| said: We stayed in a self catering room, which was cleaned daily, and thoroughly. The location was fantastic, our veranda overlooked the sea. if you get the chance to book the top floor apartment, then do- the views were beautiful.
The location rates a 5 if you want a peaceful, chilled setting, close enough to pop down the road for dinner in one of the tavernas.
Stefano and his wife, Ursula were absolutely lovely. They made us feel vey welcome, and chatted to us about many aspects of the island, places to visit, etc.
The whole island was beautiful. We visited a number of the other beaches by scooter, and there's a regular bus service that takes you from resort to resort. Because it' s such a small island, everything was quite easily accessible.
We would definately visit Stefano's again for a chilled week (with fantastic sun)!

| said: We stayed in the one bedroom appt, it can sleep four, the views are fantastic, the balcony had sun on it all day, it was what I call a penthouse, there is a bus stop outside, no hills to climb at all, it is a ten min walk into the the area with resturants etc. There is a little beach a 2min walk, the gardens are well kept, they have ducks, geese,odd looking turkey's, I think there must have been a bit of interbreeding onlong the way!!and the 2 dogs, one of them (Julie)often strolls on the beach and lay's under the sun bed.
It is a short bus or taxi ride into Skiathos town.
Stefanos House and Kolios House are run by the same family, it is all very friendly, it is a very relaxing holiday, we are staying in Kolios House in June 06,you have to book it privatly, you will find it on the net. Pete & Pat

| said: We stayed at this accommodation on a last minute booking and considering the price we paid, it was an absolute bargain. The apartment was spacious and in a perfect location i.e. 2 mins from the beach and 10 mins to the resort centre.
Ideal for those with children because you had to walk through the farm to the the beach.
The apartment had a balcony which had the sun on it all day and magnificent views of Kolios Bay.
There was a bus stop just outside the accommodation and the bus could take you all the way to Skiathos Town or to the Koukonaries.
