| said: The Peurto Palace hotel is one of the smartest we have stayed in, and is very clean. The food we struggled with at breakfast, and evening meals.Hotel location is really strange, surrounded by noisy roads, and an absolute nightmare in trying to get to the beach.
Everything in the hotel seemed to be aimed at the German guests,(there were 16 U.K guests at the hotel during our stay). The restaurant and bar staff were very unfriendly. The reception staff were efficent and tried to help if you had any questions.
The entertainment was awful, the worst we have come across. There are only a couple of bars nearby, one always seemed to close early. The swimming pool are and terraced gardens were lovely, only to be spoilt by the continious traffic noise.

| said: Please be careful with your possessions and lock them in the safe. Several burglaries took place through the patio windows, particularly during the night. Keep your window firmly locked and jam it shut if you can. No warnings at all in the hotel and notices from robbed clients were removed from notice boards.
There are no electric plugs in any of the bedrooms (just one in the bathroom) so whilst my partner was in the bath I found a plug on a corridor (most of them had a lock on!!) and sat on the floor drying my hair and boiled the travel kettle for a cuppa.
The hotel has a lovely pool and beautiful gardens.

| said: We enjoyed this hotel very much - very much a quiet and relaxing hotel for the more mature client.
Entertainment is sparse, but the rest of the facilities are excellent.
The rooms are fresh and cleaned daily.
There is a huge restauraunt which caters for all tastes and the food is very good.
Lots of swimming pools and jacuzzis and the staff were extremely helpful. It was a bit pricier than other hotels in Tenerife, but I would rather pay a bit more to enjoy my holiday, than risk paying £100.00 less for well dodgy accomodation.
