We moved to this hotel due to cockroaches in a previous hotel...if you like the Hilton you will love this hotel...it sparkles it is that clean

The food is fanastic, changes every night, the Staff are excellent & helpful if you like to drink proper drinks its the place to go..proper smirnoff & everything...the all-inclusive was excellent.

I had abolutely no complaints with this hotel, even on the beach the sun loungers are free, there is also windsurfing, canoeing, peddle boats all complimentary to use. Honestly it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

We have just returned home from a fantastic holiday, the hotel on the whole was very good. The food was good, the staff were very friendly with the exception of one or two who we felt we would of got on better with had we said "Guten Morgen" along with 90% of guests in the hotel (if you know what I mean).

The hotel was always immaculate and the rooms were cleaned daily. The grounds and pool of the hotel were very good and had plenty to keep the kids occupied.

The entertainment team were very friendly and worked very hard day and night.

The location of the hotel, for us, was excellent. Being 20 minutes walk from Faliraki and easy bus rides into nearby towns (PS. Would recommend using the local buses/taxis as they're cheaper than organised trips by travel companies and despite what we were told they do have air conditioning.

When we arrived at the Calypso Beach Hotel, I was struck with how classy the place looked. Bright, marble reception, with smiling friendly staff at check in. I travel a lot with work, so this was a rare treat, especially when compared to many 'package' type hotels in the Med!

The room was spotless, with daily bedding changes. Also having hotel supplied beach towels was a bonus, and something worth knowing beforehand, to save on packing space.

The pool and beach facilities were great, and if we had only realised that there was free pedaloes, windsurfing and canoing available, we would have never been off the water!

The food was good, but nothing to rave over. It was very much tailored to suit the mainly German guests who had over-run the hotel. But, you've on holiday, so experience someone else's food for a change! All inclusive means being able to try anything, and on some days everything available!

The evening entertainment was OK, the bought in stuff predictable (Greek songs, sung in German - see earlier comments). But the Animation team did a cracking job of looking after the kids and adults alike - check out the Spice Girls ! - 4 Italian guys with balloons for boobs, hilarious!

I travelled with my daughter, and as all kids do, she soon made friends, so she was happy - phew! Hi to Daisy, Ruby, Cali & Rich - you guys helped make our holiday!

I would (will) go back to the Calypso Beach Hotel, its value for money, location - close to Rhodes Town, the Water Park and infamous Faliraki, and general very high standard, make it a definite.

We agree with the remarks that have already been posted, this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in clean and friendly.

The food was fantastic as well as the friendly bar staff, Andreas, Stavros my friends and our daughters both 15 at the time reckon this will be their first holiday with out parents on Stavro's request!!

One other nice touch was my birthday was while we were staying their and when we came home that night I had a lovely birthday cake in our room and a card from the hotel management.

Would we go back yes definitely, only draw back didn't seem to have many English people staying there this I don't mind but wish some of the entertainment was catered on alternative night to suit all nationalities. But hey we went out and about and was always greeted with a smile on our return from the bar staff and out drinks were on the bar before we had got there.

The Hotel Calypso is fantastic hotel, it's all inclusive and by god do you get your money's worth.

The hotel is immaculately clean from top to bottom.

The rooms are of a good size consisting of two double beds, a fridge an on-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Each room has a balcony which either overlooks the pool and sea or the main road.

The maids cleaned the rooms on a daily basis and changed linen and towels on a daily basis also.

The choice of food in the hotel was fantastic (buffet style) there was something for everything and it was different every day, the desserts where also delicious in the evening.

Hotel staff were friendly and kept things clean on a regular basis.

The Entertainment team put on very good shows, they catered for adults and children. They had a kids disco every night before any entertainment started so it give the parents a break from the children for 30 minutes.
All drinks were included for all inclusive (beer, spirits, wine, pop, milkshakes etc).

The Hotel is situated right on the beach which has golden sands, plenty of sun loungers and Jet skis for you sports lovers and pedlos for those who like a bit of relaxation.

Faliraki is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel but it doesn't seem that long. Once in Faliraki you have a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Something to suit everyone. There's also a fair which is good for young kids. And for you youngsters like myself there's plenty of clubs for you to dance the night away. My partner and I went to a few bars one night and we had a fantastic time, definitely recommend it.

As for visiting this hotel again the answers YES. As a matter of fact it looks as if we'll all be going back there again next year as we had such a wonderful time.

Overall it has to be one of the BEST HOLIDAYS I've been on.
