| said: We were self catering and are used to roughing it in Greece and Turkey, so the lack of kettle and toaster wasn't a problem. Boil your water in a pan!! There was ant spray under the sink but we didn't need it.
We only had a bar snack round the pool and it was ok. The hotel is a little way out from the shops and pubs, but a pleasant stroll, seemed to be in a residential area. Too far to walk to the beach, but there was a courtesy bus, didn't see it though.
Staff seemed fine. New entertainment rep was eager, but it was quiet and we only went for a long weekend, so didn't partake. They were working around pool area which was inconvenient and it didn't look like they were making a good job of it, would be lots of rough edges to cut youself on.
All in all, not bad for what we paid as a last minute thing and would go again.

| said: Booked self-catering, but couldn't "self-cater" due to there being items not supplied -no kettle, no toaster, no dish towel.
And a mis-match of cutlery and crockery.
Rep informed me that electrical items were available at reception on payment of a hire fee. I told her I didn't think so as I'd already paid for self-catering.
Compared with previous stays in the Canaries which supplied all items and more than necessary, some other items not supplied were hair dyer, microwave, teapot for example.
Two ring cooker unsafe as swithces had to be wobbled to make contact, and safety timer was on all the time!. Rings did not glow to show they were working.
The fridge freezer box had no door so whole fridge was a freezer. Liquid items such as milk and fruit juice had to be defrosted each morning.
Only one pillowslip provided, only 4-coathangers. No clothes airing/drying fittings.
TV was slot pay per view!!!.
The supermarket (better a micromarket) was found to open only twice during our visit. If you needed sweets or swimming aids all was OK from the content of the market.
Didn't use pool as it looked dirty, and what was the thinking behind section at 1.4m and the adjoining section at 1.35m. And no shallow kid's pool.
We were on third floor and no lift available, a struggle up and down a virtual spiral staircase with suitcases.

| said: We stayed at the Teguise Golf for a week and in that week so much was going on.
When we first arrived we had to wait a good 45 mins to check in the children were really tired from the flight.
We had to pay for our own drinks even though we were all inclusive as it was after 11pm.
There were a few children hurting themselves in the pool area as the tiles around sides of pool were dangerous, also there was large planks of wood separating the two pools one baby pool and the other was a pool about 7-8 ft deep. My 2 yr old could easy have fallen in.
The apartment was really nice, spacious and clean.
There were about 5 different families apartments that had been broken into.

| said: the food at the hotel was ok, the decor in the resturant was dark and not a pleasant place to eat.
the maid came once in the whole week we stayed and all she did was change the bins. the apartment was riddled with ants. we were not given another room but we were given a can of ant spray which was 1/4 full. so there were dead ants all over the floor and no maid came to mop or clean the floor up. the ants were in our wardrobe crawling in our clothes. we had no fresh towels, no beds made.
the location was a 15 minute walk away from the main part.
hotel staff didnt make any effort to be friendly.
the only good thing was the entertainment.

| said: This hotel was not very clean. The bins around the pool area over flowed with rubbish each day and where not changed until the following day.
The staff were not helpful at all.
The entertainment programme is all that this hotel has going for it.

| said: We arrived at the apartments about midday - quite windy, all of the sunloungers had towels on them but not people.
Pool was far too deep for our children 7 and 5 although they can both swim. Around pool area was filthy and the sunloungers the same.
One Pool for very small children approx. 30cm deep. - Pool two 1.35m deep no shallow end. - Pool three - 1.40m deep - the logic in this I don't know.
Apartments very spacious with a huge balcony. Apartments themselves very quite dirty - lovely white sheets and pillowcases covering brown pillows and stained bed. Skirting boards and corners of rooms had other peoples hair and sand.
Facilities at the complex are good with huge washers and dryers (no washing powder is available you have to purchase this at the supermarket).
The hotel itself was about 15 minutes walk into the resort centre. Great to have a nice walk before dinner. Approx 3Euros back again in a taxi.
5 minutes walk from water park which was fantastic.
15 minutes walk to nicer beach. although there is a courtesy bus every 1/2 hour - it is recommended that on returning to the apartments from the beach that you give the apartment name to the bus driver.

| said: The hotel was clean and quite small which was great for us. Not too many kids and as we were on a relaxing sun holiday that was nice. The weather was a bit of a let-down, it does get very windy and it rained hard one day, although we still got tanned. The food was lovely, varied but something for everyone. the entertainment was good for a small hotel. the only complaint would be that the all inclusive ends at eleven, so get your drinks in early!!!!

| said: I travelled in the childrens half term holiday and surprisingly this hotel was quite quiet (whilst the hotel in which my sister was staying, the Lanzarote Bay which is about 200 yards down the road was full packed with children). It is a little bit out of the way from the Centre of Costa Tequise, which is a very nice area. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the centre. There is a small beach about 5-10 min walk away. We ate in the restaurant every night, the food was very good and good value. I would say it was a hotel for couples, who do not want to be surrounded by lots of kids. It has a nice pool and although it is a little bit out of the way, it means you do not get any noise from neighbouring discos etc.
