Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

All inclusive really meant all inclusive including free banana boat rides for kids and lovely little gifts passed through your door.

The food was great and lots of variation.they do tours of the kitchen and you could eat off the floor as it was spotless. the staff were lovely and loved the British as we said thank you.

The reps were very hardworking and made sure everyone had a good time.the rooms were comfortable with carpet underfoot.

The hotel was quite hilly and not for people who are unfit although lifts everywhere if required.

I had to visit the doctor whilst I was there with severe prickly heat but the care was great and after having a drip tablets and creams my rash was gone in twelve hours.

I wish I was returning this year it was my best holiday ever. Enjoy.

Stayed at WOW Bodrum Resort at beginning of school summer holiday so expected the hotel to be very busy and perhaps not as good as some of the reviews we'd read - we needn't have been worried. Arrived at hotel 4.00am and check in very quick, taken to our room by young porter. The only concern when we entered the room was that there was no bed for our 11 year old daughter although this was sorted out in 10 minutes. Room not large but sufficient for our needs considering we only ever slept there and showered there. Ample space in wardrobe but you do need to take extra hangers, not many drawers but shelves in the wardrobe. Bathroom was fine with nice quality hand soap, shower gel and shampoo provided, topped up during our stay. Shower over the bath which was very powerful and always hot water available no matter the time of day. Clean towels every day. Mini bar with soft drinks, water and beer replenished every day if needed. We found we didn't really take advantage of this, just the water to make our tea/coffee in the mornings. You need to take your own kettle, cups etc as these are not provided. The rooms are arranged in small blocks throughout the grounds and ours was one of the closest to the main hotel building and pool area but no noise could be heard, we were very lucky as the grounds are quite vast and some rooms were a good few minutes walk away from the main hotel building. Smallish balcony with table and two chairs which was nice first thing in the morning, very peaceful, just the sound of birds singing. Room cleaned every day to a good standard and it seemed clean sheets every day. TV with about 4 English channels.
The whole resort was kept very clean, cleaners and maintenance people working throughout the day. Lobby bar in hotel building is the 24 hour bar and always air conditioned as was the main buffet restaurant. We chose to eat inside most days as it was so hot outside even though there was plenty of shade if you chose to eat there. Plenty of choice at all meals, and even though high season we always found a table regardless what time we went to eat, some waiters more on the ball than others but no complaints. We found that the waiters seemed to rotate around the restaurant so even if you sat in the same area each day you tended to see different waiters. Food was varied and replenished regularly, we all enjoyed the food and if you like fish, which we do, there was plenty of choice. Lovely salads every day. Desserts were mainly of the Turkish variety, variations of baklava and plenty of fresh fruit. Tea and coffee availabe at all meals which made a nice change as usually you don't get the opportunity to have a coffee/tea at your table, normally have to move on to the lounge. Drinks all served by the glass. Couple of theme nights each week. You can also book the a la carte restaurants, Turkish,Italian and Mediterranean (fish) no problem booking each one. Our favourite was the Mediterranean, each restaurant having its own unique style. Service at all very good. These restaurants are also open most lunchtimes for which no booking is required, so if you fancy a change of scenery/food then it's an option. The Italian was our daughter's favourite for lunch as they served freshly cooked pizza's, breaded chicken and burgers and chips, the portions are small but, as we discovered, you can order as much as you like.
Although it was their busiest time of year, we never had a problem finding sunbeds around the pool and always had clean pool towels provided, two huts providing towels from 8.00 am, they always had a huge supply of them not like some hotels we've been to where towels aren't available until anytime between 9.00 and 10.00 and then run out quickly. Drinks available from pool bar and windmill bar if you're round the pool and beach bar if you decide to use the private beach. You can help yourself to water from the fridge by the pool bar, hot and cold drinks all day, ice cream from about 11.00 am to 5.00 pm and not just for the children. Afternoon cakes and savouries from 5.30 pm, there is something available to eat throughout the day but you just can't eat that much food! The cocktails in the lobby bar, still part of the all inclusive deal, are excellent, they don't water their drinks down at all and if the cocktail you want isn't on the menu one of the barmen will make it for you. Always nice nibbles provided when when went for our aperitifs.
Hotel is in a very good position, just a five minutes stroll downhill (not that steep) into Gumbet if you want bars, restaurants and shops, we only went into Gumbet once or twice as we preferred getting the dolmus into Bodrum, stops right outside the hotel entrance and costs about 65p each way. Depending on the time of day could take anything from 15mins to 25 mins to get to Bodrum, no problem getting the dolmus back, they all leave from the central bus depot, just look for ones with Gumbet on and check with the driver that it goes to your hotel, they seem to know all the hotels located in Gumbet. We had one night out in Gumbet with a couple we met at our hotel, went to a bar called the Roxy which was great for us and our 11 year old, friendly staff and very entertaining when the bar staff started a dance routine!
Staff at hotel were very friendly and efficient, you will always get the odd one who lets the team down but it doesn't spoil your holiday. The bar staff work extremely hard, as you can imagine in an all inclusive hotel, and the animation team are a fun group of people who will ensure you have a great time especially if you participate in any of the many activities on offer. We all took part in more activities on this holiday than any other and this just added to our overall enjoyment. Shooting with air rifles was one of our favourites, my daughter enjoyed shuffleboard with her mum and we all won medals and certificates in the boules tournament!Nothing too strenuous at all. You can either take part in the activities or not, there is no pressure at all. Tried water ski-ing for the first time, not very successfully but had a laugh, all part of the all inclusive deal. Evening entertainment provided by the animation team also, a couple of shows in the amphitheatre, karaoke, casino night to name a few.
We have visited many hotels over the years and this is definitely one of our favourites. We have never returned to the same hotel, part of the fun of going away is getting to know your new surroundings, but we might very well return to the WOW Bodrum Resort one day. We will certainly be returning to Turkey next year.

We went to this hotel with high expectations after reading previous reports and we weren't disappointed. The location was superb set high up on a hill with superb views over Gumbet and the bay. There were quite a few steps in the complex (especially by the auditorium - hard work when it's 40 degrees!!!)

The rooms were clean and comfortable. To be honest, they could do with a little updating and it was a bit of a squash with the 4 of us in there sometimes but don't let that put you off.

The food was lovely. Beware, it can get a bit hectic during mealtimes (watch out for the Russians as they tend to queue jump and barge in)!! Didn't think too much of the birds flying around the Dining Room and landing on the bread mind!!! Overall the food was delicious and so much choice, although veal, fish and lamb seemed to be the most popular. Just be aware if you have a fussy 4 year old like mine, there is not a great deal of choice apart from chips and bread. We tended to go to the Italian at lunchtimes as that was lovely.

The pool area was lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds and it was nice to have clean towels every day to lie on. It could be a bit windy at times so hold on to those parasols!

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and I'd love to go back.

Excellent hotel, and great value for money.

Make use of a la carte restaurants, these are also open at lunch and the food is better than in the main buffet. The service at these is much better and a small tip is really appreciated. They are all good, though the Turkish was our favourite.

Pool, beach, and entertainment all good. Having stayed at many all inclusive resorts, this is the best we have stayed in in Europe.

Our experience of WOW Bodrum is very like the others I have read. The hotel is very clean, spacious with good facilities and offers an excellent all inclusive package.

But here are a couple of tips if you visit. The shop in the hotel is really expensive it costs nearly £15 for a bottle of sunscreen, walk to Gumbet and it's much cheaper.

The pools aren't really graduated and are quite deep so not that suitable for young children. While we were there the pools were very cold and often empty.

The hairdresser in the hotel offers free washes and cuts, so I thought I would go for a wash and blow dry, the wash was free but they charged £8 to dry my hair!

The brochure price for late checkout is about £27, so as we were flying late at night I asked the day before about late checkout. At the resort they charge 50 euros per person, I misheard and thought he said 50 euros "for the purpose" not "per person". So before checking out I was faced with an unexpected bill of £75 for keeping the room until 7pm. I battled for nearly half an hour before they reduced the charge to £35. Our rep. didn't help at all. Other guests showered in the spa/gym area and said the facilities were very good so I would use these another time.

When I arrived at 4 in morning there was hot food waiting for me, what a pleasant surprise to see such a clean friendly hotel.

I found rooms spotless, down to the petals on my bed, staff bend over backwards for you.

Beach very clean, I have been around the world and stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels and this one is up with the rest, what a great hotel.

Food and drink 24 hours a day, with a smile.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at this hotel through Thomas Cook. Had a fantastic time .... hotel came up to our expectations. Have previously stayed at the Wow Kremlin, Hemera and Ephesus Princess on AI and this hotel surpassed the others.

The hotel is located on a fairly steep hill on the outskirts of Gumbet. It would be about a 10-15 min walk into Gumbet but we took taxis as we didn't feel like walking when the temperature was 100 degrees!

The facilities were excellent and the food very good. Lunch can be taken at one of the three a la carte restaurants - outdoor Turkish restaurant has a wonderful view over Gumbet bay and was a favourite place to spend a couple of hours at lunchtime with a bottle of wine!

The miniclub facilities were excellent and were available from 10.00am to 12.00 midnight (with a break for supper). My daughter went on a trip with the miniclub to Bodrum Castle, went sailing and took banana boat rides (all free).

The hotel beach was narrow but very clean. My partner went sailing (free) and my son used the PADI diving boat based at the hotel and took his advanced open water certificate.

The only negative with this hotel was our room. The rooms themselves were fine facility wise - TV, air-cond, toiletries provided etc. but we booked a family duplex room which cost us almost £1000 in supplements and we felt we would have been better off booking two standard rooms. These rooms would be unsuitable for young children as they have their own entrance door, own balcony door (neither door can be locked from inside/childproofed!) and the upstairs room is a gallery/mezzanine type room with steep stairs.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. My parents (early 70's) went with us to this hotel but felt it was not really for them. Most guests were aged 50 and under and were mostly families. There were very few Brits staying at this hotel; guests were mainly Russian.

Two last points: there were no in-room tea/coffee facilities so you may want to bring a kettle and also the plumbing at this hotel means you can't put paper in the loo - bringing a supply of nappy sacks with you is highly recommended!

Just got back from the best all inclusive Turkish holiday we've been on (and we've been on a lot). Everything from the food, staff, service, facilities, entertainment etc. was brilliant from beginning to end.

This hotel really does try to make everyone happy both day and night and succeeds (with the exception of the Turkish, Russian and Israeli guests who moan about anything and everything apparently as one member of staff told me).

If you are looking for a great quality all inclusive hotel in a great location go here and as others have said on this review......Enjoy!

We were surprised by the layout of the hotel as it was very much different to many hotels we have stayed in before. It resembles the layout of a village which I feel gave a homely sense to the place. The gardens within the hotel were excellent.

The rooms were of a smaller size to many places ( but who goes on holiday and sits in their room all day...... not me that's for sure) so this does not cause any problems.

The hotel management have chosen to build upon the things that really matter within a hotel complex. Like the upkeep of the place and other main facilities that are needed during your stay.

The pool was magnificent, it was large enough to fit plenty of guests in without a struggle and without hitting somebody while swimming.

There were plenty of loungers around the pool and there was certainly no trouble getting one. We managed to get the same spot around the pool everyday ( and being 9 of us all together i would call that an achievement).

The pool area was kept exceptionally clean.

The entertainment was of the highest standard. There was always something going on during the day, activities that suited all were available.

Things like waterpolo, boules, football, darts, a different pool game everyday kept people interested. more softer activities included aquagym, aerobics, yoga and stretching.

The list seemed to be endless of things to do.

In the ampitheatre there was something different on each night to keep you entertained after the sun has gone and also entertainment provided at the Windmill bar.

There was a disco for the older teenagers onwards.

There were planty of bars and restaurants to choose from, wherever you went in the complex it was always possible to get to a bar within a couple of minutes.

The main bar is the seyir bar, this is inside across from reception. Inside there were plenty of comfy seats to choose from and if you fancied sitting outside there was also a terrace looking over the pool and a magnificent view of gumbet and a moonlit sea. The waiter service is great. They are very friendly. At this bar you must try a chocolate monkey coctail, they are just so tasty. Other bars are a pool bar and a windmill bar.

There is also a vitamin bar and a beach bar.

There is always the opportunity to get food either in the main restaurant or the snack bars near the beach. The Italian snack bar is the best in my opinion.

The quality of food is excellent and there is always plenty to choose from. There are also a la carte restaurants if you fancy wining and dining one night. There is the Italian, Mediterranean and a Turkish.

All in all we were very impressed by the hotel and would definately return.

The hotel name sums the holiday up from beginning to end. When they say all-inclusive they mean it. The food was varied with a wide choice at every sitting, freshly cooked bread of all varieties, extensive salad choice, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, barbecue, pasta as well as a food theme nights every night. Just in case you are spoilt for choice there are also a la carte restaurants for them romantic nights.

All beverages available from soft drinks, cocktails, teas, coffees, beers, wines and spirits are all free at all times. With a 24 hour bar with waitress service and a mini bar in all rooms at no extra charge.

Entertainment every night and day, those travelling with children will benefit from a relaxing holiday as well, the entertainment staff are there from early morning to late at night to keep the little ones happy.

Activities to name but a few are water sports, games room, internet access, large pool, gym, hairdressers, sauna, relax pool, beech, aqua park, tennis and many more.

If you do wish to leave the complex to actually spend a bit of money, gumbet is a relaxing 10 minute walk away.

The hotel is spotless, all communal areas as well as individual rooms are to a high standard.

If you are looking for that family holiday, where you don't have to worry or even if you want that relaxing couple holiday, I would recommend WOW Bodrum.

This was our first visit and we have already booked again for next year.

This truly is a 5* hotel. The appearence of the hotel, location, staff (i could go on).

having stayed in good quality hotels before I only hoped that this hotel met with my expectations. And it more than surpassed them. And it was so much cheaper than the other hotels we have stayed in, but it was far superior. In every respect.

Everthing about the Hotel is fantastic.

People on other review sites have made a comment or two about not having english food at this hotel, I/we don't know about you but if you want english food then stay at home.....

The food quality is amazing in the buffet or in the a la carte restaurants (turkish was our fav)and the staff bend over backwards to help or assist you in any way they can.
The pool is huge and there is plenty of space, the beach is long and narrow, sea is a bit chilly but once you get in its fine, watersports in abundance from waterski, banana boat, kayak, sailing, windsurfing. There is even a mini aqua park on the beach with its own mini pool.
4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, mini football, aqua aerobics, dancing, good god how do you find time for anything else. And it is all included in the price, no extra charge.

I only hope that others who visit will enjoy this hotel as much as we did.

Having used this site to decide where to stay we were not disappointed!!

Arriving at the hotel as dawn broke our first response was "WOW".

The main reception is in a huge glass roofed building which also houses the bar, guest relations (Frances is very friendly and helpful) and jewellery shop.

The food was excellent. The main buffet restaurant provided multiple choices at each meal with dishes being cooked or carved especially for you.

The three a la carte restaurants were excellent too with our favourite being the Italian. Everything about this restaurant was brilliant, food service and location (looking at to sea at the beachside). The Turkish restaurant was very authentic, you easily forgot that you were in a large complex!

If you are staying here a big tip is that the a la carte restaurants are also open at lunch - we only discovered that towards the end of our holiday! Although you need to book for the evenings, there is no need to do this for lunch.

The rooms are set out in small buildings across the complex with vines and flowers growing over them. The scent in the eving as you walked back to your room was lovely. The gardeners worked extremely hard and immediately replaced any flowers that started to look tired!

The rooms were spotless. They has brand new carpets, HUGE wardrobes (this is our 4th trip to turkey and I have never had so much storage!!)Bathrooms were also spotless and big with the tv/radio being piped into the bathroom! Having a minibar stocked with soft drinks (4 bottles), water (2litre bottle) and beer (2 bottles) was an added bonus and include in the AI! We were told that you could request "all beer" in the minibar via guest relations but we never bothered.

We were unable to fault the hotel with the exception of a grumpy waitress on one occasion and having to request more shower gel. To be fair though the waitress was back to being charming the following day (we all have off days) and the shower gel was refilled within an hour!

The entertainments team were excellent - very friendly without being pushy.

Brits are in the minority within the hotel but this was not a problem. Infact virtually everyone spoke English - staff and guests alike!

We had a great holiday and are likely to go back again.

Well what can I say. From the moment you walk into the hotel, the word "wow" comes to mind. The whole complex lives totally up to its 5 star status in Turkey.

The whole complex is like a small Turkish village with vines and gardens outside your rooms.

We had a fabulous room with a seaview and facilities in the room were immaculately clean, with showergel and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms and a huge queensize bed.

The food was impressive with a massive buffet restaurant, where they even made their own bread. Best of all were the 3 a la carte restaurants which had an atmosphere all of their own.

People from cleaners to reception staff and waiters were friendly and very helpful.

The animation team were brilliant and the evening entertainment was excellent with colourful shows.

A big plus was the hotel's own beach which had watersports and free sunbeds and beach towels.

I can't fault this hotel in any way, but that may be because we were there at a quieter time of the year and wasn't too busy. Can't wait to go back.

Well what can I say? This hotel is absolutely fabulous! me and my family (sister, mother and father) went to the WoW Bodrum Resort last year in August and was very impressed with it. When it says all inclusive unlike many other hotels it actually means it. Absolutely everything was all inclusive.

There was a wide range of spectacular food. I would not normally try new food as I am quite fussy but I thought I might as well have done while I was there.

To my surprise all the food I tasted was absolutely fantastic.

The activites were all great and fun to do. I loved everything on the beach all the watersports etc were great. The watersport team staff were fabolous they were really kind and helpful and made my holiday more enjoyable.

I would absolutely love to go back to this hotel as it was amazing. hotel entertainment is usually not that good. Therefore I was shocked at how fantastic the entertainment actually was. My favourite night time entertainment was when there was like this competition sort of thing and they done all funny things like the Titanic and other skits. It was really funny and had me laughing all the way through.

I hope in the future I do go back and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Me and my boyfriend had the best holiday ever when we stayed here!

The hotel was so clean and tidy and the staff were so helpful.

The mini bar in our room was stocked up everyday and they were always pleased to swap the fizzy drinks for beer for my boyfriend. The rooms were so lovely set in nice gardens and were so well lit in the evenings.

The pool was lovely and refreshing and the bars couldn't have been better.

The whole hotel was set in such lovely surroundings and the beach was brilliant to relax on and especially the jetty with the massive cushions!

We went on a jet ski, a boat trip, a canoe, para sailing etc and the staff were really friendly.

Everybody told us that the hotel was set on the top of a very big steep hill but this was a bit of a lie, I am not a very fit person and it wasn't too steep for me especially in the heat!!

We went on a jeep safari trip which I would definitely advise. We drove our own, it was so much fun. We would recommend walking into the centre to book it as it's cheaper.

The nightlife was fantastic, so many yummy places to eat, we ate out most nights as we were spoilt for choice. This was not because the hotel food was bad, because it wasn't it was lovely, we just enjoyed eating out.

We spent most nights in a bar called Uncle Festers. The staff were so funny and friendly.

If you only do 1 thing on your holiday please make sure you go to see the ' dream girls' it was the funniest thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Its not much too buy a ticket, you get a good meal a GREAT show and drinks are not expensive.

Overall we had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning again next year. ENJOY!

Firstly I just want to say that this hotel and this holiday we’ve just had is the best we’ve ever had. We would definitely visit this hotel and the resort again. I still cannot believe the quality of this hotel as an all inclusive – especially as we only paid £625 each (two weeks AI) including insurance. The place is amazing – really amazing.

Comments as per categories……….

Cleanliness - Rooms are cleaned every day (fresh towels and sheets every day). The whole hotel and area is extremely clean.

Hotel Food & Drink – Wonderful. Lots of choice in the main restaurant. Chefs constantly cooking. Good times to eat as well, plus various snacks at certain times in the day. Al A Carte’s (Turkish, Mediterranean, Italian) all are lovely especially the Italian - you can go once at each per week but you have to book at guest relations office on the morning of the night you want to go to any of them. Several bars all with a good choice of drinks (even kir champagne!) and the chocolate monkey cocktail is lush! – although not many international brands really but can’t moan given the money we paid!

Hotel Location – Really lovely and pretty. Gumbet bay is beautiful and Bodrum is really nice. Great shops, bars etc etc. Business owners don’t hassle you either which is great.

Hotel Staff - We couldn’t get over the amount of staff that work there and the hours they all put in. All staff very friendly, English is mainly pretty good. All staff dressed smart etc.

Entertainment – for an all inclusive we expected cheesy but it really isn’t. The animation team are fab. Very talented bunch of people. Lots of shows, music etc to keep you entertained. Best Couple Show, Fire Breathing, Turkish Night (on Monday with market by the pool), Swan Lake, Sister Act, Beach Party, Comedy Act to name a few. Plus there’s a disco from 11pm-3am. Not sure what entertainment was like in the afternoon as we didn’t really get involved but volley ball and darts etc was going on. There’s also watersports on the beach – some are included in the all inclusive. We only went on the canoes though. There’s also a gameland centre within the hotel with big screen TV, games, pool tables and internet access (again all included). In the evening there’s a guy who plays the piano and piano accordian too by the lobby bar and in the Italian restaurant.

Now a few more things……….

Upon check-in you’ll get two sets of keys (one goes in the electric slot in the room and you keep the other – you must hang on to this as you will need it to get back into the hotel – security is tight) You don’t have a wristband or anything like that – it’s an all inclusive resort and the security is quite high. You also get a small guide about the hotel, plus towel cards.

There are two towel places (one by main pool and one by tennis courts) you can get fresh towels every day from 8am-5pm. The bell boy was very friendly and told us a little about the hotel whilst he took us to the room. When we got to the room we had a safe in the wardrobe and we got a sea view that we asked our agent for. Room was a little small but very nice. You also get a free minibar in your room.

When we were there the hotel was undergoing a little bit of a change – new carpets and chairs etc, but this didn’t interfere with our holiday one bit.

There’s several pools plus waterslides (yellow one is a bit slow and bumpy though!) – the relax pool is lovely but not very breezy down there. Plus there’s a Gym, MiniClub, Drs, mini market, health and beauty centre, hairdressers (you can have one massage and a haircut free but we never bothered).

The weather was great (fab tans!) and I never got bit once from mozzies (although I was taking garlic tablets before I came out) but I really didn’t see any around anyway although my husband got bit around 7 times I think in comparison to his usual 50 odd!

Downsides – in our opinion……….
· We felt that favouritism was given to other nationalities and to people who gave staff massive tips. Now it might sound obvious but it still narked us slightly. But they are still friendly to English but it’s little things like they’ll wait on other people for drinks all the time but would only ask us if we wanted a top up just a few times during our whole stay.

· Some international brand drinks such as Jim Bean, are hidden under certain bar counters and you have to ask for them and then it’s only when they feel like it.

· The whole place could do with some more elevators.

· Very costly to keep your room on – we didn’t bother and we ended up hanging around the hotel for over 12 hours.

· Music in the disco isn’t great but when you’re drunk it won’t matter too much plus there’s not a great choice of drinks at the disco bar either.

· The photographer took a load of photos of us but we didn’t like any of them, especially as there were white blobs all over them. And because we didn’t buy any of them he ignored us for the rest of our stay. Makes us laugh when we think about it now, but again, it’s just a little niggle.

· Air freshener that they use in the rooms is rather overwhelming. I have sensitive skin and it brought me out in a rash. But hey-hoo that’s just a personal thing.

Just came back a week ago from this hotel and can honestly say that this is an excellent hotel.

Food - Buffet restaurant open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, the variety and quality of food every mealtime was excellent and as we were there for 2 weeks mealtimes didn't get boring.
Also ate in the 3 speciality restaurants which were really good too.
Hotel also had teatime at 5.30, Midnight snack at midnight and late snack from 1-5am (no chance of starving in this hotel)

Cleanliness - Hotel was very clean and there were always cleaners or gardeners around working

Staff - Were very friendly always smiling and saying hello.

Entertainment - Now I'm not normally one for hotel entertainment as I do find it a bit cheesy at times BUT I can honestly that the few shows I did watch were really entertaining, especially their Version of Sister Act and the International Dance Competition.

Activities - The range of free activities included was impressive, Inc Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, windsurfing sailing, canoeing, catamaran and banana. I also had loads of tennis lessons and went mountain biking (both instructors had the patience of saints) there were loads of other activities that I've left off as I did get the time to try them.

Location - About 10-15 minute walk to Gumbet.
Hotel has it's own beach with free towels and more then enough sunloungers to go around, also noticed that they did have security on the beach keeping non hotel guests out which really gives you piece of mind.

This was my first trip to turkey and I really liked it so will coming back and if I go to Gumbet I will definitely be staying at WOW resort

The food is excellent and so much to choose from the different restaurants. My husband is a very plain eater but he even found what he liked and for him to say book again next year is a complement in itself! I have never heard him say that about any previous holidays we have had and couldn't wait to phone our friends up to tell them!!

Rooms cleaned daily, mini fridge in rooms. Free safe in rooms.

Free facilities excellent as well as others offered at excellent rates. Ladies you will love these.

Staff very helpful and pleasant cannot praise enough. The work long hours but always smiling.

Entertainers work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.

We had a great holiday here where nearly everything is ncluded in the all inclusive, Champagne, imported drinks, hair cuts, watersports etc.

The hotel is big but spread over a large area, there were always plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach.

You do not have to bring towels for the pool as htey are provided, they also supply shampoo, soap and shower gel in the rooms .

There is a main buffett restaurant and 3 a la carte, Italian, Turkish and Mediterranean. You have to pre book the a la caret restuarants on the day between 9am and 3pm at guest relations. We ate in all the restaurants, the buffet had a huge choice including a diabetic corner and diet corner! There was afternoon tea and cakes/cookies at the pool bar every day at 5.30pm. Our favourite restaurant was the italian.

There are several bars, pool, beach, lobby, disco bar, the main bar (lobby) is open 24hrs and serves the main cocktails, champagne and has a terrace with wonderful views over to Gumbet bay.

The main pool is huge with plenty of room for swimming, although we found the water a little cold.
There is also a childrens pool, relax pool and aqua park pool with 2 huge slides. Water sports are availabl on the beach. There is also a mini club for 4-12yrs old. Younger children can go and play with the toys etc with there parents. Gameland is where you will find table tennis, internet cafe (free) snooker and a large tv.

There is a indoor pool at the health centre which a;lso has a gym, squash court, sauna, turkish bath
and vitamin bar. There is a doctor on site ( fee payable) should you need one.

The hotel has a market place shop selling most things (ALL THE PRICES ARE IN EURO'S AS MANY GUESTS ARE GERMAN/DUTCH) and a on site photographer who took some lovely photo's of our daughter.

Wow Bodrum resort is excellent.

All inclusive with no hidden charges or wristbands. Safety deposit box and towels free. Cleanliness is brilliant. Cleaners around every corner 24 hours a day.

Food is really good and caters for everyone right through to veggies and diabetics.buffet restaurant is massive inside and outside.Italian,Turkish and Med. Restaurants.food available 20 hours a day.

Hotel is a dolmus ride away from Gumbet centre and Bodrum. walking distance to Gumbet nightlife.

Hotel staff are very friendly especially if you are British as we do know how to smile and say please and thankyou.

Daytime entertainment aimed at youngsters but fun to watch. Evening show at amphitheatre is fantastic, followed by more entertainment at the windmill bar.

This is a 1st class hotel.

The WOW is fabulous and a resort in itself located about 20 minutes bus ride from Gumbet and Bodrum, which run approx every 10 minutes.

The service and facilities are the best we have encountered and my husband and I always stay in 5 star hotels and this is where all inclusive does actually mean 'all inclusive.' Local and branded drinks included, even some of the hairdressing and massage facilities are included too.

The food is fantastic with the largest selection of dishes we have ever encountered on offer plus calorie content listed on each dish. Excellent waiter service is offered at the separate restaurants.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Daytime entertainment offers a varied selection for children and sports and aerobics for us bigger children. Evening entertainment offers a variety of shows in the amphitheatre plus discos or if you wish to relax a little more piano evenings in the 24 hour a day cocktail bar.

Although WOW is a large complex as the rooms are set out in rows of chalets in the lush gardens it does not feel like you are in a large hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished with the added bonus of free safe and fridge stocked daily with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We could not fault this hotel at all.

Just a little note to all us girls that like to take a 'few' items of clothing on holiday, take some extra coat hangers as they only supply about 10.

We loved the holiday so much and it was certainly great value for money that we are going again this year and taking my parents with us (we may not bring them back though, depends how they behave!) You have to see it to believe it.

Transfer to hotel took 2hrs from Bodrum with Thomas Cook. It is advertised as a short transfer hotel suitable for families.

Accommodation was reasonably clean although very tired looking - may have been updated since our stay.

Food is edible though monotonous and well below the standard we've experienced at other 4* resorts in Turkey. Also, queues are very long in the evening - again, different from other resorts we've stayed in.

Hotel beach is very small. Watersports good. Children's activities pretty good and they can chooses to dip in and out of the 'club' through the day which is great.

Pool and sunbathing areas became very crowded. Hairdressing facilities good.

Overall, OK but wouldn't rush back - there are far superior places at a similar price.
