| said: The Terra Maris is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have been visiting this resort for 10 years.
Every single member of the staff were very friendly, the food was brilliant, we stayed in two bungalows, and they were cleaned perfectly everyday. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep all the guests happy through the day and evening.
We hope to visit again next year, and would recommend anyone to visit also.

| said: We arrived at the Terra Maris for a 10 night stay and were given a warm welcome by the receptionist Katerina, we stayed in a Junior Suite Room 6115 The room was nice and has all the ususal TV and Mini Bar stocked with wine,beer, and ouzo, we also got a dressing gown and slippers and the room also came with a beautiful sea view.
Breakfast,Lunch,& Dinner was in the main dining room and there was plenty of choice for everyone, There is a Gala Dinner once a week again a good night. The best night though is The Greek Night which takes place on a Sunday I really liked it and all waiting staff participated in the dance at the end, the only complaint was in the main restuarant the wait was a little slow for table service for the drinks. Also we did try the Farfelle Italian restuarant you do have to book this in advance with the maitre'd Nikos usually at breakfast he is a nice man and always does his best to accomodate you.
Farfelle Italian restuarant was gorgeous served the traditional italian way go for the beef it was lovely and I would say it was the best meal we had.
The are 3 Bars on the complex the Romantic Bar allwaitress serviced but again service tends to be slow, the same with the Tropical Bar service was slow although we did get served quickly at the Nireus bar but may that's because its off the complex, right opp the beach and we were the only customers in there ha ha
There is plenty of things to do, the animation team are in full flow from 10am with water polo, billiards, cookery lessons, water aerobics, darts, ping pong, volleyball, bowls, and aperitif games dont sit by the speakers you will be blasted off your lounger!
There are plenty of sun loungers available but as usual wherever you go some people are sticklers and still put there towels out at dawn.
Another tip if you are having a spa treatment book well in advance as they do get booked up, we couldnt get fitted in for our treatments as no spaces were available.
Try all the champagne cocktails, and the brandy sours, also the Jagermister is good for soothing a cold as I found out.
There are also some resident cats who appreciate a little bit of food from the resturant or a little of the milk taken from the bar (otherwise they drink from the swimming pools)
Also have a look at the beautiful church on site it is stunning.
All in all this is a beautiful hotel it does cater for mainly German and French tourists although the common laungage spoken by the staff is English so dont worry you wont be isolated! I would definately return to the Terra Maris.

| said: This hotel rates as a very poor 5* ultra all inclusive and we have stayed in much better 3/4/5* hotels The variety of food in the buffet restaurant was poor and the "hot" food was always luke warm.
The service in the bars was appalling and slow.The entertainment was dire.
There was 2 conferences and a corporate event in the 2wks we were there and ontruded on our holiday

| said: The hotel is definitely worth the 5 star category it has.
We found all the staff (restaurant; house-keeping; kids and adults entertainers etc) all excellent.
The food at all meals was of the highest standard.
The facilities are 1st class - fantastic kid’s pool and adult pool; children’s entertainment during the day and evening kept the children happy for hours and the evening adult entertainment was good.
We were on half board and regret this so will be going back next year on the All Inclusive package.
I tried to think of some negatives or areas for improvement but honestly can not think of any. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to all travellers - families with kids; single travellers as well as couples - something for everybody to do from water aerobics during the day to quizzes in the evening!

| said: This undoubtedly is the best hotel we have stayed in in the 12 years we have been going abroad. It is a 5 star luxury hotel and thoroughly deserves it's ranking.
The bedroom was large and well furnished. Fresh fruit was delivered each day and the mini bar replemished. All shampoo soap etc. was supplied together with a bathrobe and slippers. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned each day . Excellent choice of food with four restaurants to choose from each providing a high standard menu. The staff were all without exception very friendly and the Manager was always around to talk to guests and get their impressions of the hotel.
The grounds outside are extensive and have 4 swimming pools and a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks.
There is also a bar at the beach where you can get the same drinks and snacks. The only let down was the entertainment which was provided by an animation team of young girls. They actually did very well but there was only l professional show on per week.
We would definately go back to this hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who is thinking of going. Unfortunately it is not to be seen yet in many if any English brochures.
