benidorm or to this hotel as I do believe that the resort is overpriced and overrated.

They done an excellent grub in the hotel aswell. It was a lovely clean hotel and everyone was friendly. The location is a bit out of way but it is a 10minute taxi ride to all the nightlife for about 5euros.
Entertainment I wouldnt know because we always went out. And I would definately visit this hotel again. It only rained once for 2 hours in the week that i stayed there.
The indoor pool was excellent. if you are going to go in this time of the year though and go out in the night get well wrapped up because it gets pretty chilly of a night

The reception staff were very helpful and willing to offer advice about where to get good tapas!!
The shop was well stocked but as the nearest shop was a fair walk away it would have been nice to have been able to get fresh salad. The staff in there were also brill as they translated cooking instructions on our alcohol free night!!!
The pool was great and it was nice to see a life guard there the only prob was it was like swimming in the sea as the water was rather salty, also it was freezing but I expect in the heat of summer it would be fine.
On the whole great, certainly deserves the 3+ star rating and would def. stay here again.
In the brochures it is advertised as a slight incline but for anyone who lives in a area as flat as Hull its like climbing a mountain!!!!
Happy Holidays

The staff were all very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The apartment was very clean, the cleaners came in twice during the week we were there.
The hotel food was of a high standard.
The entertainment team did a really good job apart from some of the show nights could do with a little improvement.
The only slight downside to these apartments is the location, it takes approx 10 minutes to walk down to the nearest shops, beach, bars and resturants and it's down hill so the trip back up seems to take around 20 minutes. (A bus runs every hour into the new part of benidorm or there is always a taxi).
All in all we had a great holiday and would definatley recommend the Terralta to friends and family.

The only negative is the location - it is a long way to the resort, and there is a significant hill. I'm astounded someone said in a previous review they could get to the beach in 10 minutes - were they running??? I would say it is more like 20 minutes to get to the edge of the old town. It is ok on the way down but you really need a taxi to get back up. Could cost a fair bit if you were there for a fortnight.
Food in the complex is very good value, and drinks prices are ok. The mini market is also very reasonably priced, considering they have a captive audience as it were - there is nothing else near these apartments in the way of shops/bars.
Nice to have a full sized fridge freezer and good kitchen equipment, and the standard of the accommodation was really excellent. Definitely a place for families - lots of screaming kids running around unsupervised was a pain sometimes - the noise levels were high round the pool areas, so not very relaxing - but that's what you get when parents let their kids do what they want - and lots of parents are like this at the Terralta it would seem!
I would go to these apartments again only if they were in another resort.
Staff are very helpful, the place is nice and clean and it has lots to recommend it, apart from the fact that it is in Benidorm!

| said: I would say that this hotel is an excellent place for young children as well as families and couples.
The pool is right in the centre of the complex, with childrens' areas, as well as an extra heated pool for the adults. Always plenty of beds - as well as on the roof - and the pool bar is ideal for ice-creams and drinks for both kids and adults.
The hotel restaurant is nice, with friendly bar staff and is always clean, along with the toilets and reception area. The restaurant also has a take-away snack bar, where you can buy daytime snacks for by the pool, or to take to your apartment.
The complex has a laundrette, a bank (which doesn't charge) and a small shop, which I must say I did not use - as hotel shops are always much more expensive than that of local supermarkets.
The location of the hotel is good if you like to have the choice whether or not to be in the centre of Benidorm and the noise - like myself. The hill really isn't much to walk up, and a taxi into the centre is less than 5 euros. At the bottom of the hill is a supermarket, which is excellent to pop into on the way home from the beach or the centre of the town.
The beach, I must say, is not the cleanest I have ever seen, but the scenery and monuments around it are magnificent. The hotel is also just 10 minutes away from Benidorms waterpark and themepark. Buses run from right outside the main entrance of the hotel into town and to the markets, and only costs a few euros.
The only bad thing about the hotel is the entertainment - good for kids, but a bit naff for adults. The entertainers do try, but don't often seem to catch much of an audience. Also, when in the pool, lilos and rubber rings are banned - except past 6:00 when the lifeguard goes home!
All in all, a good holiday, with a lovely clean, spacious room with regular maid service. This is definately the place to go for a good base for your holiday, and I wold recommend it to anyone.

We could watch the entertainment in the evenig from our balcony, (not so good i'm afraid). The hotel staff were friendly some with a sense of humour. There were always plenty of sun loungers, we only had hotel food twice which was fine - drinks very reasonable.
The only down fall of this Hotel is the Location, there is a hill but its not on a slight incline it is very steep on the way back up, best to take transport which does not cost much only 5/6 euros depending on the taxi.
If this Hotel were situated closer then yes we would go back there. Excellent price for this 4* accomodation.

Four of us stayed at the Terrelta in a two bedroom appartment.
To say these apartments are good and value for money is an understatement. The apparment was spotless and very spacious.
The swimming pool was very big and catered from babies to adults.
I had read reviews before I went about the hill and it taking twenty minutes to get to the beach. It is on a hill but nothing of any worry and you can get to the beach in under ten minutes.
Overall I could not find fault with the appartments and complex and i would class myself as a bit of a moaner if things are not right.
I went with three other adults but will return to these appartments with my children.

Firstly I must praise the children's club and it`s dedicated staff. Two one and a half hour sessions six days a week kept all 3 of our children occupied.
Apartments were spacious and clean.
Entertainment was ok. Best night was when the club reps did their show but most nights we went into the new town and there comes the down side.
Good hours walk into Levante. We got a taxi back for about 5 euro`s. Not cheap when your there for two weeks.
All in all these apartments are great for a quiet family holiday but a bit far out if you want more lively nightlife.

| said: Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Terralta in March 2005 after finding a good deal with Airtours and reading all the great reviews on Holiday Truth about the accommodation. The reviews don't lie!!
After a slight problem in Manchester airport (Airtours' fault) we arrived at the Terralta to find a big yellow building and was pleased to find it was only 3 storeys high!! As the other hotels being so high in Benidorm put me off.
The reception is really nice, clean and modern, definitely of a 4* quality. The staff on the reception desk are ever helpful!! There is an ATM in reception and 2 phones. Also there's a mini market inside the hotel. It's a bit pricier than the one at the bottom of the hill, but worth it not to walk down!! They don't sell fresh fruit or veg either, but are quite reasonable.
The apartment itself was very spacious, and the only complaint I had was that we were given a ground floor apt that wasn't overlooking the pool, but again minor. The lounge area was really nice with a big TV where you got some free channels, free music, and you could pay to see movies, internet and adult channels, which wasn't a big charge.
The bedroom was 2 single beds, wardrobes, and a safe in the wardrobe with doors leading onto the patio. It looked extremely clean and everything looked very new. The bathroom was a wet room, which I liked very much and was very handy. Had a shower area that could easily fit 2, toilet, mirror, bidet, and a hairdryer (one less thing in your case!)
The lounge/kitchen area also had another mirror and a table and 4 chairs. It had all the kitchen appliances you could need: stove, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, saucepans, cutlery etc. etc. and also the little things like, can opener, grater, bottle opener etc....
I loved the apartment, I would stay it's the best I've stayed at.
The bar/food area is separate to the disco area, and bar staff are very friendly and often operate happy hour. There are often quizzes, bingo, games, parrot shows, comedians at the hotel and Steph the animation girl is very friendly, and tries her hardest to get everyone involved!! It's quite a large area and you don't really need to get out and about at night as most people often stayed there as it was fun!
It has two pools, indoor and outdoor, which are both gorgeous!! The indoor pool is adult only in summer and also has a jacuzzi! But be warned, it's covered in glass so it's like stepping into a greenhouse! There were plenty of sunloungers and also a solarium at the top of one block - adults only which was lovely to sunbathe, and you could see Benidorm below you. There was some grass around the indoor pool also where many people went for a sunbathe. It also has a gym at the bottom of one block.
I would say the only one bad thing about this hotel is the location - but bearing in mind we are 19 and 22, we would've liked something a bit more within reach of the bars. BUT reception will call you a taxi and you can wait on the benches outside - nice when it's summer. It's not expensive at all and that's what we did when we felt the need to go out, but as I said, the hotel entertainment was fab!! Families would love it, as there are kids discos, and its facilities are ideal for the disabled, except for the hill, but as I said, reception will call you a cab wherever you need to go!!
I didn't want to leave the Terralta! I loved it there!!! Book it now!!

| said: Asked mytravel to find us a wheelchair accessible hotel in Costa Blanca stressing that was the main condition to the booking. Arrived at Terralta Appartments to find a view of a stone wall and an ordinary room unsuited to wheelchairs. Rep ignored us so after two days we went to the desk and said we were moving out and finding somewhere suitable whereon they suddenly found a disabled room for us, we never saw the rep again.
The hill is too steep for wheelchairs, I had blisters on my hands holding the handles to stop it running away from me so it was taxis up and down the hill for every journey.
The hotel as a place to stay was well laid out, the food served in the cafe was adequate for the odd meal but not to use every day unless you are a chip addict. The pool was nice, but no use for anyone who could not get into it themself from a wheelchair so wife had to sit and watch.
Entertainment was not really good unless you wanted to play games, we usually went out.
For a family it may suit, the shop is basic as others have said so if you want anything to cook you need to go into town.
We would not go back, the hill was too steep and so cost us a lot in taxis.

| said: My family consists of two adults and two children but due to the all day entertainment it seemed like we were all children.
Poolside entertainment all day long then small family shows at night.
If you are lucky enough to see the famous Alvaro you will grow to love him as he never tires at entertaining the children / adults with his karaoke and face painting. This guy can almost call bingo like an Englishman, not, but funny.
The rooms are fantastic. we were surprised on how roomy, clean and well equipt they are. The maid service was excellent.
The cleanliness, you will not find cleaner, one of the main factors of this facility is cleanliness. Rooms, pool, gardens, right down to the Barmans Uniforms. The uniform is always well ironed and spotless (this is how much I have attempted to find a fault with the apartments) considering these people work all day.
The Hill, no problem unless you have walking disabilities or you have children up to the age of 6ish (to save moaning, take a pushchair).
The reception, ever so helpful. They are polite and will ring you a Taxi on request no problem.
The pool is very big and safe and also clean.
The food is reasonably priced for bar snack type food and very nice but if you are after a full slap up meal then you will have to go out of the complex which your kids wont want to do.
The bar, this is reasonably priced with a selection of drinks but more so, the staff are always happy to serve you. They are polite and treat your children like kings and queens.
The location. There are two European award winning beaches in Benidorm. The lively Levante side of Benidorm is one of them or the quieter Poniente side which the Terralta is situated. For our family this was a bonus as we do like to go to the lively side but don't want to stay there and listen to the bang, bang, bang every night.
If you go here, you will always come back.
I will be returning in mid September 2006 and unlike most people, I can guarantee I will enjoy my holiday.

| said: Very nice clean apartments, probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The staff made a real point about not allowing anyone inside the complex if they were wet or without shoes. They were also very quick to shut up the bar area at night which is good if you want a bit of peace to sleep.
The apartments are at the top of a steep hill but it's really not a problem unless you try to walk it in the midday sun. At night its fine.
The swimming pool, as has been mentioned, has a life guard and no inflatables are allowed. Also kids are not allowed to wear T shirts in the pool unless they are white, so make sure you pack some white T shirts. The pool itself is great for kids with a fountain, waterfall and little diving areas. There is a jacuzzi area also.
There was a childrens entertainer around the pool during the day who really got the kids to enjoy themselves and there was some adult pool sports too.
The sunloungers were kept locked up until about 9 am each day so there was never a problem with reserving sunbeds at 6am. There was usually spare sunbeds no matter what time of day we arrived at the pool.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone especially families.

| said: As I read these reviews each year before booking, thought it only fair to contribute myself.
Had a fantastic holiday. we went for 2 wks with my brothers family as well (4 adults 5 kids) on a self catering basis. initial impression is the appts are a little bit out of the way though we did not see this as a problem ( no noise at night)
very modern and clean ( cleanest we've ever been on and we been all round the med)and very spacious , we had a 2 bedroom appt , my brother had 1 bed though still adequate room
Food was pretty basic with chips with everything , we did find a chinese rest about 25 mins walk away that was well worth a visit so much so that we went at least twice and everyone we spoke to said they had been more than once. (its straight down the hill past burger king towards the beach then when you can't walk straight ahead anymore without getting wet (sea) turn left 'pato laqeunte 'or something similar is the name of it.
accomodation is at top of steep hill which is okay walking down ( buses on the hour every hour)though its better getting taxi back up , not too pricey either.
staff in complex are excellent and will do as much as they can for you , entertainment (staff provided by the hotel) was average though they did try to improve this each night , bit repetititive and was very dependant on residents participating ( which we did though a lot did not)
Pool starts of shallow and gradually gets deeper the further you get in to about 2 mtres with resident life guard in attendance ,( really safe for toddlers as well as more adventurous kids) , no inflatibles or diving did seem a bit harsh especially when the on site shop did sell the usual range of inflatible pool toys
There is an adult only pool round the back of the last block if its just a straight forward swim you are after
On the whole would highly recommend this hotel and would come again if they moved it away from benidorm if benidorn is your thing though then look no further each block of appts are only 3 floors high and there are only five blocks so overcrowding is not an issue with sunloungers readily avaialble throughout the day
Only one bad thing we can remember is the Airtours reps , did not have any enthusiam for the job only looked for ways to make money (see Terra Mitica Tickets )and did not want to arrange or participate in any of the Kids clubs despite the brochure promising the earth

The staff very friendly dancing with the kids especially Thomas he was great. Poor entertaner did everything by herself as there was only on entertainer.
Lifeguard is brillaint taught my daughter who is scared of water to swim.If you go self catring like us stay in the hotel to eat is it was gorgeous. Best food my family had ever had abroad. Our hotel room was really clean and the room had anything you could ask for.
Not very good location the hotel was in 'Old Town' of benidorm but had shops and beach and restraunts near by 5/10 min not even that. Also it had a bus stop right outside of the hotel.
Yes if your looking for a relaxing or fun filled holiday please do go to the Terrelta Apartments.

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
There is a bar that serves food all day, although we didn’t eat there apart from breakfast one morning, which was good.
Not much in the way of entertainment.
It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach but I’d advise getting a taxi back, there’s a very steep hill to get back.
We arrived late at night and there was a security guard on who helped us to our room with our luggage.
Even though there wasn't much for the kids to do I’d definitely go back there.
We booked last minute with Direct holidays and only cost £500.
Great bargain!!!
