Yes it is an Italian place now, and we certainly felt it. Such a shame as it was a wondeful place and the location was great.
The beach used to be bigger but a local taverna now occupies some of the beach space, and coach parties turn up at least twice a week to "take over" the beach.
Sorry but the disapointment was there so no more Soveriegn Beach.

The staff were helpful. Food was ok (nothing spectacular!) but the smell in the ampitheatre was overpowering to say the least , but to be honest, after a few days you got used to it. Entertainment also was OK (nothing spectacular here either - sometimes a bit boring in fact) but after a few ouzos you could put up with it.

| said: Sovereign Beach Hotel in Kos is a very clean hotel and the staff are very helpful especially Nortis who is a credit to the company.
Entertainment team were very committed and there shows very clever, however I went to this hotel in 2005 and had the most amazing family holiday so my family booked to go back this year - what a change, it seems the hotel is now run by an Italian company (I just wish we had known this before booking). All the entertainment team were Italian and the night and day entertainment was in spoken Italian with the odd English word used once a few Brits had complained.
The food was good however they did cook fresh pasta every day,we would have preferred more Greek food, as the holiday felt like it was in Italy. I actually taught the children how to speak hello and thank you in Italian just so they could get by on a day to day basis.
Very disappointing and any Brits booking should be aware that its occupants and the language used is mainly Italian. Not what we expected for a Greek holiday.

Entertainment all in Italian.
Pasta every day no real choice of food anyone would of thought we were in Italy. We felt like second rate guests as the Italians were treated like royalty. Snacks were practically non existent you are ok if you like ice-cream all day and the odd dry roll.
This is not a holiday for British people it seems like you are not wanted but they are happy to take your money and treat you very badly. Never again.

After a couple of nights we decided to go in to town to eat. You got the feeling if you was British you was not welcome. Ok if your Italian but thats about it.

| said: If your an Italian family with young children, you will love this hotel, but if your British forget it.
The all inclusive arm bands you recieve are a different colour from the Italians, which means, getting served last at the bar etc!
Generally the hotel would prefer it to be all Italian holidaymakers and 75% of the hotel is.
The food is basic, pizza, pasta, fish and a different meat..every lunch & every dinner.
I spoke to most British & everyone said the same.
The pool area is covered with ants..ants everywhere outside you could see them at night marching up the walls around the pool area!!
The rooms are ok, if you have two people, any more than 2 in a room and your on pull out camp beds. My 17yr old was not happy!! Saying that the staff, as with most foriegn hotels, do work hard.
Overall not happy with this hotel at all & no way is it a four star!

Overall a very nice hotel in a lovly spot but unfortunatly not really for the British holiday maker

The food is geared towards the Italians who seem to be the dominant nationality in the hotel. The food replinishment is totally inadequate and all hot meals are served luke warm. THe pool area is very clean and the layout of the grounds is pleasant. We found a very nice restaurant called Paradise where most of the all inclusive english seemd to eat both breakfast and dinner.

Food was good and plentiful but a little unimaginative.
Hotel grounds extended to the beach road which was immediately at the back of the beach.
We found the staff to be courteous, friendly and efficient.
The reason why we would not visit this hotel again was
because, having hired a car to look around the island,we found another resort which we preferred on the North Coast of the island at Mastichari where the beach was more suited to our tastes(we are not STRONG swimmers)and was more picturesque.

| said: I would not recommend this hotel - although we did have a good holiday (You have to make the most of it!) Luckily we were in an apartment which although very basic had a large balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms in the hotel were not very nice and the lower floor guests complained of a bad smell(sewage!!) - this could also be smelt in one of the snack bars.
The pool was a great disappointment and very 'merky' to say the least. You could not see the bottom of the pool, even with a snorkel on!! Several guests complained and we were reassued health and safety levels were met and it was suncream - no way!! Lots of ear infections and cold throughout the hotel. The pool bar was run down, although Angel works hard to keep the place ticking. There just is not enough staff for such a big hotel.
Food below average for All-inclusive. Small queues at night for drinks - very stict on two drink rule - Made my husband go to back of one person to order a coke for our son, as had his quota of two beers!!
The beach was nice, although a bit of a trek if you want a drink!! Lots of rock pools and a nice walk to Kardamena.
Entertainment at night - what entertainment?? Although the animation team work hard - two people is just not enough with no budget!!!
We went with First Choice and had the Bugs Bunny club included. Unfortunatly our two boys age 4 and 6 were to go to different sessions, which were at differents times!!!!! In the end they just went to the few joint sessions, where they could both go - they hated it and said most the time they were sat in front of the tele!! Very different from in June in Spain - they were mithering to go 'kids club' as so much fun!
They have a bus to/back Kardamena three times a day.
Our apartment was cleaned daily by the maids and they did a cracking job.
Kerry & co did a good job arranging the watersports at the beach. Pedeloes and canoes are inclusive.
Shame as this could be a really good hotel if they had the staff!!

The maid worked hard with clean sheets and towels every day but the room needed updating desperately.
As for all inclusive the food in the restaurant was always cold. The snack bar should have been called smellies bar due to the smell of sewerage when you walked in, it really put you off eating anything.
The swimming pool was dirty, you were unable to see the bottom of it, they said it was due to peoples suntan lotion, I have never experienced a pool so cloudy before.

| said: We have just arrived back from 2 weeks spent at the Sovereign Beach Hotel in Kardamena, Kos. A group of 13 of us went, but I am posting this from a family perspective.
It was our first all inclusive holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and did all they could to make our stay an enjoyable one.
The entertainment that was provided throughout the day was by two very hard working people called Arthur & Anna, they worked tirelessly to make sure that the children and the adults had a great time.
Activities included water aerobics, darts, a quiz, water polo and boules to name a few. The entertainment in the evening was based in the hotels amphitheatre which could be chilly at times if you were sat near the top, but there was bingo, a kids disco then the adult entertainment which was good.
I would recommend this hotel, but the only thing that lets it down is its location, as it is situated about 2 miles from the town centre, but the hotel do provided a free bus there 3 times a day and it only costs €5 in a taxi back from the town to the hotel.
Once again, thanks to Angel, Maria and especially Arthur & Anna for making this holiday such an enjoyable one.

FOOD - very plentiful and great choice every day - restaurant manager very helpful to seat large group of people
BARS - not happy with 2 drinks at a time rule - nightmare if your a group of 10, as you have to keep returning to the bar
KIDS CLUB - great lots of times, activities and entertainment to keep kids happy - nice play area also however shame its down by the beach would be better closer to the pool area
BEDROOMS - spacious, clean and ample - nice to have free air conditionning in room
ENTERTAINMENT - Arther & Anna - did their best on no budget - if you join in then it will make your holiday much more fun !
SWIMMING POOL - main pool was too deep for smaller kids to stand up in but childrens pool was a good size - sunbeds were a nightmare had to get up at 7am each day to get beds, any time after 8.30am and there were no beds left

| said: Just returned from our first All Inclusive holiday with First Choice.
Made some really good friends, but, would not recommend this hotel to anyone with family.
First impressions were good, went downhill from there. We arrived on Wed afternoon and (as we found out later) there was no entertainment on a Wednesday. The rest of the week the evening entertainment was childrens disco 8.30-9, Bingo 9.30-10 and adults entertainment 10-11. The two adults who run the entertainment and the bar staff worked extremely hard and were very friendly.
In the daytime there was aerobics, water polo and a quiz at the pool. There is a nasty smell in the Snack bar and the pool bar.
Word of warning!! – don’t leave any valuables lying around, either in room or anywhere in hotel, our child had his shoulder bag taken with mp3 player, Gameboy and games inside, we had cigarettes taken from our room and we heard off other people that we weren’t the only ones this had happened to. When we reported this to the reception they wrote down the name of the nearest police station for us and that was it, the First Choice rep told us that we would have to make our own arrangements to get there and back to file a report.
The bar closes at 11pm (we were aware of this) but bar prices are high after this and when it closes at 2pm all the outside lights are turned off even if people are still sitting there (its pitch black).
The meals served in restaurant were very nice and plentiful. Restaurant manager is friendly. Good selection of meats and deserts. All freshly cooked and replaced regularly. Packed lunches could have been better – apple, cheese and ham sandwich and bottle of water.

Food is repetitive and entertainment is comparable to Butlins! No reflection on the animation team, who work tirelessly with no money. Just about everyone we met spent each evening playing cards and going into Kardamena. Angel at the pool bar is brilliant, if over worked.
Food is repetitive and not child friendly. Fantastic restaurant in Kardamena called Amazon. 15 euros for 3 course meal and as much booze as you want. Food is great and good entertainment later in the evening.
Hotel location is good and the watersports team (Kerry, Alex and Paul) are really friendly and you can get a good deal if you take more than 2 different activities. On the whole, good holiday, but not the 4* as advertised.

All staff really helpful and friendly especially Restuarant Manager, Manos and Kayt. Have no idea why there would be any complants as everything is really good. Food is varied, far more choice than I have at home. Plenty of it and well presented. Clean tables and wonderful waiting staff. Rooms are very clean and have everything you could wish for. This is a great Hotel, we intend to visit again and again (this was our 4th year). If you want a good holiday location and venue this is the place. But you only get out what you put in, so are you friendly and willing to accept you are in Greece? Entertainment is not great but sitting on the terrace of an evening with a drink it entertainment in itself. Go on spoilt yourselves

Seriously the food was pretty poor. Salads were okay but repetive. Rooms were clean and hotel location was good with free bus into Kardemena.
We used free bus nearly every night to get away from the poor entertainment, same music played every single night, in same order as night before!
The hotel shop was handy and worth a visit because the lady who runs it is slightly mad! We returned a faulty adaptor and camera purchased there and you would think we had asked her for the contents of the till! funny now but annoyed us at the time.
Hotel pool area was great apart from everybody reserving beds with towels, would have been enough room for everybody coming and going if people had not done this.
The beach was very dissapointing and as the hotel boasts it private beach area I feel it should at least keep the area clean. We spent our time on the beach admiring the lovely view of rubbish such as coke and water bottles bobbing up and down!
We did enjoy our stay in Kos but the hotel needs to improve standards.

The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from Kardamena harbour very pleasent.
The entertainment at the hotel is a bit on the poor side at night, but due to the lack of personnel they try very hard. The entertainment staff during the day are brilliant, varied activities waterpolo, darts, water aerobics, football, quizes.

| said: Considering this was a (lets be honest) a budget holiday (£1700 for a family of four all inclusive in June)We thought it was great. The food was a bit repetative after 2 weeks but if we had stuck to one meal at a time i.e mousaka or roast beef instead of a little bit of everything from the buffet then it wouldn't have been. There was always plenty and my fussy kids managed to find something at every meal. If you want english food then don't leave england!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, I thought it was lovely that they didn't all speak amazing english not rude. If you took the time to talk to them instead of ignoring them or treating them with contempt then they really friendly. The lady in the shop, reception, maids, bars and entertainment staff were all great. They all work so hard. I did witness some horrible behaviour from some of the english guests including extreme grumpiness, outright rudeness and destructive behavior from teenagers. whatever happened to treat other people as you would like to be treated. Maybe thats why some people didn't get on with the staff!
The hotel is very spacious and clean - but if you are not used to the greek toilets then you are in for a shock! You cannot put toilet paper into the toilet it has to go into a bin beside it. This can be overflowing by the end of the night as could the pool toilets by the end of the day but hey if it bothers you that much use the one in your room. Our maid came every day and cleaned up all our clother, towels etc. bless her, she couldn't speak a word of English but she always smiled and used hand signals.
The hotel and reps were brilliant when my daughter came down with chicken pox. We had to be isolated for 5 days and eat our meals on the terrace (much to the envy of everyone else inside - thank God we were all inclusive because at least my son had some freedom within the hotel and didn't have any trouble eating and drinking when he felt like it) Just be warned you cannot use an E1 11 form there they won't accept it at the doctors only if you have to stay in hospital.
The whole hotel is geared for a lively family holiday. If you want peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you. I would call it a sun readers summer holiday and I don't mean that in a slanderous way - more like you get what you pay for and in my book this holiday was value for money.

My children aged 9,7,5,3 and 7 months, never had any problem finding something to eat from the varied menu. My husband and I never had any complaint about the food, with a wide variety available, some traditional food also.
The rooms we had were cleaned every day with fresh sheets twice a week.
The views from this hotel are spectacular waking up to that view every morning makes you want to live there, the resort of Kardemena is a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the beach.
All the hotel staff were great especially George and Maria and Angel (who could do with a little extra help) who were friendly and helpful.
Entertainment was ok, they do a really good job considering they have very little funds, kids loved it.
The only thing that spoilt our time here was the fact that most of the other English people there did nothing but moan when there was little to moan about, all I can say is that when in Kos don't expect it to be like England.
We would not hesitate to go back again!!!!

| said: We have just come back from a very disappointing weeks stay at this hotel. I am extremely glad that we were not there for any longer.
This is our 4th all inclusive. Last year we stayed at a 3 star which was considerably better than the Sovereign.
I have never been one to complain, but I plead to those thinking of booking this hotel, THINK AGAIN.
Some of the staff are great, the restaurant manager, Angel by the pool and the reception staff, the rest are miserable, especially in the restaurant. The manager is useless and never did any of the things she said she would.
Rooms are adequate, cleaned daily, but the air con is not great.
For a 4 star the food is terrible, hardly any choice what so ever. I do not want to eat to English food, but hotdog sausages and onions and roast potatoes for breakfast is beyond me!!!! The kid’s corner only ever consisted of chips and nuggets, or hot dog style sausages. Salads were lovely how ever. There were plenty of tables, but you'd often find it hard to find one that was actually clean and set.
The taverna next door is lovely and once you have tried it will tempt you over and over. Great food and service, overlooking the sea with Greek music! Lush. Better than sitting in a school canteen environment.
The one great thing about this place is that you do not have to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds. There are plenty and plenty of room for them. People didn't start reserving then until about 8am onwards.
The pool itself is of a good size but quite murky in my opinion. It was only cleaned properly once in a week. We did see a guy throwing chemicals in at night though. The toilets were disgusting by the pool and the bar. They were cleaned once a day and kids were slipping in muck, it was vile! I reported this 3 times and the manager didn't give a damn.
The bar by the pool only served soft drinks, beer and ice cream, so you had to walk back to the hotel to get anything else. This was where the snacks were served also. They were a waste of time. Daytime snacks included chips, pizza and an occasional cheese roll. Snacks were supposed to be served in the evening too, but all there ever was, was left over chips which tasted like warm cardboard! The pool bar often ran out of water later in the day, again the management did nothing. The bar in the evening was very limited and the queues were a nightmare when you were only allowed 2 drinks per person.
Entertainment wasn't great. In one week there was one professional show. Bingo would go on for an hour. This would cost 5 euro for 2 cards and the prizes were naff.
The toilets used in the evening were, again, disgusting. Because the bins were so small to put your tissue down, people were throwing soiled tissue all over the floor.
First Choice were fine, a decent flight and meal. The First Choice kids club was great.
Most disappointing hotel and everybody agreed whom I spoke with whilst on holiday there. Not one person said they would come back, which is a real shame as it has great potential, it is a good size with lovely gardens. This hotel should definitely be downgraded, it is well below average for a 4 star.

Jay, Donna, Erin, and Nicola, the First Choice staff (Even though we weren’t with First Choice this time they still made us feel very welcome and stopped for a chat.) it has to be one of the most friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in, they will help you in any way they can. Kayt showed us which places to visit when we hired a car and we had a great two days thanks to her.
Food still suited to Greek tastes but always something to eat if only soup and salads occasionally. We ate very well everyday. The packed lunch needs looking at though!
Kos and Kalymnos are two of the best islands we have been to and will visit again.
October is the best time, very quiet and no wind but still very hot.

The Staff in general were brilliant, especially George behind the bar and Ramos by the pool, I thoroughly enjoyed their company, and was sad to be leaving them and the wonderful island of Kos behind.
The food was excellent every day, although I probably ate too much, and the cleanliness of not only the rooms, but the whole hotel in general was spot-on.
The entertainment was plentiful and for the most part very good, especially the aformentioned Ramos, and the bar staff were friendly and a good laugh to be around.
If anyone is looking for a fantastically relaxing, fun and friendly holiday destination, I highly recommend Sovereign beach. I personally had one of the best holidays I've ever had there - Thanks Very Much!!

| said: After a bumpy touch down in to Kos we arrived at the hotel around about midnight the place was dead but first impresions were impressive the front of the hotel is picturesque and the lobby very well kept. The receptionist was competant but rather cold. On entering our rooms we were tpo find a dirty mess the room had not yet been cleaned from the previous occupants. Used towels full ashtrays and dirty bed linen were all still in our room we were not impressed anymore. We were then offered a free drink (but hang on we were all inclusive anyway!!). So not a good start to the trip but apart from that the hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The entertainment was veered towards youngsters and families but the town is so close this was not a problem. The food was basic but we all managed to find something to eat each meal time, don't expect much though. The loaction of hotel was walking distance to kardamena and the beach was approx.100m away.

The staff were always very helpful and couldnt do enough.
The entertainment was very good if you were a family, but as a couple it wasnt really for us. The entainment staff were very good and always tried there hardest. Overall well done.

| said: I've just come back after a great holiday in greece.
I stayed at the Soveriegn Beach which was a great hotel with great views and in a nice quiet location.
The rooms where nice but I was glad there was only 2 of us and not 4.
The trouble is they have no idea how to run an all inclusive hotel the food was rubbish all they offered was pasta and meat which was sometimes cold. The food at the snack bar was not nice and the alcohlic drinks they offered within the hotel was very low key.
At night time there was always a big cue at the bar which should never happen in a hotel especially being september and you paid for your drinks after 11pm well HELLO were all inclusive.
But after all this moanin i did have a fantastic time and would stay at this hotel again but come self catering.

| said: We managed to book this holiday as a late deal and paid £350 per person for the week. When we arrived the night porter was very cheerful and helpful.
There could have been more information available about the meal times and shop opening time, however we soon found them out the next day.
The hotel was clean both in the rooms and lobby and pools. The kids loved the free ice-cream and snack bar which was available all day.
My eldest daughter is a vegetarian and she found the food boring after about three days as there wasn't really much varity.
The entertainment was excellent and the youngest quickly made friends and joined in with all the games, even though it was late in the season and there weren't many kids the staff made it as entertaining as they could.
The staff were really pleasent, even when we saw them outside of the complex.
My only wish is that we could get something similar again this year.

| said: our second visit (Stayed in May). Still as good. still as clean. The food was just as good, but we were two adults with no children to feed, but we did see that some of the complaints about children not being able to find something to eat at the evening meal were the children who enjoyed the burgers, chips, hot dog, pizza slices and ice cream during the day (all free). the hotel staff are as friendly as we remembered, Leonidas gave us a good tip for a restaurant when we wanted a night in town. Katyr was great when asked for any help, George was a brilliant barman, always laughing. but best of all was Anthe in the shop who would help in any way she could, location- taxi (5 euros) or free mini bus (last one at 9pm) into Kardemena. entertainment - Jay, donna and erin were very good and tried to get everyone to join in.

| said: Had a great holiday at the Sovereign Beach but we were very disappointed with the food on offer as this was our first attempt at all inclusive.Having stayed at a four star in Rhodes last year which offered all inclusive as well as self catering we thought that this would be of the same greek four star standard and unfortunately was not. We also paid full brochure price having booked last year and feel cheated by the holiday company.
The staff at the hotel cannot do enough to help you and were fantastic, I do have to mention even stavros when he smiled!!!!
The water sports on offer at the beach are great and we took full advantage of them, and you do get a discount. The staff who work for the watersports are again helpful and you can fit the sports in when you want to at whatever time of the day convenient to you.
The position and setting of the hotel is great and for a short taxi or free hotel bus ride you are in Kardamena town which has everything you could wish for.
The waterpark visit for our children was great, (age 10 and 5), we had hired a car so went independently, we enjoyed it so much we booked through the travel agent in town and had another good day. This saved us 25 euros to the price on offer with the holiday company.
The entertainment staff worked extremely hard and attempted to put a programme together to suit all tastes. The visiting shows were quite good but the remainder left a lot to be desired. It appeared that the staff had a limited budget and therefore their hands were tied, as they were quite a talented crew. The children enjoyed the mini disco and games, and we made our own entertainment with fellow guests, I suggest taking a pack of cards!
The hotel reception was very clean but the pool area was not cleaned in the two weeks we were there, and I do not feel I should repeat what we saw the maids dipping in the swimming pool every morning! Our rooms were cleaned and linen changed, but the towels were of two star cleanliness not four star persil white! The restaraunt was clean but it could have been cleaner.
We would not go back to this hotel again despite enjoying our holiday, The island of Kos is beautiful and despite the hotel being a disappointment it has not put me off revisiting the island and staying somewhere different.

We really enjoyed the food lots of meat dishes, fish, vegetables, chips, salad etc although I did hear some guests complaining that there was always spaghetti! The desserts were Yum and icecream is available all day. The first time we walked along the beach to the town after the all inc drinks finished at 11pm we were shocked that there was no lights just pitch black. The entertainment provided by Jay and his crew from Firstchoice was excellent for kids and they tried very hard to keep the adults amused. Never had any probs getting a sunbed and sometimes didnt go round the pool until after 12pm.

The hotel was very clean and staff where friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was poor but this is a cheap budjet holiday although children enjoyed the entertainment.
The restaurant is very hot with little air amd poor air con, the food was not of a good standard and at times seemed a chore to eat it, their is a variety with a small vegetarian variety. Although food is handled to a good standard,
Rooms have air con but some people did have problems with theirs not working. The pool is clean and the beach is too small, but had a good time for a cheap holiday.

| said: As we got a late deal we were not sure what to expect but it is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean (if a bit on the small side) and the bathrooms are all tiled and have marble fittings. The communal areas are all very modern and plush with air con (there is also air con in the rooms plus hairdryer plus tv) (you can also rent a safety deposit box and fridge if you wish).
The main bar is not too big but most people sat outside during the evening anyway. It is located just off the beach front and you have a glorious sea view whilst dining.
The pool area is lovely if a little small. To be honest we went to the beach it is not huge but the sunbeds and umbrellas are free and you can bring drinks down from the Hotel. There are free watersports such as canoes and pedaloes which are great for kids (big and small) and you can swim as its shallow and once you get passed the few rocks just at the waters edge there is soft sand - it is freezing though so watch out!!
The entertainment was ok the staff did their best they have one act per week bought in on Saturdays and that is worth watching.
The food is very good despite some other reports I have read on this site. There is a huge variety of choice including vegetarian and the food is always piping hot. The deserts are lovely. I have read reports on how there is only Veal to eat. Yes it is on the menu most days but there are plenty of other options and upon talking to a taverna owner on a day out, veal is considered a luxury food in Kos and most places don't serve it as it is thought too expensive so the hotel are only trying to give you the best.
Drinks are great although the bar does stop all inclusive at 11.00 although you can pay for your drinks from 11.00 to 2.00 am. The only drink we did not see was Baileys but apart from that they have everything else and its quite strong as well. You can have two drinks per person.
One word of warning thought don't book trips with First Choice - go to the agency's in Kardemena as you will save £££S. We saved £50 alone on the Turkey trip, and we were fine just remember to add 5 Euros for your taxi in or out from Kos to the hotel.
There did seem to be a lot of people bit by mozzies - we were ok but I would take repellant if you are prone although the supermakets in Kardemena do sell Autan products.
Also, Kos does seem to be prone to ants - they are on the sand (so don't lie on your beach towel!) and around the hotel. We did get an invasion in our bathroom and upon speaking to others we weren't alone, but the reception will help at once so go straight to them.
Also, don't book a car at reception we booked with MANOS (by the crazy golf) and saved 25 Euros a day and I think there are some even cheaper. We went all round the island in one day on 8 Euros (£5.00 petrol) well worth it you can't get lost and there is not much traffic on the roads all the car parks we went to were free.

The resort center was a 15 minute walk or a 4 euro's taxi away. there is also a courtesy bus from the hotel 3 times a day into Kardemena. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the entertainment was provided mainly by the First Choice Crew, who did their best but it was early in the season and the hotel wasn't full. we would definately go back to the hotel if we go back to Kos

| said: Hotel was clean and staff all worked hard.
All inclusive....food variety was limited but always warm and plentiful.... our 4 children made good use of the snack bar.
Location wise....constant breeze but at times far too windy.(Back of sun-beds flying up and very hard to control childrens lilo's)
Entertainment was poor but this was due to low budget...the team did try extremely hard.
The best part of our holiday was the fact that there was a very relaxed atmosphere....there was no hassle trying to get a Sun-bed in the mornings even though the hotel was fully booked.....there was plenty.
Also where ever we sat around the pool we could still see the children...(very open-plan)
Pool water was very green and many people refused to use and there was numerous complaints made when we were there.
We would not visit this hotel again beacuse compared to our holiday in 2002 which was our first all inclusive the Sovereign Beach was not the same standard.

Food plentyful and good, rooms perfect and very clean. Did not go to entertainment much as not our thing. The beach is very close and we certainly love it there. Did not use the pool as again not our thing. We would recommend this Hotel, we have stayed in other in Kardamena and this is the best. We are going back again this year, and hopefully the next and the next....
