| said: We were very disappointed with these apartments. They initial impression was very musty, dirty and damp.
The bathroom was very grim with a broken toilet pipe and very dark. My youngest child screamed his head off every time we put him in the bath!
I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
The resort was very small with only the most basic shops and because we went at the tail end of low season everything was closing down.
The only positive thing for this holiday was that the hotel entertainers really did try their best with the kids .

| said: Very poor standard of cleanliness throughout whole apartment ranging from cobwebs,dust and sand to mould on windows, in bathroom and inside fridge. Human waste on outside of toilet bowl which after maid service was still not cleaned so were forced to clean ourselves on second day.
Poor ventilation that caused dampness on linen and bedding and cupboards gave of a smell like an old damp caravan. Dodgy electrics, lack of light bulbs, a t.v with no reception and 90 seconds of hot water with a 45 min wait for more left us feeling dirty, damp and miserable especially on rainy days.
Location would be ideal in height of summer due to cover from Pine forest but is a recipe for a damp disaster in October. Neighbouring resorts wre basking in sunshine while ours gave a gloomy feel due to lack of sunlight.
Staff in hotel were helpful especially the resorts own entertainers. entertainment was non exsistent from holiday company but resort staff tried their best to make it a fun stay.
Have been to Menorca before and would visit again but not to this hotel, if we had not hired a car to visit rest of Island we would have had a very dissapointing holiday.

| said: Being regular visitors to Minorca, it was extremely disappointing to discover that we were allocated to this "place". The brochure review seemed ok, but in practice, it was an entirely different matter.
If you enjoy the stink of drains wafting through your apartment at all times of the day...then this is the place for you. Grow your own fruit and veg in the arms of the chairs and furniture in the reception.
If your thing is exposed wires from emersion heaters in bathrooms then book now. (Maybe the ants are doing these repairs at present). Self catering.....we wouldn't dare.
We ate out at every opportunity due the spiders and crawlies in their webs using all the kitchen utensils...we didn't get a look in. The fridge was about the only thing that was ok. The pool area had its own unique floor surface..."Fag Ends"....mmmmmm nice!
If you have seen prisoner cell block "H" on TV then you'll know where I am. (The cell blocks are cleaner though). VISIT MINORCA by all means, it's a wonderful island, but avoid this place like the plague. Sorry!

| said: We stayed in the Beach Club Apartments for my birthday. This was the first time I ever stayed in Menorca and I would again!
All the staff were very friendly and they would have a joke with you. There was a lot of ants around the apartments but they got sorted out!
We didnt go to the entertainment but it sounded really good!!!
The food was lovely and the location was nice and relaxing and peaceful.
I would definatly visit again but we don't no what company has it next year?!
