on arrival we found the hotel clean, and were swiftly dealt with through reception, as we booked two rooms for two adults and a child, the hotel knew nothing of this and arranged for a cot ( in one room ) and a folding bed in the other ( which was missing slats, but was exchanged the next day )there was no air conditioning in the rooms, and were told that if we hired a fan, it would cost 27 euros for the ten days ( as the pound/euro rate was crap at this time, it would cost over two pounds per day to hire a fan ) SO, i would suggest taking a cheap £10 fan with you and selling it to someone there before you leave...they will snap your hand off....
NOW....all inclusive...
if you can get served at the bar then the normal selection of local beer and imitation spirits are okay, but you tend to find ( especially at the late indoor bar ) that there is only one person serving at at time, causings un necessary queues.. ( but i suppose they get through less alcohol that way )
FOOD...
food is pretty repetative.... but its hard to change everything every day, but if you like chips, sliced potatoes, AND hard roast potatoes then your okay, cuz you'll find them EVERYDAY....
plus the snack bar ( which is the left overs from the meal before ) cannot be taken outside .... as NO food can be taken to your lounger or poolside, ( which is a first for me as i always go all inc, and have never been prevented from taking snack bar food outside )
CLEANLINESS....
cant fault the hotel on cleanliness, but the cleaners are a bit moody....especially if you lock your keys in and they are asked to loose you back in,,,,
BAR STAFF...
they are generally pleasant, only because they espect a tip from you...SORRY..shouldn't say that cuz some of the bar staff were genuinely nice and pleasant...
ENTERTAINMENT...
there was only basic entertainment outside, and inside there was some entertainment for the kids, but sorry, nothing special...
OVERALL...
as we had a 9 month old baby with us, we found that the constant slamming of the doors, which echoed through the hotel was too much, plus there was some arguing between guests IN the corridors in the early hours, so if you have youngsters, bear this in mind....
for adults or couples, i would recommend this hotel, but not for kids....

Had a great time at club cala romani, was slightly concerned when we booked after reading some of the reviews but didnt need to be. Fantastic for younger children when mini disco every evening with games and activites throughout the day, Very large pool and 2 childrens pools, All inclusive was brilliant plenty of food for everyone with salad bar open during lunch and tea time, Beach close to hotel complex fantastic sea for swimming in, shops very local to resort, nice quiet area would def return again,

Room was very small. we booked a 3 bed room. Was not told by booking agency, that 3 adults should not share the 1 room, as there was no room to move.

Rooms do not have air conditioning, so would recommend either hiring or buying a fan.

Hotel staff were very pleasant, and the pool/bar area was very nice.

I personnally would not go back to that hotel.

Originally found by chance on web at rediculous low price of £215 for 2+2 AI for spring half term
paid my money and took my chances.........
but what a great time we had!!

Though the hotel is a little dated, and rooms small, the overall 'package' was A1....food repetitive but plentiful for everyone.

Snack bar opens directly after service finishes so never miss a meal. AI bar 10am til midnight, all large drinks n ice creams nothing watered down!!

Great location with minimal noise, 3 pools, plenty of games to keep kids happy, 5 mins to beach, 2 mins to shops........

We will return again sometime.

Staff friendly except for the night receptionist. The food was replenished regularly and was not left over from the previous day. All bar staff were very friendly. Food was what we have come to expect of that in Spanish locations i.e. very appetizing to see but fairly tasteless in reality.

We went in October and the hotel was fairly quiet - rarely had to queue for anything, plenty of tables available in eating areas (restaurant less than half full), few queues at bar but imagine this would be totally different in high season and would therefore not go at that time of year for that reason. October is a good time to go as the weather was great and everywhere was fairly quiet and consequently quite pleasant.

The minidisco was monotonous but after all it was for kids. The adult entertainment was generally very good. e.g. The Kenya Bots who were very good acrobats. The beach was a long way away (15 minute walk) down a hill.

Be careful if you have a safety deposit box as you cannot get your deposit back before 12.00 noon (at least that's the reason I was given for not refunding my deposit on the day of my departure).

we visited this hotel with an open mind after reading the mixed reviews.

We hired a car for the two weeks this worked out to be just a few pounds more than it would have cost for transfers.

On approaching the hotel we were a little disappointed with the drab look to the outside of the hotel but on entering we found it to be very clean and the lady at the desk was very pleasant, we got to our apartment which consisted of two rooms these were not huge but very clean although we were told that in high season these rooms would be split to take two families which would have been horrible.

The pools were very well maintained with an alert lifeguard on duty, the canteen was not what I expected a bad odour in there constantly and we are not fussy eaters but this food I would not serve up at home, such as the chips left over from the previous evening meal would be served for breakfast!! Most of the previous days food would be remixed this way, the fruit section was the only part I enjoyed.

Some of the bar staff were quite arrogant when I went to the bar in the evening I ordered four beers the barman said I was only allowed two beers at one time, i explained they were for my wife and I and another couple we were sat with at the time but he called me greedy!! Many arguments followed from other couples doing the same thing.

Some people might say that if you don't like the food at the hotel then you could eat out but I say to these people that no matter what you paid for your holiday if you go all inclusive you should receive a higher standard of food and drink that was on offer at this hotel so please bear this in mind if you are thinking of this hotel, high season a big big no no they can't cope very well in low season it would be horrible, entertainment not entertaining.

On a plus side we did meet a lot of interesting people from this country and other countries so it is very mixed which we didn't mind, we were not sorry to leave which we have never said on any other previous holidays.

Well what can I say, we had a brill time.

Hotel food was rubbish, no probs we ate out.

Pool nice and the beach was lovely. Yes we would come back again as it was so cheap to stay at this hotel what do you expect.

As far as entertainment go to the town what a fun place we all had a top time and I recommend Coco Loco cocktails.

It cost about 20.00 a night to stay here so that tells you its not going to be the Ritz where I come from, you pay for what you get, I mean come on a B&B in England 25.00 a night.

Just returned home and felt I had to give my own opinion on this hotel. Before I booked I read the reviews and most were very good, they couldn’t have been more wrong.

Accommodation was very disappointing, had a one bed apt which was very old, run down and basic. Beds were like camp beds with foam mattresses not very comfortable, and bathrooms had an unclean smell although appeared to be clean, towels were provided but again were well used and one even had a hole in it!

The hotel food was fine for adults, not always as hot as you would like but quite tasty, however they did not really cater for children unless your kids like to eat pizza, pasta or chips every night my two year old lived on ham from the salad bar and bread rolls. Out of the restaurant hours there was a snack bar, which basically offered you the food from the previous sitting, not what we were expecting.
Drinks were fine except red wine served chilled!!

Went end of season so didn’t have to queue much for food or drink, however restaurant was always nearly full so in high season the queues must be huge.

Hotel entertainment was not organised very well, there would be an announcement over a tannoy hourly telling you of the next impending activity which typically for the children lasted 30 mins if they hadn’t wandered back to you sooner because they were bored.
Kid’s club- there was no kids club.

Evening entertainment consisted of a mini disco totalling the same five songs every night which the kids enjoyed but as adults found extremely boring,
followed by a 30 min presentation of certificates and gold medals from the days activities, this took so long as each announcement had to be translated into five different languages.

The pool area consisted of three swimming pools which we thought were great and very clean. Spent every day at the pool as the beach was quite a walk away for the kids as it was up hill coming back , also the sea at the beach was more of a surfers beaches and not suitable for children to swim in.

We did have a good holiday but would not use this hotel again.

We booked a week’s all inclusive at this hotel pretty last minute (2 weeks before departure). When we read the reviews on the web we almost cancelled. Glad we didn’t….
Club Cala Romani is very much a “family” hotel/complex, there were plenty of kids around pretty much everywhere, so this might not be a good choice if you want a quiet relaxing time by the pool.

The room was on the small side and did get fairly hot at night (we hired a fan at the pretty extortionate rate of 17 Euros plus 10 deposit), the beds aren’t the biggest or most comfortable. But it was clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. We had to report a failed lightbulb in the bathroom after a couple of days and it was fixed within the hour.

There’s a large (and well cleaned) pool area with three pools to cater for different age groups/abilities, and for us this was what “made” the holiday. Plenty of activities for the adults (e.g. volleyball, archery) and kids, there does seem to be a real effort here, and if it’s not your thing then it’s not too intrusive either Our 4 year old loved the mini disco at 8-00 each night.

Food is not a strong point, there is actually plenty of choice (3 or 4 main courses, plus pasta, pizza, and salad) but that choice remained very similar all week. As has been stated some of the snack bar food is leftovers from the main meals. Having said that the dining areas were clean and there were plenty of staff constantly clearing and resetting tables, replenishing the buffet etc. The main meal times were pretty much a free for all, especially lunch when tables were hard to come by.

Overall though we had a great time, the hotel staff were very helpful, the place clean and tidy with plenty to do (or not do, whichever you choose). And at the price we paid, excellent value for money. Would we choose to go there again? Probably not, but only because we'd probably want to visit another area of Majorca.

Don't quite know where to start, the price - booked hotel & flight separately best way self catering then upgraded to all inclusive when we got there much cheaper way to do it considering they forgot to charge us for the all inclusive option saved us about £1200 would have been so distraught if I'd have paid for it.

The food was worse than awful and forget about getting drunk unless you get drunk on 3 pints a night as after spending all night queing that's about all you get no more than 2 drinks at a time then an argument from bar staff threatening you with the police if you order more than 2, it became fun after a while like a game of cat and mouse.

The pool was the best thing about hotel, room OK, entertainment was abysmal, resort very quiet, glad to check out.

We stayed here on a all inclusive for 7 days.

On arrival at 6am receptionist very helpful showed us to our rooms asked us if we would like coffee and something to eat and showed us the snack room which is open late when they have arrivals coming in early hours of morning, this being a bonus as you could then go to bed and not have to worry about getting up for breakfast 2 hours later.

Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, room was small though who really stays in there room on holiday.

Location was great not far from beach which could be reached from back of hotel down a dirt track. Most of hotel staff were helpful some were a bit down trodden looking.

Entertainment ok of a day only downside spoken in 5 different languages Italian being first choice. Pool area fantastic no putting towels out to save them they were plentiful whatever time of day you went down.

Also lovely gardens to sunbathe with loungers in if you do not want to be to near to poolside. Three pools which are superb as they have a slope going into them which resembles your on the beach and you can just walk in.

They have archery competitions javelin football darts table tennis etc through out day which keeps adults and children entertained. Downside only have one bar open in day for all these guests and it can be a long wait.

Then in the evening they have two bars one in entertainment room which is full of children running around and a terrace which is mainly occupied with adults who have no children. Though in here they only have 1 nights entertainment on in there, and again the queue is long again. Although on plus side if you dont want loads of children running around you its ideal.

In terrace bar only 1 bar person on at a time which is not a help to reduce queue lengths.

This is our second visit to Cala Romani. Our 1st visit was May 05 which was fine. However, this year wasn't so good. The poolside toilets were rotten and always out of toilet roll.

One of the pools had to be closed for couple of hours as someone had gone to toilet in it!! Did not witness any of other two pools being cleaned at all. On our last day we noticed green slime around edge of middle pool.

Two of my children ended up at doctors with ear infections and tummy bugs from pool (doctor reckons he had loads of kids from our hotel with same problems). I fell poorly after first week and to date (17/08) am still unwell. Been tested at doctors and have Salmonella! Would not return to this hotel again.

The mini disco, however, my kids loved and the entertainment afterwards was good. The staff at the bar only gave a smile when you were putting at tip in the bucket and we had to queue for about fifteen minutes for a drink. Food was awful and didn't cater for childrens meals.

Would not recommend at all.

We have just returned from Club Cala Romani, it was a great family holiday.

We found the hotel to be very clean with daily maid service. We were allocated an apartment which was ideal for a family of 4, although some people told us that hotel rooms were small.

There was plenty of food which was always hot and well presented with a good variety. Yes some things on the menu were repeated but we always found something.

Kids more than happy with complex and pool, food etc.

Hotel near to town and about 10 mins from beach not a bad walk down pathway.

After reading bad reviews we were a bit apprehensive about the holiday but we all enjoyed it and for a family it is ideal.

The pool is great, don't go if you want kid free quiet holiday.

Would recommend it we will definitely be returning.

Just got back from 11 nights. Were ready to come to home! The hotel is not a 3 star the rooms are so small should only sleep 2 people. We asked for a studio thinking we would have more room Wrong! Its the same room but with a sink fridge and hob in no extra space at all!!!

Cleaners came in and cleaned most days but I won't say they did a good job!!

The Entertainment is all done by Italian's. The evening entertainment was terrible all done inside a air-conditioned room.

The childrens club was ok but so repetitive and again the language barrier provided too much for my little girl and she didn't want to go again!

The music by the pool was too loud and the taste of music considering it was a family hotel was disgusting!! The food was ok but fed up with pasta and chips not much variety and the snack bar was a laugh it was the left overs from lunch and tea!! Not what we were expecting!

We didn't make breakfast that many mornings fed up with the greasy cooked breakfast! Didn't even have toast or yoghurts. The ice-cream for kids was just small pots. Not catered at all for kids and their taste of food!

A lot of people were asking to be moved from the hotel as they didn't like it at all! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean family oriented hotel spacious apartments, cleaned daily and fresh towels.

Friendly staff no matter how busy they were.

Good standard and variety of food especially with the number of guests and nationalities

Great daytime activities for both children and adults
nightly entertainment caters for everyone this includes professional shows every other night over a 2 week period. Other nights included Mr. Cala Romania, ideal couple and a variety of comedy sketches done by the entertainment team themselves (These are a must see event, mini disco for the children from 8 every night and if the children write a letter the can help on stage with the dances

3 brilliant pools all different depths and with shallow entry, beach is 10 mins stroll down a direct access path from hotel.

This was our second time all-inclusive and it has totally put us off this type of holiday in the future. Our first experience was at the Hotel Tanit in Ibiza which was wonderful. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

We stayed in the apartments which were quite spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels however the main hotel complex was dirty. cleaners were only seen first thing on a morning and not at all through the day

The food was awful and left out for hours - we all suffered sickness and diahorrea - although we had not budgetted for it we just had to eat out as it became unbearable

The hotel is a long way from the beach down a fairly steep slope, but close to the shops and bars in the resort.

Hotel staff, some were quite cheerful, but there was just not enough of them to cope with the number of people in the hotel.

Day time activities ok for adults, not enough for the children to do. The evening entertainment was dire and held inside in a large dark 'concert style room' a bit like butlins but worse.

We would never visit this hotel again. We have travelled to spain for our holidays for the last 20 years and never had a bad holiday. If this had been my first experience I can honestly say I would not be visiting spain again, which is very sad.

Just got back the reception staff were extremely unhelpful.

The food was disgusting, we ate out 4 nights out of seven.

The room if you could call it that was no bigger than a broom closet and we had to fit four people in. One bed was a camp bed which we found insulting, however the room was extremely clean.

The pools were brilliant although very busy, the advertised piped music was two loud speakers at full blast which did your head in after ten minutes.

overall if you like living in a box, talking to rude staff, and eating rubbish food, you might enjoy it.

Hotel staff rushed off feet so did not have much time for guests.

Entertainment embarrasing.

Worst all inclusive hotel we have stayed in.

Food is rubbish and reconstituted into something else next day, snacks are only left overs from previous meal.

Drinks are watered down and entertainment is a joke and I don't mean they had comedians on it was just stupid games and miming to records being played that loud all distorted.
We ate out after two days.

Had to complain to reception after 3 days as no maid service to room,no clean towels and no loo roll.

Only thing any good here is the pool and that had to be closed twice because of human excrement in there.

Good bars and restaurants in town five mins walk away.

This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Although advertised as air conditioning there is non in the rooms trying to sleep is a nightmare. You can hire fans 18 euros + 10 euros deposit, we had three and it helped a little. The rooms are very basic, towels were changed and the floor mopped but that was it, it was never cleaned properly.

The hotel was overun with children of all ages. You couldn't swim in the pool as there were so many children - running, screaming etc. a total nightmare.

During the day and evening you not only had to dodge children but also queue for England. You queue for your drinks, to get into the restaurant, for your good and sometimes to get out of the restaurant. I call it a restaurant but to be honest is resembled a works canteen. The food was just about ok but the presentation wasn't, we ate out after the first week.

Entertainment at night was very basic - centred around children, we went out most nights. The drinks were very cheap versions of the real thing. Again at night you had to queue for your drinks on average about 20 people per queue, so you can imagine.

If you haven't booked yet, don't book here unless you like holiday camps because that is what is resembled.

We have just got back from a great week at club Cala Romani. We were a late booking and were worried about wherre we would end up, however, from arrival in reception our worries vanished. The service, food, pools and entertainment were first class.

The only downside was that the room was very small for a family of 4, but how long do you soend inthe room? The room was cleaned daily and towels changed when you wanted.

We have no hestitation in recommending this hotel as a great family hotel. Looking forward to next year already!

Very clean, family-orientated hotel. Three great swimming pools of different depths. Alert lifeguard on duty all day.

Great selection of salads, soup, pasta, rice and meat dishes every day, with local desserts and huge range of fresh fruit for dessert. Snack bar open when restaurant closes so eating later is never a problem.

Kids love getting their own drinks and ice-cream from the bar or restaurant. Entertainment for the kids is good. A mini-disco every night with the children whose last night it is invited on stage.

Didn't stay for the adult entertainment but believe from the other hotel guests that it was worth staying for.

Lovely staff throughout. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds made and fresh towels left.

The whole hotel is clean; the staff are sweeping, dusting and cleaning mornings and evenings. We will be returning in October 2006.

Myself and my fiancee stayed for one week, all inclusive at the club cala romain in the second week of august. After a very late flight we landed and were through baggage colection very quickly but then had to wait a further 1 hour - 1hour and a half for a coach driver as ours had phoned in sick.

We finally arrived at around 4 am to check in only to find that select holidays had not invoiced the hotel and there was no recollection of use booking with the hotel. After talking with the man on reception and showing him the relevant paperwork we finally got to our room about 5 am!

The room was quite small but enough for just the 2 of us and as we would be spending minimal time in the room it didn't matter that much, however there was no air con so that was first point of call next morning.

The hotel was very clean and although it said on some reviews towels were changed every other day we had ours changed every day and always had enough to use for a morning and evening shower each. The reception area was also spotlessly clen as was the restaurant.

The food at the hotel was quite limited, whether this was due to the fact there was so many people there and it was hard for them to cope with the comsumption, i don't know, but most nights there were chips and neither myself or my fiancee had any trouble not finding something we liked.

The restaurant is buffet style, self service.
The hotel location was very good close to local shops and bars without hearing the noise and only a short stroll down to the beach. There is a short cut to the beach from the hotel complex.

Hotel staff were friendly and always willing to assist in any way possible. The bar staff were especially friendly particularly considering how busy they were.

The entertainment was what you expect abroad and my rating for this was boossted by a cabaret act which involved 2 drag queens on the second to last night. Audience participation was hilarious although not sure the man who had one of the women/men keep coming and sitting on his lap would quite agree!!!

I would definately go back to this hotel as although here were lots of families around it still made for really nice couple holiday. Oh and there was always plenty of sunbeds round the pool whatever time of day so no worries of the over night towel reservers!!!

Arrived at approx 7pm local time and was greeted by a rather rude receptionist who seemed more interested in answering the phone than checking us in. We took this as a bad omen, but fortunately we were wrong.

The room was a bit small for two adults and two children, but booking at the last minute we had no room for complaint and the view made up for it.

The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and despite what others have said on this website I can confirm that the maids came in everyday and made the beds and if you leave dirty towels on the floor they change them as well. The only complaints on the cleanliness of the room was that the toilet smelt a bit and was loose on its anchor points, also the balcony was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.

The hotel and grounds were very well kept and there were loads on litter bins for your use and always an army of people cleaning the pool area every morning and every evening.

The only complaint about the hotel cleanliness was the smell in the pool side toilets. It was disgusting and I would say that if you need the loo whilst at the pool, dry your feet and go to reception and use theirs.

The location is great and away from the the centre, but you can occasionally hear noisy bars, but very rare.

The pool area itself is the best I have ever seen and it is great for kids.

The food was great considering the number of people the hotel is catering for. Yes it is a bit bland some days, but it is always well presented and the dining room is very organised.

Apart from the lady on reception when we arrived the staff were great.

Entertainment was mainly geared around the children and the kids disco starting at 8pm is a must for any child up to about 11 years of age. After about 10pm the entertainment is more adult, but I can describe it all in one word BUTLINS. Sure you know what I mean. So after 10 nights in this hotel would we go again? YES we would it is really good and gets 8 out of 10.

We arrived back yesterday after a 2 weeks all inclusive stay, in our opinion this hotel and resort are excellent for a family holiday, perhaps not for a couples holiday (only our opinion).

The hotel has everything you could need, it is clean, the staff are all friendly, the evening entertainment is probably the best hotel entertainment we have ever seen.

The food is a good standard, even the kids had no trouble in finding something they liked at every meal, they thought it was the best they had had at any hotel.

Before travelling I was worried that there might be long queue's for drinks, this was not the case, the bar staff are hard working and I did not find myself in a queue of more than 5 people for the majority of the holiday although the last 3 days when the hotel was full to maximum capacity they did start to increase.

There is a nice beach no more than 10 mins walk down a quiet path.

Just got back you will love this hotel.

Food great only repeated on the second week.

Lots of entertainment every day.

Resort small but something for everyone here.

Do not go on the boat trip to Sa Coma very sea sick.

If you are British tell Marianne that Kenny was asking for her, she really helped in a crisis.

Would go back.

Arrived at 23.00, allocated rooms by reception friendly manner, dropped cases in room and headed towards the bar.

Bar staff very friendly and served very quick.

Food I thought was of excellent standard and always presented well, staff always cleaned tables quickly no complaints at all.

Hotel location about 10 mins walk from beach, 5 mins from town small but adequate.

Entertainment was excellent day time and nights, mini club and disco was a big hit with the kids they had a fantastic time and so did we joining in with the archery, shooting etc and of course activities for adults and kids jointly were a scream as well. The entertainment team were a blast really made you join in etc.

As for going back trying to book for October liked it that much, great for families would recommend this hotel to everyone it's great.

We arrived at 11.30pm and we dropped in our luggage and then went down for a drink we were greeted by the entertainment staff.

The family room was fairly busy and the outside pool area was busy as well. Our first impressions were it looks exactly like the photos shown.

The hotel was very clean although our rooms only got cleaned every other day.

The food was of a good quality but was repeated nearly every other day.

The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and the local town.

The staff were polite and very quick.

The entertainment was fantastic we were always in for a good day and night. The 6 entertainers Tom, Nick, Brian, Marianne, Monique and Miaaka were all fabulous.

I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking a holiday here!

My girlfriend and I went to Club cala Romani in May and even though it was the start of the season everywhere was very clean, the pool and bar area and the restaurant but only complaint would be our room was not cleaned every day so had to keep asking for loo roll at reception which was a bit embarrasing!

This hotel is definitley for families as they have activities for the kids all day and evenings, kiddies disco and games every night. Pool was great, really clean and large and the bar is very close if you need a cool refreshing drink. Food got a bit boring as same thing every other day but ot was well cooked and you could get something all day.

Nice stroll to the beach down a little path and the centre is only 5 mins walk away so no noise from there. All in all we had a nice time and it is an ideal hotel for families.

My family and I booked this hotel as it was a bargain more than suprised as it was great value for money.

Daytime and evening entertainment was great.

Hotel itself had a fantastic poolside area and as we had a twin apartement plenty of room for the 4 of us.

As in most spanish hotels the food was a buffet style may not be the Ritz but hey it was hot, plentyful and a variety to suite all tastes.

Would stay again.

This was our first holiday abroad and we were very impressed with all aspects of it.

The staff always said hallo with a smile and were very helpful.

The food was excellent with a great choice to suit anyone. It was always hot and very well presented.

The bars were very well stocked and staff worked very hard to ensure we never had to queue for more than 1-2 minutes for our drinks.

The hotel and pool area were kept in immaculate clean condition and although it was the last week of the year it could have been the first, as it was not full. The last week of opening the main entertainment hall was closed but they still put on bingo, disco`s, quiz`s, competitions, talent shows, kids disco etc in the bar every night + shooting/archery/french boules etc during the day.

The pools were always kept clean with plenty of sun loungers/tables and chairs to relax on.

The rooms although basic were spotless and comfortable with every room having a balcony with table and chairs.

I would go back and would recommend it highly.

Just got back a couple of days ago and didn’t want to come home. The hotel located just a stride from the resort center and a few minutes from the beach, an ideal location. Our rooms were cleaned every other day and overall the hotel was well presented. Don’t be put off from the front view. The pools are at the rear of the hotel and are the hotels best feature, fantastic for kids. The staff seamed friendly enough and the daytime entertainment was great fun for both adults and children, with certificates to collect in the evening for the winners. The evening entertainment was OK but was winding up as it was the end of the season. The food was much the same day to day but well cooked and there was always something for all the family.
We will be going back and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing, fun family holiday.

The food catered for all types and there was plenty of it, always fresh. The pool and the gardens are very good , well maintained and pleasent to look at.
The rooms although basic were clean and functional although air con would be nice, it got a bit hot and sticky. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful. The entertainment was good especialy for the kids.

We have just returned from one weeks all inclusive at this hotel, we found it great value for money. There was a good standard of cleanliness, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the layout was great. The food was reasonable, maybe just a little "bland", the bars were well stocked and we didn't have to queue as much as in other hotels. As for the entertainment, there was very little. All in all, we had a very nice time and would visit again if the chance arose.

Stayed on an all inclusive deal, The rooms are cleaned every other day, which we found to be accetable. The rooms are not air conditioned but you can rent a fan from the hotel reception. There were some people that complained about the food, but we found it to be great, there was always something to take your fancy. The hotel is about 10min walk from the beach and 5min walk away from the resort of Cala de Mallorca. We found the Hotel staff to be very friendly. If you tip the bar staff your drinks get a lot stronger. The entertainment was very good. This is a family Hotel and they try to cater for everyone. The kids Mini Disco is great. The first thing my 3 year old ask for every morning was for the disco.
The swimming pools are the best I have seen for kids there are 4 in total. The hotel has a kids play area with swings and slides etc.
The only thing I can tell you to watch out for when you are booking is if there are 4 of you , you need a apartment. It may cost alittle more but it is well worth it.

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff. I was quite surprised at the hotel as I booked this through a direct company Travel Ox.

I would recommend this hotel to all families. I went on holiday with a friend and two young children, and my 10 year old daughter. Although our children were quite happy playing in the pool, and not attending the hourly entertainment programme through the day, they enjoyed the night time activity programme starting with the kids mini disco every night.

A great holiday no need to venture from the hotel. I will be returning again next year the weather was also great.

Food excellent. Excellent set up on accommodation but no air conditioning.

Excellent value. The maids cleaned rooms every other day, which was adequate for us. We had a one bed apartment. You wouldn't want to self cater in it though, as it only had a two ring hob. The food was fine. Plenty of choice.

The hotel was about 5 minutes walk to the centre of the resort and about 10 minutes walk to beach. We used the roads/footpaths rather than the path to the beach as it was not as steep with two pushchairs.

The staff all seemed friendly and helpful and were very good with the children.

The entertainment was ok. We stayed 10 days and it was different every night. They had a mini disco for the kids for an hour each evening which the kids enjoyed. There always seemed to be plenty of activities to do in the day if you had older kids.

The pool was the best bit. Huge with sloping edges which was ideal if you had young kids to keep your eye on. It was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds.

Hotel was good, would recommend to another. Best for families with children, entertainment is good for kids. Good range of sports at hotel inc football, tennis etc. Location is good near beach and few shops and bars. For those who wish to travel around the island to visit many different places not so great. An hour away from palma where all action, shops are! Hotel staff great, food was very good, although i gave a 3 rating as hotel doesn't cater very well for a vegetarian diet!

The general areas of the hotel were kept clean, but the bed sheets weren't changed very often and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. The pool was kept clean and staff in dining areas were very quick to clear tables, sometimes removing plates that you hadn't finished eating.

The food was terrible, it was as though it had been reheated several times before serving, things such as pasta and jacket potatoes were cooked in oil which made them slimy. Food wasn't always as warm as it could have been either. Desserts were better than the main courses but all the food became repetative within the first couple of days.

The location of the hotel was typically aimed at tourists, the restaurants and bars were slighty overpriced, on the second day I had to pay 20 euros for a portion of Paella. Entertainment in the resort is mainly karaoke or Spanish singers, singing English songs. The hotel was 45 minutes drive away from the airport and 30 minutes drive away from a local town.

The hotel staff were as a whole polite, but there were not enough of them. There were long queues for the bar all day, and it was even longer at night during the entertainment.

The entertainment in the hotel was of very low standard, and it is all translated into 4 different languages which makes it harder to fully enjoy. The staff seem to assume that everyone takes great delight in watching a half an hour certificate presentation which takes place daily.

I wouldn't visit this hotel again, the rooms were very basic, there was no air conditioning in the hotel, the food was terrible, and the entertainment was poor.

We arrived very early Sunday morning to find that we
did not have the accomadation we thought we had. The room was very small for three people.
The hotel was fairly clean , the food was excellent and a great choice of dishes and deserts , altough woe betide you if you are late , they will not let you get anything at the stroke of restaurant closing, as we found on the first morning for breakfast , because as I said we arrived very early and overslept.
The location was fairly good only a short walk to the shops and about ten minutes to the beach we found going through the town quicker.

The hotel staff where mainly helpfull altough there were a couple who seemed did not want you there , as for the room service we had to keep asking for the maids and clean towels and even loo roll.

If you want to keep reasonably cool you have to hire a fan from reception but you have to be quick as they run out and then you will have to buy one.

The overall entertainment was poor and allways finished early , as for the pool entertainment it is run by the Italians and no attempt made to interact with the english,
the pool it self is big and spacious enugh to enjoy.
as for revisiting the hotel that is a certain no .

All inclusive food became abit repetitive after a few days, though always very good and very hot, always meat, fish and pasta dish to choose from. Snacks taken in snack bar whilst retaurant closed consisted of main meal type foods, chips and fruit also salad. Drinks very good, beers, good selection of cocktails and spirits, plenty of soft drinks and ice cream for the kids.

Hotel and rooms very clean. Rooms very clean on arrival though it was up to us to keep it that way, as maids only came in about twice during our 10 night stay, ask for clean towels at reception and they are delivered to your room pronto. Apartment for 4 people more than adequate, big balcony and beatiful views from Tomir block (Back of the complex) but not very far really from everything, and nice and quiet during the night. No building works to be seen anywhere in resort.

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the main area of shops and bars and about a 10 minute walk along a rough footpath to the small beach.

Hotel staff always very friendly and helpful, and work very hard.

Entertainment leaves a lot to be desired at times, professionsl shows some worth watching, but shows put on by the entertainment staff and audience very dragged out as everything repeated in about 6 different languages. The italians have there own programme which everyone is welcome to join in, they seem to be having great fun. Not to say the english didn't though.

Would visit this hotel again.

I went there this summer with my parents and I can really recommend the hotel. We had an appartment, and it was certainly big enough (there would have been no problem if we were 4), the room was always clean as well.

For the food, I found that there was each time a great variety of things (there was every day: 2 sorts of pasta, rice, French fries and another kind of potatoes, ...), of course a lot of the food comes back regularly (I mean: rice is rice, there are not a lot of variations to cook it...) I also enjoyed the all-in, we could have all the drinks we wanted all day, and the staff was very friendly!

The entertainment for the adults was very good as well, there were two adult entertainers: one Dutch guy and a Spanish one, but they both spoke English and some French as well (very good for people who don't speak Spanish). My parents told me that the staff speaks English well, but as I also speak some Spanish, I have been talking to them in Spanish all the time.

There is a small commercial centre on a 5-minute walk, with some pubs, a disco, minigolf, some shops, ... It's not very big, but at least you can come out of your hotel. The beach was not too far, between 5 and 10 minutes and also, if you want to do something else than always going to the commercial centre: there's a path you can follow, which follows the coast, you will find it when you're on the beach (unfortunately we only found out one of the last days we were there)
Anyway, I really liked the hotel and would certainly like to go back there.

We booked through Alpha Beds, just the room , self catering.
The room had no pots pans or cutlery, so we couldn't self cater if we wanted to! The kitchenette was falling to bits and was not very clean, the rest of the room was quite clean but the patio doors would not shut or lock, and as we were on the ground floor with small kids this was a worry.
Luckily the hotel offers a All In day ticket for about £25 a day witch was good value on the couple of days we used it, drinks in the bar all night etc..
Entertainment was of usual Majorcan caberet acts type stuff.
Kids fun disco every evening after dinner.
Pools were very nice.
Quite a walk to the beach along rugged footpath with steep slopes.
