Hi My wife and I spent 2 Wks in Rocas Negras in 2004.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful esp Fiona.
The location suited us great no hill's supermarket next door.
Great the pool area was keep clean at all times also the rooms.
We have been to Lanzarote a few times but found the Rocas Negras the best we will be booking it again soon for 2007.

Lovely place altogether, this has been my forth visit to the Rocas Negras and its just perfect! Location suits me fine because its far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the main town during the day but close enough to enjoy the town at night.
Apartments are very clean and the bar is run by a very nice friendly family.
Around the pool during the day is just like being in heaven, pool is quite deep from the start but there is also a baby pool for the little ones.
I will be back.

This apartment complex is the best I have seen in this area. Apartments are usually good in Lanzerote but I can say that after a few visits to Lanza, this is excellent. My apartment was above the bar which was manage in a very quite manner. The lady who owns the bar (Fiona) is english and is very helpful with information ect.

We went in Febuary and it was -2oC when we got our plane, 4 hours later we where getting of it in 25oC!!
I can't beleive this place is 2* it is lovely. We had a lovely downstairs apartment with a balcony/patio area. It was great. We woke up in morning and the sun was on our balcony.
There wasn't a lot to do around the apartment but that best suited us as we just chilled out and your only a few mins walk from main resort centre.
This place was really nice, not the Ritz, maybe even a little basic but I feel for Spanish self catering it was great.
