Hotel was allocation on arrival. Extremely pleased. Arrived 4am.

Very pleasant and quick to access room which was so very clean. The food was very acceptable but rather repetitive. 10 minutes walking distance to very clean beach and neighbouring restaurants and
local shops.

Taxis galore available. Staff very attentive and cannot be faulted giving high-class service. Entertainment if wanted. We were never pestered to join in.

My party have just returned from the Dalia hotel and had a fabulous time, the all inclusive was very good, there were good choices of buffet style foods for all meals, the snacks were very good also.

The drinks were excellent; the only drawback being glasses kept running low.

The hotel staff, reception, cleaning, bar staff and waiters were all very helpful as was the rep. The entertainment staff were fabulous and made the holiday for all of us, they seemed to have the right mix of personalities for bringing out the best in everyone and made every effort to bring people together to have a good time.

We will certainly be visiting the Dalia hotel again.

The hotel was classed as all inc and with half board. we went all inc.

We found the hotel to be clean and maid 7 days per week who was very clean and pleasent. I enjoyed the food, it was buffet and 2-3 choices of meat/fish veg and salad and a pasta on, which suited us as the others in the party are vegi.
There were no ice creams for children and very few snacks so as all inc i was dissopointed. also had to complain that the drinks were watered down to the point where myself and othere guests could not taste the alchol, this was rectified.

The location was fine a short walk to the beach. The hotel staff were fine and the entertainment staff exceptional, very funny and made evey one special but left you alone if you didnt want to join in.

The entertaiment on the eve was poor for adults but kids enjoyed it. It was the same staff as during the day and althought i thought they did a good job it was cutting corners and not providing enough different entertainment.

I found the reps to be most helpful and not too pushy.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning with two small children. The staff were very helpful and polite and were efficient in getting us through booking in procedures etc. The room was very clean and welcoming and we were suprised to find a daily maid service. This was excellent and often there would be fresh flowers decorating the beds, a lovely touch! Pool area very clean and safe for children with enough to keep them entertained indoors when it got too hot. Hotel situated close to all amenities and snack bar at hotel provided very good quality food. Easy access into Hammamet town and to the beach through a neighbouring hotel. This was the first holiday abroad that my partner and children had experienced and it will take a lot to beat it. We are planning to return next year, it can't come soon enough!
