Fantastic hotel that offers an above average all-inclusive service for its guests combined with friendly helpful staff creating a great atmosphere. Excellent room with sea view that was cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed. First class food with plenty of choice to suit all tastes which was available 24/7. The animation team provided an acceptable level of entertainment on the evening which attracted plenty of guest participation. Having taken a number of all-inclusive holidays over the past years I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel which I would be happy to use in the future.

The Royal Aserlik Beach Hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff very friendly, helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. The selection of food was superb and plenty of it. There were 3 a la carte resturants and the chinese one was surerb. There were occasions when perhaps the food could have done to be a little warmer. The cleanliness was excellent and the pool and surrounding areas always kept very clean The entertainment was good and the entertainment team worked hard to involve everyone. An absolutely fabulous place.

Our holiday was fantastic! We have stayed at this hotal on 4 occassions. The fully inclusive is great value. The staff in the restaurant are polite and will do almost anything to meet your needs.
The cleanliness of the hotel is brilliant- always polishing and sweeping etc. The location is fine you won't need to get a taxi if you want bars etc.
All members of staff are very polite, smiling and helpful.
The hairdreesers is small. I have my hair blowed dry and it has always looked great.
The entertainment is ok. Too be honest we never went to the entertainment as we enjoyed staying by the pool bar of an evening. As stated we have been here 4 years running and are due to go back in May 2010. Can't wait!

All the rooms are now the same standard. The hotel rating for this is also wrong on here. Its english 4 star hotel and Turkish 5 star hotel.

We moved here from the Izer hotel in torba, and what a difference.

I was in the main hotel, room 1324 on the third floor. The room was nice and spacious although my view wasnt that great, but hey.

I would of been happy to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks no problem. The staff are fab, always cleaning and very helpful, the food was great there was loads of choice. The resturant on the roof was fantastic although it can get a bit cold at night. The 24 hour bar is dangerous though lol The mini bar is also full in this hotel and its not free so if you think you might get tempted when youve had a few ask them to empty it for you.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone without a doubt :)

The rooms in the Asarlik Beach Hotel badly need upgraded (in 1 of our rooms the bathroom flooded every time someone had a shower)although I understand there are plans to close, refurbish and reopen as part of the Royal Asarlik. The steps down to the dining area and pool would be a problem for many with no lift. The food was good and at least all those steps worked off any excess. Staff , especially Menderes and Adem in restaurant, friendly and helpful. The poolside was fine with no problems finding shade. You can sit on the grass with only a few steps down to the sea. There isn't really any beach so not for the bucket and spade brigade. The evening entertainment was absolutely dire! We booked two gulet trips with Quiksilver down on the beach. These were very enjoyable and cheaper than through the hotel. In town you can book trips to Ephesus and Pamukele with an overnight stay. Be very careful as the hotels are dreadful.

As soon as we arrived at hotel, in the middle of the night, they tried to convince us that we should pay to be all inclusive not bed & breakfast & didnt seem interested in us when we said we were happy to be b&b. Rooms were not as good as expected. Not very impressed with bathrooms, shower not up to much & soaked the whole room. Have had better quality in other countries from the same rating of hotel. staff were nice enough but the language difference was very noticable at reception, which was a surprise as didnt have a problem in most of the resort. Be ready for climbing loads of steps although brochure did forewarn about that. Tried breakfast a couple of mornings. Normal buffet breakfast only complaint would be only fruit was watermelon or dried apricots, would have been nice to have even had bananas. Only used the bar a couple of times, bar staff were really nice & anything you bought got put on your card which you just pay at reception. Cannot say anything about entertainment as never at pool or pool bar long enough to see it. On the whole cannot make any major complaints about hotel but would not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and the holiday did not start well, as we were not given the room type we had booked. Infact the hotel did not have the type of room which we booked, although first choice had confirmed to us many times they did. The hotel is clean, but we found the staff in the bar areas to be very unhelpful and sometimes very rude. The food in the hotel was not good at all. We stayed on a b&b basis, but didnt use the hotel at all to eat due to it not being good. The pool area is very clean, and although there were enough sunbeds the first week, come the second week people were fighting for them. Due to all this we found ourselves going out quite alot. We didnt let this spoil our holiday, and we would all go back to Turkey (in fact i am, later this year). if you want a good breakfast, we found that the best places were, CASPERS in the town centre, or MARYS. Both very good, and at a good price, with english tea and coffee on offer. In the evening we must of tried most of the restaurants, but again only found a couple of really good ones. So if your eating out please try these places as the food is very good, at good prices and always served to you pipping hot. Again i must mention CASPERS, food really fantastic, also if you like steak, walk round the bay to the mistral, but like i sid, only go here for steak. If your going on trips, always make sure you get a good deal. for every trip we booked, we got another one free, and we did most of them. Dalayan was fantastic, but long day. A must is the boat trip for the day, lunch always included. So just to end this, if your going to Turkey, enjoy your holiday the best you can, but please please try these places as they are the best in Gumbet

We booked this holiday in January for the Royal Asarlik beach hotel, but after reading various reports on the web it worried us that the hotel would not be ready.

Even the day we flew I checked with Airtours and they said none of the tour companies had cancelled.

Arrived at Bodrum airport and there it was, the envelope and an explanation that due to health and safety issues Airtours would not be letting their tourists stay at the Royal Asarlik and that we would be staying in the Asarlik Beach hotel on the same all inclusive.

To be honest the write-ups on this hotel were very good.
We received £60 each in vouchers, free safety deposit box for our two weeks, late check-out, free Turkish bath plus I asked at reception for a sea view room and a day later we moved into room 426 which was brilliant, this was free as well.

On our return I sent a memo to Airtours saying that the only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that they had my mobile number and did not contact me about the Royal not being available for us, they also sent us a cheque for our inconvenience.

All in all I think Airtours gave us fair compensation for our holiday.

Now about the holiday, first time staying in Turkey and we can honestly say that this has been the best holiday we have ever had, and we have had some good ones over the years.

The Asarlik beach hotel is brilliant, the rooms excellent, the food, although I am choosy I still ate. Only problem in morning was the queuing for the omelettes but what the hell.

The snacks in the afternoon were also good and evening meal adequate.

The pool area has two pools, children’s pool and Jacuzzi all together.

No problem with sun beds plenty to go around even when the hotel was full.

I personally found reception very helpful for any problems.
Night life is great if you go with the flow as every other night it is the animation team doing sketches, these were great.

Other nights shows on, Turkish night was brilliant at the hotel, we also went to one in town and this was not a patch on the hotels.

The animation team are brilliant, Hakan, Memet, Mr Bean, and the rest of the gang work extremely hard, if you want to join in day and night its up to you and they don’t push you but you are missing out if you don’t.

When do you see a muscular 14 stone Geordie doing Tai Chi in the mornings or take part in the crazy darts.
We are the couple who did 152 thrusts with the ladle and frying pan when on stage taking part in the couples show.
The bar staff are also brilliant, Jay, Volkan etc, only problem was and its not their fault that they had to make out receipts for all drinks and snacks.

My wife had her birthday there and on that night Hakan, Mr Bean and the rest of the animation team decorated a table for us before we came down for our evening which was brilliant.

Normally we only do a couple of trips but with the vouchers we decide to do more.

Pluses :- Turkish bath, hotel boat trip for the day, turgetreis market, mud bath trip, although this was a long day, day trip to Kos.

Minus’s Bodrum market, Turkish night at the Kelvansery.
Cannot comment on Gumbet town to much as we did not leave the hotel very often at nights, which is unsual for us as we normally always go to the bars after the hotel which shows how much we enjoyed the Asarlik.

This was our sixth time in Turkey, we visited in Oct 2005 at a different resort after a seven year gap and were really disappointed, however the Asarlik beach has changed our mind on that.

We booked it as a last minute deal only a week before we travelled. It is one of the best holidays we have ever had and would certainly return to this hotel. The staff are excellent and the hotel is really clean. The view from our balcony was to die for right across the bay with views of the gulets and black island, and the smell of the flowers from the garden, very relaxing.

We were halfboard and the food was excellent, we only missed breakfast once which is unusual for us. The food is very turkish but thats what we prefer. if you cant live without english food there are loads of cheap and cheerful restaurants further round the bay.

In a previous report someone mentioned the sun corner bar, this has changed its name to the royal oak, while we were sitting in it. The staff are still very friendly if you feel the need to leave the hotel but I don't think you will.

The hotel has its own boat which does trips several times a week, but we didnt find out about it until our last day, but heard very good reports.

There was never a shortage of sunbeds around the pool and beach even though we were sharing with the royal asarlik which wasnt quite ready to open.

I would recommend the Turkish night on Thursdays, the food and show was the best we have ever seen, in all our visits to Turkey we have never seen a male belly dancer, Alex was absolutely great.(carry some cash for the belly dancer and the hip hop boys).

We only arrived back this morning but are already thinking about next year.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our first visit to Turkey. We were very pleased with our hotel and with the staff who go out of the way to be of assistance.

The meal times were very busy as the Royal Asarlik hotel is not yet fully functional and we had to accommodate their guests as well (only for meals)

The views from the balcony were fantastic and the whole place had a very friendly feel.

No one should miss the Turkish Night on Thursdays - the male belly dancer is unbelievable.

As this was our first time here we felt a bit stressed by the shop keepers not letting you browse but you must remember it is a different culture. Watch out girls for those Turkish men - they are real charmers. I am sixty and was greeted with kisses and Hello Mama in many shops. They are a very friendly people.

If this hotel has a downside it is the number of steps down to the food, bar and pool areas - disabled beware

Having stayed here last year, my friends and I thought it would be a good idea to return and bring with another friend. On arrvival the reception staff remembered us from last year which was nice, unfortunately the rooms we had been allocated where not what we had asked for, but true to their word they changed them the following day.

Whilst the pool area was very clean it was over crowded, as they had opened up more rooms from the new bit, but no facilities to go with them and staff were great especially Mehmet, the cleaniness of the rooms was not as good as last year, sometimes it was 6pm before we even had our room cleaned!!! and u had to ask the maid to make the bed!!!

The entertainment staff, who were'nt there last year are very good and kept everybody of all ages entertained.

Whilst we had a nice time and it will be ineresting to see what the all inclusive 5* Royal Asarlik Beach has to offer, I don't think we will be back.

Just got back from our second visit from the Asarlik Hotel in Gumbet. We were there 2 years ago and the hotel has change a lot, let start from the beginning.

No delays in getting there or back, both flights where early in fact. Straight through custom and on to the hotel. Got to the hotel and it was unbelievable that the manager remembered us, I was a bit taken aback but he gave us a nice welcome.

On our first stay we had a family room down near the pool area, up about 2 flights of steps but this time we were right at the very top of the hill in what they called a family room but really it’s a room for 2 or 3 at the most.

There was a double bed and a double bed settee. Well my children are 12 and 13 (girl and boy) and don’t like speaking to each other never mind sleeping together, that was one big no no and the room was too small for really 4 adults but still very nice. With us having stayed there before I went to complain but with it being 5 in the morning we were told to come back after breakfast.

I went back in the morning and they try to tell me that it was a family room but I inform them of the size of the room that we stayed in when we first stayed here and the managers face dropped because he knew that the room was not a proper family room. After a lot of talking and getting the rep involved they offered us a move but only on the following Wednesday as the hotel was fully booked until then. I agreed with that but after 2 days in the room we were settled and the wife didn’t want to pack up again and move so we stayed put. I’m glad we did because a got a lovely picture of the kids cuddling when they were asleep (can’t wait to show them when the picture comes back from the chemists).

Sorry about that!! Back to the hotel….. well it’s is a lovely hotel really 4 star plus in fact from next year it will be 5 star and its name is changing to the Royal Asarlik beach hotel but First Choice has 2 more years of its contract to run so the hotel will be split into 2 the Royal Asarlik 5 star all inclusive and the Asarlik staying as it is for another 2 years, after that it will all go 5 star all inclusive and the name will change properly to the Royal Asarlik Beach hotel.

As I said before this time we were right at the very top of the hill, god knows how many steps there were I meant to count them but was to tired by the time I reached the top. If your bad on your feet please ask them when you book for a pool side room (the old type rooms).

We stayed B+B but stayed in for a few meals in the hotel which where very good but it’s the same thing day after day with the main meal changing. One day fish next pancakes you know what I mean, the breakfast was the same thing but again very nice.

The hotel still works on a credit card system which you have to watch very closely. This was the only down side to the hotel.

Gumbet in general everybody is trying to part you with your money. It got that way where you don’t know who was talking to you without a motive. I only started checking my slips on the second week and they tried to add about 200 lira so what they got away with on the first week god knows.

Everybody I spoke to had the same problem. I was speaking to a couple on the second week and they had only just got there and I warned them about this and they came to me a few days later and informed me that somebody had tried to put 140 lira on their bill but they found it straight away and complained about and it was and it was sorted. So if you are going here watch your bill like a hawk.

Over all we had a very lovely time but we would not go back to Gumbet and may be Turkey in general. We found it expensive, the beer was very expensive. I know we are not getting a very exchange rate at the moment but in 2 years the beer has gone up from 2.5 to 4.0-4.5. I know you can get it cheaper if you looked around. The misses only like vodie and that anything from 6.0 to 7.5.

Eating - there are some nice places SUE's place for English food is first class. China town and the Red Dragon are expensive but nice. We had 1 meal in both and they promised the world but we got nothing just the first round of beer and vodie we had to pay for the soft drinks for the kids (soft drink are very expensive) I think it was called Aldo or something like it, it's just across from the No Name bar, above a clothes and shoe shop this was first class. The first time we when we all had 4 drinks a starter a main and the bill was 110 compared with 190 at China town for just 1 drink starter and a main

Turkey is a very lovely place and we had a very good time there but in my opinion it’s going too much like Spain and I don’t know whether it will survive if the prices keep going up has they are doing. Many people go to Turkey for a cheap holiday but it not that cheap any more and I think that people will drift away from it, I know that there will be the die hards like there are everywhere you go.
Everybody who I spoke to this year would not return to Turkey.

I was also talking to a expat out there and he informed me that the Turkish government are bring out a law in a year or two stopping foreigners from buying holiday homes out there because the prices are that high the Turks can’t afford to buy, I don’t get the full info from him but I don’t know how true this is.

Just come back from the hotel. It was amazing!

The staff there are soo friendly and very entertaining. There are 2 pools there and a juccuzi and on top of that, there is the beach.

Throughout the day the animation team do many fun activities that you can either join in with or watch. I would reccomend going to the Turkish night if you are only bed and breakfast as this was an enjoyable night.

Can't wait for next year, this time we are going for two weeks because one isn't long enough!

I travelled with my friend Vicky to the Asarlik beach hotel in June and can I just say this was the best holiday ever.

The hotel is beautiful, as I work for First choice many customers and staff had recommended this to me and the were so right its fab. I travelled to Gumbet last year but stayed in a diffrent hotel and the Asarlik beach has to be the best hotel in Gumbet.

The Hotel is very Clean, in a great location with its very own private beach. We only stayed Bed and Breakfast which as an assistant manager for First choice I always like to give my customer my honest opinon and that would be anyone travelling here to only stay bed and breakfast.

If you stay bed and breakfast you can pay to eat at the hotel especially on Turkish night which I would advise you to do there is just such great food belive me, Vicky must have eaten 40 cakes in one night!

The rooms are beautiful but be warned if you were anything like me and Vick that stayed out all night then be prepared to get woken up buy the cleaners banging their cleaning trolleys about!!

All the entertainment staff Sam,Mehmet &Ayson where fab they keept you entertained all day. The bar staff are all so great, Bulent (he thought he could marry me), Serkhan,Tom Cruise-Jay and how can I forget Mem the waiter.

It just felt like home, We made so many friend which we are staying in contact with. I also got engaged to my husband to be who lives out there and works in Ediz Resturant which is a lovely resturant to eat in but some people may find it a little more expensive than the others especially my mate Michelle!

I love it out here and not only for the reason because my man is there but the counry is beautiful and I am going back in 3weeks I have only been back for 4 weeks and miss it already.

It was Vickys first time in Gumbet and she had the best holiday of her life that we were crying on the way home.

If you need any info then contact us we can tell you every thing you need to know, it upsets me seeing other peoples reports and them slagging Gumbet off because it is just great.

Where do I start. Arrived at Asarlik Beach and had a fantastic warm welcoming.

Went to the pool, absolutley beautiful. There are two pools with a jacuzzi in the middle. Theres rockery and flowers everywhere.

Theres a stream going from the stairs at the top of the hotel which leads you to the pool area. It was really beautiful and tranquil. The staff were lovely.

I honestly felt like a queen, never moving from my sunlounger, cos the staff did everything for you. Bring you drinks, food, sell you tours.

There was entertainment right through the day till the nightime. The entertainment team had only been there since the start of the season, so it was their first year there. Entertainment would be morning aerobics, darts, water polo, table tennis, I could go on for hours about the entertainment.

The weekly turkish nights and beach partys were an excuse to indulge myself with all the gorgeous turkish food and cakes on offer.

I would definately advise anyone travelling to turkey to stay at the asarlik beach.

I have been to many places, and I can honestly say this year, staying at the Asarlik Beack in Gumbet was my best holiday ever.

Never been to Turkey before and was slightly worried taking my 7 & 4 yr old, but it was fantastic.

This Hotel is superb and could easily deserve 5 stars. Spotlessly clean, and was always being cleaned. Kids had a fab time.

Hotel right on the beach.

Flowers everywhere and a stream down the middle of the steps.

Very large family room overlooking the sea and the breakfast was excellent.

Pools are lovely, but rather deep. Small childrens pool and a jacuzzi and playground.

Staff are fantastic and SO friendly, especially to the kids...Would go back year after year.

We were delighted with the friendly welcome we received on arrival. I would recommend this hotel as the service we received was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. There were a lot of stairs (we knew this from the brochure) and it would not suit everyone, but we found it was not a problem as with being on the top floor we had great views over the bay which made the climb worthwhile.

The hotel was spotless, gardens lovely and the pool area kept clean at all times. The pools were not very big and could get quite crowded but there were sunbeds on the beach and also a quiet bar area in the gardens where you could have a cold drink or a coffee.

Meals were served round the pool area which was pleasant, and although we were B&B we had several meals in the hotel which were reasonably priced, but drinks were expensive compared to other areas of Gumbet. We would however go back to this hotel as we had a great time there and were looked after very well.

Mr friends and I stayed at the Asarlik Beach in May 2005 and had a fantstic holiday. I have never seen such a clean hotel, as everything was sparkling. Rooms were spotless and so was the pool area.

The food was very traditionally Turkish and every night they would cook a dish in front of you - be it pancakes, Turkish style spring rolls, BBQ chicken - it was fabulous.

Pool area was stunning and you are right on the beach - even though it is shingle. Within a few minutes you can walk into Gumbet centre.

The hotel was one of the best i've stayed in and I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is lovely, no doubt about that. It has rather a lot of steps thoughout the hotel and therefore is on about 3 levels.

A bit of a pain if you are on the top level as the bars and entertainment are on beach level. Spotless clean and fairly central with a small 5 minute walk downhill to the main junctions.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The downside of this was it was very expensive indeed. No money changes hands and it is all done on a card basis.

Most people around the bar late at night were complaining about the prices but I have to say that we found this throughout Gumbet and Bodrum this year and not just this hotel.

The entertainment is basic and the meals very Turkish. The breakfast was good though and toilets and kitchens spotless.

This was the 3rd time of returning to Gumbet, basically because it has everything that the younger ones in our group would like.

We arrived VERY early in the morning. Lovely welcome from reception (Yusuf and staff), and cases delivered to our rooms in minutes. We unpacked, went to breakfast at 8am and straight to the pool to catch up on our sleep.

Hotel is lovely. Rated as 3*plus but easily compares with some of the 5* we have stayed at in Side and Alanya.

Waiting staff were faultless (Hasan, Omer, Ufuk & Ozcan) so helpful and cheerful despite being tired from long working hours.

Our room was lovely with beautiful views although some might not have been so lucky on the lower levels. No drawers anywhere but we managed with the space available. Thoroughly cleaned daily, clean sheets and towels every couple of days.

The security guards didn’t like food and drink brought in from outside but if done discreetly and kept in mini-bar it wasn’t a problem.

On arrival a credit card is issued per room. This avoids the staff having to deal with cash. Everything on site is paid for with this and you can settle up daily if you don’t want it to get out of hand.

Breakfasts are typically Turkish ie bread, cheese, olives, baked beans, fried eggs, fruit. The only thing for which there is a charge is the fresh orange juice.

Any problems requiring maintenance were dealt with instantly ie dripping tap, air con not cold enough, and faulty door lock. Nothing was too much trouble.

All areas were constantly being cleaned. We only had dinner at the hotel on Turkish night. Very good spread and a BBQ but make sure you’re not sitting anywhere near it or you’ll be smoked out!!

Was impressed that the General Manager always seemed to be around. Although we only found this out by asking.

Would definitely return to this hotel again.

Where do I begin. Having gone to this hotel on a reconmendation I was very very pleasantly surprised. There is not one bad thing about this hotel, except the lack of entertainment at night. The hotel was spotlessly clean aswas the rooms and pool. It was an absolute delight to stay there, so much so that we are seriously considering going back next year! The staff are very friendly and helpfull. My 4 year had a ball and loved the swimming pools and jacuzzi. If youlike the beach then you could'nt be any near if you tried. I would recommend this hotel without any hestation

Arrived at 4am in the morning, the first thing I noticed was the beautiful smell of the flowers in the garden and the absolute quietness. Beautiful rooms. Everywhere inside and out is absolutely spotless. All the waiters and bar staff and resident photographer were all so friendly and full of fun.
If you enjoy having a back massage - go to the resident masseur in the hotel - he really knows his stuff - (just inside the left hand restaurant and down the stairs on the right - not very well signposted).

Not much entertainment whilst we were there mainly due to the football (which was shown on big screen), but apparently they usually have bingo nights/quiz nights/karaoke etc. They did have a Turkish night on Thursday - belly dancer/ folk dancers/singers etc.

Food - very good choice - buffet style - you can have as much as you want - and all served outside (you can eat inside if you wish).

Just to repeat an earlier comment - not good for elderly/infirm or pushchairs due to number of steps - but these all add to the individuality and character of the place - so if you're fit - go for it!

Directly on the beach which is not the best beach in the world - very clean - but narrow and shingly and you need some waterproof shoes really if you are going in the sea as the sea bed is very stony.

All in all an excellent spot for a relaxing holiday with the lively centre of Gumbet only 10 minutes walk down the beach or down the road.
Cheaper drinks and comfier chairs than those round the pool bar can be found at the Sun Corner bar just round the corner from the hotel (you'll see it when you arrive) - very polite/welcoming barman called Sebo. Good spot to watch the world go by.

we have stayed at the asarlik beach 3 times now and each time it has improved in all of the categories listed. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but not too far from all the bars etc. The gardens are lovely and the view we had from the newly built rooms took in all of Gumbet bay, very picturesque to wake up to each morning. Cleanliness within the hotel xand grounds were first rate - the best i have stayed in. the close proximity of the beach is an added plus - it is a rather thin strip of course sand - but clean and the water is clear right out into the bay.i found the staf particularly helpful and polite but they also liked a good joke or two and we had good nights down around the pool bar in the hotel. i would diefinately visit this hotel again and would not hesitate to reccommend it to others.

if you are considering a holiday at this hotel you will not be disappoined. The pool area is beautiful and spotlessly clean, we went half board and were not disappointed, in the evening the sunbeds were cleared away and tables set out around the pool which is lit up at night with classical music playing , the food is cooked outdoors BBQ style very sophisicated, (makes a change from the cafeteria style grub offered in spanish hotels) all in all a fantastic holiday, having travelled widely around europe, Turkey cannot be beaten, beautiful country, friendly people, gulet trips as MUST, fantastic food. I tell everyone to go, but many don't in some ways it remains a well known secret.

A Fantastic hotel at the quieter end of Gumbet Bay I have stayed here once before and am staying again in 2004. The only thing wrong with the hotel is it has a lot of steps down from the main reception to the Bar and pool areas, all the rooms are on different levels and therefore its not suitible for the elderly or anyone with difficulties in walking.
The rooms are the nicest I have had in Turkey and the hotel staff are very nice people. The resteraunts in the area are pretty good and we enjoy going out of the hotel for evening meals, as the food in the hotel tends to be typically Turkish. The childrens play area is nothing to write home about but the pools are so lovely my daughter never got out of the water. Its a nice walk into the centre of Gumbet along the sea front from the hotel, and there are bus stops and Taxi ranks just outside. All in all its a really nice hotel and dont have any worries about it if you are going there for your hols.
