I found it quite hard to find reviews of this hotel so I wasn't expecting much at all.
We were the second drop from the coach and to my surprise found a very clean and nice looking hotel.
The pool and pool area was very clean and cleaned daily,a radio was on during the day for a little background noise round the pool.Very good size wardrobes and clean rooms.
As previously said the location is fantastic(right on the beach and next to the fun park)..a 5 min walk to the harbour.
Staff were friendly and the foodwasok but as we ate out all the time anyway....Castellis is fantastic.
The only thing I wasnt happy with was that there isnt tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms..I had to go buy a kettle!! lol

Piere Anne Beach was a very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and pleasant. The pool was lovely, very big and really clean.
The rooms were cleaned daily and so was the sunbathing area. The food was okay, we still always had our meals in the hotel.
The food at night was very similar every night but it was what you expected for a three star hotel. There was no entertainment here but we knew there wouldnt be and as a young couple we were happy to go out every night. The location was great right next to the fair which didnt close until 2am but we never heard any noise.
We were about a 15min walk from the square which was great near but not too near and there were plenty of shops and quieter places to eat and drink.
The only complaint I have with the hotel is when your neighbours flushed their chain or took a shower the toilet gurgled quite badly.
We flew with Olympic which was a first but wouldnt fly with them again as when we arrived at the airport we had no rep.
We were given no welcome packs or emergency advice and the day after landing the rep didnt show up.

The hotel was in a great location, with walking distance to the Harbour & resort centre. The rooms were cleaned daily.
The only downsite was the food in the evening which was the same vertually each night.
Most of the staff were helpful, but no entertainment was available in the hotel.

this was a great hotel to stay in, close to all the ameanities yet not to near all the hussel and bussel of agia napa, i am stayin there again on 8th sept 2004.
