| said: After booking our winter break read the reviews and panicked however place was ok.
Food was not brilliant but for what we paid did not expect much. The staff were friendly particularly the two waiters in the evening smiling very diplomatically at times at the dishes served each evening.
Our studio was very small and tired but kept very clean and tidy with a change of towels. It is a noisy area of town but after the first night or so got used to it.
YES we would return you get what you pay for and it was ok.

| said: For a Self Catering holiday the Jasmine is probably an ideal base, but for the guests paying good money for Half Board it’s a nightmare.
I was there for a month from 3rd to 31st of December 2005. I travelled with Mercury Direct on a no single supplement basis. I arrived at 19.30 hrs and was given the key to Room 6.
Now this room is a good sized studio double room with all facilities, shower/bath etc. cooker, fridge, utensils, the works………very good thinks I, but not for long……..
The room is on the first floor of the hotel, at the front……..overlooking what you’d think was the start/finish line of the Cypriot Grand Prix. I was kept awake all night with the very heavy traffic thundering up and down what is a link road from the main motorway to the main coast road through Limassol. I think there is a problem with any room at the front of this hotel.
I asked for a change of room and the management wanted another £6CYP per day for an “upgrade”, I eventually negotiated this down to £3CYP but all I did was move across the hall to a smaller studio overlooking the pool but at least I could sleep at night.
The location of the hotel is very handy for all local facilities, the beach is just down the road and there is a very good bakery and supermarket just 150 metres to your left outside the front doors.
The food served within the hotel for a Half Board deal is frankly a joke and should be accompanied with a health warning.
I am only talking English here (the continental breakfast was probably ok).
Breakfast food every day was COLD mini hotdog sausages and COLD processed bacon, the toaster only did one side of the bread…. If you wanted egg it was 30p for a Fried Egg ….50p for poached egg and 70p for scrambled egg………Scrambled Eggs were served every day over Christmas week,…. Yippee. One morning there was not even any bacon……the reason from reception was that the delivery hadn’t been made….. Perhaps they hadn’t noticed the supermarket that was just up the road.
The main evening meal was appalling, you had 2 choices……take it or leave it.
The menu had either ……
Starter…….Lukewarm Soup or Salad
Main………Usually only 1 item was presented and this was Lukewarm too.
Dessert…….Usually an item of dry cake and sometime ice cream
On the night before my departure the main meal choice was Beefburger and Chips or Fish and Chips.
Yes, I would stay at the Jasmine again but only on self catering and at the back of the hotel. It’s very handy for everything………..but…….Beware of the food.

| said: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and full of ants, the grill was dirty and the ants was even in there so we was really put off trying to cook in there.
The swimming pool was very deep even in the shallow end which was 5ft not suitable for children all, friends that was with us that couldnt swim was too neavous to go in.
Dont waste your money on a breakfast there either.
The location was poor just 100 metres away the main road which resembled been at formula one race track.you took your life in your hands just trying to cross the road i joke not...all evening and night all you could hear was the shreeching of brakes.
I wouldnt say its a great place to have a family hoilday with your kids.

Brilliant pools, very clean, happy to give this hotel a good report.
Not much going on for children but didn't expect it.
Very central location, great for the beach and shops.
Swimming pool had a great bar area which did great food and drinks.
Great light and spacious rooms just asked for more pillows and was given some. Basic but clean kitchen area which we used sometimes for breakfasts.
Lovely indoor bar area with a pool table and a quiz machine 24 hour Reception

| said: Cleanliness just about ok, duvets were a bit grubby, and not enough blankets & pillows. Towel changes weren't very regular only 3 times in ten days.
The kitchen equipment was sparse the cooker took forever and it was trial and error as there were no dots to say what number it was on. There wasn't a kettle but they did bring one when asked.
Staff, some were ok others were miserable. We tried to eat in one night and were told we should have ordered before lunch time but we could have what was on specials board, so we went out.
