Just back from Malta. Stayed in Qawra Palace. My sister decided to come too but was unable to add her to our hotel as we had booked months ago and we booked her 4 wks ago Our daughter was in our room. My sister was in Suncrest which was next door.

Food was not bad. Soup was lovely and deserts were excellent. Staff very friendly. Did not have any problems with any staff.

Pool is smaller than Suncrest next door which they have a kids pool with slide. You can walk to sea down few steps. Pools very salty which makes you burn very easily.
Qawra Palace has air-conditioning the minute you walk into hotel Suncrest doesn’t. Found it hot.

The hotel was full off French students that ran wild in hotel. Pressing all buttons on lift when they left. Banged doors all day and night. Very cheeky to anyone. Tutors not any better. They went to restaurant at 9pm and demanded dinner. Head chef refused to give them any as it closed at 8.45pm. Salad was all that was left so that’s what they got. The staff work 11 long hours a day. They should not have to take any cheek from anyone.

We had a 2 hr delay at Glasgow airport then 1 hr in plane as missed our slot-then 1 hr in Malta as buses on strike. And 2 hr delay on way back. Thomas Cook must have crap planes.

Singer or group band on every night outside pools at both hotels. Elvis singer had to tell French students to shut up. Security moved them on.

Popeye village looks nice place to visit. We had friends drive us to see it and there is a beach with trampoline in water for kids.

Was going to hire jetski’s but prices abit over the top. 45Euro’s for 1 person on Golden sands. My husband hired them before but very pricey since changed to euro. Fags are 35 euro for 200-spain is 20 euro for same.

Qawra Palace is nice hotel. Has 1 restaurant—Suncrest looks nice too has 2 restaurants + students diningroom for all the hundreds off students. 80% were students in our hotel. All the hotels in bugibba were full off students.

My friend lives in St Paul’s Bay just round from picture house which costs under 4 euro for top picture. My friend pays 20Euro for 2 tickets, 2 popcorn, 2 drinks, 2 pizza and bottle of wine on a Thursday night. It is a place to chill as it was boiling when we were there.

When you come out hotel turn left up hill and that is street that takes you to bus station and to near square and casino. They call it tourist street.

We stayed at the Qawra Palace for our honeymoon dont recomend it food was well presented but it was not a very good choice.

The location was on the seafront which was nice if you had a see view or road view, the rest of the rooms look onto a yard balconys so close you can get to next doors and you can see into everyone's room.

The entertainment was good a group every night.

When eating if something broke or spilt it was left until a cleaner came and was left for a while.

This has to be by far the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.

It is NOT a 4* hotel by any standards. The food was awful, the hotel was dirty, some of the staff were rude, unhelpful and quite frankly rude on occasion.

If they could charge you for anything they would. Even when you're All inclusive they expected you to pay for things that a 4* All Inc should provide.

If you want to eat cabbage and sprouts and the same boring uninspired menus then do but don't expect any waitress service for drinks. You have to queue up to order the drinks. then queue up to collect them from the bar and walk with your drinks back to a table in the dining room. It's truly awful.

The outdoor swimming pool is salt water and is far too small for a hotel of this size. The indoor pool has a limit of 13 people at anyone time. This is supposed to cater for a hotel which accommodates upto 700 people.

The hotel manager refused to put on the aircon and told us it wasn't hot enough. The lifts are shockingly slow and only 2 of the 3 were working.

The rooms are small, dirty, sinks are rusty, walls need painting, bathrooms are extremely small, bath plugs that don't fit the hole, toilet seats hanging off, mould on the tiles.

The balcony on the courtyard facing rooms are tiny, 2 plastic chairs and it's full up. Also if you do venture out onto the balcony you are faced with the hotel's generator and noise from it 24 hrs a day.

It's not a 4* hotel and their All Inc option basically isn't. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Don't believe the reviews that say this hotel is excellent. The Quara Palace is absolutely awful and destroyed my family's Christmas in Malta. I have stayed in many hotels of a similar price and location over the Christmas period, and this was the only one that has ever disappointed me.

The food was awful - on our first morning, I tried the cooked breakfast, which was like eating rubber, so then decided to have cereal instead, then discovered the milk had gone off, so had a yogurt instead, which was warm and plain flavoured with only old tinned fruit to make it more interesting. Dinner was similarly disappointing - tough, overcooked meat, and vegetables boiled for so long they were grey. Oh and the plates were often not properly washed as well. I must be the only person who LOST weight over Christmas because I would rather go hungry than eat the food. That said, all the elderly guests (70+) thought it was wonderful, so maybe that was who they were catering for.

The bedroom was a good size and the view of the sea was lovely, but the bedroom floor was filthy when we got there, and the blankets had stains on them that looked remarkably like blood. The ensuite bathroom was so small you could barely close the door behind you. The bathroom was also dirty when we got there - most notably a lump of ear wax in the sink (I kid you not) and a yellow residue on the toilet seat!

The location was really good if you want to explore the island as the bus terminus is a 5 minute walk away and you can get a bus to pretty much anywhere on the island.

My advice would be to stay in the Sol hotel next door though - same fantastic location and a nice hotel!!

we arrived at the Qawra Palace Hotel at 1am and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff.

The reception area was clean and spacious and the cafe was till open.

The location of the hotel is brilliant as everything is only a few minutes walk away.

The rooms were basic holiday rooms with everything you would expect.
We were on the 5th floor looking out onto the courtyard, which wasnt as bad as some people make out.In my opinion these are better rooms than the sea views as the main road passes right in front so alot noisier.

The food was buffet style and was excellent!
There was a good choice including English dishes for those less adventurous.

The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, sheets were changed twice in a week. The cleanliness throughout was excellent.

The pool area was clean with sunbeds which are free, the only thing you pay 50 cents for were the matteress's which made the day more comfortable!
The pool is salt water which was not as bad as I thought. The indoor pool I found cold as there was no sun to heat it up, same as the jaccuzies, it made me appreciate the outdoor pool more!

The entertainment was standard holiday stuff which did include the kids of all ages.

I do think that the people who have moaned about this hotel must expect total grandure and not the typical holiday hotel.
It was a great hotel which we will be going back to, without a doubt.

Well done to the staff!!

The hotel lobby gives you a false impression of the hotel all nice marble everywhere. However when you get to the room it is a different story.

Badly decorated, didn't really sleep as you could feel the springs in the mattresses, however as we were apparently in the larger family rooms the size of the sleeping area was sufficient.

Bathroom was titchy, had to almost stand on toilet to brush your teeth, left the bathroom door open all the time as you couldn't get the door closed if you were standing in there.

Balcony was so small it was only suitable for drying swim wear on. We couldn't really sit out there in the evening when the kids were asleep as there were no lights there and all you could hear was the noise of the air con machine on the roof. As we had an inside room our view was of everybody elses balconies and felt like living in the slums.

Asked to move rooms or to get a sea view but was told that sea view rooms only cater for 2/3 people and therefore not possible. These rooms have larger balconies and a light as well as a view!!!

Food was ok but not the best - but just put off with it really.

There is a possibility to move you meal to the pizza place. Not at weekends and book a day in advance. Tried most days and was always told it was full. Last possible day to book, I got up early and the last place was being booked in front of me. It seems as they allow only 4 tables to be reserved per evening. It appears that you need to get up in the middle of the night to book!

Entertainment - Kids club was ok, swimming/bingo/jenga in the morning. DVD and face painting in pm. lady was really nice, but there weren't any organised games etc. but kids were happy so can't complain. Didn't go to the evening entertainment really as wasn't my cup of tea.

Location was good for the sea front but a bit of a walk to the main resort.

Oh and the transfer bus forgot to pick us up. after an hour of waiting at 5am, we phoned the helpline to be told that we had been picked up!!! Had to pay for a taxi and was panicking we were going to miss the plane. By the way taxi cost 10 lira to airport for 4 and baggage. Transfer booked was £30 e/w.

I made the best of the hotel but was dissapointed and don't feel it justify's a 4* but as my dad said. 4* is based on facilities available rather than the state of the rooms.

Next time, I will stick with Sol - there was one next door with family rooms being 2 rooms with interjoining doors.

we have just returned from one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. We had 2 wheelchair members in our party, we were assured by Airtours before we booked that everything is suitable, yes ramps everywhere, disabled toilet in lobby we couldnt use as they were plaved inside the mens and ladies, so taking so my mum taking my dad and myself taking my 20 year old son in the mens or ladies isnt very nice for any of us, it need to be separate. The bathroom is the smallest i have ever seen. we had to insist the door be taken off, even then there isnt enough room for one person let alone a carer trying to lift the disabled person to the toilet etc, we normally put a patio chair in bathrooms that are not adapted, so we transfer them from their wheelchairs, there wasnt enought room to put one in, so that will tell you how small they are. There was 3 of us in one room,so they did move us to (one of few) rooms that have a larger bathroom, about the size of any standard bathroom that all other hotes usually offer, but the room was only a 2 bedded one, so they moved out a table chair and lamp and put a camp bed in formy 16 year old 6' 2" son!!!! this was not adequate, he had a terrible week,so uncomfortable. My mum and dad were in a 2 bedded room, my dad struggled to cope in the bathroom for the week (they couldnt give them a bigger bathroom) he did fall over during the end of the week, his walking stick got stuck when he turned around, security and maids had to help him ur, he is 16 stone, and 75 years old, it really shuck him up. The airtours rep Daron did not want to know, al he was interested in was selling excursions. He was rude and very un-helpful. I phoned co-op travel back home who were great in contacting the reps boss (he wouldnt give me her telephone no!!) apparently the hotels were full, couldnt move us but offered to supply lifting equipment etc, now anyone who knows abouts this equipment will know you need space to use them!!!! useless as a chocolate tea pot.

The restaurant didnt have air con, apparently it broke last summer, it was 103 degrees, we were dripping with sweat, flies around the food because windows had to be opened to supply a little air, it was disgusting, so although we went half board, after 2 days ate out for breakfast and evening meal.

The lobby had no air con, youngsters playing pool with their tea shirts being used to wipe their sweat dripping off their faces. Amazingly the cafe bar and bar downstairs (where you pay for food and drink) did have aircon, i find this highly suspicious.

We were told that the hotel supplied day time activities, but they didnt.apart from a kiddies club, there was nothing, no hotel reps etc. We were expecting water polo, table tennis or something

It was a terribel holiday and will never visit the hotel again, Maltese people are lovely, so we will go to Malta again

Well we booked our holiday in a three star hotel called Buggiba holiday complex! This was a holiday from hell as there was about 500 Italian students taking over the hotel...Anyway we asked to get moved hotels and had to pay £1000 pounds to stay in the Qawra Palace Hotel.

It was a reasonable price as there was 11 adults and 2 children. When we arrived our rooms were really clean and all off the rooms my family had been accommodated were overlooking the sea.

Definitely a good view to wake up to in the morning.

Entertainment was good as well there was different things on every night and a kids club went on as well where they had a kiddies club dinner and a mini disco.

Right next to the hotel was a bay with loads of water activities you could do.. jet ski, Para-sailing, Speed Boats, Trips to the blue lagoon, banana boat. Prices were quite dear for these activities.

The food in the hotel was great, there was a selection of vegetarian dishes as well as big selections as salads and meat. We were all inclusive so we had our breakfast lunch and dinner.

The hotel staff were very kind and were always happy to help if you had any problems with the hotel.

Qwara palace hotel was the best hotel I had ever been to and

I will definitely be going back again in the future!

The Qawra Palace is a great hotel, if you pay for 4 Star you get it. The only problem we had during our stay was we had to come home. Kevin our waiter was exceptional and the rest of the staff took to our daughter Francesca (12 months old) and treated her like a princess. no wonder this is the 2nd time we have stayed at the palace. We will be going back again and again.

We stayed in the Qawra Palace Hotel in Qawra.
It was a most comfortable hotel very clean and pleasing to the eye.The rooms where very well furnished.

The beding was changed every two days and the towels every day. Food was excellient and plentyfull the choice was really good and always one or two dishes suitable for vegaterians.staff where pleasant and helpful at all times.

We had a lovely room on the 7th floor with a furnished balcony overlooking the sea - oh what beautiful views to wake up to each morning. Entertainment each night was of a very high standard and varied each day.

The pool area was kept very clean at all times and there where plenty of sunbeds.

I took this holiday with a friend but would like to return again soon with my husband as i am sure he would love it.

Lovely hotel, good food, excellent location, Friendly waiters. Beautiful outside pool, plenty of sunbeds, indoor pool great, lovely and warm, Just been refurbished.

One room on top floor received good TV. Mine on ground floor was hit and miss. But why watch tv on holiday? Sheets were polyester/cotton not your normal stiff cotton sheets - okay by me.

Only one complaint, my room on ground floor was very near the pool table therefore noise from Italian school children until after midnight did get a bit much.

Entertainment - we were out and about so didn't get to stay in one evening.

This Hotel is definately not a four star, three at best.

Reception
Sometimes OK, sometimes surly and unsmiling.
I booked a sauna after reading in the Room Information Pack that they had one on the ground floor. No mention of any additional cost but they wanted ML 2.00 (£3.20) after I went back to ask them to switch it off.

Money changing in the hotel is a rip-off. ML 0.57 when you can get ML 0.62 for your pounds just round the corner.

Rooms
We were on the third floor with a sea view balcony but our friends were on the First Floor where they could only see the sea when they stood up and looked over the concrete wall.

The rooms were kept clean by consientious maids and towels were changed when left in the bath.

The bedding, although clean was washed-out and threadbear. The eiderdown looked as though it had been there since the hotel was built in 1983.

Television controls were broken and picture and sound were "iffy".

The Bathroom was pokey and the toilet seat bore witness to a weight that it was never designed to take.

Restaurant
Canteen is a better word, with tables too close together.Food quality is mostly inferior. Tough Beef, suspect meat balls, fatty bacon with those white hard lumps in it, "rubber" eggs, anaemic baked beans in watery sauce, meatless sausages, toasters that take "forever" and only do one side, fruit juices that seem like 99% water.

The table attendants are supposed to take your plates away but don't bother, it's far easier to take your own away.
Oh, and don't expect a teaspoon to stir your drink, not even a plastic one. All there is are those plastic "darning needles" a la McDonalds.

The first week that we were there the "canteen" was "infested" by 80 Italian school kids aged about 12. Their teachers didn't care, they were out of control. They left the tables in a disgraceful state.

We were so glad when they had gone!..... only to find that for the second week we had 120 Italian students in our midst and they were even worse!

They made the indoor pool and the 2 jaccusis no-go areas with their horseplay which went unchecked by either the Hotel Management or their teachers.

Ballroom
A good size room spoiled by sub-standard acts, watery and expensive drinks.I felt sorry for those on Half Board who were stuck with it.

Apart from that everything was....just OK.

After reading the holiday truths regarding the Qwara Palace Hotel we were quite concerned as to whether we were going to enjoy our stay of 28 days at all.

The Hotel definitely needs updating, and would suggest 3 star status. Staff most helpful, rooms very shabby, but was pleased that we paid an extra 168 maltese pounds to update to sea view. Bathroom was far to small, could not open wardrobe doors, or patio door on to balcony. The mattress on bed had seen better days, but thanks to reception staff we were delivered single beds with firm mattresses the following day.

Food was absolutely delicious, no complaints whatsoever, having just had a Caribean Cruise with Celebrity Cruise, Qwara Palace food was just as good !

Might we suggest that a lounge bar with comfortable seating would be excellent, without football on the TV sets all day long. Reception area could do with some comfortable seating also.

Outdoor swimming pool area very poor, having to pay 50 cents for mattresses which were in very poor condition was a bit of a rip off. The towels were charged 50 cents also, and were very worn. Indoor pool very nice but certainly not large enough for the size of the Hotel, as it was fully booked whilst we were there.

Entertainment was very good indeed, although it was repetitive having stayed for a month.

We did receive good value for money, and would probably stay again, though we may try another resort in Malta. Flo and Ted Robinson Cullercoats, North Tyneside.

We have stayed in a few hotels in Malta but this one was not up to 4* standard. When we arrived we were given rooms on the 5th floor which were awful, not even 2* standard. After refusing to accept them we were offered rooms on the 3rd floor which were much better but still not 4* standard.

Bathrooms are really small and dingy and would not suit a large person. The fridge did not work and the curtain was hanging down, after numerous phone calls we finally got the curtain sorted but not the fridge it still did not work when we left.

TV channels were all changed around and we could not get the film channel at all, the buttons were all pushed in so to change it you had to go to the desk and rent a remote.
Staff worked constantly cleaning but sometimes even that was not enough.

We were all inclusive so drinks were free but were so watered down we had to order doubles all the time, and I am not really a drinker. Food at lunchtime was very good but at night the standard wasn't as good.

The location was OK and if you had a sea view would have been ideal unfortunately we didn't. Nice walk along the prom though. Quite a walk uphill to the bus station and not very good pavements.

Hotel staff OK as long as you did not have a problem, while standing waiting for my key 2 ladies were trying to talk to a member of staff about a pair of trousers sent for cleaning that had gone missing and I can only say she would not have spoken to me the way she spoke to them.

Not a children friendly hotel, pool salt water so very cold, and you had to pay 3 lira for a mattress for the sunbed each day or do without. The indoor pool was closed 2 days after we arrived.

Televisions have only football or news playing and they are not interested in showing anything else. When wrestling came on one time and all the kids came to watch they turned it over for the football even though we all complained.

It seemed to be more for the bar staff than anyone else. Entertainment was for the older folk not even for my daughter and son-in-law's age group, and certainly not for my grandsons at 11 and 9 years of age. The kids had to make their own entertainment and as a result there were kids running around all over the hotel.

The final straw was on our second last day they started to demolish the indoor pool with jack hammers and JCB's and the noise was horrendous. Rep was not interested, as far as he was concerned we had been lettered about work being done. As we pointed out the letter said some work not rebuilding!

No we will not go back to that hotel or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.

I totally disagree with a lot of comments made about the Qawra! I went with my parents on our last family holiday and it was the best holiday Ive ever been on.

We stayed all inclusive which was very good value for money. the food in the restuarant was ok but there were times where I felt it wasnt that great.

I didnt see a single cockroach anywhere on the island! The only creatures I saw were the little lizards that were scurrying around. Our rooms were clean and spacious. the towels and sheets were changed every day. Our air conditioning worked a bit too well though (I got back on 3 occasions and had to turn it down!)

The staff were very polite and helful when we needed them. They always served us with a smile (even at ridiculous times in the morning!)

Our First Choice rep was absolutely brilliant! She was very cheery and helpful and gave us lots of good tips for staying safe in the sun.

The poolside was clean and the indoor pool didnt smell that bad. Considering that they have to put in different chemicals in the water to what they do over here, which makes it smell funny and go cloudy.

As a family we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment, with Thursday and Friday being our favourites.

My parents have expressed their wish to stay at this hotel again and so would I! One day I hope to return with my family.

We stayed at the Qawra during the first two weeks of August. The hotel caters mainly for the British where the food is concerned.

I have read reviews and thought I was reading about a different hotel. We are not a fussy family but still like a nice clean hotel, good food and friendly staff. Would agree with one review that the pool bar was infested with flies. (Not nice) The staff at the pool bar were also very rude and served when and if they wanted.

We had a family room on the 3rd floor. It was really quite large and clean. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom however was very very tiny. You had to get into it, squeeze up beside the toilet to allow you to close the door. The air con was not very good. However, we asked reception if we could hire a fan and when we returned to the room later that day, there was a standing fan in the room. (No charge) The room safe is a good idea and only costs 5 lira for a fortnight.

The main gripe that we had was that you couldn't get access to the pool area until 8.30 (the door leading to the pool was locked) By this time, there was a queue way up the stairs to the reception area. When management unlocked the door, it was bedlam. Everyone ran to the sun beds. (If you wanted an umbrella, you had to work out your quickest route before you got through the door)

You don't live 24/7 in the hotel and the bars are only a very short walk left of the hotel. Bugibba is also a short walk away. (Go back streets, much quicker) Would visit again but they would have to change system for pool entry.

After reading these reviews I was not looking forward to going but once I got there I couldn't see the problem..it was really clean..staff always clearing up. There was no cockroaches(well not that I'd seen).

The food had its on and off days but all together there was a wide range of different meats and veg, for the kids you could order a kids meal, only if you order(free).

The staff are very friendly..especially the bar staff..always smiling.

Rooms were OK bit small but who wants to stay in there room on holiday?? It's true balconies are small and the ones overlooking the courtyard are a little noisy but not too much.

The only downside to this hotel was the entertainment..it was the same every week and was really set for 50+ ..so you'll be in early probably every night with bored children(sorry). But there is a mini golf for them to entertain with.

The weather on the other hand was in the 90's for the 2 weeks a was there and looked to be getting hotter as we left..so pack lots of sunblock..trust me you'll need it.

Overall I had a brilliant holiday and wish you who are travelling there do to.

P.S remember its a old hotel!! and I wouldn't recommend the water park..too many accidents happen.

We had a really good time in this hotel and in Malta.

Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Entertainment was mainly aimed at older age group but my two children were happy enough and we found plenty to do around and about.

Cleanliness was ok and I am sure many hotels are similar. (We didn't see any cockroaches!)

Staffs were friendly. They can't smile all the time and usually did when they were approached by us.

Reception staff very helpful.

Balcony small and certainly not private as it overlooks the courtyard. Front rooms had a lovely balcony though with a sea view.
Enjoy.... we did!!

This hotel is dirty and disappointing the maids just make the beds and nothing else. Our towels were just folded but not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had to complain because the air condition wasn't working and the room handle was nearly hanging off we reported it but nothing was done about this. I strongly recommend if you have booked this hotel try and get out your money back

Malta is a nice place but its expensive.

When you went in to eat your tea it was like a cattle market every one was cramped in and you felt like it was a rush to eat your food because the waiters were always rushing around trying to clear your plates up and half of the plates were dirty. Where they serve the food up if you lift that up there is dirty water underneath it all.

I thought that the people at reception were not friendly at all and the par near the pool side had full of flies all in the food and near the drinks so I recommend you don't buy anything from there.

And on the last day we noticed cockroaches in the hall were you eat your food we did report this but it seemed that the reception did not do anything about this.

There was also no security we had a incident where kids were climbing up on the air-condition boxes and climbing on the balconies we rang the reception up and they said they will get security but again nothing happened and the kids still carried on making a noise. Also as you walked through to get to the out door pool you had to walk past the indoor pool the smell was terrible and it wasn't even clean I didn't see it once getting cleaned and the water was murky and not clear at all

The Palace is a typical 4* for Malta over all a very good holiday location but a sea view is a must

Agree with others that cleaning in the dinning area is not very good and the smell from chemicals in the indoor pool was very bad

Staff were helpful at all times

Great location

We have been to Malta loads of times and were even based there in the 70s with the services and would go back again.

We stayed on an AI basis and we were always second to be served, the pool bar had 2 service bars, often only served by 2 staff (1 for HB & 1 for AI, or so I thought, but as soon as 2 half board guests queued my AI bar man would leave me with half my drinks and serve the HB (cash) guest, this was very poor as they had already had my money.

To balance out this poor customer service, our waiter, David, he was excellent beyond words. From the first day he remembered our conversations and was always cheerfull and helpful.

The hotel was built in the early 70's and it showed, it was always clean but needs a refurbishment We had a sea view, but due to double booking we had a court yard view the 1st night, if you don't like looking directly at the opposite balcony (10m away) then book a sea view, the rooms are lighter and what a fantastic view.

The only good entertainment were the band called the MICs, worth staying in for.

We went with Cosmos, never again. There was no letter waiting for us informing us of the meeting, there was no company resort book and when we finally got in contact she failed to turn up at the agreed time, and just denied making the appointment. 0/10 for Cosmos.

My thanks to the other company reps as they helped cosmos guests more than the cosmos rep did.

We loved this hotel but a sea view is a must. Courtyard view looking into one another no privacy whatsoever unless curtains closed, never saw any cockroaches.

Food very good. Plenty of choices ideal location from bus station going out from hotel turn left and uphill 4mins and you are there. Very cheap to travel on buses but be prepared to hang on as driving in Malta is scary.

We would go back again to this hotel but only with sea view as we could have a few drinks on balcony and listen to entertainment from outdoor pool area. Have booked Tunisia for next year but definitely going to Qawra palace in 08.

We have stayed in many Hotels but this was by far the worst. We did ask to be moved on the first day but it would have cost over £500 so we decided to stay.

Rooms are small, dirty dark and dingy, we were moved from the eight floor the the third but both rooms were as bad!.

The restaurant air con does not work and there is food on the floor that has been there for weeks and it is a struggle to find a clean plate, the fruit salad is left over from dinner to be served for breakfast!

Sunbeds old and many are broken and the pool area is dirty as it is not swept just washed down with a hose (be careful because you will also get hosed if you don't move at 5pm!)

Reception staff were unhelpful, when we complained about our room the book was full of complaints! Many of the stone stairs were chipped and cracked and one of the banister rails was loose - really unsafe, this was pointed out on the first day of our stay but was still the same when we left!

We visited this hotel for the 2nd time and was not disapointed, the staff from reception to bar and waiting staff could not do enough for us. Many thanks to David and Kevin for looking after us at meal times these guys are great ambassadors for this hotel.

Only thing we didn't rate was the evening entertainment, that was a bit hit and miss.

Public areas are spotless and so was our seaview room, thanks to our very pleasant maid.

Thanks to ALL the staff and management for a great holiday!!! We will be back x

We stayed in the hotel following recomendations from family who have stayed there numerous times before and found it just as expected.

The hotel as a whole is clean, maids were friemdly and did a great job, admitidely we also found a few problems with the crockery, although nothing major, and also the pool area could get untidy - down to a lot of people in a smallish space.

The food was good & there was plenty of it, restaurant staff were brilliant especially with my partner who is a difficult person to feed!

The hotel is in a great location, sea view rooms are a must, the views are fantastic (the other rooms face over a courtyard and some are quite close together but they are much quieter-we couldn't even hear the entertainment from them which is great if you have young children.

Everything is within walking distance with the bus station about 5 minutes away, the main road outside the hotel can get busy during the day but it does quieten down late evening ( I was reliably assured that there is nothing on the road at 2am!).

We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly - ok maybe the pool staff do need to smile a bit more.
A good variety of entertainment each night with the music being turned down immediately at midnight enabling those in the seaview rooms to sleep.

Overall we found the hotel excellent. Admittedly the aircon in the rooms is noisey and not that cool, tip; ask for a fan, we did, the staff were only too obliging and it makes a tremendous difference. Also I agree that the indoor pool does need refurbishing but if you have been on the hotel website you can see that this is planned for the winter season (2006).

The Hotel Qawra Palace is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, and we would recomend it to anyone. What people need to remember however is that hotel standards are a lot different abroad, what is classed as a 4* hotel in Malta is not necessarily the same standard as a 4* in the UK.

Very concerned that the holiday company we booked with are still advertising this hotel. We stayed here on all inclusive and I'm sorry but I agree with the others who have given this a poor review.

This hotel is not 4 star as advertised we were told we could not use our all inclusive in the pizzeria and the cafe royale but was advertised we could. Start very rude, rep very rude when told of problems with hotel.

I am not the kind of person who is shocked easily and cockroaches are not something you want to see on your holiday. As someone who's worked in the environmental health department I can tell you if there are cockroaches in the bedrooms they are in the walls and they will be everywhere and I mean everywhere, they like the dark you only have to search on the internet to find this information out.

This hotel would not pass an english inspection. I have stayed in some grotty hotels with only 2 stars on lads holidays and never seen cockroaches before and it's nothing to do with heat.

If you want a nice hotel dont book this one. Im not someone who would normally complain but I have about this one. I think everyone has the right to know what they are letting themselves in for.

We stayed on the 8th floor in room 821, I have read other reports regarding cockroaches and I have to say that we only saw one on the first night in our room.

Some people find this grounds for complaint obviously, but the way we saw it was it was a hot country and there was nothing that the hotel could do to prevent the odd stray cockroach!

The staff were fantastic and considering the mess that all the holiday makers were making, kept it fantastically clean.

The food was delicious everyday and there was always a big variety to suit everyone.

Definately will be returning in September!

If you have just booked this hotel ask for a transfer it is dirty and has cockroach problems too.

This hotel is advertised as 4 star, I would actually be pushed to give it 1star!

When we arrived everything seemed ok but as the week went on it progressively got worse. The bathroom was that small you couldn't sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time, there was broken glass left on the restaurant for 24 hours until I complained to reception. The lifts are way too small for a hotel of this size, the glasses, plates at cutlery were always dirty, one day i went through about 20 plates to find a clean one I gave up after finding one with dirty brown water on.

The food is just about warm, if you look under the food trays as the chef removes one the water is dirty and has food in it (and thats supposed to keep your food hot and clean!!!???).

On the 6th Night we had to tell the staff about cockroaches behind our bed they soon came up when I broadcasted it in reception so they fumigated the room (nice when your on holiday hey). We thought we had smelt fly spray a few days previous and it must have been the stuff they used to kill these cockroaches, but it doesn't surprise me at all that they have them. The rooms do not have any ceiling light and they like the dark and the rooms are VERY dark and they blamed the cockroaches on the heat/the lift shafts had been sprayed and they were looking for somewhere to go and they acted as if I was over exaggerating!

First choice will be getting a complaint about all this, we paid an awful lot of money for this holiday over £2,000 on all inclusive and when our plane was delayed 7 and a half hours they insisted that the all inclusive wrist band were removed and the staff in the bars were informed of our room numbers and not to serve us, yet we hadn't eaten there for 3 days. We have a friend who owns a bar called the Bell and their food is excellent so we ate there after we discovered the dirty dishes etc.

We renamed the hotel as the Qawra s**thole which does suit it very well.

By the way don't use the indoor pool you can smell it a mile off it stinks and the water is dirty if I had known how bad this hotel was I would have booked the Topaz in Buggiba like we did last year. We have now been told this hotel was shut down a few years a go for legionnaires's I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

We were a little worried after booking this hotel and reading some reviews, but we didn't need to worry. We found this hotel to be spotlessly clean apart from around the pool area which was untidy due to it being a little small - as one person put it "plenty of loungers not quite enough room".

The staff were helpful apart from some of the pool bar staff who didn't know what it was to SMILE. Its a well located hotel and not far from the bus station and bars. The food in this hotel was second to none, something for everyone. The nightclub is quite smart - of course we only went in there to watch the world cup.

We had a family room with four single beds and there was plenty of room and yes as other people have said the balcony is small but what normal person goes on holiday to sit on the balcony! Yes some areas could do with refurbishing, such as the indoor pool area but it is no worse than any other hotel which isn't brand new.

Then we come to the evening entertainment - we were expecting ballroom dancing - we were however pleasantly surprised, a dj one night, singer the next, group the next etc.

We have just returned from the Qawra Palace and both had a lovely holiday and Malta is a very special place.

Ok the hotel is a little basic room wise but we didnt stay in it much, it was clean and the maid sevice good and ooo lovely white fluffy towels clean everyday.

The shower was a bit hit and miss and the lighting in the room poor, teeny tiny balcony Room 877 8th floor Which had dodgy looking fittings.

The food was more than adequate and varied even though pork was on the menu 4 times in one week! the hotel did not let you "reserve" a sunbed by the pool with towels etc which is a plus but you need to be down early as it was not the amount of sunbeds but the lack of space to put them.

Very close(little cut through by the pool) to the small rocky beach which was very pleasant. Entertainment was more for the older person but its so near to Buggibba we went into town most evenings (beer cheaper in town too) on the whole a very nice holiday, friendly staff, hiya to Alberto our waiter.

Mealtimes can be busy so we varied our time to suit so we did not have to wait as we were told to wait in the bar area as our "section A" was full even though there were many tables available in other "zones"

Would I recommend this hotel yes, is it 4 star, no more like 3 but we hope to return there in September so it cant be that bad eh?

My family and I stayed in this hotel on an all inclusive basis for one week.

The hotel and room were kept very clean, although I feel the room could do with a bit of updating.

The balcony was small, but it didn't bother us, as we were out most of the time. The hotel location was lovely, just a short walk to the main bus terminal, where you could get a bus anywhere(the bus system is very good, no need for taxis).

The hotel food was ok, very much geared to older people. Meat and veg and a poor salad counter. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The entertainment, for us, was dire. Ok ir you are over 80 years old! When we first arrived, I thought we had come to an old people's home! I am not joking! There is absolutely nothing for the children in the way of entertainment, apart from the pools of course.

I would not visit this hotel again. If you wish for a complete rest, with no children, then this is for you.

This is a great hotel, being vegetarians food is always a bit hit and miss for us, but on our first visit to the restaurant checked out the menu, to find there were at least 3 if not 4 vegetarian options every day, for the evening meal. All we had to do was ask our waiter (Jesmond who was great and a huge football supporter of Juventus) for which ever option we required and within 5 minutes the meal was ready, and we were then able to visit the buffet and top up with salads etc. The desserts were to die for.

The Hotel location is very good it made a fantastic base for exploring the whole Island as there is a bus station less than half a mile up the road. There is so much to see and do on Malta I personally would not go all inclusive at this hotel as it would restrict where you were going, and what you wanted to do.

The staff at the hotel very helpful, and cleanliness 5 star couldn't fault it. Was just a little disappointed that we didn't get any sunshine in our room but we were not in it long enough to worry about it. Could have paid extra for a seaview which would have been in full sunshine from dawn to possibly 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm but didn't think it was worth paying extra for. No noise at night as our room overlooked the courtyard whereas those with a seaview would have the main road noise.

Entertainment is more for the older generation but this is Malta not Majorca, for that reason alone I think the entertainment provided was very good. The hotel has its own disco which is only open Fridays and Saturdays, this also is very good. You can also use the facilities of the Suncrest Hotel right next door which also has its own disco.

This review is to defend the "Qawra" against some of the comments of poor cleanliness in the pool area and the comment about "Legionella Pneumoniconium".

I stayed in the "Qawra Palace" in Feb 2005 [1 month], Nov 2005 [1 week] and again in Feb 2006 [1 month]. I returned to Malta again in March 2006 and would have stayed at the "Qawra" again but was unable to get a booking.

Presently, I have two further stays at the "Qawra" booked; this is being written on 19th Aug '06.

Yes, I was told that it did have a "Legionella" problem, [in 2004 I believe], and as a retired engineer who spent the last 13 years of his working life, actively looking for that particular bug in cooling towers, I can assure you that you have probably just stayed at the hotel with one of the best "Legionella" records on the Island!!

The water treatment will now be second to none, and whenever I've been there, I found the indoor pool, [I didn't use the outdoor one], to be very clean.

Don't confuse the smell of water treatment chemicals with muck; and may I say that murkiness of water is not the best way to judge water quality either!

After all, the water in your washbasin or bath gets murky after a bar of soap has been dipped in a couple of times - and then you slop it all over you!! Ugh!!

I enjoyed my stays immensely, I don't concentrate too much on finding fault with the Hotel, I try to get out and enjoy some of the other attractions that Malta has to offer.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very friendly and trustworthy, these points alone puts your mind in good stead for a relaxing holiday.

We stay on half board basis and found the restaurant clean and the waiters helpful. The food was very good with a wide choice of hot and cold meals.

We also hire a car trough Laurence at kwl rent a car, right next door to the hotel he is super.

Our second visit to the hotel on a cheap winter break. The hotel may not be 4 stars but it is very good, situated minutes walk (uphill) from the town center and main bus station (very important in Malta)and just accross the road from the sea.

In winter it is an oasis for OAP, not club 18-30. If you like bingo and ballroom dancing you will be happy. To be really fair the cabaret entertainment was very good, I would like to mention Renato (supporting act to Sherley Basset in Australia), Martin Elvis (best gospel Elvis in Europe award) and Manuel (finalist for Eurovision 2006)....can not grumble.

The bedroom was adequate, TV, fridge, comfy bed, the bathroom was a little small and could do with a face lift. Complaint regarding regarding faulty light was dealt with very quickly (30 mn). The cleaning was immaculate. 5 stars to the chambermaids.

The dinning room is enormous and sectioned into zones, we where in section D and had excellent waiters, a big thank to David, Kevin and a young woman (Dominique?).
The food is typical buffet, it is varied and plentyful as long as you are not vegetarian or muslim (pork 3 times a week!).

If you are looking for a budget winter break in a good hotel with good location and facilities you can not go wrong. Yes the hotel is a little tired, yes the hotel cabaret gets invaded by the locals at the weekend. But value for money it is very good.
Going back next year.

We were a group of 20 with ages ranging from 3-78 years, we arrived at the hotel & were allocated our rooms with the majority of us having a court yard view, the rooms were adequately basic although the cleaners worked all day keeping the hotel clean.

There was a good selection of food from which there was little complaints, apart from the bar snacks which were very basic sandwiches and cheap, tasteless crisps.

The locally produced alcohol didn't appear to contain any alcohol! Apart from 2 waiters & a couple of bar staff, it seamed that the staff were not very happy in their work (we had to keep asking them to smile).

There were a lot of long stay elderly residents who were very hard work even for the entertainers,it did feel more like an old folks home rather than a hotel.

New years eve came and we found out that we would be sharing the hotel with locals (who seem to take priority), we didnt mind, accept that they had their tables reserved, we didnt!

The gala meal was excellent, with the waiters serving you at your table, although it did take up most of the evening. there was no party bags, poppers or streamers provided.

The entertainment was, although different artists every evening, dedicated to those who could waltz or quick step!(my husband & friend dressed in fairy outfits certainly woke up a few of the guests, bringing a much needed smile to many a face),(the security were not very impressed).

The nightclub was closed to guests for 5 out of the 7 nights with the other nights being open to private parties, even the main ballroom was hired out on 1 occassion, forcing the whole of the hotel guests to sit & watch the entertainment from half the resturant.

There were 3 teenagers & one 3 year old in our group, there was nothing at all for them to do except play pool or play in the very small indoor pool.

I would consider this hotel to be a 2* rather than a 4*. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under the age of 70.

We were delighted to find a four star hotel that lives up to its star rating. This hotel is well looked after.

The staff could not do enough for us and genuinely seemed delighted to have us stay at their hotel. The food was varied and well-cooked and hot plates always available.

The standard room was bright and spacious and cleaned everyday. The towels were changed every day and the sheets three times during our week.

We would recommend using TIS Tours and Car hire (ask for Lawrence) for excursions. The reps warn you that timeshare companies can operate some excursions so we were wary at first. No such problem with TIS Tours and Car hire and very reasonable compared to the holiday company excursions.

Qawra is a bit quiet but we enjoyed Bugibba. Maybe this was because it was a winter sun break as opposed to earlier in the year. Our favourite place was St Julian's - a very pretty harbour - and only a bus ride away. Even though it is a small island there is a lot to see and the Maltese people love showing their island to you.

The food on offer outside of the hotel was of a good standard - lots of set menus for about £5-6.00 sterling. We liked "Granny's" in Bugibba especially.

We will definitely be returning to Malta but may wait until we retire so we can stay a month!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It really has lots against it - right beside a busy road and the noise of the traffic was not good for a peaceful holiday.

When I arrived I was given keys to a room which smelt of damp and was dirty and noisy from construction work being carried out at the back of the building. I couldn't believe they could think I may have been ok with it! Asked to see 3 more rooms before I agreed to stay at the hotel- finally agreed on a 7th floor room upgrade to sea view. Even then the noise from the road wasn't good and the room was dated and not that clean.Shabby is the word.

The lifts were painstaking and most of all the food was very poor in quality.I eat anything but I lost half a stone because I just couldn't stomach it, and it wasn't even that warm. I am not someone who complains easily and I am easy going but this hotel is very poor and the only nice thing was the coffee shop.

Even the indoor pool is not as in the brochure- not much bigger than a garden pool.

Don't waste your money on this hotel! Anything would be better.

Went to the Qawra Palace with some trepidation after reading other reviews. The hotel was very clean, the food was varied and always very good. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool area was good. My only complaints would be that I think the Qawra palace have offered the All inclusive option as cheaply as possible.

The bar has a very limited choice of drinks and no atmosphere, it was more like a TV lounge. The Cafe at the front of the hotel is not included in the All inclusive option.

But, the entertainment was absolutely Diabolical!!! There is no atmosphere and the acts are aimed at the over 70's. I can't call it third rate as it was worse than that! Even though we were all inclusive we went out in the evenings as we couldn't bear the entertainment.

We were there in half term and there was nothing for the children.
Great if you are over 70 and want to do some ballroom-style dancing. Not for me!!! A shame as the hotel was great otherwise.

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived at the Qawra Palace. I can only assume some people have expectation levels through the roof because I found the hotel an excellent place to stay. The room was quite roomy with a place to sit inside and seats on the balcony (which overlooked the courtyard and was quite small). There was some noise from the air conditioning but not enough to disturb us. The room was cleaned every day and there was a Do Not Disturb sign you could put on your door to avoid getting an early knock from a maid.

We stayed Half Board and found the food excellent. It was all a buffet style. Breakfast was all the usual suspects. cereal, full English (with proper sausage!!!), yoghurts and fruit juice. There was always plenty and it was tasty. Tea was also nice, the only thing I would say is the food was a bit unadventurous (fish, meat & white meat options), I would have preferred a "local" dish but all in all it was very enjoyable.

Although we only spent a couple of days at the pool, there was always room and sunbeds available. You could get a mat to put on your bed for 50Lm for extra comfort. There was snacks and drinks available beside the pool.

Overall I was impressed with the Qawra Palace, contrary to some of the reports I have read. It certainly met my expectations and was a good base for what was a very enjoyable holiday."

The Quara Palace Hotel is on one side of the road with the pool area on the other, this is reached by an underground area so you don't have to cross the road.

Unfortunately the Quara area has only a few shops that are very small and also is lacking in a sandy beach so you area more or less left to the pool area that becomes very crowded.

The hotel food I found no fault with at all, everything was freshly cooked and their was a great variety. One thing, if you want the vegitarian dishes ask the waiter as these are not part of the buffet.

The hotel was cleaned regularly and I found no fault with the hotel staff who were all friendly and more than willing to please.

Do get a sea view room and the inside rooms face each other and the windows are not far apart so privicy is hard.

I would visit the hotel again if it were put in another country as I have not visited Malta and although enjoyed my holiday greatly was not a great lover of Malta.

We arrived after reading other reviews not knowing what to expect, we were quite surprised at how clean it was, the reception staff were very friendly when we were checking in and throughout our stay.

The room was very basic, with a small fridge, a TV - only 2 channels that we could watch was BBC World News and MTV, and a film every night from 9pm - yes the bathroom is very small, but you don't go on holiday to spend it in the bathroom or in your room.

The food was a bit hit and miss but staff friendly.

It was very confusing with the all inclusive set up, not knowing that you have to get a receipt for your drinks before you go to the bar to get them.

The entertainment was ok, i have seen better.

The location of the hotel was very good, right on the sea front and not too far from the main shops of Buggiba, only a 10/15 min walk away. The pool was very overcrowded so we spent most days on the sunbed by the sea - loads of fish in the sea that you could snorkel with - great fun.

We did have some stirling go missing from inside a bag in the apartment and we reported it to the security manager who was very helpful and said that if he found any results he would let us know - but nothing came of it. We reported it to the rep who just said - you should have got a safe - this isn't the point.

We have been to Malta on several occassions but this was the first time we have stayed here, this has never happened before.

We do love Malta and would def go back (we have relatives there) but we wouldn't stay here again.

Having read bad reports I wish I had changed my holiday it's not 4 star more like 2.

It was clean and food not bad.

Location was ok we were on 6th floor overlooking courtyard noise from air conditioning.

Wardrobe on one side broke couldn't open it. Sink in bathroom all cracked [ small bathroom], but the worst was the mattress on my bed was stained ripped damp and smelt of urine they changed it 4 times none of them were any good.

I will never go back to this hotel.

Having read various bad reports on this hotel we were not looking foward to our holiday, however upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised.

We had not booked a sea view room, therefore was allocated a room looking out onto the internal courtyard. Our room was No 229 which was on the 2nd floor, very close to the air conditioning units (which were obviously at ground floor level) because the noise was, at times, very loud. Although this was initially off putting, by the end of the holiday you just got used to it.

I have to say this noise was far better than listening to screaming children/teenagers who could have been in the court yard area, however we were fortunate that there were only a handful of children, most of which seemed to be under the age of 6 yrs!

The hotel food was very adequate, always a good choice of meals available. The breakfast plates were a little on the small side, but adequate to fit a decent size breakfast on (i.e. 2 x rashers bacon, 2 x sausages, fried egg, beans and toast).

The restaurant was segregated into sections and you were allocated a section upon check in. Depending on what time you arrived in the restaurant, at times there was a slight delay in getting a table due to the waiters/waitresses clearing away the dirty plates from the previous guests.

The hotel's location is okay, but it is approx 10/15 mins walk to the main town where the bars/restaurants/shops were.

The hotel's entertainment wasn't that bad, most evenings there was a turn on, one particular occasion there was a trio on (2 males and 1 female) who were very good, they played there on 2 nights, I think it was Thursday and Sunday, they were certainly worth watching, however the seating area does get busy, particularly at weekends when the locals seem to visit and take up quite a bit of room.

The pool area, during our visit, appeared to be adequate, but there did appear to be some sunbeds which were broken. There are a large number of umbrellas so you can get plenty of shade if required.

We stayed on an All Inclusive basis at the hotel and found this to be more than adequate. The queuing system for the drinks is a little slow, but once you get used to it, it's okay.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends/family and we enjoyed our stay.

I am shocked to read some of these reviews. Thirteen of us travelled to this hotel in August 2005 we thought it was great value for money.

The food was that good we often had two of three helpings even the kids found something they liked. We travel abroad a lot and this is amongst the best food we have had. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Staff were most helpful when we arrived we had 5 rooms on the 8th floor and as some of the children were in rooms without an adult we asked to be moved for safety, next morning 5 rooms were found for us on the 2nd floor.

Hotel is in a nice location only a few minuits walk from the lively resort of Buggiba.

Entertainment most nights was good they have to cater for different age groups so cant please everyone all the time. My husband and his mate booked a massage at hotel with Rita very good try one.

To get around Malta jump on a bus or hire local jeep if you dare? There is plenty to do in Malta as long as you get about and visit places.

Enjoyed the whole experience, would use this hotel again recommended.

We didnt know what to expect when we arrived at the Qwara Palace having read so many diverse reports on it.

First impressions were good, we had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view. The room was clean with plenty enough room for 3. A large kingsize bed and a camp bed for our child. It was a bit noisy at night but all the music stopped at midnight which was fine. The main source of noise was the air conditining unit which made a lot of noise but didnt produce much cold air. The switches had all been taken off the unit so it was impossible to increase the cool air. The bathroom was small but adequet.

The food was ok in the restaurant, small plates and surly staff. The worst thing was the air conditioning in the restaurant - it didnt work. In the end we had to eat outside the hotel as it was just too hot in the restaurant to eat, you dont expect to eat whilst mopping your brow of sweat evrey 30 seconds. On complaining of this we were told that it was August and what did we expect! - a better attitude more focused on customer service would have been nice.

The telephone in the hotel room didnt work. The patio door didnt lock.

The out door pool should be closed down. We have never stayed anywhere before were people were constantly slipping over and hurting themselves. The pool is too small for the number of guests. The ladder steps going into the pool are coming away from the wall. The queue for sunbeds started at 7.00am and the doors didnt open unitl 8.00am There were not enough sunbeds and half of them were broken. This hotel simply cannot cope when it is full to capacity. It is not a 3 *** hotel. A 2** at a push.

We were lucky having a sea veiw we felt so sorry for all the customers who didnt. They had no privacy as the rooms looked into one another, no view except a tatty crazy golf course (if they were lucky) or a view of other peoples beach towels. We have seen better looking tenament blocks.

We will not stay at the Qwara Palace again.

On the first night we arrived the hotel seemed ok. Reception clean, receptionist quite freindly even the bedrooms looked clean. Next morning at breakfast we had tea plates to put your breakfast on but you had to search through the pile to find a clean one. Then when we moved along the queue to the food we were glad of the small plate be cause all the food was awful.

On one day there were no plates in the plate warmer thing and you could see what was at the bottom,it turned our stomachs. I dont think they have ever thought to clean it.

Going down for dinner got worse as you come out the lift to go to the dining room there was an awful smell of either blocked drains or sewage! Not some thing you want to smell just before you eat. we put this down to the dining room being under the road outside the hotel.

The out door swimming pool was very salty and looked dirty and was very crowded too small for the hotel. The evening entertaintment at times was good but is an accident waiting to happen as it is held right near the pools which are not fenced off or covered at night so you have to follow your children everywhere.

We had read reports on this hotel before we went so made sure we had seaview rooms thats the only nice thing I can say.

If you go to this hotel ask for a seaview or you will get a view of only other guests balconies with towels on them.

The bathroom was very small with a big damp patch on the ceiling the plaster in the room was flaking it is very tired indeed and is in desperate ne
