The staff were all very friendly and our room was cleaned daily.
The food was nice. We didn't stay in the bar very much as we went to the clubs quite a few nights but when we did we had a good laugh!
We would recommend for anyone to go and stay here and we will definitely stay here again when we return to turkey!!

| said: Could not fault the hotel on cleanliness the cleaners were around all day and night cleaning.
The food was nice just a bit repetitive near the end of our 2 week stay but then again food at home gets repetitive anyway. We booked the a la carte restaurants a few times and enjoyed the turkish and italian restaurants we never got round to trying the mexican but plenty of people we spoke to enjoyed it.
The location was quiet and situated next to other big hotels, you can get a taxi into Belek for 5euros and the town is nice and the people friendly with a market on a saturday.
The hotel has a lovely beach as well with plenty of sunbeds. If you want a particular area you need to be up by 8.30am to get a sunbed by one of the pools but there are more than 6 pools so you always found a spot if you decided to have a lie in.
The staff were all nice and friendly but we had some small incidents at the lobby bar where they only want to serve one or two drinks at a time but were quite willing to serve Russian guests as many as they wanted.
The entertainment was ok and we had a laugh watching some of the shows, some were a bit dire but on the whole the entertainment staff worked really hard to please and they were really good to stop and talk after the shows at the bars and music afterwards.
We would visit the hotel again in a larger group with friends and family, we met some other scottish and english families who made our holiday.

| said: Arrived home yesterday from 2 weeks at this hotel. Gutted to be home. We had a fab time.
Have never stayed somewhere that is cleaned 24/7. Hotel, inside and out is spotless.
The food was really good as well, with lots of choice morning, lunch time and evening. The snack bar was a huge hit with pizza, burgers, chips, spagetti, flat bread and salad which you could take out to your sunbed. Coffee and cakes at 4pm was nice as well, and midnight snacks available from 11.30pm, but we were usually in bed by then.
The hotel is located right on the beach with lots of watersports which we tried because we won them on the bingo, but i dont think the prices were too bad if you were to pay for them.
The staff were amazing. I think we were the only nationality that said please and thank you cause you could see the surprise and smiles on their faces when you did this. Germans and russians are soooo rude, they just push in and expect to get served. You just have to shoulder them out the way or you will never get served. The bar staff seemed to work from early morning to late evening, every day but they always had a smile for you.
The animation team were amazing. So friendly and they gave 100% every night, although i have to say i have seen better night time entertainment, but their enthusiasm made up for it. Got most of their email addresses to keep in touch. Would go back to the hotel just for them alone, they were Fab.
We rarely go to the same place twice, but would consider another hotel in same place as they were all 5* right along the beach.

| said: Just returned from the ATLANTIS having stayed there for 2 weeks with my wife and 2 daughters. This was our second time at the hotel and it did not disappoint.
On arrival we received a note on the bed welcoming us back for the second time, which was a nice touch. The room was very modern and a good size for the 4 of us (my daughters aged 10 and 13).The fridge in the room was restocked daily and also the room was cleaned daily.
The food was to die for, mornings pancakes, omelettes, fresh breads etc.
In the afternoon you could us the restaurant for a full range of delious foods, we tended to us the restaurant which served chips, burgers, spaghetti and pizzas which you could take to your sunbed.
The chinese section in the restaurant at night was a big hit and also the midnight feast.
Around the pool during the day the animation team were excellent, not to pushy but very polite.
The water slides were a big hit for the kids and there dad (they want more than just a pool)
The hotel is situated on the beach with my favourite bar situated there.
The shows at night were very good and got people involved.
Met an old friend from 2 years ago Urcun who worked the henna tattoo stall and also met Beko who worked the pool tables and became a good friend who we will e-mail.
There were a lot more British people staying at the hotel than 2 years ago (25% of the guests) which was nice.
The temperature in October was perfect about 75 to 80.
Overall the hotel and holiday was excellent and the wife wants to book it again for next year.

| said: Hotel lived up to its 5 star rating. Absolutely spotless with cleaning staff around all days to keep things clean and tidy. Ordinary rooms not huge, we were in one of the annexes, but cleaned each day and perfect for our needs.
Food was excellent, with a huge choice. A la carte restaurants excellent for a change, 5 to choose from, with only 2 of them incurring a service charge.
5 pools to choose from, all excellent with water slides in the big pools. Private beech also very clean, with plenty water sports (at extra cost).
Staff couldn't do enough to help. All spoke English, but were more than happy to help with a few words of Turkish.
Entertainment staff worked very hard. They could be a little over enthusiastic during the day if you wanted a quiet lie in the sun, but the grounds are so huge there was always a quite spot to be found. Entertainment at night could be a bit cheesy at times, but mostly enjoyable.
A large number of guests were from Russia, Ukraine, Germany and Belgium, with the British guests being the Thomas Cook guests. All in all a fantastic holiday. We will definitely return to the Atlantis.

| said: I booked to go on a 5 star unnammed all inclusive holiday with Thomas Cook. We wanted a 5 star as it was the first time we had been away without the children. This was a lovely Hotel but not 5 star maybe 3 star plus.
The all inclusive was more like full board you had to pay for everything but your food and drinks. Water sports tennis etc and it was all very expensive. Bewhere if you use the wellness club on sight as they tell you a price give you the treatment and then say a much larger price that you have to pay. They also say you need other treatment and when you say no thank you they are quite insulting.
Our flight home ment we left the hotel at 3am and we had to check out at 11am the day before, all week i kept asking to book a late check out and was told to wait untill our last day and then it would be 75 euros untill 6pm and another 25 every hour after that. Every other hotel around charged between 15 and 25 pounds. I asked if we could just have the room from 7pm untill 2 am to shower and sleep and was told know they couldnt do that so I payed the asking price. My sister and her husband said they wouldn't and just sat down at the reception but after we went up to bed they asked for a room for a few hours sleep and were told it would cost them £30. I feel this was so unfair.
But I do have to say although the hotel was spotlesly clean and it looked like they were trying to update the grounds the rooms were very basic definetly not 5 star as stated by Thomas cook.
The staff were extreamly friendly and the food so so good. The first two days at the hotel were quite busy but come mid week it was so buisy you were queing for your food and tables so you didnt always have good choice and the food was cold by the time you got it and found a place to sit.
It is a shame this was very disapionting for us and the hotel could be so much better with just a few ajustments. It has tought me never to book a unnamed hotel as this £400 late deal cost another £100 for late check out and all the extras all in all not a cheep holiday. It would of been cheaper to choose the accomodation.
I forgot to mention there didnt seem to be any security and at night there were kids and teenagers running up and down out side your rooms untill the early hours while there parents were at the disco or drinking in the bar.
I am very happy to say these were not the british. This hotel didnt have many british holiday makers, this wasnt a problem to us but the way they behaved was.

| said: I love the Atlantis Hotel it was the second time we had come here. We went there last year may'05 and decided to return this year.
The rooms were cleaned everyday which was really good, but the hotel was also very clean. The food as always was at it's best with lots to choose from, although there is no change each night because you just have so much to choose from.
We didn't mind about the location of the hotel because we didn't leave it all week, although belek isn't far away from the hotel so it's fine to get there if you want to. The staff were really nice especially to us girls, but they served our drinks efficiently and they were always there to take our plates away when we were finished.
The best thing about the hotel were the animation team because they came to talk to you all the time and made you feel welcome. The entertainment on a night by the animation team was excellent as it was funny and enjoyable. Thanks to Umit, Umut, Erdal and Edo who made our holiday the best in a long time.
We will be coming back to this hotel later this year again probably october as we enjoyed it so much.

| said: This was our second visit to this hotel, our first being in July last year (2005).
All I can say is what a let down in comparison. We got to the Atlantis on the 2nd May and were disappointed from the off.
Looking round the hotel we could see how much it had gone down hill. Both the inside and the grounds of the hotel weren't half as spectacular as they were the previous year (certainly wouldn't rate it a 5* it is now more like a 3+*)
There was a Proctor & Gamble conference on midway through our holiday which made getting meals and finding seating in the restaurant almost impossible. To top it all off, the entertainment which was so fantastic the previous year (and was the greatest reason we returned)was terrible to say the least and didn't actually start properly until the 15th May (1 day prior to our return to the UK)which Thomas Cook were aware of but don't put in the brochures.
There are no worries on the food front though, excellent as was the previous year.Be warned! The drinks here are not watered down as they are in most if not all of the all inclusive hotels (at least that we have stayed in).
Still a great deal of maintanance being carried out (painting and making of palm tree supports, this was mid afternoon when the main pool area was full),grinding of steel work on the outside stage also sanding the floor of the stage, to mention just a couple.
The hotel is not in a great area but it's only a short tractor ride from Belek, where there are a lot more shops than we expected.
All in all a great dissapointment and will not be returning to the Atlantis. I think I will put the responsibility with Thomas Cook rather than with the hotel itsef, for not being forthcoming with information.
If you are going to the Atlantis say a great big hello to a great mate of ours Umit (2005&2006), I'm sure you will have a great time, it was just too early in the season (which we should have been told by Thomas Cook).

We stayed at the Atlantis hotel in Belek We traveled out on 30.04.06 and stayed for two weeks. We have always traveled at this time of year because the temperature is still not too hot, low to high 80s. The hotels are not too busy and usually a lot of the outside entertainment starts from the first of May, but not at this hotel.
We could not fault the hotel it was very clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We have a disabled son who needs attending to occasionally so we paid too keep our room until 7pm. We were not being picked up from the hotel until 1am. They allowed us to keep our room until we left at no extra charge. The food was very good although sometimes not very hot. The restaurant staff were sometimes too efficient and would take your plate before you had finished your meal.
The animation crew were good during the day. Most of the activities were carried out around the main pool or the beach, so if you did not want to get involved you could sit around the bottom pool. However, we were not very impressed with the evening shows some of which involved guests of the hotel being pulled up onto the stage to provide entertainment for other guests. Some of the other shows we saw were mainly in German so we did not understand them. The only entertainment in the lobby bar was a pianist who played depressing tunes sometimes using the wrong notes in the wrong key. We felt that the hotel should have provided some music that guests could dance to and not sleep to.

Pools and sun beds were excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Main bar was lively though usually too crowded. Shahin behind the bar looked after us very well.
The food was the usual hotel selection but nevertheless very good.
The disco was fine for the younger guests, but there was a lack of music (or dancing)earlier in the evening. Entertainment was the usual nonsense, but it is difficult to please a varied audience of English, German, Russian adults and children.
We would go there again, no problem.

| said: We booked to stay at the Atlantis first & foremost because of it's location with regard to the solar eclipse on 29th March. However, we were pleasantly surprised by both the high standard of the hotel & the food, which was excellent.
We hadn't been All Inclusive before, so were a bit wary, but there was a very good choice for vegetarians and a good range of both turkish and other foods - not a chicken nugget or burger in sight. Lots of opportunity to eat too, which may not be a good thing if you're watching your weight!
The rooms were well laid out, with dad & brother having effectively 2 separate rooms in one, whilst we had a large double room.
There was plenty of seating in the bar area and lots of pools to sit round. Water slides & "secret" pools looked great fun for the kids. Comfy sun loungers & beach towels provided were an extra bonus.
We didn't really see any of the entertainment, but the staff were certainly enthusiastic & other people seemed to enjoy it.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and all spoke sufficient English.
The only 2 minor niggles were the location of the hotel - Belek doesn't really have much to do if you stray outside the hotel, although there are excursions you can go on - and the all inclusive drinks.
The wine wasn't nice (sparkling seemed the best option) and the spirits were limited. However, as a muslim country perhaps we should be grateful that they let us drink at all!
Vodka & tonic, or beer seemed to be the best options.
Overall we would recommend the hotel to others for a relaxing & pleasant stay, and would certainly go back ourselves.

| said: This hotel gets top marks from me, apart from its location. It would have been nice on occasion to be able to have a gentle stroll around a local town, and the nearest is about a 30 minute wal away - and two females walking alone through the forest areas I didn't really want to do - but the area itself was wonderfully quiet, green and the hotel itself offered plenty to do so it wasn't missed really!
The hotel has (even out of season) entertainment and activites throughout the day - the entertainment tem especially Umit and Tanya were very friendly and always seemed to have time to socialise with holiday makers - I think giving a very personal touch to our break.
The food is of an excellent standard - I enjoyed every bit - however "Brits abroad" might not enjoy the lack of bacon, fish in batter and chips! but enjoy the local cuisine and you might surprise yourself - the sweets are to die for!
The drinks available are the standard fizzies, coffee and tea machines, water etc whisky, brandy, raki, vodka - no Bacardi however there is a vodka that tastes of Bacardi - didn't understand that however it was apparently very nice!
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and is of a modern design, plenty of seating areas with a range of bucket chairs, huge leather couches with loads of cushions (nice!) and more formal sofas near the reception.
Rooms are of a high quality too - good strong shower, a safe in the room (€1.50 per day), lots of clothing storage, TV with a few english channels also Air Con and Heating.

| said: We stayed at the Atlantis in October 2005, it is a lovely hotel, very clean throughout.
We stayed all inclusive here, but found there were only selected drinks you could have. If we were to be honest we would say that the food was awful, the worst we have ever tasted yet. Every night it would be the same sort of food, and always cold. On 2 occasions I cut in to cooked meat to find it was still red raw in the middle, we felt there is nothing catered for the English people what so ever here.
The entertainment team were a nice bunch, but the shows were not at all that good.
As for the hotel staff, we met some pleasant and some not so pleasant, especially on reception.
There are quite a few different pools and they are very nice, there are a few water slides to, but everyday we had to ask over and over again for them to put them on, and on some days they never put them on at all.
Also be aware that this hotel is used as a conference/business hotel as well as for holiday makers, and on our first week here over 3oo business people checked in and it was awful. They completely took over the hotel, and we found the staff and management at the Atlantis would do anything for them but certainly not for us on our holiday.

| said: Fantastic Hotel, very contemporary with lots of space. Very clean with any spillage, breakages or damage being fixed or replaced as quick as they could. Cleaners were everywhere and the rooms were spotless after the maids had been in.
The food was a great taste of Turkey, very varied with a mixture of sweets as well The kids were sometimes not to keen on these local delicacies. Parents should be aware that there was no ice-cream at all for the kids, usually a certain favourite with them although the pancakes and chocolate sauce made up for it!
If you like being away from the hustle and bustle of the towns then this is ideal, in its own surroundings right next to the beach which goes on for ages. The transport to the local town of Belek was good as well with either the choice of the local Dolmus bus (20p), the tractor and trailer (40p and the kids favourite although be warned they pack them in like sardines on those trailers!) or the local taxis which sit at the entrances to the hotels and have very good rates.
Staff were very courteous and always very active, they could not do enough for you and it was great to feel special through their attention.
If you did not know German before you certainly will before you come home as there was a lot of Germans and Russians staying, although I have to say I did not mind and actually picked up some phrases during my stay. Staff and locals do approach and talk to you first in German but change quickly to English when they realise that you are British.
Entertainment at night was a bit poor but this could be due to the fact that it was mid October that we were there so possibly quieter. From what we saw we enjoyed but often headed off to bed as some of the shows dragged on a bit.
Definately would consider this hotel again but maybe more in tne summer time as the temp should be higher than what it was when we were there, my wife having to wear long sleeve outfits at night as it got a lot cooler.
A very enjoyable stay.

| said: We had an excellent 2 week stay at the Atlantis. We had not been to Turkey before and were not dissapointed.
The Thomas Cook rep was good, transfers from the airport were extremely smooth with the rep waiting for us the moment we got off the plane, which with it being 3am and with 2 tired kiddies was a godsend.
Our room was ok in size, we had the standard room, friends we met out there had the larger 2 room family room which cost them £800 more than our room but would have been a nice luxury, but there again we weren't getting back to our room until midnight and were out again by 8 for breakfast so it served it's purpose. Rooms were cleaned daily by a lovely lady who must have thought a tornado had struck every night in our room, we bought her some sweets on our last day and she was so chuffed. I lost the tv remote control after a couple of days (think it fell into the bin) so I went to reception to request a replacement - I went straight back to our room and a man had beaten me there with it! Staff are very friendly.
Mainly Belgiums and Russians at the hotel, only about 6 families were British, but our idea of a holiday away is to get away from noisy Brits so we loved that.
Food was excellent, something for all of us at every meal, towards the end of the serving food was not replaced, afters were a work of art. The speciality restaurants were excellent, you have to book at 8am the previous day for your table so bear that in mind.
Hotel has it's own private beach although we had a good few walks along the beach to have a look at the next few resorts, and turtles nesting places. The hotel is situated about 5mins from the nearest town but that was the sort of location we wanted, not to be in the centre of a bustling town.
Entertainment team were fantastic, they were there non stop, always friendly when walking around and would often stop of for a chat if you'd had a conversation with them before. A couple of nights the entertainment shows were ok but most nights they were fantastic, they all worked so hard and it showed.
The little supermarket shop in the hotel was expensive but to be expected really.
We went on a couple of trips with Thomas Cook; Antalya waterfalls and shopping, which was good and Aqualand/Dolphinland which had about 10 large water slides which husband and kids really enjoyed, although not the most spacious of places, Dolphin, whale, Sealion show was excellent and my daughter and I went swimming with the dolphins after the show which was an amazing experience.(Pay for that in advance on the bus on the way there - £50 each).
Would highly recommend a visit.

The food was plentiful and varied, the Mexican al la carte wasn't fantastic but the Italian was good and the Turkish was excellent. (It all depends on individual tastes though) It was a bonus being able to get snacks at lunchtime from the different restaurants and not having to go to the main buffet restaurant.
Belek was a short ride away either on the tractor or by taxi. There wasn't anywhere to walk to though so you are very limited to where you go outside of the hotel, although we had some lovely walks along the beach.
The hotel staff were very friendly and I cannot fault the animation team, they all worked so hard and tried to ensure everyone had the best possible time. My son (10) and my daughter(13) who are both quite shy were encouraged to join in with everything from crazy golf, football and pool games and thoroughly enjoyed it. They even joined in with the club dance. My daughter had a huge crush on one of the team (I won't mention his name) and cried all the way home!
The pools were clean and big and the slides were a big hit with the kids.
We would all recommend this hotel, good fun and something for everyone to do if they want to do it. There are sections of the hotel that are quieter if you want to just chill out and relax. A great family atmosphere.

It costs to play pool, table tennis, tennis, ten pin bowling.
The kids loved all the swimming pools, and slides. The sauna, Turkish bath, Finnish bath are free of charge.
Good selection of food, spoilt for choice.
Staff friendly.
The wife loved the Italian restaurant, not for me.
I would certainly go again, temperatures were in the forty's, so take plenty of sun cream and enjoy getting spoilt.

We have stayed in many all inclusive hotels before and this was by far the nicest food we have ever had, there was so much to choose from you just didnt know which way to turn.
The location is fine, just a 40p tractor ride into belek itself which is brill for shopping (a lot more shops than we expected and a weekly market on saturday mornings).
The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you although we didnt need much assistance as everything was perfect.
The animation team were fantastic and worked really hard (all our love to nemo & umit).
This was our first time in Turkey and like others we had our reservations we neednt have worried. This will be the only time we have re booked a holiday !!!

| said: The Atlantis hotel was fantastic. We could not fault it for anything.
The location was good only a short tractor ride from Belek which costs around forty pence.
At the hotel there are plenty of activities day and night to suit all ages. The entertainment staff worked really hard to give us an excellent show each night and the live music and karaoke was brilliant.
In terms of food you could never go hungry. In the main restaurant they always had something to suit every taste from Chinese to carvary dishes. The Turkish a la carte was first class, hats off to the chefs!
In all our stay was great and we will be back next year.

Me and my 13-year-old son just returned from Atlantis. I must say that it was one of the most enjoyable holidays I`ve ever had. We went there to have a relaxed and an easy holiday and that we indeed had. Atlantis is a really first class hotel and it´s personnel knows it´s businness. It was spotlessly clean and well managed hotel.
As an all-inclusive hotel it was a very good choice. I am a vegetarian, but I never had any problem finding tasty food for myself. They even had a "diet-buffet" for every meal. (And my son certainly did his best to eat up most of the pancakes for breakfast...)
All the local alcoholic drinks are free as well. Surprisingly, I never saw a drunken person during the week we stayed there. (My son suggested that perhaps they have an all-inclusive service for transporting the drunken ones from the bar.)
There were seven pools, unfortunately still too cold to enjoy in April, and free pool/beach towels. The beach was miles long, and at least to knee-high firm sand. A nice beach to walk, as many people did.
A few words of warning. The hotel was packed up with Germans. The situation (according the personnel) changes towards the summer, but be prepared that you are adressed as a German. It took me, as a Scandinavian, two days to get used to being addressed to in German, finally I gave up and spoke German instead of English (which I know much better). The hotel has also very little with Turkey to do, you could be anywhere in the world. No local colour.
Summa summarum, a nice hotel for those who like to enjoy and/or play golf (golf courses nearby), a bad choise for these who look for "a Turkish experiance".

| said: This is an excellent family hotel. The all inclusive deal was second to none.
The food was fabulous and the Chinese food on offer on every night was an unexpected treat.
The hotel location was acceptable and an easy tractor ride to the retail therapy! Sight seeing was an easy trip to most locations.
The hotel staff for a family were fabulous, all staff efficient and curtious - once known to staff they really could not do enough for you. Room service was top notch every day and the lobby staff made it their business to ensure your minor concerns were addressed and your holiday the very best.
The wellness centre provided all types of beauty and health therapy that as a family (children 9 - 11 yr olds) we all enjoyed. I have seen better beaches but this stlll provided you with the essentials. The pool areas, of which there is something for everyone, were fabulous. The children thought the water slides were fantastic and an added bonus to the holiday.
For a family of 4 this really did hit the mark money very well spent and value for money.
No more Spain for us for a good few years !!
Turkey here we come.

| said: This hotel is fabulous! It really takes your breath away. The pools are amazing, the beach is ideal just on the hotel door step, the rooms are spacious and the all inclusive deal is really worth it. There is a wide variety of food in the buffett and the a la carte restruants are especially nice. The hotel offers a tractor ride to the market and taxis are available just out side, so its easy to get out and about. However, we didnt really feel the need to leave the hotel that much because everything you want is there! The entertainment wasn't that great, theres a show at night but we didnt really enjoy it, there's good entertainment for kids such as a mini disco and kids club. However we were three 17 year old girls. There was an adult disco 11 - 2 but it was empty most nights so wasnt much fun, probably due to low season though. The staff were friendly and extremly hard working, rushing round like robots half the time. The animation team were out going and fun. The service was a little slow sometimes especially when in the buffet and some people were waiting at the bar for a long time. Towards the end of the holiday some waiters/bar tenders became a little over friendly...but it was just harmless fun. The maids were also very efficiant.
Would definatly visit this hotel again if coming to Belek, it is just perfect for a relaxing break. I would strongly recommend it to groups of friends, couples and families, but if you want better entertainment at night you will have to leave the hotel. Also its not very romantic if you're a couple as it's quite big and busy!

| said: We went in May 04 and the weather was great but it can be a little windy on an evening.
The hotel was tops, food and drink a plenty. There is also a la carte (i.e. Italian, Mexican, Turkish and they were also doing a new Japanese restaurant when we where leaving so going to check it out) as we are returning there this may 05. Hopefully to meet up with the wonderful staff we made friends with, also new friends we made, who are also going to be there as well.
There’s entertainment on all day but the evening show ends early (9-30/10-00) but don’t forget the free bingo with some really good prizes.
