| said: This hotel is situated in a residential area, it is the only hotel in the area and is not surrounded by bars and clubs. It is very quiet which suited us ideally.
The accommodation is in small blocks of about eight rooms on two floors or single storey bungalow type accommodation. We were the only English people there, but were made to feel welcome and treated with the utmost coutesy.
Whilst the food catered more for its predominantly continental European clientele, it was good wholesome and we were always able to find something to suit our palette.
IF you like clubs, bars and noise, don't go to the Mal Pas. If you want peace, tranquility and splendid isolation, it's the place for you. Down about 30 steps at the rear of the hotel is the most idyllic and secluded cove from where you can swim or just drink in the sun.
I shall return
