	Situated just outside Skiathos Town, this is a modern complex with an attractive pool area for whiling away the hours. If you fancy something a little more adventurous stroll into town and sample the local cuisine and evening entertainment

D from London travelled to La Piscina Palace Hotel with First Choice on a couples holiday. There were 2 adults and 0 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 08 2006
rated the La Piscina Palace Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: 4* NO maybe 3* staff unfriendly, unhelpful, unless you sit around pool all day and drink and eat your euros away. Room - old toe nail (not mine) remained on bathroom floor all week, white hairs on bedroom mats human or from one of the stray cats that wandered around? still ants were happy ! If you want a hot shower before going out in the evening do it before 1700hrs - otherwise you won't get any hot water! Food V basic no fresh fruit at breakfast, only a small slice of melon wrapped in cling film, which appeared each morning. Cereals remained in plastic dishes throughout the day! Menu very poor choice and expensive. Loads of Greek families with children use hotel, so forget 'best for adults' as First Choice quotes. Views across the pool (towels supplied by the pool),breakfasts(help yourself everything freshly cooked)fry up,cereals,toast,cakes, would fill you for the day,location is just on the outskirts of town,peaceful yet just a stroll away from the hussle and bustle. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were great. Bus service up the road from hotel.Reception area very very comfy large screen tv's.Beautifully decorated, nice furniture, a comfy place of an evening to sit and enjoy a drink, barbecue nights a must to attend.Pool area is spotless and lovely to swim in. A place to escape. Didnt want to leave.
