Lovely small and friendly hotel in a cosy setting.Breakfast basic but ample.Rooms a little small but very clean. Handy to have fridge and 3 english channels BBC1 and ITV so no missed soaps. Will definitely stay again.

This is a lovely little hotel in typical French style, but with a large open courtyard and other interesting features, breakfast outdoors being one of them.(Weather permitting)
Lying 10 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais one way and 10 minutes from the Railway station it is well situated.
The hotel staff are friendly and speak good English, but try out your French - it's always appreciated. Rooms are small - don't expect more than a bed and a small wardrobe - but then you're supposed to be out enjoying Nice instead of lounging around. Bathrooms are well appointed and have a decent shower.
There is no entertainment - it's not that kind of hotel, and the area is pleasantly quiet at night.
Worth a visit if you don't want to spend a fortune.
