Roberts from Leeds travelled to Radisson Edwardian Hampshire Hotel with Booked via hotel website on a couples holiday. There were 2 adults and 0 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 12 2007
rated the Radisson Edwardian Hampshire Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: This is not a five star hotel more like a three star. Booked a suite and not ready when we arrived at 7pm had to sit and wait in bar for over an hour. Room fairly clean on arrival but room was not cleaned on second day (receptionist advised that you have to request the room to be cleaned as it is Radissons standard practice to only make beds and replace towels etc every second day - we were not told this so had left the room with bed unmade and towels in bath to be replaced with fresh ones.)
