| said: This hotel was nice but weather wasn`t for 1st three days with thunder storms and power cuts, rest of holiday was ok.
All rooms was a bit standard but ok bathroom was a bit poor as if council had fitted it. Service was ok bedding changed everyday and floors swept and mopped.
Dinning area was ok food was ok but it was the same everyday, lunch time was ok with pizza and fries.
Pool area looked nice but water was freezing so we stayed on beach where there was alot to do with water sports.
There was the animation team with activities for all people and ages. The activities were ok for the children with animation, playground, water slides that are not! in the brochure (newly built) and two swimming pools plus disco on a night.
There is a mini market for people in the complex with essentials and a doctor. The doctor was brilliant as my girlfriend fell ill with a kidney stone during flight he diagnosed her straight away and sent her to hospital if it wasn`t for him and hospital it could have been serious she is now ok.
Hotel staff were very friendly some weren`t.
As with other hotels that mostly catered for German holiday makers they did their best to accommodate the English with animation having karaoke that catered for everyone and games.
I may go back to this hotel in near future I had fun and got along with some of the German tourists during my stay.

| said: Hotel is situated about 4-5km outside the town of Side - Dolmus are frequent and cheap into the town or its about an hour walk along the beach.
The positives - friendly staff, lovely grounds, very clean, food was good and choice extensive.
We had a great time and, if you're easy going and have a take it as you find it attitude, it can be a great place to stay.
The negatives
- hotel catered strongly for German visitors. Few staff spoke much English, all day-time and night entertainment catered for a German audience. We felt sorry for young British families as the Kids club didn't seem to cater for English speakers.
- nearing the end of season, the hotel was clearly winding down and not all restaurant and bar facilities were open.
- bar closed at midnight. no mini-bars in rooms and a ban on storing food/drink in rooms - room service was available for a price (defeating object of going ai!).
Room, corridors and grounds were all spotlessly clean - unfortunately the corridor our room was situated on smelt of sewerage on several occasions.

| said: The hotel was first class and deserves a 5* rating in our opinion. We had our wedding in the grounds of the hotel and all the staff made the day extremely special. We could not have wished for more!!
The hotel was situated on the beach with fantastic views. The two large pools and 2 childrens splash pools were kept well up to standard. The food took a little getting used too but there was much to choose from and very well presented. The only thing, they did not cater for English children but chips and pancakes were served at the pool side bar every day at 3pm. We found the entertainment extremely friendly and although mostly in German they did their best to cater for us aswell. All in all a brilliant hoilday..........28 of us went and 16-20 are returning next year.

| said: The Hotel was spotlessly clean, maid service everyday. The pools were kept clean at all times.You could go outside at any time of the night and still find staff cleaning up.
There were only 12 English in the hotel for the two weeks we stayed there, the rest were German and Russian that was the only down fall.
The food took time to get used toas it was mainly catered for the Russians and Germans but there was always something that you could find.Dont expect Chips!
The Entertainment was by the entertainment team but was all in German and Russian so not very good for english but good entertainment for those who could understand (kiddies disco in German)
The area in which the hotel was situated in was a good location, only 5 minutes taxi to Side centre, There was bars and shops surrounding the hotel which was useful. The food was cheap and mainly of good quality.
All the staff were all very freindly and helpful always there when needed assistance.
The beach was fabulous and right on your doorstep )also included beach bar which is all good! Large canapes were supplied for kids which was helpful and free sunbeds with nice cusions!
All-in-all had a really good relaxing holiday good weather lots of fun, would go back tomorrow! ( but maybe learn some german first)
