| said: We stayed an apartment at the Hotel Paradise Club.
The sliding patio door was stiff.
A bulb was out in the bathroom.
The tub latch to the bedroom door didn't work.
The TV reception was very poor and a continuous background noise made tv watching all but impossible.
The shower didn't drain too well.
The vanity mirror in the bathroom was loose.
The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose.
The towel rail in the bathroom was loose.
The robe hanger in the bathroom was loose.
The shower rail was loose.
The drawer to one bedside locker didn't close.
The front door didn't close without slamming - the jamb looked as if they had been jemmied.
There was a huge amount of plaster missing in the bedroom and the area was simply painted over, with paint that was full of dried paint flecks.
There was little sound reduction between rooms or apartments.
The cot was less than acceptable - it was a travel cot.
There were no coat hangers in the wardrobes in the lounge area and far from enough in the bedroom wardrobes.
There were no scald protection devices on the taps or showers. ( We had a youngster with us ).
There were wall lights touching the patio curtains and the plastic type blackout linings behind them.
There were four particularly sharp corners on the furniture in the lounge area. A tottering toddler could hurt themselves quite seriously on any of them.
There was some flowering shrub growing next to the balcony which needed pruning to allow the full use of the balcony area.
The bedding in the lounge couldn't be used as comfortable sitting areas.
On being used one of the "plastic" chairs on the patio collapsed. The occupant was slightly injured.
The entertainment was a joke, with the exception of the mini disco for the kids.
The pool was out of use for two days during our stay due to being full of sediment after rain.
The pool side paving is crumbling and you can't really walk barefoot around the pool safely.
There was plenty of ill mannered folks reserving sun beds, and more to our shame they were all Brits.
I'd hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. I'm not a fussy person. However, I think there's a point at which I feel that I am being ripped off.
We were not on a budget for this holiday, indeed we picked the most expensive of our quotes as we felt it suited our needs, which were suitably given to our travel agent in good time.
When this was brought to the Hotel Managers attention he did nothing. Well ok he did ... he assured me that the curtains were fire proof ... I took that as an admission that the lights touching the curtains were dangerous and indeed the plastic blackout curtains were not.
I will be taking much of the above up with both the Hotel owners and the Company we booked with as I feel they both did not live up to some simple requirements.
I'll also make sure I ask many many more questions in future and I'd suggest we all do the same.

| said: My party of 2 adults and 2 children, 3 and 7, stayed at the Paradise Club for 2 weeks from 16th August. The complex itself has approx 190 rooms being spread out amongst very attractive gardens which were tended to on a daily basis by staff. There is a large split level pool area which is also kept clean to an acceptable standard. The pool area could have been improved upon with better paving as some areas seem to have weathered and starting breaking up making it uncomfortable at times underfoot. Usual problem with sunbeds being reserved, people were putting out towels from around 6 am when it was still dark. We found though that this improved on our 2nd week as it became noticeably quieter. One grumble was the fact that fellow residents (British) thought it ok to leave litter around the pool despite there being plenty of bins to use.
Our room was on the first floor overlooking the upper pool, we emailed the hotel to request this a couple of weeks before we went and were very pleased that we got the room as requested. We had a one bedroomed apartment which was very spacious, and in the main kept clean. Perhaps I am fussy but I felt the tiled floors needed a good scrub, I did witness the maid mopping the floor, but there was a lot of ground in dirt. Other than that the maids worked extremely hard to keep the rooms clean and the beds and towels were changed every couple of days. We also had a bit of a pong on occasions from the bathroom which appeared to come from the drains but I found keeping the bath plug in helped alleviate this. The bathroom was large with bath with shower over, and a seperate shower cubicle which we found really helpful with four of us to get ready. The showers were lovely and powerful and hot. The bedroom was also a good size with new mattresses which we found very comfortable. The room would have benefitted though with more drawer space. All this said I would rate the room as one of the best we have stayed in.
Cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the apartments, although there was a snack bar open during the day and the meals looked ok. There is also a buffet style restaurant for breakfast and evening meal and you can book a special offer for a minimum of 4 days which was half board for 2 adults at 18 eu each and two children could eat for free. Although tempted by this we enjoyed our meals out by the marina too much and decided against it. People that we spoke to told us that the meals were very good though.
Entertainment: To be honest I felt that for a complex of this size and geared towards families the entertainment was severely lacking. The evening would start off at 9 with mini disco, followed by Bingo, and then the main show would start at 10.15. There's no doubt that the resident animacion team worked extremely hard during the day and evenings and it was clear that many people enjoyed their efforts but it would have been nice to have more professional acts on. The few that they did have over the fortnight, Temptations, Drifters and Robbie Williams were excellent, but we found the room was at times too loud for our children. The barstaff serving the entertainment room were extremely slow and we witnessed people bringing drink in from the Topmarket across the road to have in there, this was seen by the waiters and nothing said.
Overall, I would rate these apartments as very good, and apart from a couple of little 'niggles' which could have made them excellent we had a wonderful holiday and would return.

| said: Just returned from this hotel. It was lovely, great apartment, nice size, very clean with everything new, microwave, kettle, toaster etc, even the mattresses on the beds were new.
Beds were change twice in tne week we were there. Maid cleaned room twice as well. Towel changed every two days.
We were about a 5min walk, if that, from reception at the back of the complex, looking out onto the crazy golf. Very quiet and relaxing. Surrounding gardens were lovely. Would definatly recommend this hotel.
Only went once to see a show it was quite good. Didn't really like the way the entertainment room was set out, but we never stayed so didn't care.
Hotel is ideally placed for marina, just across the road, lots of enterainment going on. Lovely resteraunts, really nice food.

| said: Fantastic!!!! Absolutely Superb!! this is a 4 star hotel & I would say definitly deserves it! The hotel & rooms were spotless, maid service excellent, (we always read the reviews on hotels before we book the holiday so we know what we are getting & this one lived up to all our expectations!) there were 3 lovely pools, a baby pool, a big freeform pool with a little waterfall & another pool up the top where the adults went (which was nice for us as we didn't have any kids with us!!)the pool bar was a bit pricy so didn't use that much, we went for breakfast one morning in the hotel, it was a bit expensive at 8 euro's each and it was ok, but not worth 8 euro's I think. but hey, everyone's tastes are different! I would recommend a pool view at the back of the hotel as some rooms faced on to the main road, not much privacy if your out on your balcony! The entertainment team (Animacion team) were the best I've seen! they were fabulous, if your taking kids, they do loads of stuff with them & nothing seemed to be too much trouble. one day I saw a bunch of kids throw one of the girls from the team into the pool & she took it all in good humor! (when we left, there was one woman crying in reception, because she didn't want to go home!!) the entertainment was fab! some nights we even left the bars early to go back to the hotel to watch it! We would give this particular hotel 5 stars & we will definitly go back!! See our review on the resort!

We didn't eat in the Paradise as we love the choice of places to eat around the marina. This place has one of the best locations in Cala n'Bosch as regards to its proximity to the marina and all the lovely places to eat there.
The staff are all friendly and have been on all our three visits. This is a very friendly complex and you do feel right at home there.
The entertainment team try their best to get everyone involved but do leave you in peace if that is what you want.Ideal for children of all ages ours were 15&16 this year and they still enjoyed this place.
Would visit again.

Had fridge, microwave and cooking rings in our room even though we were half board. Third bed was a sofa bed. The food was buffet style and there was an excellent carvery with different meats served each evening. Lots of salad, paella, pastas and a wide variety of desserts/ice-creams. The entertainment in the hotel was pretty standard of most hotels and perhaps a little bit naff at times.

Hotel and apartment very clean. Maid service every other day.
Hotel staff friendly and extremely helpful.
Hotel central to resort with supermarket and shops close by with good range of items.
Pool area fantastic with plenty of sun loungers.Pool very clean and extremely safe for children to play in.
Kids club available but did not use as entertainment provided by the hotel for the children during the day was good (included face painting, football and pool games - all free, T shirt painting 10 euros each). Adults encouraged to try water polo, football and archery.
Night entertainment - Mini kids disco more for smaller children, bit repetitive and a bit late at 9pm. Dancing, professional acts - ok not fantastic but watchable.
Lots of places to eat at harbour - highly recommend El- Pato (good kids meals) good prices. Beach 10 minute walk. Small but clean with beautiful clear sea.

| said: This hotel is fabulous just been revamped first impressions were great rooms like 5 star.
We were self catering the kicthen area had a microwave, toaster and a kettle the living area had satellite tv and the bathroom had a hairdryer but in the week we stayed there only cleaned twice but was never a problem.
The staff were nice espicially the animation entertainment team always on the go getting you up for the day games (brill)the bar staff you had to watch when you had a drink the change always seemed short.
What we loved was the pool area was fantastic new loungers ,pool hot and never had to go down early to get beds.
The only downside is the lack of bars and competition of prices for drinks as all Spanish run(no British) round the marina area all charging a fortune.
However, we had a great holiday very chilled out.

The apartment was much much bigger than we expected, with a great size bathroom. Bits looked a bit aged, but i can't really fault this place. We felt value for money was excellent. Only thing - pool was freezing in May. It's a windy spot!!

We can honestly say that we were as impressed this time as we were two years ago. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who were more than happy to help at anytime.
Yes the rooms could do with a bit of modernising but they were clean and tidy. Situated in a very central location these apartmenta are all that you could ever want from a holiday.
This resort is especially suited to families with young children. I can recommend Goody Goody to keep the kids entertained. We have two young boys (under 5) and they had a ball in the climbing frames, motor bikes etc.
I would not hesitate in going back to Cala N Bosch and in particular to the Paradise Club again. This will almost definitely be on the shortlist for 2008.

| said: The Hotel is spread over quite a large area. So if you get a room at the back, it is a bit of a walk. It has a lovely reception area, Two bars and a large Restaurant.
Maids come in every other day with clean towels. Every where is kept very clean and tidy. The pool water crystal clear and could always get a bed any time of day.
We ate in the Restaurant many times as the food was always very good and great value for money ( €12 ). Good pool bar selling snacks at lunch time.
The Hotel is in a prime location, just across the road from the Marina, surrounded by lots of restaurant's. Do try the smaller Spanish ones, for lovely Spanish food.
The beach is very close by and is lovely and clean. We bought a parasol from the local shop (€8.50)used it lots of times then brought it home. NO Jelly fish!
The Hotel does need more bar staff, but they still managed OK, always happy. Had a few problems in our room, but told reception and fixed very quickly.
The entertainment is not that good, a couple of good acts, but all sounded good after a few drinks.

| said: We stayed at these apartments last year and enjoyed the holiday very much,so we decided to go back again this year.
On arriving at the apartment the first thing we noticed was how dirty the rooms were compared to last year, and most of the bulbs had blown in main area, they obviously did not check these.
Entertainment was very poor ,main room was only a quarter full and no atmosphere, last year you could not get a seat after 9 oclock they obviously miss the main entertainer Mosa who had left last season, and service in bar was terrible.
They started painting the outside of the apartments
when people were in them, and one night the last night we returned to the room and opened the door when we were met by a terrible smell, we called the manager who was not really interested, but it turned out the painters had thrown all their turps down the drains and the fumes were backing up into the toilets. Manager did not want to move us as it was our last night.we again complained because our young son felt sick and got a move.
You had a terrible job getting deck-chairs. The main reason for this is because the management let people use the complex who are not stopping there.

| said: We stayed for two weeks in a two bedroom apartment, on the ground floor overlooking the top swimming pool.
Apartment was very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and comfy beds. It had two bathrooms, one very small, but handy to have. We had ants in the apartment every day, but only a few at a time. Reception gave us some spray and this helped, it wasn't a problem.
Room cleaned every other day (but not the floors), towels changed every other day, and sheets twice each week. Often no hot water when you wanted a shower, bath or to wash up, which was annoying. Overall the apartment was a little on the gloomy side.
There are two swimming pools, and a childrens pool. We used the top one as it was quieter and handy for our apartment. Our nine year old spent hours and hours in the pool, she loved it. Plenty of sunbeds available.
We used the outdoor restaurant at lunch time some days, and this was good, quick service even though they were busy and only one person serving most of the time.
Plenty of entertainment in the evening, although bar too smoky for us, but you could sit outside and still hear the music. Didn't go on too late, always finished by midnight.
Our nine year old daughter joined the Direct Holidays childrens club, which she enjoyed, and was able to pick which sessions she wanted to attend as they advertised them in advance.
Reception had three computers where you could pay to use the internet, our fourteen year daughter old used these most days and this kept her happy to keep in touch with her friends at home.
Small supermarket on site next to reception, very useful and reasonably priced.
Overall the complex is in a brilliant location, near the marina and about 6/7 minute walk to the beach. Everthing you need is close by, but it's not noisy.
Felt very safe there, and happy for our girls to walk about without us.
Enjoyed our stay there very much.

| said: We booked the Paradise Club under the impression we would be staying in a 4* hotel, upon arrival we were told we had to wait 1-2 hours for our room, but after complaining waited only 30 minutes. When we were given our keys we were also given a map of the huge complex, and went to find our apartment which was a fair walk from the pool - when we checked the brochure there was no mention of the fact it was such a large complex, so we were fairly disappointed considering we had booked 12 months earlier.
The cleanliness of the room was way below any other apartment we had ever stayed in and I can fairly state that our room was not cleaned for the whole two weeks we were there, yes we were left clean towels and the beds were changed but as for the floors etc, they were totally filthy by the end of the two weeks.
The hotel restaurant was fantastic value for money, compared to the ridiculous prices charged at the restaurants around the marina and we found ourselves eating in there on at least 5 occasions.
The staff were very helpful and polite and we had no problems with them at all.
The entertainment was really quite good and the staff were willing to entertain the children all day everday if they were willing to participate.
I would not visit the hotel again because I feel our children are slightly too old as there seemed to be a lot of youn families with children under 9.

The gardens were well maintained and watered daily.
The restaurant was excellent value, buffet style all you can eat. It was well worth the money, 30 euros for a family of four.
All staff were friendly, worked hard and always helpful. The entertainment staff were excellent and really made our holiday. The evening entertainment was also good and the professional acts well worth watching in particular the tribute to 'Robbie Williams'. The kids really loved it and want to return next year!

| said: We arrived at the Hotel early evening expecting the entertainment area to be full as we passed through.
It was almost empty with no atmosphere at all and remained like this for the 2 weeks of our stay. We unpacked and on first impressions were pleased with our room, spacious with a nice balcony.
We ate for only 2 nights in the Hotel as we found the food to be of poor quality (like school dinners) and little choice.
The rest of our holiday we ate out in the restaurants around the harbour 2 of which were good. As our holiday went on we noticed our room was not been cleaned to the standard it should have and are sure the floors never had a clean the whole time we were there.
We had to go from Wednesday to Saturday without clean towels but on Friday we requested more towels and got them. Friday is change over day so the maids do not normally clean, therefore no clean towels.
The poolside bar was extremely busy at all times and needed more staff to cope with this. An overall view of this Hotel is that it has the facilities of a 4* but is on a budget and understaffed.
There are also areas of this Hotel which need updating and maintaining e.g rooms and grounds around the pool. The location is first class with immediate access to the marina for eating etc.
We will not return to this accommodation again but enjoyed our stay in this resort and loved spending time with our relatives who we went with.

| said: We stayed at the Paradise Apartments last year and could not wait to return this year. I must say that we were slightly disappointed. On arrival to our room, I have to say that it was filthy. The floor had not been mopped in a long time. We also requested for a cot which was there. However, when I checked the cot there was dirty toast under the mattress and also a dirty old toothbrush!. The door of the freezer was missing. However, I must say that we did report this to our Rep and we did receive a brand new fridge/freezer the next day. The maid did come in and change the beds and the towels on a regular basis but the room was never cleaned, dont think that the floor saw water for two weeks!
Trying to get a sun bed was better this year. You could still get one at 9.00am , where as last year you had to be up at 6.30am, so that was an improvement.
The bar staff were very very slow and also miserable. In all fairness to them they do work all day and night but there just does not seem to be enough of them. We did not eat by the pool or in the restaurant. We ate out every night.. La Fontana especially good and El Pato. The night enteratinment was not as good this year. OUr children did enjoy the childrens disco but that did seem to be empty most nights.. The Entertainment staff do work so hard trying to get the children involved in the daytime activities and the disco. There are daytime activities for the adults too, if you wish to join in.
I must add that the reception staff were lovely and always willing to help...

| said: Our apartment was given to another family with a similar surname and this meant we had to wait for another one to be cleaned.
When we got the keys we were extremely surprised that the apartment had not been cleaned properly, quite a dirty shower, a very dirty table with crumbs and pencil sharpening on it and the floors didn't look like they had just been cleaned.
The cleaner came and quickly cleaned the shower and wiped the table over, that was it. We quickly learnt that the cleaning was very poor indeed. Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only and the sheets changed on a Wednesday. We had to use our towels on Wed, Thurs and Friday, officially but we did ask for more towels on the Friday which eventually we received. When the cleaner had been in the floors just seemed the same and the bath didn't seem to have been cleaned hardly at all.
I complained and the cleaner came and cleaned the floors whilst I was there and what a good job she did whilst I was looking.
The apartments are dated and need updating. I hated the dark dingy shower cubicle and was forced to use the bath which also wasn't very appealing. The good thing about the apartments was that it was quite spacious with a good sized balcony and we overlooked he pool.
When speaking to other families including my brother and his wife everyone was of the same opinion. The apartments were not cleaned well enough. The service at the snack bar was appalling, so slow and the waiter was very moody. I stress, the waiter because this was usually all there was, one waiter. This particular day he was running about stressed giving out the wrong orders, not knowing whether he was coming or going. Dishes piling high, customers everywhere. I went to reception to ask the manager to come and take a look at the situation which he did and got stuck in, washing pots and helping in the kitchen. It was obvious they needed more staff. We cancelled our lunch and didn't eat there again for the rest of the fortnight. We bought bread etc from the supermarket and made sandwiches and took them to the pool.
We ate at the restaurant in the hotel I think 3 nights hoping really that it would improve, but it didn't. Yes it was cheap; 36 euros for a family of four, but the choices were limited and the meat quite fatty. Also the food was warm mostly and not hot. We ate out at the marina restaurants for the rest of the stay and we had some excellent meals.
The pools were quite impressive to look at but the areas around the pools were tired, peeling paint, cracked paving areas and the pools themselves were very cold. I don't know how our kids stayed in them most of the day. I was forced in for 15 mins max each day.
If the weather had been hotter maybe I wouldn’t have minded the temperature as much but for August we had lots of very cloudy days.
Entertainment on a couple of occasions was very good, i.e. Robbie Williams and the Temptations but we couldn't say the same for the others we went back to watch. The kids entertainment was poor, the same every night, so we skipped this after a few nights too. There was no waiter service in the bar area at this hotel, which is the first time in a number of years that I have encountered this. We had to stand at the bar for ages waiting to be served.
The beaches were about a 15 min walk away and so full of people. We could hardly find a space to sit on. Also they were quite rocky.
The marina across the road from the Paradise Club was lovely and really our saviour for the fortnight. We enjoyed the atmosphere around the marina, a lovely friendly family orientated place to sit and eat.
Having said that we wouldn't go back to this resort because other than the marina there really wasn't anything else to see or do other than getting a bus somewhere or hiring a car. We did go to Cituedella which was lovely for the day and evening.
The Paradise Club is rated as a 4 star but it was nothing of the sort. It really is in need of updating. I imagine that it was 4 star qualities at some point in the past but not now. It needs lots of TLC and more efficient staff to bring it back to 4 star rating. I really wouldn't recommend it unless you aren't bothered by poor cleaning, poor service, poor food, etc.

| said: We stayed at paradise club 8-15 July, we had hoped that it wouldn't be too packed, wrong! It was heaving, especially round the pool. Usual sunbed hoggers being downright selfish and v. annoying. Lots of small, badly behaved children being ignored by disinterested parents.
The hotel food was fine and reasonably priced, especially at the pool bar. At night the bar area was puzzlingly empty, you could always get a seat for the entertainment, I suppose the close proximity of the marina had something to do with the lack of bums on seats.
Entertainment ranged from dire to quite good. There were luckily a few teenagers there for my daughter, mostly Scots and Irish, she spent every night with a group of about ten kids. She could get served alcohol at the bar however, she is only sixteen, so we were not best-pleased at that.
The apartment was very nice although the floors were filthy! I'm glad we didn't have a crawling baby, I ended up mopping the floor myself. Good, powerful shower, good sized balcony too.
We were right up at the top end of the complex, away from the noise but quite a hike from reception, they could do with a quiet pool up at that end, definitely.
There was nowhere near enough sun bathing room, we were packed in like sardines, a quiet sunbathing only area would be a good idea.
The activities were good, darts, shooting, water polo, aerobics etc. you weren't pressured into joining in.
The "music " round the pool was awful, wailing flamenco! this hotel is better suited to families with younger kids, the kids club seemed very well run.

The food in the hotel restaurant is great value for money and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are spacious and sheets changed when you want.
There is a kids club and entertainment on during the day, archery, football, air rifle shooting, water football etc etc. The night entertainment was good and there were some singers on, you must see the tribute to THE TEMPTATIONS. There is a kids disco on every nite 9pm to 9.30,then a game of bingo before the night entertainment.
A great holiday the pools are large and you have to reserve a lounger about 8am but plenty to go round. A great hotel and staff.

We took our own (have been to Greece)so problem solved. Apartment does claim to be 4*, not so. However, staff more than friendly and smiley!! Breakfast which we had twice was more than excellent, and though we didn't eat there in the evening, we spoke to people who had, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
All in all we would go back especially if you have children. Entertainment staff work very hard and are pleasant too.

We would reccommend anyone to The Paradise Club Apartments.
The apartments were very spacious and were cleaned every other day. Quite basic kitchen but we ate out every night as there is such a wide choice of restaurants in the marina, but agree about the tin opener would take one along next time!
We didnt have any problems with ants, although I heard some others that did but the hotel gave them some spray which seemed to cure this.
We ate a couple of times in restaurant which was ok
but found main course limited, although starters & deserts great.
The location is fantastic right in the center of marina but set back so not noisey at all.
The staff were really friendly & couldnt do enough to help us in any way.
The entertainment that we saw was really good but we didnt stay in everynight we chose to miss the kids disco & bingo as our kids are 9 & 12 & normally got back for adult show at 10pm.
We would definately go back to these apartments again!

The hotel has 3 pools though they are not quite as big as they looked in the brochure, they were clean, but the water was freezing! There were plenty available sunbeds but we did visit in early May.
The hotel staff were very friendly.
The restaurant was clean, but after one visit we chose to eat out.
The apartments are of reasonable size but the kitchenette wasn't very well equipped eg. no tin opener, small pans, tea towels, just the basic things that we expected. Also out fridge was cracked and didn't smell too good!
We were only five minutes from Cala'n Bosch beach, two minutes from a good supermarket and two minutes from the marina.

This visit we had our evening meals in the hotel restaurant, which is spotlessly clean, the staff efficient, curtious and friendly, the food was fantastic 3 course, eat as mutch as you want, for the main course there was always 4 choices with different meat, fish & poultry dishes every night, all for 10 euro each.
Room was large living/dinner with balcony, seperate double bedroom and bathroom with bath and seperate shower area all cleaned daily.

| said: A nice friendly hotel/apartment complex. Staff were excellent from Reception to Maintenance.
The Entertainment staff put their heart and soul into everything they did and are to be congratulated.
Two pools, one large one suitable for children and a smaller one on an upper level suitable for adults. We had no problems getting a sunbed but perhaps this was because we went later on in September. I have to say the pool water was very cold, even my husband who is a very keen swimmer didn't stay in it for long!
We went self-catering so cannot comment on the food, although we did have lunch at the snack bar on a couple of occasions which was very nice.
Apartment was o k. Nothing special but clean and adequate. The friendly Maids came in regularly with clean towels, and occasionally with clean bed linen. My real issue with the apartment was THE ANTS, lots of them and impossible to get rid of, and we were in a first floor apartment!
Good location, just a few minutes from the Marina, and a large Supermarket is just over the road, so ideal for self-caterers like us. A short walk, maybe 10 minutes, to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay but, because of the ants, would not return to this particular hotel/apartment complex.

We all had a lovely time and the staff were excellent.
Sunbeds are a problem and you have to be up by 7.30 or they have all gone.
We did have breakfast in the hotel and we found there was plenty of choice,we didn't eat there at night but friends who did said it was very good.
The entertainment staff were the best we have come across and each day was filled with lots of activities.
We would visit this hotel again.

We ate most of our meals in the hotel of which we really enjoyed, excellent value for money.
There were only two things that disappointed use and those were : sunbeds around the pool impossible to get unless your up at 6am and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was'nt up to 4 star standard.
Everything else great, location of marina and beach, two mins walk away, kids enjoyed activities done in kids club.
The entertainment staff were fantastic put everything into each performance.
We would recommend this hotel and are planning returning next year.

| said: We have recently returned from staying in the Paradise club in Cala n Bosch and can both highly recommend it.
The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every other day and bed linen and towels replaced.
Even though we stayed on a self catering basis, we did sample the evening buffet which was excellent. Much choice, piping hot and ample portions.
The entertainment staff put a great deal of effort into keeping adults and children happy and although we can appreciate the need to suit everyone’s taste some of the acts that we saw at 'Showtime' were excellent; The Platters, Temptations, 3 Divas and the Latin Show especially.
The pools were large and clean, two levels were available with the upper being the quieter of the 2.
The location was great with many bars and restaurants centred around the marina, the Tapas bar was especially a favourite.
The bar prices in the hotel were excellent and beat many of the other bars, the drink measures were also unbelievable!
A bus service is available every 15 minutes to Cuitadella, a city not to be missed.
A thoroughly enjoyable hotel, we are able to relax, unwind and feel welcomed and safe.

The reception area was welcoming, clean and spacious with a thoughtful touch of a range of English magazines. Our very spacious apartment was cleaned and towels replaced every two days. The view overlooking the balcony was perfect with an upper and lower level pool, making it possible for there to be some reletave peace and quiet in the upper pool whilst small children played in the lower (more shallow) pool. We can only rate the quality of the entertainment as very high, when you consider that these people are amateurs, they put a great deal of hard work into keeping everyone happy and involved.
All staff were friendly and helpful. As far as ants are concerned (mentioned by other people) they are very tiny and simply march backwards and forwards across the balcony.

Our first impression was one of delight, the bonus being the 3 minute walk to the Marina which was surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants. These ranged from Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Chinese giving us plenty of choice each evening. We also ate one night in the restaurant at the complex which was buffet style and was quite satisfactory.
Towels and bedding were changed on a regular basis and the apartment was kept very clean.
We would definitely recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a relaxing break and we will be returning.
