| said: The wife and I first visited this hotel in 2002 and returned in 2004. The reason we returned was because we thought it was a wonderful place to have a quiet holiday.
The rooms were excellent and clean.
All but one of the staff where excellent.
The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. It was a nice 10 to 15 minute walk to the village of Afandou.

| said: Last minute holiday and so booked allocation on arrival as very little from brochures available. I had friends working in Lindos and am not a fan of Afandou as a resort, so spent just one night here and moved myself to Lindos (affordable as our holiday cost little more than a flight). The only member of staff i met was the barman/receptionist at the poolbar and he was most helpful, phoned for our taxi (which arrived in minutes) and passed on a note to our rep to inform her of our intentions.
If our room in Lindos had cost more i would of happily split the holiday between the two resorts and spent a few days in Afandou as our apartment was very pleasant and the pool area looked very inviting.
The 2 roomed apartment was bright, clean and modern, patio doors with fly screens led onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and we were in a quiet spot, well away from the road.
The location is probably as good as it can be in Afandou! The resort and accommodation seems to be split into three areas the village, the main coast road (where this property is situated) and the beach - all a good distance from each other.

| said: We arrived at this appartment complex in the early hours. We woke up late morning and made our way to the rep meeting, we walked through some beautiful gardens
which cover a large area.
The rooms were kept very clean with fresh towels etc. the cleaning staff were friendly and always afforded a smile. All types of food were served at the pool bar of which were tasty and a reasonable price.
The complex is about a 20 minute stroll from Afandou village, and a ten minute taxi ride from Falaraki. The staff were very friendly. always willing to help. W
e used this place as a base to see other very interesting places on the island. We hired a car for the second week of the holiday on most nights we would visit Afandou village which had alot of excellent restaurants

| said: The setting of the apartments is lovely (gardens) although the holiday company you travel with will determine the level of accommodation allocated to you.
From my visit, it was fair to say that as an Olympic guest, I probably had the worst room in the complex(ground floor, no mosquito screens, no air conditioning, noisy and near to the road) Whereas the First Choice guests had modern, well equipped, nicely decorated rooms with air-con away from the road. I am quite sure that Olympic guests are always allocated the worst rooms (their policy posters etc were pinned to the doors and looked like they had been there a while).
The games room was nice and the food at the bar was also good value for money, however, the service was very hit and miss. The prices varied on which member of staff served you (don't argue with them!) and apart from one very nice barman, they were thoroughly MISERABLE!
Finally, the hotel was full of what we called "FFH" - families from hell! We booked this holiday as it was advertised as a family run hotel which should be good thing (but then again, that depends on the family)!
I read reports prior to going which said the maids were friendly although I didn't see one all week (hence us having to ask our rep to enquire about a linen change)!!

| said: We as a family have visited 3 times. Each time we have been we've all had a great time. We found the staff very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The place was spotless, and the gardens a delight. If we could find which companies go this year we would book again. This is a place where you not only go on holiday but you meet old friends!
