| said: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a mini bar (which is reasonably priced) in the room as well as a colour tv with teletext (majority of channels are foreign but there is a music channel and a world news channel in English).
The hotel is in a quiet, pretty location about 15-20 mins walk to shops and restaurants in Dubrovnik (new town). The coastal path is very pretty.
We went out and found our own entertainment in the evenings but there was regular music in the bar which finished early.
The food is average - we ate out after experiencing the hustle and bustle of the dining arrangements (not an enjoyable and relaxing evening meal). There is a stampede for tables and food and you have to time your visit to the restaurant to be able to get a table. However, there are a couple of restaurants on the complex - one of which we ate in a couple of times and enjoyed very much (Restaurant Lindo).
We would recommend this hotel for couples who want peace and relaxation. We would love to return to Croatia.

| said: The hotel is clean well run.
The staff are outstanding.
The only negative is the buffet type evening meal, which at best can be described as average. Next time we go we will opt for B&B.
