To be so close to the beach was fantastic especially as we had a 6 year old that didnt like to walk too far! The staff were extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recomend it to anyone and will definitely visit again in the future!!!

| said: This was our first visit to Cyprus.Transfer was approximately 40 minutes.First impression was how clean it was. We had a ground floor apartment with a double bed and sofa beds for the kids. Sofa beds folded down to the size of a single bed, but were very uncomfortable. The cleaner visited every day and did an excellent job, clean towels daily and bedding every two days. Located in a reasonably quiet area, round the corner from a small beach, 15 minute walk to Nissi Beach. Only noise we heard was from the nearby kareoke bar. Pool area was large with plenty of sunbeds, portions were massive at the pool bar, all staff were pleasant and friendly. Favourite restaurant was Flames on Nissi Avenue. We will be back next year.

| said: Visited the apartments twice now and loved it both times. Location wise it's ideal, 5-10 Min's in car from Ayia Napa town centre (30 Min's walk) and about the same from Nissi Beach in the opposite direction.
A* rooms, containing more than you need in the kitchen everything from a cutting board to a whisk and a cooker to a fridge, fab! Cleaners deserve a medal, rooms are spotless.
Bar staff changed from 1st time we visited so we missed Panico 2nd time around, however new staff were still friendly once we got to know them. Very little entertainment in the actual Apartments but plenty in the local restaurants/ pubs 2 Min's down the road.
Full Breakfast available which you can eat at leisure by the bar by the pool. That's the life! Good selection of bar meals to eat all day.

| said: Tasia Maris gardens, loved the hotel, location, pool, weather everything was faultless, looking at going back next year.
We went half board, not realising that we had to go to the sands hotel to eat, but this was only 1 minute walk away.
The only faults we had with the holiday was that we only went for a week instead of two, and the flight was not the best for legroom, need leg room as I am over 6ft and legs wouldn't go under the seats in front (757 Thompson's plane)recaro seats. Need to book extra leg room next time.

| said: Landed at lunchtime Sunday, Larnaca airport was red hot with loads of flights arriving at the same time and 3 arrivals on each conveyor - needless to say once the luggage came we were soon on the bus and 45 minutes later in resort.
First impressions at reception were excellent, very kind laid back receptionist who did not message about with forms, just gave us our key in exchange for a passport and directions.
All the apartment blocks have only 2 apartments, ground and first floor.
We had requested a ground floor and that is what we got. Extremely well equipped and modern with an ultra modern bathroom.
The lagoon style pool area is excellent and ideal for families. One side of the pool is aimed at young childred with a slope and little water jets that keep the kids amused. There is also a separate kids pool which is shallow and has a water fountain in the middle.
The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the water is lovely and clear.
There is a coastal path that runs east to west. East goes to the end of the resort and Nissi Beach which is very lively with white sand and turqoise sea, this is about 30 minutes walk away and very pleasant.
To the west the path leads into the centre of Ayia Napa and the harbour/port area, which again is 30-40 minutes away and boast a large funfair which has rides for all ages from a 100ft sling shot to kids dodgem cars.
The best thing about this resort is the variety of areas, if you like the hustle of loads of bars, bar street is nearby the centre and very very busy at night with all the usual bars, Linekers, Irish bars etc although there are some nice restaurants here as well and at night the whole street is pedestrianised.
If you go towards the other end of the resort, there is some very smart restaurants and all of them have large childrens play areas for the use of diners which keep the kids amused and allows you to have a quite meal, the kids never want to leave, one even has a large bouncy castle (all free)!!! The only drawback is that the restaurants in this area all line the busy main road which can be noisy and you have to watch the kids when walking to and from the restaurants. Also around this end of the resort, there are loads of bars that are fine for the kids with plenty of entertainment in the form of tribute singers/bands etc which are quite good.
The airport on the return leg (Sunday) was absolute murder, all the check in desks are in a horseshoe and you can imagine what it is like if each check in had about 100 people queing, the queues all overlapped each other and some stretched outside in the red hot sun (ensure you keep sun cream and hats handy for the kids)
All in all a great holiday, good family friendly area in fantastic apartments - highly recommended.

| said: After reading many reports on this site about the taris maris gardens my partner and i booked a holiday their. They are just as people describe.Wonderful !!!!
The maids came every day apart from the last.We had clean towels every day. Clean bedding every two nights. The apartments have everything you need in the kitchen, a hairdyrer, air con in the lounge and the bedroom(ask at rec to have it switched on).
We had breakfast twice at the poolside bar which was nice but if you walk out the front of the building turn right then stop at the next place on the right(carina bar) you will find a much better one(about 3.50pounds for the full works).
The pool is beautiful and the sunbeds are free with plenty to go round.Their is a beach about 5 mins walk from the apartments with plenty of things for the kids to do(bouncy castle, play park) and lots of sunbeds(not sure how much they cost to hire).
The staff here are brill. Pavel the assistant manager can't do enough to help you,and we always had a chat with tom (night security)when we returned to the apartments from a night out.
When we stayed their wasn`t any entertainment but Pavel said that it would be starting the following week. All in all this place is brill. We are already planing are next trip back.

| said: These apartments are situated in a perfect spot, within walking distance of Ayia Napa nightlife and Nissi beach, but also quiet for a good nights sleep.
There is also a small beach Sandy bay within a couple of minutes walk. A 24hr bakery and supermarket are opposite and there are also plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.
The apartment was spotless, had everything you would need, even a hairdryer. There was also plenty of storage space, a lovely bathroom with a great shower and ample space for 4 people. We paid extra for air conditioning in the lounge area,(£3cy a day) which you could not do without in the heat.
The apartments are well maintained, cleaned every day. We had a ground floor apartment situated at the back of the complex which we preferred as it was more private. It had a small patio outside, a little garden and gardeners keeping the plants tidy.
The pool area was lovely with little waterfalls and bubble jets, ample sunbeds and a very relaxing Jacuzzi. The pool bar did a delicious breakfast £3cy and lunches were a similar price, filled jacket potatoes were huge. Also happy hour cocktails (all £1.30cy) and jug of beer for £2.95cy went down very well. They also had a book/magazine swap which we thought was a good idea for a read round the pool!!
All staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. No entertainment at apartments but you did not need it.,
You can use all the facilities at the Tasia Maris hotel opposite (adults only) but we preferred it at the apartments.
All in all a brilliant holiday and we would love to go back next year!!

| said: First of all, these are definately 'A' class appartments! The arrangement of the apartments,(which are like small houses that accomodate a family upstairs or downstairs)are in a perfect spot for all ages but especially families with small children.
The focal point of this complex is the lagoon style pool which is great for children as the deep end is only about 1.2m. There is also a jacuzzi.
Even though we were self catering, the food served in the bar was value for money. There wasn't a huge menu but everything on the menu was freshly cooked. A cooked breakfast was also available every morning if you wanted it.
Sandy bay is 50m from the appartments. This is a perfect beach for families.
The apartments are spotlessly clean, with air conditioning which was a godsend. Maids clean the rooms everyday, changing the towels too. The pool and surrounding area was also cleaned daily. The pool water was crystal clear everyday.
There is no entertainment in the apartment side of the hotel, but there is enough going on in the surrounding area. If you haven't got children, the Tasia Maris Hotel opposite has entertainment every night which residents of the gardens apartments can use.

| said: I cannot praise this accommodation highly enough. Would like to point out firstly that the only reason I have given a 3 for the entertainment is that these are small apartments and do not have much entertainment, although you can go into the Tasia Maris hotel next door and watch it there (no children allowed, it is a Thomson’s Gold).
Saying this they did a mean karaoke night on a Thursday which was hilarious.
The restaurant, bar and pool bar are a franchise owned and run by Panacos who is the reason we will definitely be returning here. He makes everyone feel so welcome and includes you all. His entire family helps him run it and he has a handful of bar staff (including Kristos who is a nutter) and they are all excellent. The food is fabulous. I have never eaten at the apartments I have stayed at so much. We ate here 6 times in the evenings. It isn't a buffet style system as in most hotels, it is a full menu comprising of everything you could wish for, from burgers and snacks to Cyprus specialities and a barbecue night on Thursdays. The chef is a real character and very skilled.
The apartments themselves are spotless and very well equipped, we had a pool view room and the balcony was big and spacious, just by the pool. It was lovely to sit there and have a drink as the sun went down before we went out - also within shouting distance so I could get my son to come in out of the pool...
The pool is also great, lots of room for everyone, loads of sun beds, shades and room. Very well landscaped, with rocks and plants, a Jacuzzi and baby pool.
I just cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this and how much you should book it now if you are reading this and thinking about it. It's fabulous.

| said: I travelled with 2 friends to the Tasia Maris Gardens. The apartments were fantastic, they had everything you could possibly need in the room including a big balcony looking over the pool. There is a colour TV, big bathroom and all kitchen appliances. All linen and towels are changed everyday and the apartments are also cleaned from top to bottom everyday. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and optional air con in the lounge. Could not fault the apartment at all. Also, use the safety deposit box, it gives you complete peace of mind for all you belongings. Only £5 a week!

But well worth another visit.

Spotless appartments the maid service is second to none they clean everyday & are very friendly along with the friendly receptionists & bar staff.
The breakfast is good but sitting on the sun terrace with a lovely clear blue sky helps. Idealy situated with a 25 min walk into Ayia Napa but loads of bars & shops on the way. Same distance from Nissi Beach which is beautiful.
As soon as we got home we booked again for next year. Loved it !!!!

You have to pay extra for air conditioning in the living room area of the apartment which is £3.00 per day, bar prices not too bad, they were the same as the local bar prices.
