Our weekend break at Easter was fantastic. We could not fault the hotel at all.

It was a super weekend, we could not fault any thing at all, all the staff where so friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms where of a very, very good standard and a lovely size, I have never seen bedrooms so large, and they where also lovely and clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room, TV with some Sky channels, hair dryer and trouser press. Large towels in bathroom plus toiletries. The restaurant had a superb choice of food, the service was 1st class and so was the food. We had £21.50 to spend on food there was a set menu for £21.50 which included 3 courses, but you could also choose from the other menus, if your food came to over the £21.50 then you would be just charged for that amount, but if it was only over by a pound they didn't charge you. They even didn't charge us for the wine,it may have been that when my mum didn't have a desert and only coffee then they didn't charge us for the wine, as it would have come to £21.50 for 2 courses, coffee and a glass of wine. They also had a childrens menu, not that we used it. This was waiter service. They had a great choice for breakfast from cereal, fruit juice, fresh fruit, cooked meats, cheeses, pasteries, cooked breakfast, toast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc all self service, except tea, coffee and toast.

The leisure facilities where excellent, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room etc and the golf course also seemed 1st class, not that I used it!!! My mum and her friends' rooms over looked the golf course, mine didn't as I asked for a smoking room!!!!

The hotel was only about 2 miles from the M42/M40 so it was easy access to Stratford and the surrounding area.

There was no entertainment in the hotel, though it did have a quiet reading room just off from the bar. The chairs in both the bar and reading room where very comfortable, chairs and sofas. Also sofas in reception area. Resturant was non-smoking.

There was a wedding on when where there both the Friday and Saturday but never heard any noice at all.

A first class hotel and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. In fact we are thinking of booking up again for a weekend in the summer.
