| said: The rooms were cleaned every day towels changed every three days and the bed sheets were not changed as we were there for one week, although if you asked at reception they gave you extra towels and would change the bed sheets reluctantly. The pool area was cleaned up evey night and swept every morning.
We only went to breakfast once as the food wasnt great, but there was fruit, white and brown bread, three different types of egg, sausage, tomatos etc and cold meats and cheese.
The location was ideal for us as it was just outside of the main part of sunny beach, the beach was just over the road and the small train that stopped at various places around the resort stopped right outside the hotel.
The staff in the hotel were not that polite or particularly helpful, I think this was mainly due to the fact that alot of them could not speak much English as it is a German hotel.

| said: A bit concerned when arriving as the hotel is only advertised as a 2 star. Shouldn't have worried a bit as the hotel is a lot better than some 3 and 4 star hotels I have stayed in.
The cleanliness is very good as when we arrived at about 4 in the morning there was still cleaners mopping and sweeping in the reception.
Room was good and clean all the time, my only concern is that there is no shower door or curtain on the shower and as the bathroom is fully tiled it could have been dangerous with slipping.
We stayed bed and breakfast and will not bother next time as the food was pretty terrible so we ate out all the time but with everything being so cheap in didn't really bother us that much.
Staff were always nice and smiled.
Did not really see any entertainment but that's not what we really wanted anyway and the centre of Sunny Beach was only a mini train ride away which stops right outside the hotel and was only 2lev each which is about 60p.

| said: This hotel is clean, but basic. Rooms which are'nt very big, with not that much closet space so lived out of suitcase.
The hotel is situated just outside sunny beach but can easily be reached by taxi, horse drawn carriage or cheaper by mini-train, just outside the hotel.
There is a wide range of restraunts and shops just a short walk from outside the hotel, also a crazy golf and donkey rides for the kids.
The hotel pool was good and very clean also a kids pool with fountain which is good for kids. The breakfast at the hotel was very varied but did seem to cater for the germans, which there is plenty of in bulgaria.
The beach which is very good and clean is a short walk from behind the hotel.
The location of this hotel is also in easy reach by walking or taxi to nessebar which is well worth a visit.
The water park sited outside of sunny beach is vey good and can be reached on a free bus from centre of sunny beach.
We went on trips to zosopoll which is nice also Varna. The only thing which we didn't like was the beggars that had their young children begging along some streets, but this did not spoil us from enjoying our holiday which was great.
We would go back to Bulgaria which is very cheap but may try golden sands resort.
