POSITIVES.
very large rooms with clean/bright decor/furnishings, large fridge freezer and combined microwave/grill.
large balcony with a perfect sea view.
NEGATIVES.
hot water didn't exist, on the whole it could be said it was cold to cool, reported it but nothing done.
3 COCHROACHES.
No phone in the room and to get to reception was a trek, reception not open on arrival so that was a stress, however all became good.
No TV the reception advised they were working on the problem!! it never happened,
It was a pity because these have the potential to be fantastic, however the negatives in my opinion out weighed the good.
Would NOT RECOMMEND or stay again

| said: Apartments are really smart, big & clean, with huge front patios, from which you can see the sea. We were delighted when we arrived. Good for women aswell, big full length mirrored wardrobes in the bedroom.
Downsides were that we did see a few cockroaches, only 1 in the apartments though (although 1 was enough!) and there were a few insects in the apartment, but I guess that it to be expected. There is no pool, but this doesn’t really matter too much as you are literally across the road from the beach. Check out room is just a tiny shower room in reception which everyone queues to use on check out day and gets really grotty as you can imagine, so you want to get out of there as quickly as possible, if you must use it at all. Also apparently you are supposed to keep the towels from your room to use if you intend to use this check out shower cubicle.
Apart from the above observations, apartments were amazing, in the most perfect location, bars and shops literally at the apartment doorstep (but not rowdy at all) - so it doesn't matter that there is not official onsite entertainment or bar/restaurant.
Would highly recommend Puerto del Carmen, and also Los Cocoteros apartments - they are of a very high standard.

| said: My family stayed at these apartments last year, they were the nicest apartments that I have ever stayed in. They were big and bright very central to everything.
Across the road we were on the beach, it was all on the the flat which suit me as I don't do hills.
I would not stay anywhere else if I go to Lanzarote again.
We had a brilliant holiday.
