The appartments are on three floors - our rooms were on the first floor and overlooked the road at the back of the hotel. Its position meant that we had virtually no sun at any time of the day. Spacious accommodation but shabby and dated.
The bathroom door would not close properly and the hairdryer was broken.
The kitchen was very pokey with virtually no worktop space. The equipment was minimal and the filter coffee-maker jug was cracked - we asked for a replacement but it never appeared.
The bedroom had plenty of hanging space for clothes but no drawers for "smalls" and low wattage bulbs meant that after dark, light was a problem.
For two out of the seven days we had no hot water.
The fresh rolls every day were appreciated but they did not arrive til well past eight each morning - by which time we had finished breakfast!
The pool areas looked sad and the lounger mattresses were falling apart at the seams.
There was a cursory clean and bin-emptying two or three times in the week, two lots of towel changes and sheets once.
The hotel is ideally situated for shops, bars, restaurants etc - there is a supermarket right next door and a bus-stop on the corner. If you have a car, there is ample parking in the road behind the hotel.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about this place; it suited our needs to a point but I certainly would not agree with all the "glowing" reviews that have gone before. However, it was 'cheap as chips' and we got no more than we paid for.

We got back yesterday from the Mansion De Nazaret and wanted to let people know how we found it. It's a well run complex, although I would avoid it if you have younger children that need entertaining as there is no on site entertainment at all. Families with babies or older children that aren't looking for a kids club will be more than happy. We arrived last Thursday evening and discovered that the agents we had booked with had gone into liquidation that day (Go2Spain - so beware if you have booked through them as we discovered our transfers from the airport had been cancelled, and the money not paid to the hotel either!!) The lady who runs the complex and the english guy on reception could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day, and we were given fresh towels daily. My only gripe would be that our bedding wasn't changed for the entire time we were there. We had a complimentary bottle of spanish wine in our apartment on arrival, and fresh rolls left for us every morning, not always 3 though even though there were 3 in our party. The pools were nice and there were always sun loungers available. Guests were a comfortable mix of British, German & Spanish. All in all a lovely place to stay. I would heartily recommend it.

Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every day, the hotel is in an excellent location close to the main area and beaches, but not at all noisy at night.

Very friendly staff and really nice and clean rooms, no entertainment was available as far as we knew, would stay here again.

We decided on this accommodation after reading the reviews here - we were not dissapointed.

Our apartment was in duplex style with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. a large balcony to the rear of the apartment with table and chairs and a clothes airer type thing for drying towels, cozzies atc.though the view from this balcony was of some waste ground, there was also a large balcony to the front of the apartment that overlooked the pool and as we had the end apartment we often had the chairs out there.

The apartment is well equipped, with toaster, kettle, coffee maker (filter type not cafetiere)and microwave. There was a small breakfast bar with stools if it was too hot to eat outside. The bottle of wine left for us on arrival and the daily fresh, crusty rolls is a nice touch.

The bathroom had bath with shower over, large wash basin and a toilet, also a hairdryer attached to the wall. The bedroom had twin beds pushed tobether, a large wardrobe with hangers, a couple of blankets, iron/ironing board and the safe was tucked away in the bottom. Maids came 6 days and in the week we were there the linen was changed once and the towels twice. Floors were washed everytime they came.

Pool area was hosed down and swept every day and there was never a scramble for sunbeds, most of which had mattresses, we were able to get sunbeds at any time of day with no problem. There were two other pools as well that we didn't spend time at, although we did go and have a nosey, they were a little more exposed, so didn't have as many shady areas. All pools had the same quality of sunbeds. There was also a higher sundeck area for the serious sun worshipper! The best thing of all though was the peace and quiet in all pool areas, the only music was from a radio at the pool bar which was kept at a normal volume, so unlees you were at the bar or in the immediade vicinity it was not really noticable.

There is a restaurant at the front of the complex, which served drinks and snacks during the day and evening meals, all very nice, we were given a 10% discount card to use at the restaurant.

There is no entertainment at all at the complex, which is basically two in one, the Mansion Nazaret and the Apartments Nazaret, the main entrance is at the Apartments Nazaret, so if you are travelling by Taxi from the airport, tell the driver Apartments Nazaret as that is where the reception is (free coffee and biscuits in reception). There are two internet terminals in reception as well as a good selection of books to borrow. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The other staff - cleaners, gardeners, night watchman, pool bar attendant and restaurant staff were always ready with a smile and "hola". They all seemed a happy bunch. Most spoke very good English.

The impression we got here is that they have taken the time and effort to find out what their clients want from their holiday and accommodation and then went out of their way to provide it.

So if its peace and quiet you are looking for, comfortable accommodation and everything else in easy walking distance (Spar right outside the main gate and another supermarket across the road, both reasonable prices)then these apartments are a perfect shoice.

We booked this complex after reading the reviews. Then I bumped into my old boss who had stayed here. He also gave a glowing review. We were not disappointed.

The room the situation, the resort were ideal for us. The little touches ie bottle of wine on arrival, bread rolls each morning, fresh rose, showed a personal touch of a family run enterprise.

We are hoping to return in Nov for 2 weeks.

We just returned from a one week holiday staying at Mansion Nazaret Apartments and would like to tell people what a wonderful place they are to stay at.

The apartments were spotlessly clean and the maids came 6 days out of 7, the towels and beds were changed regularly and the whole apartment cleaned throughly each day.

The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you we had Free bread rolls delivered every morning and a free bottle of wine on our arrival.

The Pools and Pool areas were clean and tidy and there were plenty of sunbeds always available. The apartments were situtated perfectly for everything that is the beach restaurants bars shops etc. with no need to get taxis anywhere.

We will not hestiate to return to these apartments and fully recommend them to anyone wanting a great Holiday.

We got back in the early hours of the morning from 2 weeks at the Mansion Nazaret. We got a good deal £660 for 2 weeks for 2 people so was not expecting too much but were pleasantly suprised when we arrived here.

The apartment was on 2 levels which was really unusual but we liked it the downstairs had sofa, tv etc and kitchen facililtes ie microwave. Upstairs bedroom, bathroom etc we also got an ironing borad, iron, kettle and hairdryer for no extra charge which is unsual. We hired a safe which was 30 euros for 2 weeks.

This apartment is slap bang in the centre so you are never far away from all of the amenities and very close to a couple of supermarkets so you can stock up on water etc. I would have liked the beds and towells to have been changed a bit more as I think they just got folded up.

My only complaint is the balcony as it was covered in birds and bird muck and builders dust from wasteland outside so was unsuitable to sit on but other than that was very pleased.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Not really a good place for young kids as no kids club although there were a few kids there.

The only reason I wouldn't come here again is I didn't think the resort was the best did prefer puerto de carmen much more happening it was a bit dead but I guess its only May and probably livens up a bit.

We booked the Mansion Nazaret apartments and they are by far the best accomodation we have ever been in! Within steps of a whole host of amenities, the apartments (and the sister 'nazaret' ones) are served by 1 reception and the staff are amazingly helpful. So much care was taken with the appearance of the place and it really made the time worthwhile. Friendly and helpful staff they also were and we are definitely going back, as soon as possible. We had a 2 bedroomed appt. which was huge, the beds were comfy, it was spotless all over. Lots of room on the balcony, which was served by chairs & table, and covered which let just enough sun in to be comfortable. TV was basic, but it's not why you go away.

Bathroom was clean and plentiful and the kitchen was lovely, if small, our only complaint would be that there is no real work surface and it makes it awkward even to do snacks, but it doesn't bother us too much.

We have been going to Nazaret apartments / Masion 2 or 3 times a year for the last 15 years. We have never had at any time reason for complaint.

Extra pillows sticky doors blown light bulbs etc are always sorted without any fuss. The reception staff in fact all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay here to any one.

If you like a lively holiday no problem as Nazaret is right by the Market Square along with loads of bars and places to eat. If you want a quiet holiday again no problem as Nazaret has plenty of places to relax by the 3 pools. Even if you want a windsurfing break then Nazaret has storage for your boards etc.

Sometimes kids can get a little noisy by the pool but who cares we were all kids once. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the Mansion Nazaret after being overbooked at a much larger hotel which we had stayed in before.

When we arrived at Mansion Nazaret we were met by extremly friendly staff who were only too willing to help.

We found the hotel to be very clean and well looked after. Every room has a complimentary bottle of wine and guests recieve fresh bread rolls each morning delivered to the door free of charge.

Although there is no evening entertainment the hotel is very close to the resort centre so this was not a problem even though we travelled we with our two teenage daughters who enjoyed this hotel as much as myself and my husband.

In fact we are all returning this August for two weeks.

Rooms were of a good size and kept clean by friendly staff.

As a self catering apartment - 4 electric rings plus a foot space next to the sink did make it difficult to rustle up anything to be particularly proud of.

Swimming pools were clean and generally the poolside area was quiet. There were some noisy children but watching them fall out with their parents and each other was quite amusing. You are able to use other pools within the block which we did when Ryan from Bradford aged 9 became unbearable.

No lifts to higher floors but not an issue for ourselves.
