	This well maintained property is situated off the the main road in a quiet area of Kefalos. The nearest supermarket is 300m away and the beach 700m. Guests have the use of pool nearby and the centre of resort is a 10 minute walk away.

rated the Evi Studios as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: Evi Studios is one of the many typical studio/apartment accomodations in Kefalos. The rooms are basic (as per usual Greek standards), but kept very clean. Our kitchenette had a fridge, electric cooker (2 rings), kettle/watercooker, dishes, and a few basic utensils - enough for breakfast and simple meals. Bathroom was simple and quite OK (shower, washbasin, toilet). The location is fairly quiet, yet only some 10 minutes walking distance to the main road and the beach. A well-stocked supermarket (Anthoulis) is just 5 minutes away. The owners are very friendly, but only speak a little bit of English. Note that no air conditioning is available. We simply kept doors and windows open during the night, as there's almost always a good breeze even on the hottest days. Click here for more information on this hotel, resort and region

rated the Evi Studios as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: We arrived the 27th of july in this little but very nice stay. It was a little studie fot 2 people incl. watercooker, 2-pits to cook (electricity), good shower warm and cold and balcony. We loved this place. The owners of the appartement don't speak English as well, but if you need their help they do there utmost! Use hand and feet, and your big smile, it really helps! It is a very clean studio, three times a week they cleaned the studio and changed towels etc. The beach is nearby, also a good supermarket. If we would go back to Kos, we should go back here. We recommend this studio!
