| said: Myself, my Boyfriend and my nine year old daughter spent 1 week at this hotel.
We arrived early hours of the morning and it was 27 degrees. So we checked in and went straight to our room to sleep. We had a twin room and i would say there was just enough room for the 3 of us.
We woke up to fantastic weather really hot in the mid 30's + and it was like this all week.. Breakfast is served from 7.30 and overall i have to say there is a good variety of food. Usual cooked breakfast of bacon, scrambled & fried eggs sausage (small cocktail type) beans etc but also porridge fruit, toast, cakes and much more. Plenty of drinks to choose from. We went B&B so cant speak for the rest of the food but the pool bar does a good burger and chips!
We spent most mornings lounging around the pool. We preferred the pool with the waterfalls as it wasn't so deep and that was where most the families were so was better for my daughter as she could play with friends. It also had aqua aerobics, water polo and the bar near by.
There is a supermarket if you go out of the back entrance and right which sells everything.
The room was cleaned every day and fresh towells including pool towels. Clean bathroom with great shower and bath. The security safe is Numeric and you can put in your own number.
Ayia Napa is a good 45 minute walk away down one main road, you could walk it and there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops along the way but in the heat and with children a Taxi is better and they usually charge around 6- 8 Euros. There are plenty of places to eat here but make sure you try Romeos Inn they have great food and the staff are fantastic. Also try the Indian Palace they do massive portions (especially the chips ) at great prices and have the best Chicken Madras ever!
The beach across the road is lovely, but we preferred Nissi Beach. The water is shallow and you can walk out for miles so great for kids. It did get quite busy later though but still a lovely day out.
Go to the Water Park its 16 Euros for kids and 20 Euros for Adults. There are loads of slides for people of all ages and the pools are nice too. They also have a place where you can get Burger and chips etc.
All in all this is a great hotel and good value for money i only wish it had been nearer to Ayia Napa so we could walk there rather than take a taxi. Thats the only bad point in my opinion.

| said: Well, the location is rubbish, it is on a main road ages away from a nice beach and Ayia Napa, the main road was really noisy.
It was Quite clean but not really clean it sometimes did smell but it was OK.
The Food was OK there was a good variety and something for everyone.
Some of the staff couldn't even speak English and couldn't understand your drink orders.
The entertainment was good and You could take part in discos and watch dancing and you could do a hypnotist that was good and quite funny.
There wasn't much to do and the pools were quite dangerous as there was something that sucked your foot in at the bottom of the pool. Somebody got their foot stuck.
There was glass all over the floor and i stood on some and it cut my foot.(Twice!)
Overall I would not go back again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Rubbish.

| said: Just arrived back from wonderful holiday at the Olympic Lagoon Resort. Resort itself is beautiful and in particular the 5 lovely swimming pools. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in contrast to other comments made.
We were on B & B and the variety etc was very good and also very organised in the mornings. Also ate at a couple of the themed evenings and food was of a good quality. Entertainment Team worked very hard and were very friendly although we found some of the shows in the evening a bit boring and not suited to children.
We ate at the Garden of Eden along the road and would highly recommend this and also the Clarabel Restaurant in Ayia Napa who do the best steak ever.
Beach across the road from Hotel is lovely and very clean not like Nissi Beach which we ventured to once.
All in all we had a lovely holiday at this resort and would visit again.

The pools and gardens are outstanding. The entertainment is good (but not varied, same entertainers pop up too frequently). Reasonable location near an absolutely excellent beach although a bit of a way from resort centre.
However, although the hotel was decent I would not categorise it as 4*. Although it had some 4* trappings eg room service, free pool towels, in other areas it was let down.
The breakfast particularly is poor and service in the restaurant is extremely poor. Breakfast is 7am to 10am and when they say 10am they mean it. Food (which is adequate (dodgy bacon, cocktail sausages, tinned fruit, poor selection of cold meats) but not 4* quality)is snatched away from the buffet before your eyes at 10.01. Evening meal is also a buffet, service is again poor, plates are not cleared away.
Food is decent but there is not a good choice, I've stopped in many 3* hotels with much better food.
Just about enough sunbeds by the pool although on one or two days it was a struggle to find 2 together.
Sadly there was the usual reservation by towel at 5am, with some people not then making an appearance until the afternoon.
The bar drinks are appalling. I understand that prices might be steep in a hotel. However, I expect to at least get a proper measure of spirit. For example, I watched one bar person make a cocktail and I estimated there was about 1/3 of a measure of spirit in it altogether (for C£4).
We stuck to wine and beer after that (although when you ordered a bottle of wine it was a toss up which type they would actually bring you - they always got the colour right though).
Many of the other staff were good, entertainment reps were good and some other staff eg receptionists were friendly, many waiting staff were not.
Had this hotel been marketed as 3* (with 3* prices) I would have been very happy, as it is it was okay but not of the quality you expect for 4*).

| said: Having read a few negative reports on this hotel, I felt it necessary to tell you that we had such a good time last July that we are going again for the same week next month.
Yes the breakfast is basic but isn't it always unless you want to pay 5* prices? I found the evening meal to be varied and of good quality, we ate out once and took advantage of the different themed nights at the hotel for 10CYP pounds each. We will remember one night in particular with the pianist, the food was fantastic.
Yes the location is not very good but I have to tell you I have been to Ayia Napa 8 times as a clubber and at the age of 40 and finally settled down (!!) you are relieved that the hotel is a short taxi ride away as the centre is very noisy - OK when you are in your 20s and 30s of course.
This hotel is excellent for children, though I have none, but there is plenty for them to do and the evening entertainment is good!
Some staff are very pleasant, like any other hotel.
I don't know why so many people have complained to be honest. I didn't see any ants and the rooms are clean.

| said: We have be holidaying at this hotel for the last 10 years, visiting in May and September/October. For breakfast there is plenty of choice for all tastes. The evening meals are good, but we eat out each night as there are some nice restaurants.
The one complaint we do have is the price of drinks and snacks at the hotel. We feel, especially if you have children, this can be quite costly, but you usually find this at hotels.
We book direct with the hotel and have never had any problem with any of the rooms we are given. The hotel is clean and the maid service is very good. The pool area is usual tidy although on our recent visit the garden were slightly overgrown.
The gardening staff were starting to cut the grass etc towards the end of our stay. There are plenty of sun beds - with a supply of new matresses.
The hotel is located 5 mins from the Landa beach, and a 5 min taxi ride from the centre of Ayia Napa. We go to the centre most nights but is nice to be staying out of the busy/noisy centre. We have got to know alot of the 'regular' staff at the hotel and they are very friendly and helpful, we are always welcomed back by them.
The hotel employ some staff who are only there for a short time and some of them are not as friendly.

The hotel was fab, pools great, great for children, bugalows were by far the best room for location and size, cleaned every day, lovely maids. Only thing not keen on was staff, rude, arrogant didn't care what we were there for etc etc, the lady in charge of human resources Elanor was lovely and very helpful other than that staff were useless, but hey we didn't see them that much so no probs

| said: We have just come back from a lovely week stay at this hotel.
We arrived at 1.30 in the morning, the reception staff greeted us with a smile and where more than helpful, this than 5 minutes later we were in are room.
The room was of a good size with plenty of storage. The bathroom was clean and also had free shampoo etc. in there even a little sewing kit. The room was a sea view room also over looking the pool.
At breakfast there is a very good choice of food, from ceral, english breakfast which was always hot, lots of different breads, yogut, fruit, cold meats and cheese and donuts. The lunch at the pool side bar is very nice with a good menu and big portions. We only had dinner once out of seven nights there. The food was a bufet which was ok.
The pool and gardens are kept lovely and clean. Never had trouble getting a sun bed even when we got back to the hotel at 1.30 one afternoon.
The staff at the hotel we found to be all friendly and helpful.
The entertainment staff are fab.
We would go back to this hotel tomorrow, we had a great time.

| said: I booked 2 junior suites with pool views. When we got to our rooms I was amazed this hotel was rated as 4 star.
The rooms were small, had an odour of must, dusty and very dated with worn furniture. The bedding was so old, we had to remove the cover and blankets and sleep with just sheets. The bath had a large rusty crack by the plug hole and mould all around the tiles.
Outside the room was a cracked exposed pipe. My first experience of the pool was seeing 8 full bags of rubish left by the pool until the following day.
The food was more 2 star than 4 star. It was the same food cooked in a different way every night. It was diabolical.
The location of the hotel was along side a main dual carriage-way to the front and along side an A-road to the rear of the hotel, so not really the best of locations. The smell of fumes was quite strong by the pool.
I found the hotel staff in general to be rather rude. Never greated with a smile or never once heard a please or thank you.
The entertainment team was provided through a third party and it was good. They constantly tried to involve everyone for daytime activities. The night time entertainment was ok. My three year old loved dancing to the songs (when allowed).
I did not expect this hotel to be so dated. I was totally shocked by the dated facilities and by the pool bed reserving. You had to be up before 8am to get a decent sun-lounger by the pool.
After sleeping there for one night, I requested a move (and told the holiday company I would pay the difference) to a five star hotel up the road, but I was told the 5 star hotel was full and if I wanted to move, I may be best to look at all the hotels in the resort and then let the rep know which one I fancied and then she would check availability. I had already wasted 2 days of my 7 day break so I decided to grin and bear it for the next five days.
I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone, even if it was for free.

The hotel itself though is very nice the pools are the main attraction.
The staff seem to be friendly and rooms were always spotless.
The breakfast was nice enough and plenty of choice but for a 4* hotel i was a bit diappointed.
We never stayed in the hotel for entertainment but I know they are very expensive for the food and drinks. They do however have a good deal on for £12 drinks all day deal.
The hotel is out of the way a bit from Ayia Napa and will cost around £5 for a taxi or there is a bus stop outside to the right of the hotel.
I would not go back to this hotel as I think it is more for family and the elderly and not for young couples.

The hotel is spotless the only mess I could see was in our bungalow from the two kids but the maids would come in and clean the place ftop to bottom everyday, no need to take towels as these were supplied and if they got wet and you saw a maid they were more than happy to gavyou as many as you wanted.
The food is alright some days better than others for our reception we had a meze and this was lovely the food didn't stop turning up.
The one problem we had was the drink I dont want to sound like ahave a problem with drink but in the first 4 days we spent £300 on drink and we didn't feel drunk at all we complained and they said they would sort it out but we came to the conclusion that it was all watered down as we tried all varieties and still had no success.
Saying that we learnt a lot about the place and we would go back but would do most of the drinking at night and of complex.

| said: The Olympic Lagoon Resort is not a 4* Hotel.
Staff are friendly and cleanliness is top quality.
The rooms are kept clean and are a okish size, the motorway that our room looked out on is extremely noisy!!
The food is very poor for a 4*, we stayed here as H/B. The breakfasts were cold and the same every morning, we found a little place in napa which did a great breakfast (English Sausage not frankfurters!!)inc PG Tips tea for 2.50cyp
Evening meals were themed nights, basically the same food cooked in a different way, not good!
The hotel is a long way out from napa centre but ok for nissi beach.
Beware the taxis they say 5cyp whether your going from the hotel into napa but will say the same for going half way!
On a plus the pools are lovely and kept very clean and there's plenty of sun beds.
We wouldn't stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone rating should be dropped to 3* and the food needs vastly improving.

Stayed in main part of hotel and room was fine, junior suites are better but did have problems with ants on that occasion.
Swimming pools are brilliant with loads of sunbeds, entertainment not so good this year.
Cost of drinks are beyond belief and quality of drinks also poor and they even tried to give me a white rum as a substitute for Bacardi and the cost was still £4 cyp pounds.
Hotel is out of the way and you have got to get a taxi into Ayia Napa, there are a number of pubs and restaurants at the back of hotel, garden of Eden one of the better ones.
Venture into Ayia Napa and you must go to limelight huge portions and top quality food approx £60 cyp with drinks, lots of other good restaurants and take the discount vouchers as they are worth it.

Our bungalow was full of ants all holiday we told reception every day our air con didn't work nor did the fridge or safe for the 2 weeks we were there we tried for another room with no joy the rep never turned up we saw her twice all the 2 weeks we were there.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and gosh they know how to charge I am not at all tight but I know when people are taking me for a ride.
We stopped at the Pascalia in Penera the year before and it put this place too shame!
If you are going take plenty of cash and good shoes for the walking its cheaper to get a taxi to Ayia Napa for your food and drink because the entertainment in this place is rubbish and the staff never smile so take my advice and stay somewhere else.

| said: We have just got back from the Olympic Lagoon and the hotel itself was excellent. The room we booked was just a standard room with a pool view, it was pretty pokey with barely enough room to walk around the bed. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a junior suite which is much larger and more suitable for a 2 week stay, I wouldn't book a standard room again.
The hotel was spotless with maids service every day, the staff were really friendly and polite.
Breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice, the food was lovely. The only let down were the themed buffets they have every night, I felt they were a bit dull and a bit on the expensive side but handy as the town centre is an hour and a halfs walk (!!) or 5-6 CYP in a taxi.
There is a nice restaurant just at the front of the hotel though.
The pools are amazing, always clean and never a fight for sun loungers. The beach is across the road and is nice but busy and you have to pay for sun lougers.
Entertainment was rubbish really, the singers were poor and it seemed to be mainly focussed on childrens entertainment or entertainment for the over 60's.
Overall I would go again but the town centre is miles away and staying on the resort site is a bit tedious after the first few days. If you've got kids and you don't want to go far from the hotel then it's great.

The Olympic Lagoon was the most fantastic place to get married! the room where they marry you is great with every little detail included!
Only thing I would say because it is such a popular resort to get married, many people got married on the same day and even up to an hour before the next! which isn't really a major issue until both couples / parties wanted to sit on the balcony and this was unable to be done.
We opted for a meal at a local greek restuarant "the Garden of Eden" which served a tradional Greek meal in the most perfect setting, the hotel would of been able to cater for us but we just decided on something a little more tradional.

Fruit and natural yogurt, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, chocolate and of course the full English. Three types of egg if you wish boiled scrambled/omlette or fried, it was the same stuff daily but what else could you ask I don't have that variety at home!
The food served at the pool bar for lunch and dinner was very reasonable I thought when comparing to prices outside the hotel and it's good. I didn't have a bad meal there, although I didn't go for the buffets only worthwhile if you want to be up and down a few times to get you're moneys worth they're £9 each. Service is slow though so best to get you're own drinks from the bar rather than waiting for table service.
We had a bungalow which we found to have ample space for 2 adults and 2 kids it also had a separate toilet not really sure why but it did come in handy! No queueing.
We found all areas of the hotel to be very clean the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I think the hotel is a little far out of the resort it's definitely too far to walk if you've got kids especially in the heat of the day. Not too bad on an evening if you like a long walk, but taxi's are only £4 each way which we didn't think was too bad. You can always get the bus anyway.
The entertainment wasn't bad they try it's just a bit too late if you're there with the kids doesn't start while 9.30 to 10.00. The shows are good that they bring in though.

We chose to pay a supplement to get a bungalow room which was a really good size , had a partioning door for privacy and it's own little garden area with a patio set and a couple of sun loungers. This proved to be invaluable as we were able to enjoy the sun ( and take it in turns to go to the pool ,which was metres away) whilst our little girl had her afternoon nap.
The room and indeed all of the hotel areas ( restaurants, swimming pools , reception etc)were always really clean.
We only had breakfast and sometimes lunches in the hotel. I don't know if the breakfast set up has changed since some of the previous reviews on this site were posted, but we were able to have more than just the bakery / cereal type items e.g full english breakfast, fruit, yoghurt etc.Always the same every morning but nice anyway.
The lunches we had in the pool restaurant were very good. We also bought fresh rolls from the supermarket on occasion, which were very good except the chicken and mayo ones which seemed to be just mayo!
The location of the hotel wasn't bad but I would probably have liked to have been able to walk to more shops/ restaurants. The Landa beach across the road is nice with all the facilities that you could need. It's just a bit too much of a trot in the heat to get to the Nissi beach area and definitley too far to walk into Ayia Napa.
We got a taxi into town ( taxi rank by the supermarket) which cost CYP4 each way. Not too bad but always a worry when not all of the cars had seat belts.
Staff in the hotel were all extremely friendly and we did catch some of the evening entertainment which was pretty good. Our daughter loved the kids disco, however this didn't generally start until 9pm which was probably a bit too late for the littler ones.
All in all it was a lovey place for a holiday.

We were B&B and the breakfast was varied but got so boring after two weeks. There was everything you could ask for i.e english cooked, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, cereal, cakes etc...
My children had a great time at the kids club which is air conditioned and enjoyed the kids disco.
The evening entertainment for adults was a bit naf. Not sure i could stay and watch everynight but now and then it was good fun. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel which serves really top class meals for reasonable prices but the poritons are massive...!
The staff at the hotel speak good english and were friendly and helpful We were disapointed with our room as ti was a bit shabby and needed redecorating. It was big enough but there were newer refurbishedd rooms which we wished we had been put in. The air con was great as the weather is so hot but it did smell a little. We did not see any bugs or creepy crawlies and it was mostly very clean.
Overall a great holiday but was expensive in the hotel and the nearby hotel shop was cheaper than the one in the hotel.

I would come back to this hotel again if only for the swimming pools

The room also smelt of urine because of the air con. It wasn't a horrible room and it was cleaned very well but it just liked like it could do with a re-furb. As it was four star I was expecting a bit more.
The hotel grounds were beautful and really well kept.
All the pool areas were really looked after and clean.
We had B&B which was fine after a while it got boring but I think that's the same anywhere you go. There was a variety of breakfasts from full English, to pastries to cheese, ham and yoghurts and fruit. The food we paid for around the pool was over priced but adequate but in the end we went a little up the road and had lunch there which was far more reasonable and filling.
The local people were so friendly especially with our children. One night my son lost his bouncy ball in a restaurant and the waiter went a bought him a new one, which was really appreciated. In that way the Cypriots are very good hosts and really try to mak everyone happy.
The location of the hotel was as the brochure said. It was further from Ayia Napa than I thought but there are nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket. We did go into Ayia Napa a few times, mostly in the day time to the beach which I loved but my partner hated all the cigarette butts everywhere. It was only a short cab ride back and a good twenty minutes walk there. It is near to the waterpark which was an expensive but excellent day out. Again it was a long walk but well worth it and the kids had one of their best holiday days there.
The staff were pleasant in the hotel, we were left to get on with our holiday but service was fine when it was needed.
The entertainment was a bit poor. Everyone tried really hard and the children were entertained but it was all what you've seen before, bingo, quizzes and shows etc...
We did say we would go back to the Olympic Lagoon after the holiday and we did have a great time but to be honest I would prob go somewhere else because it's nice to try different places.

| said: We arrived at the hotel and were met by porters who took our luggage in. Checked in and were driven to our bungalow in a buggy by one of the porters who showed us in to our room and showed us where everything was and how it worked. The garden had two sunbeds, patio table and chairs and an umbrella. We were very impressed with it - however, the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERY WORD they are saying next door!! Especially at night when all is quiet - luckily there were no honeymooners next door!!
The bungalow was very large and very pleasant. Massive double bed and two sofas made up as beds. Bathroom plus an extra toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities and supplies, hairdryer were available.
TV in the room - we were told not to watch channel 15 upwards as they were pay ones. We did watch Bonanza every day at 6p.m. and there were other programmes - all in English with greek subtitles - the boys loved Bonanza and were ready to watch it every evening once they had their shower!
The shower was always hot. Shampoos were available in the bathroom but I used my own so no idea if they would have replenished them.
The cleaner was a bit too good - took stuff away that she thought was rubbish and wasn't - a carrier bag full of crisps and a half drunk bottle of sprite! But the rooms were cleaned perfectly every day.
The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. For our first week it was fairly quiet and just a few steps from the bungalow to the pool - there were sunbeds available nearly all day. There was a nice gentle slope into the pool (one of three). Pool towels were provided.
Ate breakfast at the hotel - good range although it always seems to get boring after a week - but seeing as I usually only ever have toast at home I could hardly complain.
Lunch we got either from the supermarket next door where they have made up rolls and sandwiches etc., or from the pool bar, which although a little pricey were of a good size.
We didn't buy drinks at the pool bar but got them from the supermarket next door.
The entertainment in the hotel was ok - some nights it was outside some nights it was in…. but they tried hard. They had kareoke nights, cypriot night (which we missed both times unfortunately), Mr. & Mrs., Quiz, Bingo, variety shows.
Drinks in the bar in the evening were very expensive so we didn't order much.
We ate out every night. Out of the back of the hotel, turn left - first restaurant is Paradise Alley, which was our least favourite, but still ok. Then the Agritikkon - excellent food and service. Next up is the Garden of Eden - again excellent food and service - they made us feel very welcome each time we visited. Further up the Louitsianna (sp) which was still very good.
Turning left out of the hotel, almost next door to the Adams Beach is the Diones which again, excellent and very friendly, but a bit slower on the service side!
All the restaurants have play areas and games for the children.
Further up is The Gardens which although has good ratings - we had an awful meal with bad service so didn't go back. Next door, Valentinos - something was going on whilst we were there which affected the service and again we didn't return although the food wasn't too bad but they were a bit surly and offish wish us. We asked a couple of times for some bread and didn't get any - although everyone else did and when we asked again the woman was quite rude.
Beach closet to the hotel is the Landa which is really nice and fairly quiet. The jet skis here were £17 compared to Nissi Beach where they were £25 - it's only a 10-15 minute walk via the coastal path so worth considering.
We hired a car. One day we went first to Protaras which was very nice and then on to Palaminari a lovely little village. We spent ages in an accessory shop and bought belts, jewellery and all sorts of stuff. There are some really nice shops there - shame we didn't stay longer. On the Sunday we went to the market near Larnaca - it was very dusty, some of the stuff being sold was absolute rubbish. We got bitten like crazy and it was very smelly - but I did get a nice tshirt and belt. However the belt was cheaper in the supermarket at Nissi Beach - so be careful of the prices!!
We went in to Larnaca and I was pleasantly surprised. Some nice trendy cafes and also pizza hut, kfc etc., but very tasteful. I desperately wanted something from Haagan daz but we didn't manage it!
We got totally lost coming out of Larnaca and ended up in the middle of a housing estate!! It was a laugh though and what with the road works - we got back eventually but had great fun getting there.
I would definitely go back to the Olympic Lagoon but would probably do one week half board and one week b&b.
They were almost finished building a bar/pub next door to the supermarket at the back of the hotel. I would be interested to know whether it gets very loud - as there are some bungalows a stones throw away from there - bearing in mind how quiet it is at night does the noise from there affect people in the bungalows?

The children looked for good but the children had so much fun they did not need to go. My sister had a bunglow and she thought it was fantastic I had a room in the main hotel and I was very nice.
We had no rep at out hotel we had a helpline where we call to talk 2 a rep and ask the questions so we were not pleased with it so the stay was very good.

| said: This hotel was brilliant, lots of sun loungers so you can stay in the sun all day long if you want. The pools are cold but massive.
The maids come and clean your room every day and are ever so freindly.
The hotel is about a 5min taxi ride into the centre of Ayia Napa and cost £4 but if you go on the bus you can go anywere for 70cent.
The only grumble I had was the notices put around the pool i.e no common towles to be used and no hairbrushes by the pool side. I mean whats all that about.
Ideal for a quiet holiday but no too far out to get involved in the night life.
Would deffinetly go back especially when we have a family as the ents team were doing an excellent job at looking after the kids.

| said: The only word to describe this hotel is fantastic. The food has a different theme each night from a Cyprus night to a Sunday Carvary. Each night has a choice of salads, hot buffet and lots of yummy puddings. The staff are so helpful and speak excellent english. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are cleaned regulary. The pool is ice cold but very nice. Lots of fountains, waterfalls and a lovely bubble area. The hotel is 3-4km out of the centre of Aiya Napa.

The food was also very good with plenty of selection from both hot and cold menu probably ate too much.
Location was pretty good with a five minute taxi ride or a ten minute bus ride in to town.
Hotel staff were very helpful at all times.
The entertainment was ok but we didn't go to be entertained.

| said: Olympic Lagoon is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and across the road from a very nice beach called the Landa Golden Beach.
We only stayed at Olympic Lagoon for 3 nights as we had originally booked into their sister Hotel in Paphos for 2 weeks and they were offering complimentary stays at Olympic Lagoon for anyone who wanted to go.
Hotel and room was very clean - towels changed every day and separate towels supplied ror use by the pool or on the beach. Pool area is quite nice - loads of sunbeds and it seemed really quiet round the pool during our stay - most people probably go out to the beaches during the day. Breakfast was good and the themed nights that we went to during our short stay, had a very good selection of tasty food - the Mexican night was particularly good.
In my opinion the Hotel is suited to couples and families - it's too far out of Ayia Napa for those wanting to take advantage of the lively nightlife.

| said: Upgraded to pool view bungalow which was nice and spacious. Unfortunately entrance backed onto car park of small supermarket so was very dusty, terrace overlooked pool and play area.
Complex itself is lovely especially around the pool area.
Restaurants were good. We were half board, breakfasts were good, buffet dinners in the poolside restaurants were also very good but a'la carte dinners in the hotel restaurant were very basic. Next time I would go B&B as there are lots on nice restaurants on the main road by the hotel.
Great water park within walking distance of the complex and also Nissi Beach. Don't bother buying tickets to the water park from the rep as they are the same price as you pay at the park entrance and they are not VIP tickets and do not get you quick entrance to the park - infact you end up queueing for longer then people who turn up and pay on the door!
Olympic Tour reps at airport and resort were useless as were the check-in staff at Gatwick.

| said: Just come back from 2 great weeks at this hotel. Most
evening meals are themed bufffet ie Mexican this costs
£9 Cyprus for adults eat as much as you can, its cheaper to do this than pay the supplement in England that I think is about £14 each per night. The drinks are quite expensive and not very much alcohol in them
though they do happy hour most evenings. This hotel is definitely to far to walk in to Ayia Nappa but you can walk to Nissi beach. There is not much nearby and a taxi costs £4 or £5 into Nappa . The pool is huge never any trouble getting a sunbed, there are loads. cold flannels come round in the day to cool you down. Lunch time snacks cost about £4.25 for burger and chips with a bit of salad all the food we bought was very nice, we would definitely go back

| said: Very lovely clean hotel with quite modern furnishings. The food was almost always nice, with different themed nights, so you do not get bored of the same food.
For lunch we used to go to a beach bar which is just a 5 minute walk with friendly staff and nice, resonable priced food. They even throw in a free Brandy Sour with your meal!
There is a big screen with Sky there which was a bonus. The Hotel staff were polite and helpful most of the time. The entertainment wasn't too bad, the childrens entertainment was better with a disco on at the beginning of the night. Then there was a few shows such as an Abba tribute and a 60/70's theme. It was a bit boring for the adults but they did try, but we didn't really come for the entertainment.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Maids came every day whenever you were up. Overall a pleasent hotel with good food, staff and a lovely room.

| said: I’ve now been to Cyprus 8 time’s and to this hotel 5 time’s and in my view this is one of the best hotel’s in Cyprus.
It’s very clean and friendly and great with kids.
The entrainment is not very good which is not a problem as we walk into town each night.
The hotel is expensive for drinks. About £3 English pounds a pint or you can buy from the shop right next door to the hotel. Then go into town at night and you can pay anything from a pound up. But if you’ve got the spending money and want a great holiday there’s no where better.
It’s best to stay on the out skirts of town for the best of both worlds. No noise so you can sleep at night but still walking distant’s into town if you want.
We are going in 2005 and can’t wait.

The food was lovely wide range of varity for every one, the pool side was great plenty of sunbeds and space, 2 large pools with beautiful water falls and also a childrens pool with daily activitys and childrens clubs, soccor pitch, mini golf, out door showers.
Local susper market right on outside the back entrance of the hotel with a post office next door very convenient, beach right across the road 5min walk away, bus stop right out side the resort which takes you in to Aiya Napa town only £1 return !
Water park 10mins away recommend the helicopter ride £50 but well worth it beautiful views of the island brilliant holiday overall cant wait to go back in the highly recomended to couples familys of all ages.

Didnt go half-board, but breakfasts were of a good standard, lunches were good although quite pricey (about £5 for burger and chips with small salad. Drinks in hotel very expensive, but there was a supermarket nearby, so stock up before you sit around the pool!! Ayia Napa is at least 4km in a taxi, which can cost you up to £5CY!! No way you can walk it, believe me we tried. Kids enjoyed it, waterpark nearby was excellent. Shame that it's a bit too far away from any other pubs/restaurants, as entertainment was dire. Staff were pleasant, kids clubs staff /animation team were very nice, not too full-on. Overall a good holiday but would not go back as too far away from other night life, which you will need!!!
