we stayed in this hotel because i had read the reviews before i booked it. well where do i start the self catering room with 2 bedrooms was spacious and very clean and the maid came in everyday to clean and fresh towels was left if wanted. the hotel was small but very friendy and the staff was great. the food at the hotel was good value for money and very nice. the entertainment was reef bar based which when eventually came on was good but had to wait till after one oclock to see it then it went on till six. it was more for the 18 to 20 year olds than familys but the boys in the bar was great fun and the shows they put on was great.do not recommed for familys with young chilren as there was not alot for them to do and the pool was all one depth, but if you are young at heart and like a good time with a great location to the town this is the hotel for you.

Well this was my first time at the Pine Hill hotel and I have to say I had a realy good time/

The Reef bar was unbelievable the staff was amazing and the people I met were so nice.

When I first got there I was very impressed to be fair because it had an amazing pool and pool tables and everything you could want.

I liked it that much I am going back to the same hotel in September because it had amazing entertainment and my family and friends realy enjoyed it.

It is right next to Hisaronu and I came last year but stayed in a other hotel down in Olu Deniz and was getting a taxi up every night to go out in Hisaronu so I was so glad that it was right next to Hisaronu.

The food in this hotel is unbelievable and if you would like a great holiday and a great hotel I would recommend this to anybody that wants what they paid for.

This was our 6th year at pine hills and like many people have said other years were great staff where grat but this tear what a total dissapointment there was 12 of us there adults and children included. Our room was fine as we had a bedroom what sleeps 6 which was quite nice, 1 member of out family were given 2 seperate to rooms to share for them 2 and there 2 children which were 4 and 2 they complained as did not want seperate rooms, they got shown another room for them all the room was discusting broken glass on windows, frames hanging out all the 2 kids had to do was lean on it and it moved we complained and staff, they came and put towels at the bottom on the window which was not enough. We were moved again the room we got was discusting not fit for a dog to live in, the bathroom was mouldy everywhere the shower was thick mould as was the tray you stand in the complete room was awfull we told reception and they told us that was and upgrade room. The stairs up to our room were so steap you could not even stand on the steps you had to go up walking on a side, the hand rail was hanging off We complained to our manos rep who came and took a statement from us we showed him our room we also complained about the pools there were discusting as well this year grease marks round both pools were thick and black the little pool was awfull could not let little ones swim in it after a few days it was only cleaned once in 2 weeks and that was when we complained it had a hole in the floor of the little pool where a toddler got her foot stuck, it was full of leafs everday inside and out side of pools, tab ends of cigs all over floor cushions on sunbeds were also mouldy, the rep told us with manos they had 167 complaints this season alone we took photos because it was unbeliveable we are complaing to both travel companys, manos and first choice. It also says 24 hour sky bar which now closes at 12, there is no sky tv the kids play area consists of a broken slide and swing which are situated right at the back of the hotel on there own just thrown there , they did a few things after complained then forgot about it we had to use other surrounding pools during out stay. Its sad to say that the pine hills is no longer the place it was its more like an 18 to 30s place now the entertainment was not starting till 2 and 3 in a morning far to late for people with little ones all the old members of staff have now gone eric went while we were there so we will now be trying out another hotel next year.

Our visit to Turkey last year was everything we imagined it would be. I've been four times now, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. This year staying in the Pine hills was certainly different. On cleanliness, id say,you get what you expect for 2 star accommodation. Some areas needed more attention than others. I have no problem with basic, im not fussy!..but doors that won't shut,(to keep those annoying mozzies out) and broken floor tiles etc, is annoying and hazardous. That needs to be sorted! Unfortunately we had a dumb deal when it came to the rooms. Ours was very small, and looked like an extra bed had been squeezed into it. I got to see some of the other rooms and they were a great size, much nicer. Wished we'd had one of those! The childrens pool, and pool area needed more attention than the adult pool. My daughter caught imbetigo whilst we wre staying there, and apparrently a couple other kids too. The food was always nice, and good value especially for kids. I love the turkish breakfasts, but missed the eggs! Every year eggs, this year Pine hills, no eggs! Seriously though, we did enjoy the food. Location was superb, near everything basically! Generally the staff were great, and 98% of the time very helpful. They were brilliant with children, and my daughter loved them. Always friendly, funny and welcoming..but families watch your teenage daughters. I did encounter a problem with one member of staff, but the majority of them were great. The entertainment was good, and they encouraged you to have fun. However depending on where your room was situated, this is no place for those seeking a peaceful nights sleep. This place would definately appeal to party goers and people who like to get drunk everynight until 4 or 5am, who by that point are so merry they don't take quite so much notice of the cd thats been playing for the last fortnight. Joking aside, the music was repetitive, more variety needed. Enjoyed the breakdancing, very good entertainment. By the way, the very loud countdown to happy hour was funny to start with!...Would we stay again?...I would definately pop in to say hi, had no problem with most of the staff, would definately stop for a drink or few in the reef bar..but we,ll be choosing to rest our heads for a good nights sleep somewhere else. Good luck to Pine hills, we are sure many others will enjoy staying there, especially to those it would appeal to.

The first two rooms allocated for our family of five need to be pulled down, as extremely damp, dirty, smelly and poorly maintained, with filth on walls in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, and nail clippings on floor.
Once moved to the new section, cleanliness and decor was much improved. The ‘grass’ was cut after mentioning that it had grown to a foot deep and not too pretty! Several lights around hotel ground have been smashed.
The pool scum line needs attention, as does the whole pool area (I cut my foot on broken glass), and frequently slipped.
This hotel is for those who like a lot of noise into the early hours. Entertainment didn’t begin until midnight (although they tell you from 10pm, which is still too late for our three young ones). Not recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet family holiday.
The only positive things I can say about this hotel are:
1) Staff were friendly and helpful, (credit to Billy and Wesley for their assistance to resolve all problems)
2) The maid decorated the rooms with flowers and arranged towels artistically
3) Ideal location for walking into Hisaronu for shops and restaurants

Well, where do I start!!!!

We visited Hisaronu twice last year but unfortunately only discovered the Reef bar and Pine Hill hotel in our second visit, but it was the best thing that could have happened! We liked it so much that when we came back this year we actually stayed at the Pine Hill hotel.

The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are kept nice and clean.

And the pool area is clean, (the pool was not cloudy or mouldy) and there are plenty of sun beds!

The food is really nice and extremely good value for money. My sister had the best steak ever!!

But the best thing of all is the staff!! They absolutely go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one and make everyone feel welcome! Me and my friends are absolutely in love with every one of them and feel like we are leaving friends behind when we have to go home. I have never been on a holiday that has caused me to have such bad holiday blues after I have left!

I would disagree when people say that they are over friendly and have ulterior motives, they seem to genuinely enjoy what they do and just what to do what they can to make your holiday a good one.

Every time we have been back we bring more friends and family with us and they all love it as much as we do.

The entertainment in the bar is fantastic. We didn’t go anywhere else in the evenings for the whole holiday.
The full Monty show will have you crying with laughter and the other dance shows (salsa, break dancing and Russian dancers) are absolutely something else. I am a dancer myself and so a very harsh critic, but they were amazing!
The entertainment does go on into the early hours of the morning so if you like a nice early night maybe this isn’t the place for you, but if you’re up for a laugh and a boogie then I recommend this 100%! There really is something for everybody.

Me and some friends are already planning on going back again in august but this time for 2 weeks as one week just isn’t long enough!

Lastly I just want to say a huge hello to all the staff in the bar and restaurant! Thank you for making our holiday such a good one! We miss you loads but will be back soon!!

Big hugs, charlotte (Stephanie and Jenny) xxx

We have just returned from yet another fantastic holiday at Pine Hill, our 2nd this year and my 3rd and katy’s 4th visit in total.

I am always surprised by the bad comments posted about his place, it advertised as 2* which is exactly what you get, a clean and comfortable room to get washed and dressed in and to lay your head after a great night in the Reef Bar. The cleaners work very hard and will come back in the afternoon if you end up sleeping in.

The service and food from the restaurant is fantastic, whether you’re eating by the pool during the day or for your evening meal. The Sunday roast definately has to be tried with yorkshire puddings that my nan would be proud of! The BBQ night with its wide range of gorgeous tasting traditional turkish food is also not to be missed.

The entertainment in the Reef Bar is brilliant, the Full Monty is a must (a definate must for all the ladies!!) and the Salsa/Breakdancing show is a league of its own. We spent everynight in here again and we were never disappointed, the amazing staff never failed in making us feel welcome and kept huge smiles on our faces all night.

We will definitely be back again next year for no doubt another memorable holiday and until then we’ll be counting the days. Its been said before but is crazy how one place can have such an impact on you and leave you wanting more time and time again. So to all the awesome staff, the one and only Freddy, Sheriff, Sonny, Jason, Ozzy, Huseyin, Muzzy, Billy, Dj Ferah, Morris, Simon, Eric and the sensational breakdancers Charlie, Ali, Crazy and Savash, see you next year.

Emma. xx

Another BIG hello to all you at the Pine Hills yet again.

Yes its us Welsh girls again putting another review on here, but we can do nothing but praise the Pine Hills Hotel and the staff there.

Just returned from yet another memorable and happy holiday spent here and have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place other than we wish we had discovered the hotel sooner than last year.

Spent the days relaxing and recovering around the pool with a smile on our faces because the staff are always there to wait on you hand and foot and make you laugh. Special mention to Saddam because not a day went past that he didnt have us in stitches.

STILL great food at the hotel restaurant and very cheap.

Spent every night at the fab Reef Bar with the amazingly fantastic staff there to entertain.
Entertainment to us still hasnt become boring even after our 3rd visit this year, every night is as brill as the next and the Full Monty still has us crying with laughter time after time especially Sheriff (what a star).
Enjoyed the best times of our holiday in here.

Aswell as meeting new staff we met many many amazing people here and we would like to say a big hello and thankyou to Hayley and Sheryleigh two lovely, friendly and funny girls who we had an absolute fab time with and glad you were part of our holiday, we had a great laugh. Gutted we didnt get your numbers but hopefully we will see you out their again soon.
Take care girls and hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday.

Also a hello to Lyn, Collin, Jack, Rachel, Matthew and Tom.
A lovely and lively family with fab kids.
Jack i hope your being good, hello to Rachel and send our love to Matthew and Tom.
Hopefully we will see you again back out their in July.
Your photos are on the way!!!!!!

Met one of Sonnys close mates out their aswell, what an amazing and funny guy.
We all had an unforgettable holiday.
this was one of our best times out their and have just booked up on a last minute deal and we are going back at the end of October.

We would like to give a big shout out to all the staff:-
Sonny, Sheriff, Eric, Billy, Ferarah, Freddy, Ozzy, Elvis, Saddam, Heusien, Muzzy, Simon, Morris, Jason, Crazy, Ali, Savash, Charlie and not to forget the gorgeous Sonic (Sonnys little brother) if we could have brought him home in our suitcase we would have.

Love you all and cant wait to get back out their.

First time in Turkey and with the recent events (ie bombs) I was a bit nervous about the holiday but I am pleased to say it was a great holiday

The hotel is basic but clean and fresh towels every 3 days -- but you have to pay for air-con £3 per day and no TV in room.

The location is great as you are only 5 mins walk away from the main town.

The hotel food was very good and great value (should have ate more there)

Loads of entertainment most nights for everyone at the reef bar -- dancers one night, full monty another, Quiz night etc...

Most of the staff were great especially Saddam (go for a Turkish bath -- great value)and especially great with the kids -- really nice for a family to go their with the kids

Elvis... if you meet him you will understand

Eric & Billie at sky bar were superb and you can play killer pool every day and I almost won it -- (winner take all -- sometimes 100 lira or £35)

Over all a great Holiday loved my first time in Turkey but dont like going back to the same place so will be going somewhere different

If you do go to Pine Hills -- remember it is a basic hotel but nice and the staff are great and food even better and the location and entertainment are great.

Just returned from Pine hills after 1 week. Were we glad to get home!

Paid alot of money for this holiday. It's very run down.

First room, awful! The lights were hanging off the walls. The sofa bed was falling apart, the second bedroom was in the loft. The only ventilation was a small broken sky light that was held open with a cheese grater!! Worst of all in the shower there was blood and human excrement up the bathroom walls.

You could drive a bus through the gaps in all the doors when shut! And the kitchenette if you could call it that was filthy. My kids were crying to come home.

We were moved to a better apartment 2 days later which was a bit better but I wish we'd have just moved hotels.

The entertainment kept you awake till 5am from this apartment and surrounding bars. There was a lot of rowdy holiday makers there. We normally holiday in Ibiza, which is quiet compared to this place!

The staff were nice if not a bit touchy feely, I have 2 teenage daughters and they wouldnt go to the pool themselves because they were constantly pestered.

I couldnt even read my book by the pool as I too was pestered by the ever so friendly staff.

Not the place to go if your seeking a nice relaxing holiday.

Well been to Pine Hills now for 5 years running and it's changed a lot it was good to see everyone old and new, the food and cleaning is excellent.

I thought the entertainment on the nights was sometimes quite late to what it has been other years and was not quite fair to those people with kids some nights it was as late as 1 o clock before it started. Same old routine for entertainment as well nothing different on the nights just different staff this year.

The Pine Hills was not the same place without certain members of staff (we all no who they were) which made it was it was, so was disappointed, but was good but I think it's time to see other places in Turkey so this will be our last year in Pine Hills as other members of staff are leaving as well so won't be the same next year (2007)

Hi to you all and hope all goes well for those who are moving on its been ace take care.xxx

We have just returned from a brilliant two weeks in Hisaronu and the best two weeks ever at Pine Hills also. We were yet again made very welcome by Sonny (the gorgeous owner)and his staff Saddam (you are sooo cheeky), Elvis(stinks of "Fahrenheit, very impressive hairstyles tho'), young Simon, Morris ,DJ Ferah, Billy, Wolf (back home in Britain), Muzzy (Jen's favourite!!), Ozzy and not forgetting the main man Sherif (my favourite).

Evening entertainment was brilliant, loved Sunday Karaoke night- "where the stars come out at night"- VERY CHEESY, but a good laugh to sing my "Teenage dirt bag", Full Monty show very good, Break dancing/salsa dancing ok ,but the quiz night on Saturdays in the REEF BAR is a must and Sonny-YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE QUESTIONS!!- They have not changed in 7 years!! Anyway, the prizes are good ranging from a free small bottle of water for the losers and a free weeks holiday for the winners, AND a FREE roast dinner on Sunday night too, choice of meat(s)Chicken, Lamb or Beef with all the trimmings (3 COURSE MEAL) all for £5.50. BRILLAINT.

Ignore all the rubbish reports you read on Pine Hills, this hotel is enjoyed by young 'uns and oldies alike, and everything is there to make it a very enjoyable holiday and we are already booked to go again in 2007. Well done PINE HILLS,see you soon.

** Thanks also to Jen,Mark,Hazel and Matt,Kenny and Wendy, last but not least Andy and Mandy, you were all fab to meet and made our holiday "the BEST ever"

Hotel was great. Hotel staff made the atmosphere great people like Sonni (the manager) was superb.

Elvis was always lively.

Billie was the most funniest person I've ever met
Sadam was always smily and supportive.

Other people including sonic (sonnis brother) and oston (sonics cousin) and morris were really fun
and make sure if you go make sure you wind Simon up.

The location was great I meant its like 2 Min's away from the town and very quiet most of the times.

Entertainment was good our family took the quiz we came 2nd and got a free drink and micro-lite ticket also there is always killer pool on winner takes the money (lot of kids take part)there's also table tennis, foam party's, break dancing, salsa dancing, world famous juggling and of course the full monty.

The resort was clean, rooms got clean every day and food was superb something for every one..

We have just returned from Pine Hill having spent two weeks there with family for a wedding. The hotel was cleaned everyday alone with fresh towels and bedding changed regularly. We would like to say "thank you" to all the staff especially Simon, the absolute gorgeous staff. You made our holiday a truly amazing experience, one we will never forget.

They made us all feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. an absolutely wonderful hotel with great entertainment, clean pools, poolside restaurant that serves delicious hot meals and snacks.

The Turkish bath was wonderful and I highly recommend it.
From the biggest family in Great Britain we would like to say we will definitely be returning to the Pine Hill without a doubt.

There were many tears shed the day we left, tears of sadness for leaving a wonderful place, amazing staff and a truly fantastic holiday. See you all next year.

Very Very nice indeed. Lovely rooms, superb staff, very friendly, nice pool but deep. We were self catering but ate the hotel food all the time which was nothing short of superb. Best steak Diane I have had and the Sirloin was massive.

5 minutes walk from Azda which provides most things you need really cheap. Things to Zap Mozzies very cheap here.

Reef bar excellent.

2.5 lira bus ride from Olu Deniz and the wonderful blue lagoon.

Hisaronu is Gorgeous you should give it a try.

Before I start a BIG hello to all you guys at the hotel.

Just returned from the Pine Hills for the second time and yet again have had an unforgettable and amazing holiday.

The hotel has definitely had some changes made to it most of the hotel rooms have been updated, the whole pool area has been redone and the reef bar is now looking very posh.

The hotel restaurant is still as tasty as ever and we ate there most nights.

Entertainment is just as good if not better at the reef bar with the fab breakdancers showing us their moves and the full monty still satisfying us girlys!!!! Brilliant night everynight.

Hotel staff are all still amazing and have become life long friends, even the newer staff we feel we have known just as long as the others, and we keep in contact. Its becoming our second home.

BIG hello to you all. Absolutly gutted to leave, booked to go back out their in September. In the space of a year Sept 05 - Sept 06 we would have been here 3 times, cant really say anymore than that.

This ones for you Sonny "Iechyd Da"

Cant wait to see you all again.

We visited Turkey in the summer and loved it so much that we went back in October!!

Pine Hills is still as good as ever. However, we wouldn't recommend going in October if your up for partying!! As much as Sertan did try to make it more lively for us girls, most the time it was just us in the Reef Bar.

Just returned from Pine Hill Holiday Hotels, stayed their for 2 weeks in October. Well all I can say is I was apprehensive about travelling to Turkey for the first time ever. But trust me I had the Time of my life!

I have changed my views on Turkey and have already booked up to go again next year in July. The hotel is around a 2 minute walk from the main strip,'a minute if you run'! The rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. cleaned on a daily basis, fresh clean towels when required from reception.

The food at this hotel is delicious. The 2 bars on site are Sky Garden which is mainly a sports bar with free pool table and table tennis,With sky tv! Billy and Eric were very friendly and 2 fantastic men. Well then there's the one and only Reef Bar which is run mainly by Sheriff and Charlie who again made our holiday one to remember! Themed nights throughout the week - The full monty! though it's more funnier when they're trying to get dressed after the show...we were in fits of laughter! The hotel pool was cleaned daily and was very clean.

Overall our holiday was one to remember, all staff work so hard, through to the Cleaners, kitchen staff and bar staff. Hello to Saltan,Billy,Eric,Sheriff,Charlie,Alex and everyone else.... Thanks for everything you guy's at Pine Hill.

We have just returned from Hisaronu Pine Hill Hotel and can honestly say that the staff were wonderful and definately worked very hard to maintain customer happiness.

They were all very kind, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were prettily arranged on the bed with flowers. Unfortunately, 'damp' was the biggest problem with the rooms and as we had 4 rooms altogether, we knew it was throughout the hotel as they were all the same.

The smell of damp rooms is very unpleasant and the bathrooms encouraged this as they had no windows or extractor fans in them. AS I went to pack, even my shoes had a layer of moisture on them and all my clothing felt damp as well. The bed sheets felt damp every night and were in need of some repair or replacement as they had quite a few holes in them.

It was an easy location to the shops and many restaurants, who all offered a good menu and we didn't have a single meal that we could find fault with.

The Reef bar was the night life, but I was aware of a few people complaining about the noise that often continued until 3 a.m. plus. Its only to be expected, so we just went to sleep and hoped they were all enjoying them selves....live & let live is our motto.

In conclusion, we had a very good time there, but the hotel does need some major repairs done and the damp must be sorted as a matter of urgency. We would visit this resort again, but not this hotel, unless the damp had been dealt with first.

Take/use every mosquito deterrent you can, as this town is a mass of them and is fumigated every 2 weeks without much success. I was 'dinner' for the week, for the 'mozzys' and am now suffering badly, so be warned!

The pine hills has really gone down hill. It has always been a pretty basic hotel but this year was worse than ever.

The bedrooms were really damp and desperatly need decorating. The reef bar was really scruffy looking and the stools tables and chairs were all either broken or covered in Grafitti.

Sonny plays the same old music over and over again night after night. As always some of the staff were brilliant especially Eric, Wolf,Elvis and of course Charlie. I am gutted to hear the news that Charlie has left the Pine Hills, does anyone Know if it is true and where he has gone. Pine Hills definetly will not be worth going too without Charlie and apparently Wolf has gone too.

I and my family and friends definetly wont be going to the this hotel again.

I have stayed at the Pine Hills several times but I am afraid this time will have been our last.

The hotel has needed updating for a few years now and each year Sertan the owners son promises that 'next year it will be done' but I honestly think the best thing for the hotel would be a bulldozer.

The rooms are damp and really smell musty. Clothes and shoes get covered in mould. Light fittings hanging off the walls.

The reef bar just looks tired and dilapatated, all the bar stools are broken in one way or another and covered in grafitti. Other table and chairs in the bar dont look like they have been cleaned since the beginning of the season.

The bar staff are great as always but you get the impression from them that they havent got the heart for the job anymore. I wont be suprised if some of them dont return next year. By the way for anyone who is interested Sam (Wolfs partner) has had a baby girl a lovely little sister for Emily.

I stayed in the Pine Hill hotel it was excellent!

The staffs there are absolutely brilliant; they are so kind and helpful! Alex and Rocky especially they really looked after me and my mate Kylie we are their askims (if you don’t know what that means ask a Turkish person he he) all the staff taught us their language an I am definitely going back its already booked for June next year!

The reef bar is excellent and sooo much fun, especially when the reef bar boys and restaurant boys do their very own full Monty show! That had to be my favourite night (Wednesday) the rooms were lovely and very clean the cleaner came round everyday and made sure your rooms were well looked after! Finally a big shout out to all staff, Alex, rocky, falcon, Saddam, Elvis, Eric, Billy, Sheriff, Wolf, Sonny, Charlie, and anyone I am missing out on! Love you all and can’t wait to see you again!

The only 1 complaint i do have is the 2 female staff in the restaurant they are very rude and show a very jealous side! a word of advice, don’t let them ruin your holiday just tell Saddam and he will wind them the hell up and that is extremely funny! x

Hotel is in need of some TLC but kept clean and tidy.

Rooms were done every day.

The pool area was cleaned everyday.

The food at the hotel was lovely and as cheap as chips, breakfast wasn't that clever but the coffee and a nice smile was enough to cure your hangover.

All the staff were brilliant and worked hard to make our stay a good one.

We just got back today from Turkey - and I enjoyed every minute of it while I was there. I could have stayed there for alot longer, and really didn't want to come home!

The Pine Hill Hotel was lovely, basic rooms, but have everything you need. They were cleaned every day with sheets and towels changed regularly.

The hotel is in a great place - in a quiet street, but only 2 minutes walk from the main street of bars and restaurants.

As for the staff - they must be the best hotel staff I have ever met! Every single one would take the time to talk to you, always smiling, great fun and and extremely friendly. It seems strange that you miss people that you only met a week ago, but that is how all 8 of us feel. We think that the atmosphere could not be beaten anywhere.

The entertainment is great - the reef bar is very well priced compared to the rest of hisaronu bars, and the food in the evenings is gorgeous! The barbecue night was fantastic and so much to eat! The full monty on the wednesday night was fab - that was one of the best nights i had anyway!

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel or the staff, and we are going back in May 2006 after winning a weeks holiday in the quiz! I cannot wait, as this was the best holiday I have ever had!

Pine Hills clean but damp and musty, poor electrics, somewhat dangerous!

Breakfast, well it might be customary to eat cheese and tomatoes every morning but not when you hail from England.

Close to the town and amenities.

Friendly, overly to the extent that we felt they were hell bent on having our money.

Didn't participate merely endured the noise, all night.

Definitely never again.

We stayed at Pine Hills august 2005. It's the best place I've ever been on holiday.

The staff are so friendly & Helpful, special mention to Charlie, Wolf, Sonny & Sheriff.

The food was lovely, had a wide variety.

The rooms aren't anything special, but to be honest your only in the room to get changed & sleep.

The entertainment is wicked, foam parties, break dancers, & the full Monty is not to be missed. Loved it so much I'm going back in October, can't wait.

Pine Hills is an Absolute Dump. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

We had to stay for one night before we insisted on moving hotels. The Rooms are very small as well as falling to bits. The bathrooms are disgusting. The views of a rubbish tip, to the left, a stagnant pool to the right, and a noisy pool pump to the middle, are an insult. Mosquito's come and go, through the half inch gaps between windows and frames.

The pool was cloudy.

The recreational bits look home made, badly.

The staff are too nice, it's like walking into a kids playgroup. They are trying to organise your time, and point your money in their direction, no doubt.

Restaurant food was nice.

The staff were overpowering, could not relax. We were asked for our order by six different waiters. My fifteen year old twins, boy and girl, had no peace. Why do the Turks feel they have the right to touch you all the time.

This place needs knocking down. Turkey!!! never again !!!

Paid top money for this, was not a last minute cheap job. If you have booked it, cancel now!! Believe me it is awful. I don't believe the good reviews on this page, they are from people hell bent on getting drunk, probably. I cannot explain it otherwise. Pull out Now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When booking this holiday we booked as a family holiday, what we got was more like a club 18-30 holiday! The hotel was very old apart from one renovated block (the block from photos in brochure), and to give cleanleness a 1 is been very generous! The food was good and cheap too but all drinks were overpriced. The pool was thilthy and there was lots of mould growing around it. The staff were friendly enough but seemed to have an ulterior motive!
Partying and drinking were encouraged by all the staff and they didnt really cater for those who wern't that bothered.
If you don't want any sleep for the duration of your holiday then this is the place to go with music till very late (if it stops at all). I would rather holiday in a psychopaths dungeon than return to this hotel.

Rooms very basic but clean, we paid for bed & breakfast only to find that people on self catering also entilted to free breakfast.

The boys spent most of their time in the Sky bar,Eric and Wolf took great care of them they also enjoyed the foam party.

The entertainment was great but very load and sometimes went on until 4-5am not very good if you are in the room 109 etc these are situated over the restaurant facing the Reef Bar. After 3 nights we asked to be moved rooms.

Unfortunatley both adults picked up a tummy bug in the first week of the holiday by the second week we found that there was also 20 more adults in the Hotel with the same complaint.

Would recomend this hotel is your children are over 11 upwards as very lively and you enjoy late late nights.
May go back in a few years time.

Well as soon as we got there, there was a warm welcome from the staff at the sky bar. We were so tired but so happy to be there!

As soon as we got the room we jumped on to or beds (which were freshly made). Our room was very clean and the cleaner came round every day!

As we have alredy been to this hotel before we decided not to eat in the restraunt because we knew already of their great tasting food and wanted to try out some different foods.

Well the hotel staff.... what can you say without making them sound like angels! They were the most friendly and caring people you could ever meet! They could never do enough for us, they were always there for you no matter what the problem was! Miss them all now were back in England!

The entertainment! I have to give a mention to the full monty that is on the wednesday night (performed by the reef bar staff) it was great! every night there is a different theme and each one was asmazing!

We are very happy to say that we are coming back next year definitely because we loved it so much!

The rooms were basic but very clean and had everything you needed, and if it didnt it was fetched for you pretty quick smart.

The staff were truly amazing people, bent over backwards to make your holiday a happy one. Very, very child friendly place and people.

Food was amazing, we were self catering but ate in the hotel every night, very reasonable and beautiful meals with a wide variety to choose from.

Entertainment was good, different things everynight. Kids loved it and as we all know if they are happy we are delighted.

Sky Bar is fantastic for the kids, the Reef Bar better for adults but are wonderfully accomodating to the kids.
Best holiday we ever had, going back in April, made friends with the staff and still keep in touch yet.

I would tell you to go, its fantastic, clean cheap and friendly.

Very upset with the accommodation and hotel is certainly not a 3 star.

The staff were excellent they were so caring and couldn't do enough for you, they work really hard to make sure they please everyone, and always have a smile.

The rooms were very clean (they were cleaned every day).

The entertainment in the evening at the reef bar was brilliant especially the foam party, breakdancers, and the Full Monty show by the staff.

We had the best time ever there, that we decided we are going to book for next year again can't wait to see: Eric, Billy, Elvis, Saddam, Charlie, Seriff, Serkan, Rocky, Simon, Falcon, Sonny, Alex and everyone else. See you next year in 2006 missing you already!

Although we never stayed at this hotel you would have thought we did, we were at it every night of our holiday for the great times at the Reef Bar that will never be forgotten.

We went a few times during the day for lunch also and we still couldn't find a single fault about the hotel or staff. We have been to turkey before and stayed in Pinehills and only wish we had stayed in there the 2nd time round as it has to be the best hotel for entertainment and friendly staff ever.

The breakdancers in the Reef at night time were excellent too, great dancers and ded fit!!!! Specially Murak. Thanks to Sonny, Sheriff, Ferah, Freddy, Charlie, Wolf, Eric, Billy, Allyson, Elvis, Alex, Saddam, Rocky and Simon for undoubtoubly the best holiday ever. Staff were excellent and ensured you were well looked after at all times. Our thanks to Sonny and his team of hard working staff who went out of their way to keep everyone happy, including Charlie, Sheriff, Wolf, Freddie, Elvis, Saddam, Simon, Alex, Chris, Rocky and Falcon.

Pine Hills is suitable for families who want entertainment for the kids whilst mum and dad relax. The Sky Bar run by Billy and Eric took care of that!

Rooms are clean, but take some ear plugs as there is loud music played until early hours from both the hotel and its location to the centre of resort.

Would revisit.

We visited in 2000 and in June 2005 as a really big party.

The rooms were very clean and the maids were really nice.

The food was also really nice but we found it nice to walk around Hisaronu and eat in all the different resturants. Then after we would go back to the hotel and dance. It was sooo fun!

The staff were really funny and were dancin on the bar and all sorts. They had quiz nights and they even did the full monty once a week (on the bar!)

We aren't going there this year but we will probably be going next year as everyone enjoyed it that much! But be warned. My family is very loud and so are a lot of the families that go there. The music is on way into the morning so if you're after an early night I doubt you will get one. Also there are kids there of all ages so if you have teens that don't think they will meet anyone then tell them they are wrong.

I'm 14 and I made loads of friends both times I went.

When we first arrived at Pine Hill late at night we were all a bit disappointed but next morning we had a look round and were pleasantly surprised.

The pool was nice and big and clean, the kids loved it, also a small childrens pool, plenty of sun loungers too, our apartment was very large two bedrooms plenty of space for all five of us.

The staff were all really nice which was probably the best thing about the holiday, they made you feel really relaxed and really went out of their way for you to enjoy your holiday. The downside is if you like quiet, then it's not that at the Pine Hill, we were in an apartment away from the Reef Bar but we had noise from all the other nearby bars, there is a live music bar right at the main entrance, which plays until 5am sometimes, but as the holiday went on we seemed to sleep through it.

Get ready for the 5am prayer meeting though, that definately wakes you up. All in all, thought we had a great holiday the resort was great too, would go back at sometime.

The Pine Hills hotel where we stayed has to be one of the best holidays i have ever been on and i have been to a few places over he world.

The rooms are basic but very clean and tidy and cleaned regularly.

The hotel food was fab and the whole party ate their most nights, being a chef myself and judgemental I can honestly say the food was fab and cooked by the manager himself Sonny.

The location of the hotel was brill just a 2 minute walk and you were in the town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Dont even know where to begin with the staff, these people made the holiday what it was, I have never met nicer hotel staff anywhere.
Eric, Billy, Sonny, Charlie, Falcon, Saddam, Elvis and many more. They were all fab.

The entertainment was fab as well, something going on everynight, and me and hayley were at the Reef bar untill the very end.

We were know as the welsh girls and as Saddam says Top Tottys!!!!

Had that much of a fab time that we have booked again this year and are going in May. Cant wait to see eveyone again, as we know they are going to make our holiday just as enjoyable second time around.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent in every way. The rooms were quite basic but had what we needed and were very clean. The cleaner was adorable, even though she didn't speak English, and, as added touch, left our towels in boat and heart shapes! The food was good and they do a great Sunday Roast.

The location couldn't have been better, with everything on the doorstep, so saved a fortune on taxi fares. The staff were lovely and we felt we were leaving friends behind when we had to come home. Entertainment provided every night in the bar, from quiz night to dancing to the barmen giving a Full Monty show! My friend and I enjoyed it so much we are going back again this year.

Arrived in early hours of morning, allocated a lovely room at rear of hotel, where one could not swing a cat, rubbish dump and broken glass on floor was very appealing to the eye along with the play area for kids that consisted of a toddlers slide and swing! The balcony view was of the cesspit!

Needless to say we didnt unpack, contacted the rep and told her we wanted moving NOW. We did move at a price and we can recommend St Nicholas Grove Hotel, in a far nicer area just off the high street.

All the Pine Hills needs to complete the image is Basil Faulty goose stepping around the complex.

This Hell hole should be flattened, or taken out of the brochures.

Stay at your own risk!

We were a honeymoon couple, on arrival at 3am we had to go to another hotel with single beds, as they double booked our room, the bed was falling to pieces, and smelt, after much complaining we were moved to another room with water dripping down onto live electric wiring over our bed.

The hotel was not clean, but the apartments were, the location is good for the town, the staff are nice except for the manager who you never saw untill night time when he in the bar, doing his dj.

The entertainment apparently was good but we wanted a quiet holiday, I would never go to the hotel again, as it was not a three star, it has only two star rateing, and was not very clean, and I dont eat cold left over potatoes for breakfast in the mornings.

Loved Hisaronu - Hated the Pine Hills

Hotel was very clean - Rooms Basic - Location very close to shops etc. Would not recommend to families or those wanting a good night’s sleep, as proximity to several other properties and bars meant very very noisy nights. Several people complained about this.

Had breakfast once and not again!

Staff seemed friendly but we didn't spend much time at property. In need of a definite refurbishment.

Would not return to this hotel.

Well, this hotel and all its staff when we visited it last year was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had a brilliant two weeks of entertainment from Sertan and his staff and Charlie, well he never changes!

The place to be in the evening is the Reef Cocktail bar and they always put on a show,do a quiz night, usual belly dancers (seen one, seen em all!)

It is right in the centre of Hisaronu thereabouts, and we absolutely LOVE it!

As a matter of fact,we went to Side resort this year and regretted every minute of our holiday- DO NOT GO THERE,I TS FULL OF GERMANS & the EURO, so you get ripped off whatever you buy.

This hotel ROCKS and we are booked up 4 next year to see Sonny and all our friends again-this is definite!

BRING IT ON PINE HILL-SEE YOU IN AUGUST 2006

Staff here are brilliant, although at times over friendly but could take a hint!

Great location, just minutes from shops.

Breakfast was the same each day but most enjoyable. Our only problem was the noise from the reef bar would go on all night. The staff moved us to the back but we still didn't get a full nights sleep. We must say though that this was mainly due to the inconsideration of other guests shouting and shrieking at 4 and 5 am and not to the staff.

We are sorry to say that it quite spoiled our holiday and although we intend to return to Hisaronu it will not be to this hotel.

The first apartment we were put in was a bit smelly and we were given a choice of 4 others to move to, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks and would definitely recommend it to others. We have 3 children who had a brill time, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

The room apartment was cleaned regularly and was also sprayed for bugs = twice while we were there. The hotel is in an excellent position, 2 minutes from resort so no need for taxis.

Carol and Tayfuns tours are value for money and serve excellent food, wonderful days out on their boats. Enjoy your holiday as it’s a beautiful place to visit.
