The entertainment was terrible.
The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean.
We would definately not stay there again!!!

only problem with hotel was we were 8th floor high and lifts kept breaking down so lost a lot of weight running up and down stairs.
It was a nice hotel to stay and felt very safe as it was full of couples and familys with security guard working on nightshift.
Entertainment was poor but not far from magaluf nightlife which was out of this world.

| said: This is the first time we have been all inclusive on holiday and we were very disappointed with the variety of food and the lack of snacks throughout the day. As the Marina Pax is a sistering hotel we went to this hotel for food a few times as it was much nicer over there. The hotel was very clean and the maids change the bed linen twice throughout our stay and towels changed daily if you wanted them changed. The location was a very close walk the beach and to the centre. The staff were frindly, the entertaimnet rubbish, we only went to it twice and that put us off.

The hotel was out of the way, took around 30-40 minutes to walk into the town centre.
The pool and sunbathing area was hidden behind the hotel, and no sun was on this area at all.
The reception staff very helpful, but room cleaners terrible. Only one towel was left on a few occasions, also came to rooms at around 10am, on one occasion my partner was in bed, I was in the shower, and the cleaner actually pulled back the covers and physically removed him from the bed so she could clean.
Food was terrible, very little choice and often cold food. Also was repeated for snacks, lunch, snacks and dinner.
I enjoyed Magaluf but I would never return to this hotel.

The hotel was kept clean in all areas and towels were changed everyday, staff were pleasant and helpful.
The entertainment wasn't too hot but I think it's of a muchness throughout the island. They should charge for bingo and have cash prizes like other hotels do.
The hotel location was very good for us as it was away from the main drag but didn't take long to walk there this definitely kept the noise down. There were groups of hen/stag parties at the hotel but they seemed well behaved.
We enjoyed our holiday very much.

It is over run with stag and hen parties and unsuitable for families. The language at the poolside was terrible and not for your childrens ears. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
Thomas Cook still says its a family hotel but the manager told us this is a fun hotel. Food was terrible this year, was always cold and not enough choice for my kids.

| said: Returned to this hotel only to find it was now totally unsuitable for families with young children. The hotel and staff were fine but due to the behaviour of large groups of some guests it was impossible for us to enjoy our holiday.
The pool side was an area for drunken behaviour rendering it unsafe and unsuitable for children. Nightimes were horrendous at 2am onwards with large groups fighting in the corridors and our room door kicked with people trying to get in leaving my children terrified and shaking in their beds.
Entertainment was poor but that was the least of our problems.
I will not be visiting the hotel again, this is the first complaint I’ve had to do in the years of going abroad.

| said: Just got back on Saturday 27th May.
Hotel was clean, staff worked hard, food was good - now to complaints.
We were getting in between 3am and 5am making no noise, but other gangs of stag and hen do's were all shouting all night then the maid would knock on your door from 8-45am until she eventually got you out of bed. I went on holiday to be able to get out of bed when I wanted as I work at 6am every day and wanted a rest but couldn't get one. We told management but nothing was done, then patio window wouldn't lock and we were on first floor, at 6-30am a lad was locked out of his room and entered our room through the patio, (I thought he came 2 kill us) he did say sorry and he had got wrong room.
Entertainment was very poor I think it was because it was all inclusive and they didn't need to entertain you because you were going to stay until 12am when it finished. We were there 7 nights had only enjoyed 2 nights entertainment and that was from 10pm when it mainly started.
From the Thursday it was full of French which we didn't mind until there was queues at the bar and they all started to push in, causing problems within other quests
then there was no information given. We never found out until our last day we could use the hotel next door which had a much bigger and quieter pool area.

Location on a hill with beach down steep steps/entertainment poor.
Manager very nice man and very helpful.
Now to complaints we arrived at 5pm at hotel to be unable to enter hotel up steps as 20 lads were sat on steps drinking beer and swearing, not a good omen. Our room was over pool, on getting to room we opened patio doors to be met with swearing and fighting round pool below.
When we came in at night noise kept us awake till 2-30 with mobs of drunken lads running up and down corridors.
We were woken again at 4-45am by a party next door turned radio on full blast. Next day saw manager for a move, but told everywhere was full. He said gangs of lads are on 4 day breaks all the time there. Same all week.
A hotel from hell with groups of drunken louts running around all day and night. On last night a mob of 15 lads were fighting security at 2-45am, police was in hotel when we left next day.
Never again

We have looked at some of the reviews about the food and were worried, but rest assured you could not fault the food at all and the restaurant manager was so helpful it was brilliant, so much choice to choose from. Don't forget you’re on holiday the food gets cooked a little different then home so be adventurous.
Hotel location is o.k. if you don't mind a little walk to the strip, takes about 10/15 minutes.
Hotel staff worked long hours and tried to do their best. Remember they try to speak english so you should try spanish.
Entertainment not very good due to the end of the season approaching, but get talking to the other guests and have some fun of your own.
For an all inclusive hotel make the most of it, remember the more you put in the better the holiday.

When we came to this hotel we thought there was no air conditioning and when we got to reception and they told us they had it we were made up.
The hotel was very clean, food was brilliant so much choice and kids choice of food.
The pool was abit small but still very good.
The entertainment was excellent in the day as the entertainment staff would always come around doing activities troughout the day. The night time entertainment was good for kids but only some nights were good for adults but it was still good, the entertainment team still kept my two teenage daughters going.
The staff worked very hard.
The drinks were also good as you could go up anytime betewwn 10.00 am till midnight to get something to drink they had every drink i could think of.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
I would definitely come back to this hotel as it was the best holiday we have ever had.

The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. This is the best all inclusive we have been to out of the full two weeks we stayed there wasn't a bad meal, always something we liked good choice.
The only drawback was the nighttime entertainment not up to much but were good with the children during the day our holiday rep was called Ryan he does a great job at looking after the holidaymakers he is so helpful and friendly.
Would definetly return next year.

One night was enough and we were moved next door, and what a diffrence we could not fault it. A week later the guests from the Barracuda had enough as the temperature was 34 centigrade, and the airconditioning was turned on.
I can't believe the good reviews this hotel recieved, it's ok if you are aged 18 to thirty or just looking for something basic.
We won't be back.

The only bad point was stag and hen parties and hope they will not be there when we return to the hotel.

| said: What a difference a season can make!!! Having visited this hotel two years ago our expectations were high as the hotel has been 'refurbished' over the winter.
The improvements are a lick of paint, TV and kettle plus the installation of air conditioning in the room (which did not work). A first for me was the ability to watch English channels on the TV (BBC1 & 2, Eurosport).
Unfortunately, whilst the facilities have improved slightly the food has deteriorated to such an extent that I quite often found it difficult to find anything I really wanted to eat. The menu is repetitive and lacks any imagination but the food was at best bland and sometimes unpalatable (I was ill twice as a result). The dining room was more like a cheap cafeteria with no table cloths or place settings - just a knife and fork on a paper napkin!
The Marina Hotel Group is promoting their improvements but will lose their regular visitors because of the very poor food. We spoke to guest who had been to the Barracuda twice last year who, like us, will never stay there again. Enough said?

We were there in May and all staff remembered us.
Beach was close by and very clean and day time entertainment was great to keep you busy and still getting sunlight.
We will be back next June it was that good.
So go on and book.

| said: Had a great holiday, staff were as friendly as one would
want, especially good to children.
Food wide variety of choice. Those who felt it repetitive could not have checked the whole range; a few moments spent checking the menu revealed this to be true. Many people we spoke to thought it the best they had experienced. My wife worked in food for many years and was most impressed with the hygiene and presentation.
Cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent.
Entertainment was about average, some professional and
some reps. Not mentioned in other reports was that you shared with sister hotel Marina Pax (next hotel) all facilities, (not main meals), so a quick check as to where the best acts helped.
Some cons. The pool was small and did not get the sun until afternoon. Most sun lovers chose the Pax for this as better situated. The walk to beach was down a steepish slope/steps and came out on a poor part of the beach. Turn left from hotel a slightly longer and safer way (right after Snoppy's) brought you to a nicer part of the beach.
Those who mentioned the lack of air conditioning will be pleased to know it is being installed in the closed season.
Some apprehension about visiting Magaluf due to age group, found it to be lively without being overpowering at this time of year

The food was excellent, with a wide choice to suit everyone. Through the two weeks they had different theme nights from Spanish, Italian, American, and English and they also had a carvery with Ham, Chicken and Beef. They also had a seperate section for children. They had fresh fruit daily and the desserts were excellent.
The beach was about 5 mins away and easy to get to, and was really nice and clean.
The entertainers worked really hard every day getting everyone involved. Chief entertainer Jonathon [who was very cute!]was brilliant, as was Stefanie and Federico and the kids loved them all, which made it a very good holiday.
I would definitely come back to this hotel and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Exceeded our expectations by far. the hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels every day, the food was amazing a huge selection for everyone’s taste, the free drink all day and night was great although watched the staff top the drinks up with quite a bit of water!
The staff were friendly. The location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach for a relaxing time during the day and approximately 10 minutes at night to the centre of the resort or nice for a walk after dinner the entertainment was good!
If there with family would be great for kids to keep them entertained during the day and at night! The only let down was if going in July/august the rooms have no air conditioning but they do leave a fan in the room! And the lifts were a bit useless at times! Would most certainly come back to this hotel again and already recommended to our friends and family!

Hotel food was brilliant best choice I've had in an all inclusive.
Just five minutes down some steps to the beach which was handy.
Staff were always friendly and helpful great with kids.
Could have been better not enough professional acts on. Can be boring for teenagers due to lack of entertainment. The entertainment team lead by Johnny were brilliant with the younger kids. They really worked hard all day to get everyone to join in the activities round the pool.
I would visit this hotel again if air conditioning was put in and more entertainment at night.

The rooms were very stuffy due to lack of air con but were still adequate.
The entertainment was poor, Jonathan tried his best but did not have any serious adult entertainment for the evenings, he was excellent with the kids though. I think the complex lacked an entertainment DJ/Compare for the evenings.
Having said this I would never discourage anyone from booking this hotel as I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending it to anyone.
If you go enjoy your stay and say hi to the chambermaid - have fun !!

If you are young and looking for the alcopop bars every night then the location may not be for you - there is about a 15 min walk (easy when sober, difficult when intoxicated!!). For families its ideal - 5 mins to beach and the entertainment at the hotel is great. Not so for the single adults. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would'nt visit this hotel again, but for a one off it was graet.

The hotel was great, very clean, food was excellent there was something for everyone, and the staff were really friendly.
We were worried about being all inclusive after we had heard horror stories but definitely have no complaints, free drink from 10am to midnight with snacks from 10am til 9pm we could not go wrong.
The entertainment was not that brilliant however I would imagine that for someone with children that could not go out and try out some of Magallufs brilliant nightclubs it would be adequate.
The only let down was the lifts and that the rooms did not have air conditioning.

Hotel food was good too after a week it was becoming the same meals everyday but there was plenty of choice, good for the kids too they had there own choice at one side of the resturant buffet style.
Location was nice being 3 mins walk to the beach but about 10 min walk to centre of magaluf.
Entertainment was a bit of a let down ok for families but not good for adults. Overall good holiday might visit again some time soon.

Food was fine a great choice at breakfast, cereal, fruit or the full english, which included my own favourites like Black Pudding and Hash browns.Snacks available throughout the day from 10.30 through to 6.00, then evening meal(buffet style) from 6.30 to 9.00.
No food available after 9.00pm.
We only stayed for 7 nights but on at least 3 occasions there was a carvery on serving Beef, pork and chicken.
Location was good especially for those with families, this hotel is on the edge of the resort so unless you walk into the centre(about 10 mins on foot)you need never see the alcho-pop kids.
Staff were fine no problems with any of them, all of the reception and bar staff were either English or spoke very good English.
Entertainment was this hotels weak spot, they have a french guy called Jonathan doing the entertainment, he is fine during the day, has volleyball and polo games in the pool and darts etc outside it,with the winner of any individual games receiving a gold medal and certificate on stage at night both Adults and Kids events.
However there was a few nights when Jonathan and his staff did the evening entertainment and these were very poor, they had one night called Hollywood memories when they came on stage in different outfits miming to old songs which my granmother would not have even remembered.Other nights saw an american comedian, and brazilian dance act and a parrot show and acrobatics team, these were all excellent.
We have already booked next years holiday, but in a different part of Majorca, but yes i would consider returning here in the future.

The location of the hotel was great, we all thought before we went that this was going to be a very loud holiday with it been in Magaluf but it wasn't! It was prob about 10 mins walk into Magaluf centre so we wasn't in the middle of it!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone it was the best holiday we have had up to now and we will be going again!!!

| said: Hotel very clean we could not fault this.
A bit of a walk if you have small children.
My biggest fault was staff constantly lifting my child out of its highchair every meal time could not get peace to eat at any part of our holiday was very draining indeed, would advise to nip in the bud asap.
Entertainment alright but bar area really smoky. No areas available for non smokers.

| said: This hotel is excellent I took my children abroad for the first time to this hotel.
I was so worried about how they were going to find another country....they loved it the food was lovely the staff were brilliant the rooms were spotless. The pool was a bit small but the kids loved it they wouldn't get out.
The only thing that worried me was the hill we had to walk up to get back to the hotel...but unless your in a wheelchair its easy enough.

| said: We had been to this hotel before because it was such good value.I had no complaints the rooms were well laid out and cleaned on a daily basis. All of the staff couldn't do enough to help. The hotel is a 10 min walk away from the hub of Magalluf which is nice not too much noise at night.Johnathan did a great job entertaining us. But Anthony who was there last year was a real scream lay back and lidten to him you would think you were in the presents of Lilly Savage. All the staff work really hard and deserve a pat on the back.We love it soo much that we are going back next year.

The staff were always welcoming and friendly.
The hotel was very clean. The sheets and towels were changed daily.
The entertainment was great for the kids but not much for the adults. The kids were entertained in the day as well as night.
The swimming pool areas were always clean.
