| said: We managed to get a really good late deal on this Hotel. Read all the reports and it sounded very good so we were pretty confident about everything. On our arrival we were very impressed with the lovely reception area, then given the keys to our room which was absolutely spotless. Staff were very efficient in maintaining the high standards for this hotel.
Breakfast was the usual continental platter with bacon and scrambled eggs also available with a large variety of cereals, bread , jams etc.Just what youneed to start the day.

| said: This hotel is in an ideal location, just on the cliff top, easy to get to the beaches which were wonderful.
Just around the corner were several restaurants and a supermarket, one of the best eataurants was Claires, we can highly recommend their daily specials, food was great and the staff very friendly.
Hotel was spotless, we had a change of bed linen and towels every day. As other sites have mentioned it is just a continental breakfast which was fine for a few days but it did get a little boring, but there are plenty of eating places to have an english breakfast nearby.
The pool was a good size and very little used. If i were to come to this resort again I would cetainly choose the Luar, it was well worth it just for the location.

| said: My wife and I stayed at this hotel the week before Easter the hotel was quiet but the staff were first class.
The hotel is almost as far as you can go out of the the town by the sea front it has a wonderful sea front location but a word of warning if like us you like a sea view this will cost more and it is well worth every Euro.
We had a room on the 5th floor with sun most of the day. We will visit this hotel again only mone the breakfast is poor.

| said: This hotel is very basic but spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent.
When I say basic I mean no free toiletries, hairdryer, etc., but you do get TV with limited channels and a fridge. The chambermaid called in everyday, the linen was changed twice a week and the towels three times a week.
The entertainment was non-existent but that doesn't matter as the pubs/restaurants are all on the door step.
The pool was great, sunbeds are provided but no matresses. The rooms with a partial sea view are the best to get as the others face out over the road at the front of the hotel. The beach is right outside the back of the hotel but it is a bit of a trek down the steps.
Paid £380 for two adults for 1 week, at this price I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough as being good value for money.
