| said: We've been looking at this hotel for a couple of years and regret not staying here sooner. From check-in to check-out, we had a great time.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, any requests were dealt with promptly and with a smile.
Restaurant was superb, under the brilliant leadership of Mehmet. Nelly and the entertainment team were suitably mad - loved the club dance, but really need to know where to get the music..
Plaza bar staff excellent with the holy trio of Richie, Kemal and Senem tending to our needs and keeping us entertained with ice juggling and flower making.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

| said: we have been to turkey 7 times and usually stay B+B, this was just a weeks break before we go to Hisaranou in august.I wsh we were going back here now.
The whole hotel, public areas, rooms were spotless.
The bathroom has a beautiful corner shower which felt like a power shower and a fitted vanity unit and loo. All pristine. The bedroom had 2 single beds and a chair made into a bed for our daughter, no complaints.Plenty of cupboard and drawer space, fridge and TV,free air conditioning and safe, (this was £1 a day)Small balcony, but we just put our towels on this.
The pool bar was good with a well needed shaded area as temps were well into the 40 on some days. The staff could not do enough for you, coming round with ice cold water and asking if you wanted any other drinks. No queing at the bar at all.
The food was exeptional, with lots to choose from at every meal. If you did not want to have a buffet meal the snack bar was good for pizza, salad and burgers n chips.
The only thing that was just ok was the entertainment, although my 10 year old loved it. We were there for a couple of the turkey games and the atmosphere was somthing else, fireworks on the beach, lots of dancing and singing. (well the first match)
Thanks to Miss Pink, Nelly, Kenny, Eddie and Ozzy for the fun during the day... WATER GYM!!!!
Would go again definatly. No complaints from anyone.

| said: Belcekiz was a lovely hotel that was very clean. Our room was spotless. The hotel food was very good with a good selection of foods although it did get a bit repetitive. The fact that it is all inc. made it very tempting to stay in the hotel all week as there was everything on offer right there. The pool was lovely and had really fantastic views of the mountains. The children's pool was good.
The location was great just a 15 min walk to the lagoon and right next to all the shops and restaurants but not noisy at all. The dolmus could be taken into the next town or to Fethiye.
The hotel staff were very helpful and informative. The only downside we saw was the entertainment which in my opinion was very odd for a family hotel and a bit holiday camp which was not our thing but you don't have to go to the entertainment. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering Olu Deniz especially for children as it offers easy access to shallow beaches.

| said: The Belcekiz Beach Hotel proved to be an excellant choice. The service provided by the staff was second to none. I have stayed at all inclucive hotels several times in the past but never anywhere where they would come around asking you what you would like to drink all day and night. This included arround the pool, in the resturant and during the evening entertainment. The food service was equally impressive with attentive staff showing you to a table and ensuring that everything was ok.
The rooms were maintained to a high standard of decoration and were maticuliously maintained by the maid.
The entertainment was not excellent but went on from about half nine to way beyond midnight.

| said: Great food in the buffet and ala carte areas, great service all round in the hotel bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff, clean rooms the maids were excellent. Nice pool area, just lob any towels that have been on the beds for over an hour to one side :-D.
Entertainment staff did their best, very friendly and good fun, although the shows except Michael Jackson were not the best but watchable. Dead chicken being dismembered..very odd...
The wine wasn't nice though, the 'red wine' isn't red wine is kind of a cross between red and rose (and pretty awful as well) and after a few days of it I couldn't touch it, white wasn't much better either. Beer was good though - Tuborg and the local spirits were good. The red wine thing did spoil the holiday a bit for me as I like a nice glass of red wine with my meal.
The hotel is in a suberb location right on the beach watching the paragliders is very relaxing.
All in all a great hotel which I would definately recommend.

| said: A very, very good hotel in a lovely location; great for watching the paragliders coming in to land on the beach just in front of the hotel.
Sometimes it looked like they were going to land on the restaurant roof! We were given a ground floor room in the annexe block.
This was modern, very clean and a reasonable size. Plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Big bathroom with full bath and shower over, with full enclosure. Word of warning for anyone vertically challenged - the bath is quite high and at 5ft 4ins I could only just get my leg over to climb out!
Bed decorated with fresh flowers twice; a lovely touch. Main pool area very nice with pool bar and shaded seating area.
Non-slip surface around the pool is a great idea. Never really had a problem with getting a sunbed; had to use the garden area one day, but this was no hardship and the waiters still came round offering drinks and the entertainment team didn't leave us out either.
Restaurant - excellent choice of meals at all sittings. It would take someone really fussy to not find something they liked. Not a sweet eater myself, but OH enjoyed his. So many characters at this hotel; you might expect it from the entertainment team, but even some of the restaurant staff like 'Omelette Man' were entertaining in their own right. We ate an indian meal off the set menu in the A La Carte restaurant for an extra £4 each.
This was very, very good. On our last night we chose a thai meal off the a la carte menu. This cost around £25 for the two of us and we both commented that this was the best meal either of us had had in a very long time.
Then entertainment team were a really good laugh. We joined in Killer Darts on several occasions although I have to say that we tended not to stay for the evening entertainment. We did see the Michael Jackson show from a distance (the amphitheatre was full) and it was very well done.
The Plaza Bar was nice to sit and have a drink watching the sun go down before dinner. Usually a buzzing atmosphere, but suitable for all age groups. On the subject of age groups, I would say that most ages were represented among the guests, from 20 somethings to 70 somethings.
There weren't many school age children there, but that is to be expected as our visit was in term time. Summing up I would have to say that it was the staff that shone out above everything else.
We are not madly extrovert ourselves, but these were people whose good humour and sense of fun will long be remembered.

| said: Well what can I say that hasnt been said already. Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location.
This is a very well run hotel with happy staff that makes for very happy quests. Everything spotless. Fab food with plenty of choice plus a cooking station that offers a different theme every night from curry night, chinese, sunday roast. bread and turkish pizza baked in front of you . fresh omelettes and eggs in the morning. plenty of staff in the resturant that take away dirty plates as soon as you have finished and keep you well supplied with drinks for as long as you want . no queing for drinks . you are served at your table and around the pool where the staff constantly ask you if you would like drinks or water. Snack bar is great too. again you sit down with a menu and they serve you with your food and drinks. ice cream between 3-4 and cakes at 5. I am at least a half a stone heavier.
only negative is the sunbed race in the morning but we were there at the height of season so it was expected.you cannot reserve beds before 8am and various entrances are taped until then. everyone is queing from around 7.30 and at 8am when you get the wink everyone runs and charges and I mean run. Its like the january sales .within 30 seconds all beds are gone.you have to literally throw your towels on the beds while running. absolutely hilarious , I couldnt stop laughing. On the first morning I was waiting at 7am but wasnt expecting the big scrum and still only managed to get beds in the shade. The next morning I knew better and got quite good at it during our 2 weeks.
Animation team wonderful, plenty going on during the day. then in the evening you have a show followed by either a quieter night at the pool bar or the lively plaza bar where there is dancing every night + some nights belly dancing, karoke etc and again drinks served where you are sitting if you want. The animation team were always there until late dancing as well and there was a great atmosphere. Our teenagers had a great time there until 2am every night . A/I at the plaza bar stops at midnight though.
this is one hotel that for us is going to be hard to beat and we would definately return.

I did not speak to a single person who would not return. Like many others I do not like returning to the same place, however I am seriously considering it.
I did not watch all the entertainment but what I did see was very good. The Michael Jackson show was extremely good, the young man who played Michael was sensational.

| said: We all had the best time ever. Was a bit worried about our 14 year old daughter we had heard that they turkish men tend to make a bee line for the young girls, but they were all fine, especially at the hotel which was nice as it made our stay easier knowing she was safe. Our other 2 children, 8 and 4 really really enjoyed the entertainment, especially Nelly and Betty. The entertainment staff worked extra hard.
The waiters and bar staff were all very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, generally getting a decent seat in the restaurant. It was my husbands birthday whilst we there and I organised a cake and champagne (it cost about £40) but the staff came over with the cake and sparkly candles on it all singing to him. It was a nice touch.
Rooms, pool and gardens all very very clean and well kept.
Going back to Olu Deniz in August so will be calling into say hi to all entertainment staff.
My kids are still singing - the kill the chicken song!!!!!
this holiday was just the best. everyone really made an effort.

You had a big choice of food and I am a very fussy eater but found something I liked everyday, if you wanted you could eat all day as they had food provided until midnight. I could not fault the food at all and if you have a sweet tooth your definitely like this place.
Just a pre warning on the alcoholic dinks, it is only included if you have the local drinks, you will see they have bottles of English brands but you have to pay a small charge as they import it in.
Hotel staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you and were very entertaining through out the day and evening, we didn't watch all shows at night but the one we did see did made us laugh but some of the comments are very tongue in cheek!

| said: This was our second visit to this hotel. I have previously posted a review on this site (2006)and the comments are unchanged.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the maids do the best job I have experinced, the main areas and public loos - including the ones by the pool are clean, dry and well maintained. The pool area and gardens are also well maintained.
Food is excellent with a good choice, fresh grill and show cooking. There is also a huge selection of fruit and fresh bread, pastries available.
The location is superb, with views I could never tire of. You are also located right in the middle of the resort of Olu Deniz so have plenty of opportunity to support the local eateries and shops.
Staff are hard working, friendly and funny despite working long hours. Nothing is ever too much trouble or a problem.
This goes for the entertainment staff as well. The evening shows are a bit slapstick and will not suit everyone. However my kids loved the ones we saw - couldn't have watched every night though.
All in all another fantastic holiday. We will try somewhere else next year but I am sure we will return sometime.

If I had any complaints it would be directed at the Thomson reps, we encountered some problems and felt they did not give us the help we would have expected from reps, we were apparently not alone in thinking this. Luckily the hotel staff more than made up for their short falls and we can only thank them and praise their hotel to the hilt in the hope that more people will visit and find out what a gem this place is.
From the fantastic food to the great (and quiet!) adult pool this hotel has something for all.

Rooms very clean.
Location right on beach main shops a fews minutes round the corner.
Staffs very friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was so so not enough in the day and night, no shooting or archery most things kids could join in water polo, darts, pool. At night the same team did the shows kids show from around 8.30 to 9.15 then the family show was from 9.30 tell 10.15 pm. The same team from the day doing it ie slapping each other with wet towels and throwing buckets of water over each other, and dancing and miming to songs. There's a Turkish show which is good and the shows are different for two weeks. Music in the bars till midnight and there's a waitress who gets up on a chair by the pool bar and dances around 11.45 pm.
Would visit again but while we were there there were two rooms in the annex where the safes in the rooms were opened and money taken. 200 in one room and 150 in the other so someone must know the override code to open them, rep said this was the first time this as happened?

You feel rushed at meal times because staff are in your face.
Entertainments ok nothing to get excited about, so gave up on it.
Main pool way too small. No loungers available near pool, only on the grass. Only found out by chance about adult pool that was fab.
Drinks: coffee, water, coke, even beer good for the day. Limited alcohol choice for other drinks unless you wanted to pay for them.
Pool towels provided were in very poor condition need to be larger and need to be smoother. The covers on the beds were too small.

The blue lagoon is a short walk from the hotel. There are many bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel.
Th food was really good, not repetetive at all, especially if you try lots of different dishes.
Waiters and bar staff are very efficient and always smiling, they look like they really enjoy working there.
Rooms are reasonable size with a fantastic enclosed shower, so you dont end up with a flooded floor!
Maid service is excellent, as is the free pool towel service.
Very quick and efficient service in all the bars and snack bar.
Entertainment is family orientated, but only criticism is that it is a bit short.
Trips in the resort are far cheaper than with Thomsons. We visited Easy Riders, the guy in there Phillip, is really helpful and his 6 island boat trip from 10.30 till 7.30pm was only £7 inc lunch!!
Our only regret is we only went for 1 week, and we will definately be going back, there is so much to see and do, and not enough time to do it in.
roll on 2007!!

The food was excellent, there was plenty of dishes to choose from and all food was of a high standard.
The hotels location was directly on the beach and close to all activities.
The hotel staff was always polite and all went out of there way to help you. We made so many friends amongst the staff, especially the entertainment team. Ayr, Steve, metin and sunny was great and always up for a night out. The night time shows was fantastic.
Had such a great time that we have all booked to go back in October for 2 weeks.

| said: Cleanliness - Rooms were spotless, linen changed every other day, towels daily. Bathrooms very clean. I was on my balcony one day and the maid spent 45mins doing the room, and they aren't that big! Communal areas very clean and also pool area, staff are picking up peoples cups and glasses all the time.
Location - Probably the most perfect aspect of this hotel. Beach to the front, mountains to one side and lagoon to the other. Plus the added benefit of the little town of Olu Deniz to walk to at any time.
Food - For buffet style AI fayre this hotel really has got it's act together. Breakfast great, with a fresh ommlette cooking station, endless fresh fruits, breads, freshly squeezed orange at cost of 4 LE. Dinner, huge selection of salads, soup, fresh breads, about 6 hot choices, two fresh cooking stations, a hightlight being the stir-fry once a week, with four chefs entertaining you with their skills. Small selection of kids foods. Approx 30 different desserts each night, plus fresh fruits, cheese, the list is endless. Didn't tackle lunch as we were often out (or too full!). Used the snack bar a few times for cheese tosties, pizza, also good. Drinks were the AI usuals.
Staff - The most attentive I have ever come accross in an hotel. Never seen people work so hard with such a smile on their face. It wasn't just a few, it seemed to be all from the Manager, reception, cleaners, waiting staff, entertainment team.
Entertainment - Hotel entertainment isn't our thing really as we like to go out and about, but it seemed to be very popular with other quests. We saw one show "Dracula" which of its kind we thought was good, but there was no way we could have sat through 14 of them, although they probably vary from evening to evening. The (once again) excellent staff served drinks to everone throughout. This hotel isn't like lots of AI's where you help yourself to drink, they take your orders abd bring drinks to you. Someone tried to sell us tickets for bingo one night but we polietly declined. Daytime entertainment was the usual pool games, pool volleyball, aerobics, killer pool etc they never had a proplem getting people to join in.
Other - There is loads to do in this area, the Thomson Reps at this hotel were good, and we booked 3 full day trips with them. Mudbaths, Salkient Gorge, Fethyie Market/Boat Cruise all great fun with top notch Turkish guides, nice lunches etc
Trying to think of a few negatives - This is a very informal hotel, for examlpe there is no dress code in the restaurant, at breakfast and lunch people eat in swimwear with a sarong, or bikini top and shorts,(the restaurant is next to the pool), evening meal didn't require men in long trousers.Didn't bother us, but it might some.
Restaurant is all outdoors and sparrows fly in and out and people feed them breadcrumbs! Didn't seem like a good idea to me! They dont get near the food though. Also there is a bit of a wasp problem (but no flys)The staff put instant coffee in a saucer ignite it and it smoulders, the fumes keep them off your table.
The main swimming pool struggles a bit, presumably it was built before the annexe rooms, and is a bit too small for the amount of rooms now. They have tried to address this by building a lovely 'adult only' pool, but most families want to be together. You can normally get a sunbed in the gardens most time of day, if not by the pool.
The hotel operates free buses to the private lagoon beaches if you feel you need a bit of space, ask at reception.
Rooms are small and although the hotel calls itself a 5*holiday village, I think people used to staying in 5* hotels would be suprised at how small the rooms are. The ones in the annexe have lovely high ceilings which makes them airy, but they are still small area wise. Aircon was good and free, room safe at cost.
We never go back to the same hotel twice, but would seriously consider going back to this one.

It is a shame that we discovered this only last year as we would have loved to return (perhaps when child flys from the nest?) Have been elsewhere this year and feell thourghly homesick for Olu Deniz!
It woulkd be good to know where I could get a copy of the Club Dance.

Food fantastic, desserts to die for.
Staff were very friendly didn\'t have to get off sun bed for a drink.
Entertainment was mad with Alf, Air and their crew. Buri, Edi, Numan, Tuhran at the pool bar are all wonderful, they made our holiday.
Have booked to go back in September and are taking friends with us.

The whole hotel has a very happy feel to it. We were in the annex across the road and I think we had the best position. You are away from the entertainment so its very quiet.
There is new adults only pool there now which is great if you had a little too much raki the night before as its very peaceful. I loved watching the paragliders coming in while eating lunch.
Thanks to all the staff, Sunny, Maria and Mehmet especially, you really made the holiday for us. I cannot add anything else to what has already been said about this fabulous hotel.
We are hoping to return in September and cannot wait to get back.

| said: This hotel is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and you can get a sunbed any time of the day, although prime positions re taken very early or reserved for Junior Suite clients.
The rooms are very modern and you can even watch the TV (with BBC Prime - all English programmes) while you are lying in the bath through the glass bathroom wall (toilet is separate).
You can get jacket potatoes and pancakes in the afternoon if you don't want the huge buffet lunch. Take some DVDs with you (if you have time to watch them) and CDs as there is a DVD player and CD player in the room. the dining room is a bit canteenish, but you can sit outside at night, although it is a bit dark.
Only one complaint. Book late checkout before you go as we had 1 1/2 hours of wrangling with reception staff to get our room until 8pm and it costs 10 Euros per hour. We got it in the end but it was a lot of hassle.

| said: We have just come home from this absolutely fabulous hotel.
We have never been to Turkey before and I wanted to visit the blue lagoon. We never got to the lagoon because the hotel was just fantastic.
The Turkish people are wonderful and will do anything for you. The food was fabulous, the hotel is absolutely spotless (rooms cleaned evey day).
The hotel is situated on the beach front and all meals are taken upstairs in the restaurant which either overlooks the hotel and grounds or the beautiful sea view. The staff are wonderful.
We kept going to the pool bar. The manager was Buri, (Robin Wiliams lookalike) who was fantastic. We would like to say hello to "pool bar Edi" (what a character!!! absolutely nuts), Numan, Ferhat and Tuhran, they absoulutely made our holiday for us they were so funny we laughed for a whole week.
The entertainment team were great (look out for Air - another nutter) who is a laugh a minute. The food you just cannot fault, there is something for eveyone, plentiful, fresh - what more do you want. This hotel is rated 4 star by Thomson, we would class it definitely 5*, we have travelled all over the place, but the Belcekiz Beach will take some beating.
We are returning in September (it was over 80 degrees in May)- just can't wait, it's the best holiday we have ever been on - pure bliss.

The entertainment team were great, especially Air. The shows were really funny and entertaining. The pool was freezing, only the kids had the bottle to jump in.
We met up with a couple of really nice people. The bar staff were great they tried as much as they could to make the holiday perfect.
The food was lovely and they had a different selections each day. I would recommend the omlettes for breakfast.
There was paragliding on the beach which was really fun.
There is nothing more I can put about this hotel but I would definitely recommend this for anyone. We will definitely return but in July 2006 because it was quite cold at night.
A Fantastic holiday!

| said: Have just arrived home from a fabulous 2 week Holiday at Club Belcekiz Olu Deniz. The Hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas.
Public toilets elegant in marble and cleaned frequently. Rooms adequate for family of 3 shame they have no larger family rooms we had to take 3 rooms.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always around if you want a drink or snack.
Our children aged 11, 7, and 2 never joined the kids club they were quite happy in the lovely pool or beautiful beach wich lies just accross a small walkway from hotel -
I believe this is the only hotel with beach front location.
Back to the pool our only regret was that it was not heated (really cold) only the kids and ourselves dared no good for the older members.
The food was good and if you want to be waited on try the Italian. Indian, Thai or al a carte restaurant for a small fee extra well worth it.
Local alcohol a bit on the weak side though OK. Plenty of cold drinks for kids also available in dispensers around pool area and courtyard. Snacks available all day and ice ream for 1 hour in afternoon.
The entertainment was wey good Turish folk dancing 1 night, Belly dancer 1 night and the rest of the week you are entertained by the entertainment Team which is led by Al his Crazy assistant Air and Steve who is a great guy Katarina and Sonny they will keep the kids in stitches.
Overall a Fab hotel fab Location and after many holidays abroad including Caribean Indian Ocean and many in the Med this one will take some beating.
Forgot to mention the Fab weather for late October 14 days of Gloroius sunshine average 26 degrees. Though could be quite nippy at night when hotel lights a lovely log fire in room off of restaurant.
Will definately return.
Thanks to all!!!

| said: Arrived in the middle of the night with 7 kids oldest being 10 youngest 2, had read on here that transfer to hotel could take upto 2 hours so emailed a few taxi companies and arranged a 14 seater minibus to pick us up at airport for £100.00 return, transfer to hotel took just over an hour, so we feel this was money well spent.
Hotel was excellent, food was excellent and most off the staff were excellent except for bar staff in the evenings, they would take your order and often take upto 15 minutes to bring drinks on most occasions we ended up going to the bar ourselves to fetch drinks which I suppose is not really a big deal except if your trying to keep an eye on the kids, could not really understand why it took so long as it was never really that busy but it did get frustrating night after night.
The meals were excellent, we had 7 kids in our party and all were kept happy with the choice offered. Rooms were kept very clean and although it said that mini fridge would only be stocked on day of arrival we gave the maid 10 lira and she stocked ours most days.
What more can I say overall this was an excellent hotel and I would reccommend it to anyone old or young couples or families, there really was something for everyone. The Entertainment was ok but compared to the rest of the high standards of the hotel could not really understand why more effort did not go into this, our kids loved the mini disco but this consisted of 5 songs maybe because it was near the end of the season not really sure.
Great Hotel Great Location, will be going back soon.

| said: We booked this hotel as a late deal, and therefore was unable to do any significant research. However, we were encoureaged by the other comments on this board, and our findings very much confirmed those previously aired. Therefore I hope to address a few other areas, not covered by others, in order to provide a fuller picture.
Flights. Although on time, I found the seats very cramped both width-ways and lengthways. Therefore after 4 hours of virtually being unable to move more than a few inches, I was very glad to get off the plane.
Transfer. Whilst Dalaman airport is relatively close, the mountainous terrain does mean that the transfer time is around 1.5 hours. However the coach drivers we had were good, and took the various hairpin bends at a reasonable speed. A new tunnel is being constructed, and due to open for next summer, but in my opinion, this will only take around 15 - 20 minutes off the transfer time.
Hotel. Could noy fault it's location, facilities or service. It really is an oasis, which if you were so inclined, you could happily stay in all holiday if you wished.
Food. Whilst the quality of the buffet meals was very good, it was very similar on a day-to-day basis, hence only 4 out of 5. However if you interleave the set-menu food available in the a la carte restaurant, which at an additional cost of just £4 is a bargain(which was excellent, the best Indian I've had for ages!) then you will eat well.
Rooms. We had a room in the annexe, which was very clean, tidy and fresh. In my opinion the room was slightly bigger than your 'standard' hotel room, and I understand also had the benefit of a full size bath with shower over. The downside is they are outside of the main complex, across an access road to the main street. The rumour was that the hotel is planning on building a further swimming pool at the Annexe which will be Adults Only.
Entertainment. Whilst adequate, was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The entertainment team were either Turkish, Russian or Eastern Europeans, and therefore did not always understand either the British nature or sense of humour, however you couldn't curb there enthusiasm, particularly Air. Day time activities consisted of the usual killer darts, pool, boules etc., with various sketch shows helkd in the auditorium in the evening. As we were only 3 weeks away from the end of the season, it is possible that they were winding down, but I suspected that what we got was the norm.
In summary, an excellent hotel, with good food and facilities. Whilst the transfer is long, it is worth the trip, as indicated by the number of people we met who had been many times previously. If you are looking for an early / late break in the warm Turkish sun, then you could do far worse than go here.

| said: This is an excellent family hotel.
The whole place is spotlessly clean and the grounds well maintained. The Gardeners were up early each morning shaking the trees so that any loose leaves could be swept up before the guests were up and about.
We had a room in the main block and although a bit of a tight fit for 3 females it was comfortable. It was cleaned daily, beds and nightclothes decorated with flowers some days.
There was a fridge in the room, stocked on arrival and useful for the rest of our stay. Powerful hairdryer in the bathroom and plenty of mirrors!Wardrobe and drawer space was suffficient for us.
The pool area was again very clean but a bit slippy. Sunbeds around the pool were a bit close together but there is plenty of room in the garden area.
Towels on beds left unattended before 8am were removed by staff but after that there was no policing. On the whole it was no problem. Pool cleaned out and water analysis daily.
The Pool bar opened at 9am and we never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes to be served. In addition you could help yourselves to water, squash, tea , coffee (hot or iced) from dispensers. Pool bar staff circulated around the sunbeds (pool area and gardens)offering drinks, food from the snack bar and - bliss- frozen towels.
The main restaurant is buffet style with an A La Carte option(Thai, Indian or Italian) The buffet was fresh and varied- puds to die for - and always food being cooked freshly by 2 of the Chefs at each meal. Good service from the staff - if anything plates were whisked away a little too quickly.
The Plaza bar is a great place for an evening drink, watching the sunset.
I have given entertainment 4 stars as although not my thing the kids loved it and the staff were , like everyone else, enthusiastic, friendly and great with the kids.
I have never returned to the same place twice but think this hotel will be the exception.

Air and is team (entertainment) were great, the shows were funny and again catered for all ages.
Cannot wait to go back in the near future.

Food was great, albeit seemed a little repative in 2nd week. One fault is that the plates for the cold starters and desserts were always hot.
Hotel is in excellent location, easy reach of beach, whcih is very pebbly, but we used the free bus to go to Saura beach which was less pebbly and lovely. Not to far from all other bars and restaurants and dolmus station. Each reach of Lagoon.
Hotel staff were fantastic, and could not enough for you.
Entertainment was great and they really work hard all day and night. THey are great with both kids and adults alike. The pool dance tune is still in my head now!
Will definely be visting again

| said: The Hotel management are really on top of giving you a good stay. From the start, a mini bar with a few items to get you through the first night (we arrived 2am).
The accomodation was spotless and comfortable, the maid cleaned every day and did a super job. The gardens seem to have gardeners working all day and were a joy to walk through.
The restaurant buffet was the best I have seen, cold food was in large chillers and the hot under lamps. Each day something in addition to the buffet would be on, along with grilled fish or meat straight from the grill. They also bake the bread on site, no stale bread! The hotel owners would even eat in the restaurant!
The staff were exceptional, they did there best to ensure you had a great time, nothing was too much.
The location is perfect for everything in Olu Deniz.
The entertainment team tried hard, and there was some room for improvement, but they were friendly and had a hard job, the day time games were fun.
What was also noticable, all the guests were friendly as well, and it was explained to me that their theory is Happy staff = happy guests = happy staff.
There was some whinging from a few who did not like it all inclusive etc but even these people could be seen enjoying themselves.
We have already booked for next year, this was such a great time, I only hope it is the same standard next year.

The location of the hotel was great though the beach is corse sand and very pebbly.
The staff at this hotel are out of this world and they cant do enough for you. The entertainment was ok but didnt last long enough and would have been better if it was not done by the hotel staff every time.
The pool dance is great and I still cant get the tune out of my head we would definitely visit this hotel again.

| said: Amazing the whole holiday was great the trip from the airport to the hotel we had been told it was a long time, but not half as bad as expected.
Arrived at the hotel and had our bags taken to our room for us, which was nice after the long day we had had. Arrived late afternoon, so just dumped our bags and went exploring, pool lovely just a bit of a nightmare to get sunbeds, you have to get up at stupid o clock to get one by the pool, but lots in the gardens if you don't need to keep an eye on the kids in the pool.
Food ok nothing amazing but all ok with the exception of a noodle dish they prepared one night, you could choose your own ingredients, and they made it for you is was lovely. We ate out once in the ala carte which was really something for a small extra charge it was well worth it.
Cleanliness was amazing to never seen a hotel or infact a resort as clean, the maids even brought flowers from the gardens to put on your bed or one day we had a bunch left in a glass full of water in the side just a lovely touch we thought.
Overall a brilliant hotel it was our first visit to turkey but i'm sure it won't be our last.

| said: I have just returned from Club Belcekiz Beach hotel.
We found the hotel staff very sweet, espeially the managers who could not do enough for us!.
Although the room we stayed in was spotless it was very cramped and we did not get toilet roll every day.
The restaraunt staff were charming and very efficient but I thought the food was very bland and repetative and the local booze was very poor quality especially the wine which was very acidic and likend to vinegar! Be warned, two glasses of this stuff and you will on the deck before you can say sherafe! Please excuse the spelling!.
As for the entertainment, the shows were bordering on moronic! The Plaza bar music was ok on the first night but grated on my nerves as they played the same tunes every night, there were not enough seats in the Plaza bar either for the sheer volume of guests and standing up is frowned upon, so sometimes you may find yourself having to go elsewhere for the evening, which may not be a bad thing more of a welcome relief to be honest!
The same goes for the pool area, same problem too may guests and not enough room! Towels on loungers at dawn please or face bitter dissapointment and off to the beach 6 lira each! By the pool area you will encounter hoards of unruly kids whos parents cannot or will not control!
As a summary, it is fun all round if you have lots of patience and a good sense of humour and dont mind wearing an orange plastic wristband for the duration of your stay!.
If you are a woman and anywhere near attractive, the attentions of all the male staff will be yours, and you may recieve a lot of romantic propositions, from management down to bar staff, enjoy!

| said: Stayed at the Belcekiz Beach Hotel in Olu Deniz from 23rd to 30th May 2005.
We flew from Gatwick with Thomsons and both outbound and return flights were on time.
We had heard before going that this could be a long transfer, so emailed the Hotel and they sent a mini bus (for 2 of us), the driver was waiting with our names on a board as we left the airport. The charge for this was £60 return, paid to the hotel on departure.
We arrived mid afternoon and as we drove through the entrance, a bell boy came and took our luggage, waited while we checked in then took us to our room. Showed us the mini bar, which had beer, soft drinks and a mars bar in it, and how to control the air conditioning.
We were also given cards for our pool towels, which you could change every day if you wished.
The room was very nice, not huge but plenty big enough and spotlessly clean, the bathroom was excellent, with a very good power shower, and again spotless.
The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay, with fresh towels and sheets every day.
In fact throughout the hotel, there was always someone cleaning or sweeping, absolutely immaculate.
The hotel was full and many guests seem to return year after year, some liked the change to AI others were not so sure.
The pool area was always busy and you would need to get up early to get a bed, although there were always beds available in the gardens.
The staff were excellent and plentiful, always walking round asking if you would like a drink, there were also water coolers, fruit juice and tea and coffee machines in various places so you could help yourself.
Various activities took place around the pool and the entertainments staff were good, always something to watch or take part if you wanted, although no pressure to do so.
We did not watch any of the evening entertainment, as we liked to go for a walk in the evening, then come back for a drink at the plaza bar overlooking the beach. Children seemed to be well catered for with activities during the day and a mini disco early evening.
Breakfast was good, with various breads and pastries, cereals, fruit and a chef cooking fresh omelettes with your choice of filling.
Lunch was available in the dining room but we usually ate at the pool bar, where snacks were available all day, sandwiches, pizza, burgers and pasta.
The evening meal on our first few days was not very exciting or varied (mainly chicken in a sauce) but there was always salad, this did not really bother us as we like to eat out a few times even if we are AI, so we would have a look and then decide whether to eat in or out in a restaurant.
I think there must have been some complaints about the evening meal, as our last 3 days they certainly improved, with a chef carving huge turkeys, also doing deep fried onion rings and mushrooms as you wanted them. Also beef in a mushroom sauce was very good. Lots of fresh vegetables, stir fry dishes as you waited and also fresh pasta with various sauces.
The puddings were all good.
We last went to Turkey about 15 years ago and said we would never go again, but visiting Olu Deniz has changed our minds. It is a beautiful little resort and very clean, the people were very friendly without being too pushy.
The hotel was perfectly located, right by the beach and shops.
From Olu Deniz we got the Dolmus (£1.00) into Fethiye and walked round the harbour and the old town and also into Hisaronu.
We also walked along the beach to go to the lagoon. The beach is right outside the hotel at the Belcekiz and is lovely with snack bars right on the beach, you can sit with a cold drink and watch the paragliders coming in, quite a sight to see.
We thoroughly enjoyed Olu Deniz.

We would especially like to thank the cleaning staff as you can imagine the mess that 3 girls make when preparing for a night out.
The food was of a high standard but with the time restrictions it meant that it was often very busy. The ala carte restaurant was very impressive and well worth a small additional charge.
The location was brilliant as the hotel is right on the beach with beautiful mountain views. There are bars, shops and restaurants all within a few hundred yards and the Turkish people are extremely friendly. We would recommend that you go paragliding as it was an amazing experience with fantastic views of Olu Deniz.
The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. We were particularly impressed with the Pool Bar and Entertainment Crew.
There was a full entertainment programme thoughout the day and night with energetic staff who were very friendly and approachable.
We are already planning our return visit to Club Belcekiz Beach, this was our first visit to Turkey and our first All Inclusive hotel, and we would definitely recommend both.

| said: Hotel was much better than expected. I think the best we have stayed in after many holidays over the years.
Good location, on the beach itself. Frendly staff and the Thomson rep Emma was brilliant!
Only downside for us is the evening meal, only 2 hours for all the guests to eat.... a free for all. Mad rush! Even though we were half board we still ate out because of this.

| said: Arriving at a sensible time (18:30ish) from dalaman allowed us to settle in quickly before being spoilt for choice at the buffet bar. The rooms were superb with TV, aircon ( priceless) and a high pressure shower room & european wc. Cleaned daily by a very friendly maid who made her mark with fresh flowers from the hotel garden to decorate the beds. the facilities were spotless if a little slippery around the pool. Mosquitoes and other biting insects remain a big problem to all, but make sure you get some lemon balm to ease the itching. Breakfast was interesting with multiple choice including peaches like footballs and freshly made omelettes. Located so close to the beach with all its attractions, boats, parascending, powered hangliders in boats ( yes - flying boats) but always be aware that the grasses area between the hotel/restaurants and the beach is a landing zone for the paragliders who take off from the 7000 foot mountain behind olu deniz and land at the rate of 15 per hour every hour except when its pitch black! Staff were the most hard working bunch occasionally excessive but always enthusiastic. Entertainment in the evening was free and colourful, mostly amateur and skittish, but the belly dancer and the cabaret style dancers from russia who would do well to add a little more material to their outfits!!! were very good.
Quiet zones are absent so find a vacant tree in the garden and use ear plugs and avoid the "crew" looking for victioms for the daily boules, table tennis and water polo games.
If there are to be criticisms it is the compression of the evening meal times between 19:30 and 21:30 requiring 400+ guests to fight around the buffet every night. Slacken off the times to say 18:30 to 22;00 and the place would calm down a little.
there was a tv programme recently critising the turkish driving madness. This programme was trash. the drivers were skilled, patient and thoughtful reducing speed to zero to cross all the speed bumps and this was a common theme to everyone who saw the programme. Accidents do happen but the roads to dalaman are good given the geography.
Walking passed shops is an experience here, they are desperate for you to buy from them and they will do anything for your money - so be entertained with the odd haggle.
the standard trips are available but do the dive with EDC they did one on one with all 3 of my kids with good quality equipment and trust me the fish will love you.
Would we go back - if we could we would tomorrow.
Thanks to Mehmet and his catering crew, the plaza bar, pool bar and the ever so charming receptionists and turkey in general for a great time.

| said: The rooms at the Belcekiz Beach were adequate for a family of 3, but did not leave much space for suitcases. Each rooms has 3 single beds with bathroom en-suite and well stocked minibar. Safe deposit boxes at £1.00 per day, payable on departure.
Rooms were checked by maids everyday with clean linen and towels. Cleanliness within the hotel, restaurant and pool area is of a very high standard. Food - excellent choice of dishes each evening for salad bar plus international dishes prepared to order by the chefs. Also small choice for childrens meals.
Location - the best, 2 minute walk to beach or to centre of Olu Deniz. Staff - Plenty of staff on duty at all times, but found service around Pool Bar disappointing from previous visit. Entertainment - tried their best, put a lot of effort into the pool games, but evening entertainment could be improved.
Having visited this hotel for the last 2 years, I would highly recommend this complex from couples to families.

| said: We arrived at Belcekiz Beach in the middle of the night so we were a little uncertain as to what lay ahead of us... but what a dream come true. The hotel was A+. The staff were so friendly and so eager to make your stay perfect. The food was excellent and the desserts to die for. We made so many good friends within the hotel and the town that we are going back again next year and taking our brother and sister-in-law with us.
The only thing that we would have liked would have been tea/coffee facilities in our room. But our room was perfect, with enough space so we weren't bumping into each other.
It was our first holiday without our children and thanks to everyone at the hotel it was absolutely perfect.
