The hotel was realy good very clean and all the staff were friendly. Made good friends with Franky, John, Jimmy and Ashley (man behind the bar)they were good with children and helped us enjoy the holiday even more.

They would always come over and shake you`re hand to say hello no matter what time of day. They worked long shifts but were always full of energy and happy to help.

The gardens were kept very clean by the gardner who went around every day to make sure there was no rubbish etc.

There was two lovely pool areas which were always being kept clean and tidy.

The maid visited our rooms every day with fresh towels and cleaned up. Although we did not seen them very often when we did see them they would smile and say hi to us.

There was a security guard on every night to make sure you were kept safe and would walk around the grounds to make sure there was no intruders.

The only down side to the holiday was the tiled flooring which made a lot of noise when the other guests came past you`re rooms.

The doors were heavy and slammed shut even when you tried to be quiet.

I would defnitley recomend these appartments. We will be going back soon for another great holiday.

i went to hibiscus garden hotel with friends. i would say that the places is brilliant. when we first got there there was the security man waiting at the entrance to lift our bags to the hotel room, which was very helpful as my bag in particular was heavy.
As soon as we got into the room we were amazed at how loovely and clean it was and this continued into the week as cleaners would come up every day and clean your rooms for you.

the hotel staff were brilliant very intertaining at all times. they were always walking around with a smile on there faces and they were really good with the kids as there was a lot. i would just like to say thanks to frankie, ozzy, antonio, mustafa, the wee man behide the bar (i forget his name)john and the wee life guard who was very nice thanks to all of you. you made are holiday the best. xxxxx

the entertainment was average as there wasnt alot on but the only reason i put 5 for intertainment is because the staff were the best entertainment there was.

i would definetly go back i think one of the best holidays i have ever been on thank-you hibiscus garden your the best thanks xoxoxox

I have to say that this apartment complex is fab, staff are friendly and accomodating. Big hello to Ozzy and Frankie, you guys are brill.

Hotel is spotless, the pool is spotless, the food good, the cleaners excellent, the owner fab and the gardens are brill.

Couldn't fault anything with this place, it was so relaxing and friendly, even families are well catered for. Not a big imposing complex but just right, dolmus at end of block takes you to Tansas for 1 lira, everywhere is very easy to access.

Us girls in our 30's enjoyed it and we were not hassled by Turkish men, we were there to relax and get a tan and thats what we got.

Must go to Hibiscus gardens 10/10. Fab, brill.

We being here 4 times over the years and these apartments are well looked after and kept clean. The gardens are nice and well kept by the gardner.

The staff are good but was better a few years ago when easy and Serkan Alex was there. But frankie still there and he's reily good!

It a bit away from the beach but I think this makes it better as there no noise.

Owner always on a site so all is running well.

Pool is well kept and the new water slide is great.

Handy shop across road to get bread and other bits.

Food in the here is good.

My wife and myself stayed at the Hibiscus Gardens from 23rd oct until 30th.

While the rooms were basic, they were always kept clean with the maids in every day.The apartments are only a 15 min walk to the sea front in Marmaris so it is quiet at night.

We found all the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. There was no entertainment when we stayed but as i have already stated, if you want somewhere to go, there are plenty of places to choose from nearby.

The pools were kept very clean and the gardens surrounding very well looked after.

We would stay at these apartments again and really enjoyed Turkey.

Stayed at the hibiscus gardens for our third year. The rooms are basic but very clean. Our maid was lovely every other day she would leave rose petals on the bed and make heart shapes with the towels.

The bar staff are very friendly, Frankie, ozzy, henry, gareth, just a few who have become good friends.

Would recomend this hotel it is fantastic, already booked for next year.

Went to the Turkish night, one of the best nights of our holiday,it was really good.

The food at the hotel is also very good.

It is the 3rd time we have been to the Hibiscus apartments gardens so we know what to expect. This year everything was as usual really great.

The staff were great this year as usual. But this year it was impossible to get a sunbed, you had to get up a least 6am, I went down one morning and found the pool attendant, putting towels on sunbeds for people. In the end we started going to the beach we didn't need the hassle.

Also the Turkish night was a disappointment, we could not see the entertainment, and the food the waiters brought to you a selection of bits of meats, you had no choice, got what your given. And it was cold to make things worse the hotel owners family were in attendance and received undivided attention. Plus two of the waiters were a bit worse for wear, disappointing night.

The old gardener is still there and Frankie who is great really helpful and friendly.

It was my first time in Turkey and we stayed at Hibiscus Gardens and had a fantastic time I couldn't fault anything

The best thing about the holiday was the Turkish people especially the staff in these apartments Oz, Ozzy, Uri, Frankie, Gareth, the 2 young boys at the second pool, and the young guy at the slide. They were always having fun and were brilliant the cleaners and the gardener are fantastic and so friendly also the 2 security guys are such good fun.

The rooms are basic but still very nice and very very clean.

The entertainment was good they did pool tournaments, water sports and a weekly Turkish night, we're already looking to book for next year, I would recommend Hibiscus gardens to anyone it was fantastic xxx

Hibiscus Gardens is a peacful apartment set in the quieter area of Marmaris called Armutalan.
This is a 15 mintute walk from the nightlife of Marmaris & Long beach.

The two spotless, shining buildings are surrounded by gardens of fruit trees, tropical flowers and clean cut grass.
Hibiscus Gardens are made for those who wish to relax in a small bliss paradice of lush nature and crystal clean waters.
The beautiful atmosphere may sound tempting to young lovers, and romantic birds, but suprisingly is as just as welcoming to children.
The hotels its self is enclosed and safe with a small straw recptionhut, situated at the only exit - ensuring your younger children wont be going truent as you soak up the glitzing, golden Turkish sun.

There are a total of two large swimming pools and three childrens pools, one with a children's elephant slide suitible for all ages up to seven and also a larger swirl shute for any ages 7+.
Around the back enclosed area of the gardens, there is a coulorful children's park and mini golf course.

There is a main bar/restaurant which sells some of the finest food you will find in the Armutalan area.
Although the Atmosphere seems quiet and gentle, which it is, the Turkish party Atmosphere rises highs, as naturally as the Turkish sun itself. There is no provided entertainment, apart from a spectacular Turish night every 2 weeks, but the staff of the hotel try there best to make you feel in the party move.

The apartments are very baisic, and unfortunatly have no television, but if you are lucky you may get 2 balconies.

My personal thoughts are its too quiet and id rather be in the busy atmosphere, although I do recomend it.

Love

We stayed 2 weeks at these apartments, had an excellent time.

There are 2 pools, one at the front with slide for kids and one at the back (which we sunbathed at). There are 2 bars with food menus, where we mostly ate every morning, very cheap and nice.

Ozzy at the back bar was an amazing guy, kept us entertained and smiled the whole time, which couldn't be said about the bar staff at the other bar at the front who when it came to night time became grumpy, but after workin 16hrs a day 7 days a week it can be expected!

Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent, the cleanners were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location - For us as a family - perfect. A 10 minute stroll to the beachfront, but quiet on a night so we could sleep. There were markets, bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk.

Staff - Did not have many dealing but all were polite.

Entertainment - Non existent. This is not a problem to us as we like to find our entertainment elsewhere.

In summary, the hotel was clean, located in a good position and I would certainly return in the future.

The gardens were very well kept by the old gardener who was lovely. Reception and security staff were brilliant too. And last but not least the waiters brilliant brilliant brilliant all of them especially Frankie.

Pools and areas were lovely it had a real nice atmosphere about from the minute we got there to the minute we left.

p.s. my little girl was 4 while we were there and they arranged a birthday cake which was on the house and we had a lovely party thanks to the manager. Well done keep up the hard work.

I have been going to this hotel hmmmmm 3 years now...well anyway I've been an amazing 8 times. Yep its that good. All the staff were great. Even little Ashely.

Turkish nights regularly. Two buildings, 3 pools, 1 slide, 2 restaurants and 2 bars.

I've been too 6 different apartments and none of them are half as good as Hibiscus Gardens.

The staff work 9 am-1 am and stay smiley all day long for only 40 GBP a week.

Which in London is the money social work gives you. Everything is perfect and your guaranteed a great holiday

The hibiscus gardens was a lovely resort not to close to the hustle and bustle of the front and not too far away from it either!

It was kept to high standards and I dont think I could have made the hotel cleaner my self it was definatley one of the cleanest hotels I've been to!

The room was spacious and comfortable and if there was a problem it was dealed with straight away! Also the old gardener (sams suposed uncle) kept the grass lookin fabulous and everything under control but can't really speak English!

The hotel food was fabulous and I enjoyed every meal I had here!

Like I said the location was perfect so you could get a good nights sleep! The staff were top! The couldn't help us enough and you soon grew a bond with them! I want to thank Izzet, Frankie, Ozzy, Sam, Umpa Lumpa, Gareth, Yuri and Karahan and the two small boys- Karahans soldiers lol (or sholders as he says it)!

There was a turkish night which we sadly missed but heard it was absolutley great! Everyone who went rated it top! Also alll the staff were very entertaining! I would definatley go to this hotel again! Sabri you have a top hotel!

The apartment we stayed in was on the fourth floor. It was very small shaped as an attic room. Brick wall balcony so you could not see out.

It was clean and basic. It was only a 10 minute walk to the harbour of Marmaris. The staff were very friendly. And the grounds and pool area were very clean.

I would stay here again as long as I was not on the 4th floor.

When we first arrived at Hibiscus Gardens our first thoughts were that it was a warm and friendly place.

The apartments were tidy, spacious and cleaned regularly.

Although Hibiscus was quite far away from the beach, bars and bazaars it was more than easy to reach these on the regular dolmus bus service.

The staff were friendly, funny and very well mannered and they couldn’t do enough to help you. We visit again in August and are really looking forward to meeting them again.

The entertainment wasn't that spectacular but if you go in high season it would probably be far better.

We recommend Hibiscus Gardens to anyone who is looking to book a holiday in Mamaris.

We stayed at the Hibiscus Gardens at Oct half term it was the last week for the apartment and the service was excellent.

Hakan and the other bar staff are great we had a good laugh with them and they helped you with some Turkish words.

The pool was good but a little cold, but I gather this is common with most Turkish hotel pools.

Rooms are basic but clean, cleaning staff came in every day and emptied the bins and swept floors, could not fault them at all.

In all we had a lovely time made some good friends and would definitely go back.

I visited Hibiscus Gardens for two weeks, got back today and want to go back already!!

My friend and I went on a quiet holiday to relax and get away from work for a couple of weeks and we had the best time ever!!

The entire bar staff were so friendly, Frankie, Hakan, Okan, Ozzy, Henri, the reception and security staff, and the gardener who never stopped!! The cleaners were fantastic too, making sure the room was perfect every day.

Even though the location wasn't in the centre of Marmaris, it was better because it was only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and only about £2 in a taxi home at night.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again; in fact I am next Summer!!

we stayed in the hibiscus 1&11 we arrived at 6,30am so we were quite tired when we got there, first impressions were that it was nice but as we found out it wasnt, there was no entertainment at all, so if you wanted to do anything you had to go into the resort centre to find it which was about a good fifteen minute walk away, the staff were very friendly and we couldnt fault them but it was so boring we couldnt wait to get back home,on the thursday and friday of our stay we woke up to have no electricity and no water until 3pm in the afternoon we couldnt even have a wash or a cup of tea, according to the staff it was a regular thing in the summer. i have been to turkey before but to kusadasi which we would highy recommend so we will not be going back to hibiscus.

Thew hotel hibiscus gardens appartments was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff very efficient and friendly, even leaving sleeping teenagers and returning later. The food in the hotel was lovely and the staff very encouraging to reluctant children, trying to find food that they would eat and making special drinks. The location was great. Having gone with 2 teenagers and two younger children; close enough to the twon for the teenagers to go out at night and quiet enough for old foggies and smaller children to sleep peacefully.
The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant, the security men, the waiters and bar staff were second to none, so kind, friendly and helpful. The younger girls fellin love with the waiters and cried all the way to the airport. we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we stayed at the Hibiscus Gardens and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartments are clean and the gardens are beautiful. The old gardener is lovely too and never seems to stop. All of the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you, especially Elgin, Hakin & Franke. We couldn't fault 1 thing when we were there, although there isn't much entertainment for kids especially. It isn't in the hustle and bustle which is good about it too. There is also a Mr Whippy ice cream van that stops outside the apts dailly!
The food is great too, especially the pizzas. We will definately be going back.

The hotel is clean and well kept and I think its situated in a nice and peaceful atmosphere. I went with all my family there were six of us, and my other family joined so there were eleven of us altogether. The service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

we thought the Hibiscus appartments were excellant - staff were very helpfull - appartments were cleaned regularly - could not fault it ecept they were a little secluded but once you found your way around it was not too bad.

We have just come back from a fortnight at Hibiscus Gardens and I am already wanting to book again next year. The staff are very friendly and go out their way to make you welcome, the standard of food and entertainment is exceptional. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels, sheets are changed every couple of days.

This review is of the Hibiscus 1 and not the gardens.
The main point of this review is to warn people of its location. Dont be fooled by other reports this complex is miles away from the front where the bars and restuarants are. The only way to get to it is up a long, dark, dangerous waste land. Be prepared to be woken up early by the sound of the local cockerals who live opposite. Rooms were average in size and cleaned regulally. Staff were friendly and polite.

Wonderful holiday but we were a bit woried on the way to the resort, it was really scary looking over the cliffs the holiday rep said "and if you look to your right you can see Marmaris " everyone like a choir went "where" it was like a dot.

When we finally got to the resort it didn't look too great either, some hotels were like dumps they were awful but when we stoped outside the Hibiscus Gardens well it's a different story all together .

The staff were really friendly particalaly Okan and Franky and Beefy.

The pool area was small but nice, everyone knew each other.

Food was good too.

Nice spacious rooms.

Great holiday would recommend to anyone

We stayed at the hibiscus gardens, and were a bit worried when the coach first arrived as it seemed a bit far out, but it is only a short 10 minute walk to the front, and shops and bars. which is nice because it gives you the option to have some peace and quiet or the hustle and bustle of the seafront.
The staff were brilliant, although there wasnt really any entertainment the staff made sure you had a good time, and took thier time to entertain you themselves. day and night.
Infact we were so impressed with the hotel that we are going again this year.

The rooms were a very good size though we did stay over at the Hibiscus 1 and not the gardens.

I did see the gardens rooms and they were smaller than ours but adequate.

The complex is very clean and the staff never stop.

The gardener is a very nice old man who is always taking flowers to the ladies and never seems to stop from first light until dark.

We ate at the restaurant quita a bit and all the food was exellent and well prepared and most of the time I let Selkuk the manager choose our meal for us and he never let us down.

The location is to a lot of people probably too far out from the main nightlife on the beach strip but this is what suits us when we go to Marmaris as we don't like it in our faces but its still only a 10 minute walk down to the beach bars as is.

The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you but what strikes a lot of people about Turkey is the memory of its people.

I was walking through Icmeler last year when I heard my name being called and it was one of the lads from the Hibiscus, now if I had bumped into him at the Hibiscus then his memory would have been jogged but this was a different resort.

I still pop into the Hibiscus when I am in Icmeler either on holiday or on business and have a chat with all the staff and catch up on things with them.

The entertaiment was from the staff mostly with their dancing and Jimmy and okan do a mean jig and hopefully this year Okans brother Hakan will be out of the army and back in Hibiscus to dance with them.

There is the usual Turkish night which is usually once a fortnight and isn't bad if you like the belly dancing but the food that is prepared is always spot on.

I would have no hesitation to stay at the Hibiscus again and would highly reccomend it to anyone.
