| said: I have stayed here before (about five years ago) and it seems stuck in a time warp. In fact the carpets (which are sometimes threadbare) are probably the originals. I stayed here for my wedding anniversary and chose the International because it was close to O2 Arena for concert (one stop away). Our room was very dusty/dirty. Bathroom not well cleaned!
Food not included. You can opt for breakast at £13.50, but really it's not worth it! We ate at the Italian in the hotel and that was ok.
Staff were rubbish. Lots of staff pretending to not understand English!
The funniest thing I'll just share is my bar experience. I waited nearly ten minutes at the only bar. I worked out why quite quickly. The bar clearly serves the restaurants as well as bar customers and as each waiter came in-that order was done first. So although there were onloy two people in the queue in front of me, it took forever! Whilst waiting, an American lady behind me was getting very cross and becoming quite vocal about having to wait. At one point she shouted "for God's sake does one always have to wait this long for a drink in this God forsaken country?" At which point I turned to her and said "not usually, no. Only here, it seems!" At this point we both fell about laughing!
Seriously-don't go!

| said: Hotel very clean and staff extremely courteous. We were upgraded foc and had an excellent room, very spacious. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, buffet style and freshly cooked.
Well situated for tube into city, car park attached to hotel very convenient.
Would definately go back again, hopefully later this year.
