All of the staff were brilliant especially the wee cheeky cheeky guy who always was a great laugh even though he worked 24/7
One thing we noticed that there's always a good mood between everyone mainly because of the size of the hotel, so everyone got to know each other.
It's a hotel you must go to if you want a good laugh
We're going back next year!

Hotel staff were very friendly and the bar staff were excellent we miss them all!!!
Saga Nova is in ideal location just around the corner from all the bars so it does'not get to noisy at night.
I defiantly recommended this apartment to anyone; we are all going back next year for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

The good points were:
The hotel was really clean as the maids visited the rooms almost every day, apart from ours seeing as we were still in bed when they knocked!
The bar staff were great, especially one who's name I can’t remember but he was hilarious - hyper 24/7!
The bar sold meals and snacks as well which were nice but a bit expensive. As it was self-catering we got most of our shopping from the supermarket 5 mins up the road (turn right out of the hotel and keep walking - it's hidden up some steps)Don't buy your food from the little shops right next to the hotel as they're really expensive.
The Saga Nova is a Freestyle hotel, which meant we had the Freestyle reps inviting us on different events with loads of alcohol - I strongly recommend going on the catamaran and the water park bbq, two of the best days we had.
The main problem we had with this hotel was that music had to be turned down really early, something like 11 at night and we were told off for making ANY noise when we came in from clubbing in the wee hours of the morning. Fair enough they had other guests to think about, but coming up to our rooms on the third floor to complain about us talking quietly was taking it a step too far.
The pool area was nice, and we had no problem getting sun beds even though there were eight of us. This was probably because the beach is just around the corner from the hotel.
We had to get taxis into Magaluf every night as the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the town centre (45mins in heels) It cost us about 4 euros per taxi.
We all agreed that we would have preferred to stay at the Don Bigote Hotel which is just over the road as it seemed much more lively and full of people our age. However I would recommend the Saga Nova to families or couples who prefer their holiday to be a bit quieter than what is offered from hotels in the centre of Magaluf.
