This was the first time going to turkey and i would definately go again and definatly to this hotel.

The enteratainment was very good and there was something different to do every night all though some of the shows were repeated the following week but not complainig as it was very entertaing. The entertainers getting people up to dance the men up for belly dancing very funny. And if you didn't want to see the shows again the town was only 5 minutes away.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Always up for a laugh and trying to make people laugh. They always get pushed in the pool and try to push everyone else in the pool.

The rooms cleaned every day, towels put in to lovely patterns lke heart shapes.

It was my first time in Pine Valley Hotel although i have been to Turkey before. The Hotel is great. The room was always clean and beds made every morning. The Pool area was very clean. The Staff were lovely and so freindly, really could not do enough for you. The Location was good, 5 minutes walk into the town. The Breakfast was continental so a lot of bread and eggs. The food during to day and night was nice. When arriving they gave us a card that we used throughout the stay instead of paying cash when buying a drink, food etc... which you could pay off whenever you wanted to (at the end of the holiday, end of the day or after every purchase). The mini bar in the room is average price not too expensive and has a variety of things on offer. The Entertainment was fantastic!! All Round Good Hotel and Holiday.

We stayed in the Pine Valley in May for the forth year running in the same room 322. The room is cleaned every day towels are changed when you ask and I have never seen a rat.

The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you. The restaurant Manager is a really great chap and extremely obliging.

Breakfast is limited but there is plenty of it and it’s all fresh. The evening meal is excellent plenty of choice. We have travelled all over the world and dinner is on par with a lot of them.

We will be back again in 2008.

Just returned from our first visit to Turkey, don't think we will find a better Hotel anywhere.

Breakfast was a buffet with a superb selection range, from Cereals to Cheeses, although not to everyone's taste but we enjoyed it.

Cleanliness was faultless, tables cleared within seconds of finishing meals/drinks. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding, maids even take time to leave Towels in attractive arrangements (Roses, Hearts, etc).

Hotel only a short walk from Town centre and in a lovely location.

Hotel Staff cannot do enough for you; they entertain you from Morning to Night, without being to over powering, going out of their way to ensure you enjoy your holiday.

Definitely visit this hotel again.

After living in this area for several years we travelled back for a family two week holiday.

The rooms are cleaned everyday. They are a little on the small side with 3 people sharing, with limited space for clothes. Balconies are small.

The pool area was very comfortable, the pool a little deep.

The staff were all polite and very helpful.

The food was of a good standard, the choice was fair. Half Board was great value for money.

There are alot of steps in the hotel with no lifts. This is a problem with a pushchair especially late at night with child asleep.

Pine Valley is the best hotel in Turkey. All the staff are wonderful.

The pool is well nice. It is great for small children plus at night they have little fires to keep you warm plus there is fab entertainment like pool competitions and Turkish nights and foam parties.

The rooms are fairly big and cosy thay have lots of bunny rabbits that runaround we hope to come again soon.

I enjoyed my time at Pine valley. I only went for a week and it went far to quickly!

The waiters were nice and friendly, always smiling and having a laugh. The make time to make the small children smile whilst getting on with there jobs.

The food was nice but a bit repetative! either chicken or beef! but you could eat as much as you like and they offer soup salad and dessert so there was always something for every one!

The weather was nice during the day and there was quite alot of sun on the pool. However as I went in October I found it rather cold at night so pack some thermals!
Holiday 10 out of 10!

I would definitely consider going again!

Breakfast is eggs every day from fryed to boiled.

The room my husband and I had was very nice, the balconey was very small one person at a time and then you were sharing it with a tree, the other room we had was to small for 3 beds.

The hotel its self was clean, clean towels every day and beds changed regularly but the pool area leaves a lot to be desired. The childs pool needs a good clean and the big pool needs a good overhall tiles came loose in my daughters hand when she was getting out.

The staff at times were over friendley to younge girls, and the credit card they give you to pay for things is not a good idea you need to watch it every day they tried to charge me for 15 BBQ (there was only 5 of us) then got the manager when I said I was not paying it that I never had 1 never mind 15.

The noise can be a bit much kids screaming at 2/3AM and no one telling them to stop and teenagers with loud music and banging on doors in the middle of the night at one time 7 teenagers came out the room next door its ment for 2, we have been going to this area for the past 5 years but first time to this hotel and I would not go back.

We even went and spent a couple of days at another hotel we have been to before for a bit of peace and quiet this hotel is like club 18/30.

One last thing the mini bar watch what they are doing we got charged for things we never had and try and tell them that no chance and its expensive.

M husband, daughter and I spend a good weeks stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean with all the essential requirements, particularly a good hot shower. The maid service was thorough.

The evening meal was very good but the breakfast was limited. Eggs on the menu every day.

The location quite beautiful and peaceful but near enough to the town centre. Best of both world.

Staff at the hotel where always accommodating. One waiter in particular Urmit was excellent. 5 stars to him.

The entertainment was good fun.

All in all a pleasant stay.

We have been to Pine Valley 3 times now, and because the staff are so friendly and looked after us so well, have become my second family. I feel so safe with them, so much that I returned in October 2005 with another female friend who also knows them all very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention to Metin, Ismal, Sedat, Ilkar and the two Orhans.

Our rooms have always catered for us. In October it was very cold of an evening, and they made sure we had extra blankets and a roaring fire around the bar of an evening.

The entertainment can be a bit repetitive, but good to see. The Latin dancers are out of this world and they get everyone involved. Sedat's version of the English bingo will have you laughing forever. His dancing also is exceptional. I have never seen a male belly dancer like that before, even my husband's jaw dropped when he saw this.

The rest of the staff are super. I lost my watch one day and thought that I would never see it again, but the gardener had found this when he was working on the gardens and handed it in to reception. You would not get that in England.

The card system at the hotel has it's disadvantages for the staff, because you cannot tip them individually. There are tip boxes for the separate areas, ie. reception, pool bar and terrace bar.

When my husband and I visited the resort in 2003, we could not book Pine Valley as it was full, so we ended up in Overcik, quiet a walk away. However, we got a taxi to Pine Valley to say hello to them all and explained that Keith had a bad foot, so they arranged to pick us up and take us back to our hotel as many times as we wanted.

You feel very special there, everyone will address you by your name, year after year and it amazes me how they remember, knowing that they must meet thousands of people throughout the season.

I would highly recommend this hotel, but you will need to experience your holiday there is know why everyone rages about it.

The location of the hotel is just right, because you are only a short walk to the main centre, so you can go back to the hotel and not be disturbed by any disco music.

Can't wait until next year.

Pine Valley was well situated just a short walk from the centre of Hisaranou (for anyone who know's the resort, just down from the Piano Bar).

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and always there to help with anything, we were on a 2 week stay and nothing was ever to much to ask. The rooms were very modern with new furnishings (maybe they need to change there pictures in the brochures as they are different now) they were well equipped with mini fridge, hair dryer and TV.

The complex has been well thought out and the music around the pool is varied every day, if you ask they will even change it for you. The entertainment on the Turkish night was very good and the food at the hotel was excellent. We were bed & breakfast, but could have paid a set amount to do flexi dine so we could eat there 7 nights out of the 14 or we could have upgraded to Half board for £6 each per night Great Deal.

The grounds were very nice and well kept. No gym though although in the brochure it states it has one, well is does but had not worked since it opened, but I was not interested in using this anyway.

When we stayed at the hotel, I would say that 70% of the guests there had stayed at the hotel before, as all the staff new everyones name, and they were always talking about their last stay at the hotel.

I would stay at this hotel again as the food, staff, cleanliness and entertainment was great at this hotel. I would even feel safe traveling to the hotel on my own.
The only thing was the Cockerel that was not tuned in to GMT time, he would cockadoodle doo at the most oddest times and not a full cockadoodle doo either, it would pitter off half way through. Anyone who has been will have a chuckle and laugh as they will understand what I'm saying.

Great holiday. Lovely Place. Lovely staff. Lovely people.

Thanks for a great holiday.

Could not fault the cleaners, they were excellent, so friendly.

Breakfast well if you like pastry twists first thing in the morning every 2nd day then this hotel is for you.

Location talk about dark valley never mind pine valley, rooms are really dark and the top floor balconies have overgrown trees going onto them.

Staff too nice to be nice, it does get a bit overpowering after a few days. Entertainment 'Full Monty' more like No Monty better staying in the room and listening to cheesy 80's music.

This hotel does not let you pay the staff for anything, they give you a card like a credit card and you settle up at the end of the week, not a good idea, no mention of this when we booked.

Mini Bar in room well a bit of advice if you arrive during night time hours make sure you have brought yourself something to drink beforehand as the mini bar is expensive as their hotel policy states as I quote 'We recommend that you only eat and drink from the Hotel otherwise you maybe poisoned'. Well I'm still waiting.

Room was a bit on the small side but adequate for needs.
Stayed on B&B basis, food ok.

Location was good, not too close to main road, therefore quieter at night but close enough to walk into and anjoy the shops and restaurants.

Entertainment on every night.

Would definately go and visit again

This is the second year running that we have visited hotel as the staff and management make this a memorable holiday.

The room’s quite small but cleaned every day with new towels and bed linen. Maids very nice and friendly.

Hotel food is excellent even my mother could not fault it. Ate in restaurants in Hisaronu also which were extremely cheap.

Hotel is located quite central about 5 minutes away from any nightlife and the local bus to take you in Olu Deniz.

Entertainment team good something on every night of your stay. The Latin American dancers excellent.

Definitely would go back again but would recommend booking direct with hotel as a lot cheaper.

This was the second time i had visited the hotel. The hotel is brilliant. The staff are are really friendly and make you feel very welcome.

We stayed bed and breakfast in the hotel and ate in the restaurant a few times. The themed nights, Turkish and BBQ night, were also very good with a great choice of food.

The hotel is about a five minute walk into Hisaranu, and its all down hill on the way home after a lively night in the town.

The entertainment at night is very good, mostly provided by the hotel staff themselves.

Im definitely going back to Pine Valley this year.

Hi, this hotel is great you should visit you will be mad not too.

Location
The pine valley hotel is set 600m away from the resort centre although restaurants and bars can be found within 300m. The beach and famous blue lagoon are 4km away, there is a bus stop 600m from the hotel.
Hisaronu sits on a hill above olu deniz and so it is great for exploring the mountains. Fethiey's old town is an interesting visite with charming streets and weekly markets.

P.S If you have been to Hotel Pine Valley before 2004 you might know George well in 2004 he got married to Caz and now he is living with Caz in England. And there as been something going around like Caz is having a baby, I dont know if it is true, but if it is then good luck to them .
